Jose came out after we were panicking from a noise vibration from behind the toilet and pipes! It took 45 minutes from the time we called to come out. Excellent response and Jose was calm and knowledgeable. I can't give a better recommendation for our issue and professionalism. He knew immediately the problem and resolved it in a timely manner! Vance is a great guy who provides solid, honest advice.  While he wasn't a fit for my job he provided great direction to ensure I found the help I needed.  Will use in the future for plumbing needs.

Our water heater stopped working suddenly. This plumber was great about coming out same day. Good customer service and same day work. I was very happy to have hot water same day.

I called Brian from Definitive Plumbing to unclog a bathroom sink drain.  I researched & I chose this plumber based on their high Yelp ratings.  I however had a TERRIBLE experience with this plumber.  100% of our communication was via text messages, which isn't a problem.  I'm making a point to mention this to make it clear there was no miscommunication as it was all in writing over text messages.  Here is what happened.  I called their phone#, which had a greeting stating to text them for fastest response.  I texted & after waiting over an hour I began to call other plumbers.  While corresponding with the other plumbers Brian finally responds via text. First he says he can make it the same day after 2pm.  Once he made that commitment I waved off the other plumbers I was communicating with.  Then later that day he tells me Sorry I missed I would not be available today after two.... tomorrow after two.  That's my fault for missing that part.  He then offers to refer me to another plumber & I declined.  I made it clear I was willing to wait for him to be available.  He then commits he would come out the following day after 2pm.  The next day he texts me a name & number for some other plumber, and I replied again stating I wanted him & not some 2nd string referral.  He never responded to my text & never showed up to do the work that he committed to do.  What really makes me mad is the fact that I've wasted days waiting for him to just flake & never show up.  He would have been better off telling me in the very beginning he's too busy period.

I called in this morning to have my tankless water heater looked at. For some reason it wasn't on and cold showers are not my favorite. Lol! Thankfully it was an easy fix! Christopher got here and found out due to the code showing some how the gas was turned off. Within seconds problem fixed! So glad there was someone knowledgeable with these new annoying gadgets!

Tim installed an RO system in my parents' home in Irvine's Portola Springs area. He was quick to schedule, came within a few days to install the system, and was friendly and easy to communicate with. The system looks and works great.

BEWARE:  Despite all these great reviews, this company did thousands of damage to my property during a $6500 repipe and $2000 dry wall repair to my 2300 sq. foot home in December 2021!

On 12/3/21 Sergio's Plastering Corp (highly recommended by Nant Khambounheuang, Manager at All American Repipe) did a ton of damage to my property. Nant hid the fact that Sergio has no license nor a bond to do dry wall repair.

On 12/4/21 Nant, Sergio Castillo, and a third man spent over 4 hours at my home cleaning the dry wall mud and dust from my carpets, furniture, high end stereo, cabinets, windows, drive way, etc. There was damage to my dishwasher, kitchen cabinets, air ducts, shutters, flooring, front door, masonry, etc.

On 12/7/21 Nant Khambounheuang returned a 2nd time to my home to inspect more damage! This is when he offered a $1,000 refund. He promised 100% satisfaction guaranteed and said he would NOT leave my job until all work and repairs were done to my satisfaction!  He lied. The next day he abandoned my job and has never returned since 12/7/21.

On 12/7/21 I asked Nant to give me a copy of all the receipt to prove he used genuine Uponor materials for my 12/1/21 repipe job as was stated on my contract; three months latter, as of 3/16/22 he has NOT given me these critical receipts!

My repipe contract stated he would use 100% genuine Uponor Pex A, bushing, and fittings. (Without 100% genuine Uponor parts the manufacturer's 25-year warranty is VOIDED.)

I also asked Nant to give copies of each employee's Uponor Training certification to show each person was properly trained on installation procedures; if Uponor products are not installed per their guidelines, your 25 year manufacturer warranty is VOIDED by Uponor.

As of 3/16/22, Nant has still NOT given me any receipt to prove he installed genuine Uponor products and Dahl angle stops in my home!

What he gave me was a receipt dated 12/3/21 for 24 Dahl angle stops; but my repipe job done on 12/1/21...two days BEFORE the 12/3/21 receipt was printed.

By around 12/19/21 Nant refused to respond to my emails pleading for help.
Instead Nant hired lawyer, Jack Kortz, who has been selling real estate since 1988.  His realtor's license is SBN # 138297.

From December through most of January 2022 NO responses from Jack Kortz, All American Repipe, Nant, Sergio, or Novica.

I once trusted Nant Khambounheuang100% implicitly!

I was shocked the first time I learned he gave me false information; I was more shocked when he abandoned my job.

I was even more shocked when I learned he over charged me for my job and refused to issue any refund.

I am EXTREMELY shocked to learn after waiting for THREE months, he refuses to give me copies of the receipts for all materials used in my 12/1/21 repipe to prove he installed genuine Uponor parts.  This tells me he did NOT use 100% genuine Uponor parts in my repipe per my contract.

Service was provided in Rancho Mirage, was good, but very expensive.  I couldn't get through to the business office due to their phone problems on the day of service.  The plumber spent 10 minutes diagnosing and fixing the toilet stoppage, 10 minutes talking, and charged $190.  Today I did reach them and the lady answering the phone said the charge was on the low end and the service technicians have the discretion to set their own charge.  Never heard of a company allowing that, which allows for price gouging.   Won't use or recommend their service again.

My water heater  - which was about 10 years old - simply stopped working on Saturday morning.   I tried several times, and the pilot would not re-light.

