We had Raul and his foreman fix our clogged kitchen sink. The job got complicated because our old piping had rotted from the inside and was stuck behind a wall. The foreman cut out the bad pieces and replaced them in under 2 hours.  They cut me a break from the original quote and also cleaned up everything after they finished even though they didn't have to. Really great work.

I needed a simple job and looked on Yelp to find the best. The number one rated plumber on Yelp was Cleveland Plumbing. I called left a message. No call back so I called and left another message (should have been my first clue). Dave finally called back apologized for his slow response and we scheduled an appointment. The appointment time approached and Dave called and said that his guy was running late so we rescheduled for between 8am-9am the next day. Appointment time came and went, no call so I called left a message. At about 10am Dave called and used the classic excuse I thought our appointment was for between 1pm and 3pm? I quickly informed him that was not what we scheduled and that I had already called someone else. Dave I know what we agreed to and I also know its common practice for service businesses to push lower priced jobs to the bottom in favor of higher priced ones and then when your lower price job calls when you don't show is to use the old I thought we excuse. Dave, that did not sit well with me thus this review.

Our water heater stopped working suddenly. This plumber was great about coming out same day. Good customer service and same day work. I was very happy to have hot water same day.

Brian was the only plumber that answered every question I asked and provided reasonable pricing on every item I sent to him. Not only did I choose him for his honesty and reasonable pricing but his professionalism, great work ethic and very timely responses. Every job he has done for me has been exactly what I asked for and finished exactly when he said it would be. I really can't think of anything I might ask to be improved. This guy is top-notch! I will use his services whenever the need calls and recommend him to all of my family and friends.

All American Repipe did a great job repiping our house. Though their quote wasn't the lowest we received, their pricing was among the most competitive given their reputation and professionalism.

Their workers were efficient and able to finish the repipe in one day as promised. Some other plumbers told me that it'd take them two or three days and that would have caused major disturbance.

They didn't have the part needed to connect my water filtration system to the new pipes and they came back on another day to install the part at no charge which I appreciate a lot.

Also, their office staff Joanne and Kevin are helpful as they follow up proactively to make sure things are okay. E.g. they called to let me know when the city inspection would take place and followed up afterwards to check if anything needs to be corrected.

Sergio's Plastering, the company they partner with for patching the wall holes, also did a clean and qualify job. E.g. I noticed the texture wasn't that even in one spot and their worker was willing to set up the plastic shielding and plastered it once again to make it look nicer.

The tram at Roto-Rooter is always extremely quick to answer work orders when I send one over. They are typically on-site taking care of issues within just a couple of hours and their pricing is worthy of the work they do. I trust in them to get the job done right and on time, every time.

I called DRP for about a water pressure issue. The company sent out a rep by the name of Tony. He listened about my problem, and quickly assessed my issue. He offered me some solutions to my problem. It seems that my sprinklers are the culprit. Thanks for your help Tony.

My water heater went out on Saturday morning and I scrambled to find a quick replacement.  Water Heaters Only offered the fastest replacement.  The service representative was on time (actually he called 30 minutes early) and completed the job within the timetable communicated.  Very professional with no surprises.

Great service! We had a slab leak and were having trouble with our insurance and the plumber they sent out. I called Express Drain and Plumbing in the evening and Phil came out the next day. Great work and fair pricing. He also gave great advice in dealing with the insurance company

Overtime saved the day.  We had a major leak late on a Saturday afternoon. We had to turn the water off to the whole house and make some frantic calls. The plumber was here in 45 minutes. Fixed the issue and got us back up and running.  Recommend highly and would use again.

We had a new installation of a Rayne water softener system yesterday. The system was set by the installer to regenerate the resin bed. The water continued to run for 10 hours before it was noticed. I turned the cutoff valve to bypass and called Rayne first thing this morning. Promptly a service technician, Refugio, came and quickly identified the source of the problem. The original installer had mistakenly crossed the electric power wires causing the transformer to burn out. Within an hour of my call, Refugio had remedied the
problem and the system was now functioning correctly. I would like to commend Refugio who was polite, extremely competent and a credit to his company. Refugio is a five star employee. The original installer, not so much on skill or competence, hence docked one star.

Stephens just replaced our air conditioner, and I can't say enough good things about the experience.  Rob came out to give us an estimate along with some good advice.  The installers Freddy and Matt showed up on time, removed the old unit, and installed the new unit. They explained what they were doing and how to take care of the new system.  Both gentlemen were polite and friendly, and I appreciated how well they protected the floor and cleaned up the area when the job was finished.

This is the second time we've used Stephens - first time was for a water heater replacement and they were equally competent on that job.  It's good to have such a reliable HVAC company near by.  I highly recommend Stephens!

I had a slab leak several months ago, got it taken care of by a local plumber of good reputation. Not 8 months later I'm dealing with a second leak, nothing to do with the first that I fixed.

So naturally I called them first, I said lets make sure this doesn't happen again so lets repipe the entire house, their reply We don't do that, however we work with a company that specializes in whole house repipes, call Pipe it Right.

So although I found that to be odd, I called and spoke with a nice young lady by the name of Cynthia, she set up an appointment to have an estimator come out.

As part of my due diligence, I called out 2 additional companies, so I could compare pricing, they were both familiar with Pipe it Right.

The estimator, Jim I think his name was, was patient, explained everything to me, took me through the process and answered questions I didn't even know I had.

After reviewing all the bids, although Pipe it Right wasn't the cheapest, they instilled confidence so I selected them.

I have a 3 bathroom home, these gents showed up promptly, led by a gentleman named Alberto and was able to completely repipe my entire house with PEX and have my water back on that day.

I think they may have put about 80 holes inside and out of my home and I literally was devastated looking around. I waited a few days for my local  city inspector to approve and sign off the work.

The following day after the inspection the hole closing crew showed up led by Humberto, these gents closed and textured the entire house including the stucco work in just one day.

WOW!!!! This was a tremendous undertaking that I thought would take months to get through, 10 days from my first call for an estimate, the entire job was complete.

I was extremely happy with drywall and stucco work, water is flowing and I have a lifetime guarantee that is transferable if I decide to sell my home.

Called HomeX for a slow water main leak.  Marilyn gave me a price range of $185-$275, and I scheduled them to come out on Monday.  

Ismael and Victor showed up on time and went right to work.  They were both very pleasant and professional.  Ismael explained what he was doing and invited me to inspect the condition of the old copper pipe.  He also made a recommendation for future replacement of the pipe.  They were done in about an hour, and I had running water again!  Good work guys!

Omg! I am so happy to have found such a wonderful company. Thomas was on time, responded quickly to my need and extremely thorough to try to present options. He made every effort to not need to replace my garbage disposal. Once it was evident that was not an option, he used his computer to quickly show options and it was installed. I will definately be ussing Thomas for future plumbing needs and highly recommend him!
