We had a water main leak, and they got Matthew out to help very promptly. He did a great job finding the leak and fixing it quickly and well.

Andy and his crew are hands down the best! They came in to my property as I had a leak in one of my sewer pipe coming from upstairs to downstairs. I contacted lay it right plumbing and Andy was one the phone within minutes of me contacting him, he came out right away and went over the work that needed to be performed. The following day he came over and did everything he needed to do without breaking or damaging anything else. His work station was clean and made sure he cleaned up everything as I have my house clean. I couldn't have asked for a better team for the job. Now they are doing a rental property which is already starting to turn out great. Thanks Andy I look forward to working with you in the future.

I normally don't use Yelp but because of the exceptional service I received today, I had to! These guys are simply amazing. Not only do they do a great job but they go above and beyond to show you that they care. I have 2 small dogs who are very scared by strangers who are in the house at times and Bryan was so polite and welcoming to both of them when they were barking and being a pain! He fed them carrots (their favorite snack) and spent ample time trying to get my dogs to feel comfortable while still working hard and getting the job done. Bryan, I applaud you! And I'm so sorry you were barked at all day long! Thanks for the exceptional service.  I'll be sure to recommend your company to anyone in need. :)

I'm a return customer and wish I could give a higher rating but am terribly disappointed at their responsiveness. I was very clear that it was not an emergency and whenever they had time during the week, that's when I'd make the appointment. I was surprised they could see me next day, but when I was provided the option of both morning(8-12) and afternoon (1-5) I assumed they simply weren't busy. Took time off from work and at 8am was told running late and would be closer to 10-10:30. 10 called and told 12, maybe even 12:30. Was called at noon and told they'd come between 1-5. I understand a job can take longer than expected but at the least I should have gotten a simple I'm sorry. They have a team of plumbers and obviously book as many jobs as they can per day so be cautious and prepared to forfeit an entire day.

My water heater stopped working on a Saturday, Coast sent Luis right away.  He got the pilot lit, but my heater was older and needed replacing.  It was too late to get a new one (the suppliers close early on Saturday) but Luis came on Monday at the time I requested.  He did an amazing job installing the new water heater, so professional and cleaned up afterwards, making sure my water faucets were clear of air bubbles.  I highly recommend Coast Plumbing in Fountain Valley, they have always done a great job for me, with hose bib's etc.

Thank you so much Luis for saving my bathroom amidst the craziness of the holiday season! Late one night one of my toilets downstairs started overflowing, and since the drain was backed up, the toilet in the other bathroom started leaking as well. Had a mini meltdown but managed to get a hold of Luis at 11pm. He came out the next day, examined everything and long story short was able to clear the drains and get everything flowing properly. Cleared my shower drain as well (I'm sorry for all the hair!). Very patient throughout the process and took the time to explain everything. Reasonable price as well. Highly recommend, thank you Luis!!

For years and years our old post WW2 house has been having consistent plumbing issues where I would have to call my plumber on speed dial every 3-5 months for a clogged kitchen or bathroom sink, shower drain or toilet.

Recently both my bathroom sinks were clogged and leaking at the same time and my regular plumber was unavailable. Fortunately, I found VIP Plumbing on Yelp and spoke to Jose about the sinks and he was at my property in just a couple of hours same day.

He assessed the situation and gave me 2 options: a band-aid quick fix to unclog the sinks (like I usually do every few months) or actually fix the underlying problem, which was to replace the old, deteriorating and backed up main sewer line made from clay pipes that had years of root damage and blockage.

He will even show you the blockage and roots live with his cool colored cable camera. It was like watching a colonoscopy and just as gross!!!! But actually seeing the state of the pipes live made me understand better why we had been having such chronic plumbing issues and the urgency to fix it sooner than later and so I chose option #2.

Jose was always professional, very articulate at explaining plumbing jargon so I could understand and never made me feel pressured. His pricing was very fair and he even gave bundle discounts since he did work inside and outside the house. He was great at keeping me updated via text or phone call to explain the process along the way. As the job took a few days, I appreciated that he cleaned up and secured the area after each day. He also gave me a 10 year warranty for his work, which no other plumber has ever given me and I have worked with a lot of plumbers in the past.

