Just received some great service from Paul Garcia at All City Plumbing! I am currently having my driveway redone, and after digging up the grass, we found a water line that was not properly closed off and still dripping, dug up underground. We needed it cut out of the way, and capped off to prevent future damage to my new driveway, and needed it done right away to keep on schedule. I found All City Plumbing through yelp, and gave them a call around 8:15am. By 9:15am, Paul was already here at my home to look at the job and provide and estimate. He was patient as we dug up to find the root of the problem, and had the line cut and capped off quickly. Their quick response time, great prices, and great customer service by employees like Paul, will keep them on top of my list for all my future plumbing work. Thank you All City Plumbing!

Service was superior! They came out that day and took over and completed our plumbing fixtures and valve replacement. Quick, tidy and friendly!

Nasser went above and beyond to help us on a Saturday. We needed a plumbing service on a short notice and he showed up within an hour.

Rooter Alert has been an amazing company to work for us. We had roots invade our main sewer line and back up sewage into our newly purchased house in Santa Ana in 2017. They came, put a liner in, and did a fantastic job.

Flash-forward to 2020. We had sewage coming out of our clean out pipe and they came back to investigate. Their liner had help up excellently, but the roots had diverted and broke the saddle & the mainline on the city's sewage that we were connected to. Instead of charging us nearly $13k to fix it themselves, Tom & Rooter Alert have a great relationship with the city of Santa Ana and were able to call them for us and get them to come out, dig up the main road, and fix the issue all in that day at no cost to us. Talk about fantastic service and help!

Jim was very helpful! I had an issue with my water heater.  I was browsing for technicians around my area and most of them had already assumed that I would probably need to replace a couple parts from the heater without even assessing the water heater. Titi or Juan ( not sure which is the correct name. Perhaps it is the same person) came with the right attitude and really made things alright. After my experience with the previous plumbing company that my home warranty company  had sent, I was concerned and was hoping the second company they offered to send will be better.
I was very pleased with Tito. He had great communication skills, was very friendly, had good knowledge of my type of heating unit, it was obvious he knew what he was doing. He was also able to give me proper advise regarding my specific heating unit.

Had a leak with my outside hose faucet and scheduled a repair with EZ on yelp.  We scheduled an appointment and i took off work to meet the plummer here but as the appointment time was getting to the end i called and the person who answered had no clue.  Basically i wasted half my day and dude on phone wasnt helpful at all or offered help.  Moral of story....stick with the big names or ones that have high number of reviews

I found a leak in my garage wall in the evening, so called and was given a 2 hour window and the plumber arrived around 9:15 pm.  He checked different things and ultimately thought I may have a pressurized pipe leak, so started drilling into the drywall at 11 at night and then after 3 holes, determined it was coming from upstairs and went and pulled my fridge out and found that the valve that the hose was connected to was leaking.  I had him replace the valve then because the price he quoted was only $40 more than booking it for a later time and he left a 1 am and I went to bed feeling relieved. Then the following day, the fridge guys came and it turns out the plumber had accidentally put in a 3/8 valve instead of the standard 1/4. I texted ERP to confirm, and one of the owners (Chris Y) immediately responded and confirmed it was incorrect, apologized and offered to come out the next day to repair it. At that point, my fridge guys had already spent over 1.5 hours finding an adapter and were then able to repair it and didn't think I needed it replaced anymore.

The reason why I still give them 5 stars is because Chris immediately asked how else he could make it better, and though I decided to just stick with the wrong valve, he refunded me the labor cost of the valve installation and paid for my fridge repair guys' labor.  He said I'd see the reimbursement the next day, but I received notification of the refund before I went to bed that night and he followed up immediately the next morning to make sure I received it. He said they're more about forming positive working relationships, which is clearly evident. I'm so impressed with how he handled the situation and his honest and efficient response. I'll definitely be referring them to friends and using them in the future, which I hopefully won't need to.

The owner, Pat, sounded very nice and friendly initially; and the price seems to be reasonable.  However, his friendly scheme is to talk you into using cheap material like Pex vs. copper and get your $1000+ with minimum work done.  On top of it, I had to get another plumber to fix the leak he missed.  Please learn from my experience and find someone else to take care of your plumbing issues.

Ty saved the day! We had no hot water. He came, troubleshot the problem and even went above and beyond to call the technical support of the American Standard to find out why wouldn't the pilot stay lit! He never tried to make extra and sell any parts to take advantage of my desperation. If you're looking for a professional and excellent service, look no further, this company is class act!