I found the Water Heaters Only phone number the old fashioned way - by looking it up in the local yellow pages.  I called them around 10a on Saturday, and spoke with Bill who suggested that I first try to replace the thermo coupler myself on my unit and that might fix the problem.  I'm pretty handy around the house, and his description was very clear so I figured I'd try that first.  I appreciated his suggestion, and that he did not go right into selling me a new water heater that I may not have needed.

So I went down to the local hardware store.  I got the inexpensive thermo coupler, and installed it.  I tried the pilot re-lighting process again several times, and unfortunately it just didn't work.

Around 1p I decided to call Bill back, and explained the situation.  Then he explained that it might be a faulty gas control valve - which is a very costly part.  It didn't make much sense to put a new expensive valve on my old water heater so I told him I just wanted to go ahead with installing a new water heater.  Bill said he would schedule an installation for me, and that it might be the next day (Sunday).  I said that sounds good, and then I expected to only wait a day to have the device installed.

A short time after this their dispatcher called me back to explain that their technician in the area - Fabian - had an opening at that he could actually come out around 2p-3p on Saturday to install the new unit.  This was great.  Fabian showed up during the specified time and promptly removed my old unit and installed the new one.  As he did the work he very clearly explained what he was doing and what would happen with the plumbing in the house with the change.  He completed the job in a little over an hour and we had hot water again about 45 mins after that.

Overall it was a very good experience and I'd recommend Water Heaters Only to my friends if they needed a referral.

Phil came out and took care of our problem with no hesitation. He was professional and respectful and did a great job.  Thank you for all you do.  Especially during a time like this.

Had an issue with our shower where it sounded like running water behind the shower wall, and it quickly turned into an emergency as we noticed water leaking on the shower floor. I was able to get ahold of Diego from Overtime Plumbing after I noticed the leak and he was able to respond to our home within an hour. He was able to identify the issue and provided his professional opinion about the repair. He was professional, courteous, responsive and very fair. The repair was done quickly and in a professional manner. Definitely going to use him and his team for future repairs/projects.

They arrived on time.  I had two resin water softener tanks installed.
The copper tubing they installed for the water softener was better than most plumbers I've seen soldering. The did a really clean job and the installers where both really nice guys.  
As far as the soft water it's just on the hot side so it's hard to tell if they working yet but I'll follow up with some tests in a few days.
I would recommend them.

Jose, Manny, and Cory were amazing!! I had 4 other plumbers from  different companies come out over a period of a few months. Each time they were able to unclog our bathroom drains, but it only stayed clear for a few weeks. The last plumber I used had to come out twice within about 2 weeks, and the drain was still backing up. It wasn't until I called Stephens Plumbing, when Jose, using a camera discovered the problem.
I can't believe how hard these guys work! It was a huge job and they were very professional and pleasant the entire time, barely even stopping for lunch! The job could have easily taken them a lot longer to complete, but they stuck with it even working in the rain!! You guy's should ask for a raise! Awesome job, thanks Jose!!

These guys are amazing.  The plumbers are the hardest workers I've seen in a long time.   They patchers are also on their game.   I would give them 10stars if I could

I've had a heater that did not work for a few years. I finally decided to get it fixed because of how cold my house would get. I tried other companies around my area, but they said they would have technicians available until the following weeks. I kinda wanted this to get done while I was on my vacation. I ended up finding this place on Yelp, and gave a shot. I called and explained my problem and they told me they could have a technician come out and check out before night-time the following day. I was impressed. When Mario came, I showed him around the heating unit and he simply explained to me what could be the problem. In no time, he had it fix. I definitely recommend this HVAC company if you need any work on your units. Their service/professionalism is fantastic and the quality of their work is superb. Give them a call.

I had a second experience with HomeX Plumbing & Rooter today.  We were having trouble with one of our toilets and gave them a call.  Juan arrived on time, took a look at the toilet and gave me a couple of options.  He answered several questions that I had and told me that he was going to go back to his truck to writeup an estimate so that I could speak to my wife about the options.  

When he came back, he brought an auger to see if he could fix the problem (one of the options that we discussed) and said that he would try using his auger free of charge.  If it didn't, I would know that the toilet would have to be removed or replaced.  

I'm extremely impressed with this company.  I was quoted $89-99 from other companies to come out and auger the toilet and Juan did it for free!  I will definitely continue to recommend and use this company in the future.

Alfredo, did not give a written estimate in changing my shower head with Delta. We provided the Delta shower head, hose, only it comes with 3 way shower valve and I needed 4 way shower valve. They worked with me for my order from home depot is non returnable so they purchased the 4 way shower valve. At first he told me 569, few minutes later 695 even up to 795 only verbal estimate until I communicated with Mr. Eddie

Gets the job done for that day.
Alfredo went to store and buy our tub drainage.

Next day the bathtub faucet get lose and the caulk spill on the tub.
For one day, although they fix it the next day as warrantied.

Very pricey and maybe just a little dishonest. I already knew from doing my own research that all I needed was to snake my washer drain which should've run about $150. After asking a few questions and testing the water back up, Parzival's plumber said he needed to move my washer, get in the back of it, do all this stuff and ended up quoting $284. I told him that's really expensive and he replied that he doesn't make the prices. So I thanked him and we parted ways. I probably would've given only one star but he did come out the same day and he was nice to my dog so I gave an extra star for that. The next plumber I called quoted me $135, came the same day, asked his questions, snaked the drain without having to move the washer or disconnect anything and was done within 30 min.  I gave plumber #2 a nice tip and will be hanging on to his business card.

Just a small update as I have done them before for Pinson Plumbing. They never disappoint! Today was no different. Had them check what we felt was a problem or had the potential, and it was not, just a minor adjustment, with some helpful information! As long as they are in business, or as long as we live close enough for them to do our work, Pinson Plumbing will always be who we call. We appreciate them greatly.