It is very refreshing to work with a business with integrity who stands behind their work and I highly recommend VIP Plumbing and Drain Specialist for all your plumbing needs!

This review is late in coming... I have used DC many, many times and always give them a big thumbs up.  A few weeks ago, we had a major plumbing problem at home. I called Dave and left a message. He called back in a matter of minutes; however, I did something I will NEVER do again... called someone else before I heard back from Dave.

First off, this other company is rated highly on Yelp. This guy (nice guy) rolls in driving an unmarked white van. I knew we were in trouble.  His equipment and expertise was minor league quality and after working on our problem for over 2 hours, he threw in the towel.

I quickly called Dave again, it was close to 9 pm now.  DC shows up just as the first guy is packing up.  He sees DC Drains roll up and says, Oh, DC is here.  They're really good, they'll take care of it.

Do yourself a favor, only call DC.

Had to get our laundry room plumbing redone. This included recessed laundry box, new copper water lines, new ABS drain line and standpipe to replace the original galvanized steel in our 1955 home.

I was able to schedule an estimate and met Chris for the first time. He was on time, polite and responsive. He walked me though various options, giving me in a perfect world scenarios that would accomplish my end goal and helped be understand what would be best for the longevity of my home. He left me an estimate with a very detailed explanation of the work that would be done. I left a message later that evening with the main office asking to schedule service.

I got a return phone call the next morning saying they could schedule it 2 days later on a Saturday (which was perfect).

Again Chris arrived on time at 0900 and began the work. He gave me an estimated finish time and began the job. Even while running into unexpected original plumbing he explained how he would adjust his plan of attack and continued. Chris was a great guy and I appreciated his thorough nature and attention to detail. When he finished he cleaned up his work space and left it tidy and neat.

I know good work and customer service when I see/feel it and I have no reason to ever bid out plumbing again. I just found MY plumber. Thanks again Chris and the Purdy Plumbing Team,Happy Holidays!

Pretty disappointed with this guy's attitude over the phone. Simply called to ask questions and get more information. I will respect someone for not wanting to do a certain job- get it. As your own business owner you have a right to decline jobs and what you feel comfortable doing....but why the attitude? I will say that I appreciate him taking my call and spending the brief couple minutes over the phone. However, Not someone I want to do business with if they can't be cordial from the initial meeting.

Jacob will be my go-to plumber going forward! I sell real estate and come across clients in need of an honest, reliable, and punctual plumber. I had him out to look at some drain issues in my shower which didn't need repair, so he did a full assessment for free! Great guy and looking forward to using him going forward.

We struggled with hydronic heater problems in our condo. HG Home services were very professional and smooth to work with. They do a phenomenal job with communication and team work. Cole and his team took care of us and their administration is top notch at keeping us informed and updated. We got our heater replaced and we appreciate working with such a trustworthy and skilled company. We look forward to using them in the future when needing home services.

Super happy with my decision to go with All Pro Water Heaters! I had received two other bids on replacing my water heater, and estimates ranged from $1200 to $2800.  I went with All Pro Water Heaters not because they had the lowest price, but because they only work in water heaters offered multiple brands.
I had already called the city to double check what was required for a change out, and All Pro understood what codes needed to be met, and wanted to install just what was needed. To top it off, the one I wanted was on sale & they got me in the very next day!
Cody and Parker came out at 2:00 on Saturday, and by 4:00 they were done.  They were very informative about what they were doing and why, so I was aware of the entire process! They cleaned up when done, and the water heater worked perfectly. I would recommend them in a heart beat!!!

Abraham personally came to my house today and quickly fixed my broken Moen cartridge. Abraham was on time and very professional. I can now understand why I Got Plumbing got such amazing reviews for so long. I feel bad that one new employee caused their good review streak to take a hit. Abraham once again apologized and said he will take the appropriate action regarding his employee. I don't expect amazing customer service, but I do expect the bare minimum. Abraham has proven to me that his company is dedicated on continuing to provide great customer service. I will definitely use I Got Plumbing in the future.

I can't say enough about this company, and how wonderful they were with our backflow check! They were friendly, responsive, and came out quickly. I hired him to fix a leaking garbage disposal system and he advised me to replace it and also provided info on which kind to use based on how we operated the current one.
