AC broke.  Alex was able to come next day during a massive heat wave to help take a look and repair.   Can't thank him enough for the help.

The pilot light of my water heater couldn't stay on for more than a few moments. SCGE made an inspection and, normally, they can help you with these kind of problems. Turns out, owning a GE water heater unit causes a lot of issues. First of which is that SCGE can't do anything to help.

I called Coastline Plumbing and explained that I most likely needed a new thermocouple. They dispatched Jay who was a real trooper. He contacted GE to ask about the warranty and went above and beyond when the GE customer service insisted that he checked the TDR behind the burner because it was protocol. It's a lot more involved than just replacing the thermocouple.

Eventually, Jay did replace the faulty thermocouple with the parts he brought with him. Since GE will actually send me the part, I won't have to shell out the money for the part.

Jay did an awesome job. He was personable, professional and worked fast.

And I was ecstatic to finally be able to take a hot shower!

We had to do soil restoration and replace pipes for our parent's house. We received few ridiculous quotes and dragged out timeline. I contacted Clean Out Plumbing and they came out the same day in just few hours! The estimate was free but we paid $49 for camera diagnostics, which is fair. Chris gave us a quote and explained the issue and how he would fix it. He was super honest and thorough with his explanation. He sent us photos and called us to update us on every step. Glad to say he literally fixed whole pipe line of the house in 2 days in most professional manner. (Some company charged us $250 for estimate and told us it would take 10+ days) I am so happy I was able to find Chris to help my parents replace their cast iron pipes into updated one! Chris really treated us like family and was so professional and honest. Thank you Chris for saving our butt! Needless to say, our picky parents were super happy and impressed by the service provided! We would hire them again and again!

Also, they have soil restoration company they work with and it's match made in heaven! Shout out to Eric at Tip Top Restoration services.

Nexgen Air Conditoning & Heating along with associate Dennis Rulli are THE BEST!!! Dennis, in particular, is FANTASTIC!

So, Tuesday afternoon, 91 year old Aunt Barbar's air conditoner had gone on the brink. I made one call to Dennis Rulli of Nexgen Air. I explained her age and location. Seriously, he was at her house within 20 minutes. He did a throrough walk through. He calmed Aunt Barbara down as she was upset thinking it would cost her an arm and a leg. Instead, Dennis gave us the BEST estimate and was able to set us up with financing.

Installation happened two days later. And I am happy to report that Aunt Barbara is happy and cool in her own house.

Dennis not only followed up with us the next day but also contacted us the day of installation to make sure all went smoohtly and well. I have never met anyone who truly cared like Dennis but was also professional!

I called Pro tech based on the Yelp reviews and Devin called me back within an hour.  He came out to the house to clear the main line, but since we do not have a clean out he had to go through the vent on the roof.  Other plumbers were telling me they would have to go through the toilet which would be pricier and messier.  Devin showed up on time and hopped on the roof and went to work. He was done within 30 minutes and the line is clear.  His prices were a bit cheaper than others and he did a great job.  I would recommend him to friends and family.

I hired On Time Rooter to descale my tankless water heater system.  They were on-time and courteous, wore shoe covers (that they brought themselves) and while waiting for the descaling also cleaned out some of my sink drains instead of just waiting around.  

It was a simple job but they delivered very well and I will consider them again for future plumbing work.

We used to call Desmond @ Affordable Plumbing and were always very happy with the service. Apparently he is on vacation and Drew came to check the AC. On the phone we were told that the call was $85 and we agreed considering that it is high season for their kind of work.
They gave us a 2 hour window as arrival time, when it was 20 minutes after that I called to check and left a message. Drew called back saying that it would probably be another hour or more. When I complained that he could have informed me of the delay he became annoyed and defensive, remarking that they were overloaded of work because of the heat.
Well all I wanted was a phone call, and also sorry but doesn't all this work make your business thrive? ...
Anyway, he managed to arrive before he foresaw but was still annoyed. He performed a quick AC check saying that everything was ok, just the filter we used was too thick. i asked why one room had problems cooling he took a ladder and watched in the attic, and concluded that the duct was too small. To change it would be 300/400 $.
The charge for these 15 minutes was 135 $ (not 85 like I was told on the phone). When my 84 year old mother said that it was very expensive he responded very rudely to her.
At that point I decided not to discuss, write the check and post bad reviews both here and on Angie's list.

I needed a plumber ASAP at 7pm and he came two hours later and fixed the issue. If your having plumbing issues and need some ASAP call them.

We had a gas leak and really needed a plumber to come out today, but were worried about finding a good and honest company to do the work.... well we hit the jackpot with Hybrid Plumbing. Small, local company, the owner Steve is honest, kind, easy going and very fair. He sent Nick out and he did a very profesional job. We are very pleased with the service we received and will definately be calling them again for our plumbing needs. If you are in need of an honest, experienced plumber give them a call!

A little after the visit, but better late than never. On 12/28/17 my toilet and tub began to back up and I called my normal plumber and was told that he wouldn't be able to make it till 10-11am the next day. So I jumped on Yelp, saw TP Rooter, and took a shot (because of previous reviews). No kidding after I requested a quote, I got a call back in 5 mins and they were at my house 10 mins after that. They were at my house for about 20-30 mins and we were back up and running! Their price was very reasonable, he took my debt card for the transaction  (which made payment a breeze), and they emailed me a receipt. All in all their business is exactly what you would want in a service. Fast, affordable, friendly, and quality of work seems to be holding up. We will be using their services again.
