I messaged this company on a Friday to get an estimate for a simple job. I received a message back that they would need to come out. They offered a time on Monday, 10 am - 12:00 pm. I replied that was ok and they sent me a confirmation.   On Monday, I waited until 12:00. Then I messaged the business. After that someone called me and said they couldn't come because I didn't give them my full name and email. (I had left my name in my first message, don't know why they need an email to come to an appointment that they already confirmed). They said they could come between 12:00 and 2:00. I said  okay. Again I waited the 2 hours. At 2:00, I messaged again. The lady at the company said they tried to call me (not true) and someone even came by but I didn't answer the door. Again, not true. This is terrible customer service.  I will NOT be using this company in the future.

I am an out of state landlord so it's always nerve wracking to try to hire someone for my house in San Diego.  I had two handymen flake on me before I found Pelayo.  The 5 stars on his yelp account definitely helped me feel comfortable. Sergio was on it. He responded right away to my yelp contact request. He was persistent and attempted contact three times with my tenant before reaching her and then was able to go out the very next day.  The repair was completed within the timeline that he quoted even though it ended up being more extensive than he originally thought from the description.  I will definitely contact him for future repairs on the property.

Chris and Del Mar Electric are saved in my phone and I will continue to call him for all of our electric needs!  I highly recommend him!  The first time I called I was in a pinch--leaving on a business trip and worried about a light fixture that had had dangerously shorted out.  He came after work--on his way home--to ensure that our home would be safe before I left my kids and husband home before I left town to travel!  Tonight I called because an electrical outlet had stopped working... My Dad was visiting and is pretty handy.  Before coming over and without charging us, he was willing to talk my Dad on the phone and to walk him through the steps required to repair the outlet successfully! We saved money this time, but we certainly will be calling Chris again the next time we need an electrician.  He's fair, honest, kind, detail-oriented (even remembered my dog's name!) and you won't be disappointed.

Mat is great. My oven wasn't working. He found wiring was labeled incorrectly by the original home builder and the City Inspector did not catch it.

Replaced breakers, labeled everything correctly and boxed up 2 splices. Took him about 3 hours to do everything.

He also helped install a Ring Doorbell Pro.

Called JP electric after getting a suspect quote to fix flickering lights in my house.  So glad I did.  John showed up on short notice and did a thorough check of the situation...my 100 amp was not able to keep up with my power usage, so a 200 amp panel was needed.  John explained the process, helped with the permit, and checked in frequently while waiting for Edison to approve.  I felt very confident in the work being done and the price I was paying.  Written estimates were used and the work was completed timely.  We passed inspection and my problems were resolved.  I highly recommend JP Electric.  This is a good and honest electrician.

I was referred to Dave by a friend that has used his expertise in the past. He was quick to respond to calls and texts, and made the process very simple. I took photos of our electric box and our carport to show where we wanted to have an EV charger installed. He came by for an inspection, gave us a quote, and gave us a recommendation on a charger to purchase through Amazon. Within just a few days we went from start of conversation to finished installation. The whole process was simple and we are very happy with the results!

In the midst of a heat spell, my home air conditioning stopped cooling.  I sent help messages to several electricians in the Orange County area with no response.  I saw Shannon's sign on his truck in the morning and called him. Despite his busy schedule that day, he factored me in and came that afternoon and rewired the bad electrical connection to the air conditioner.  He was able to find the source of the problem quickly, he was courteous and respectable, and performed a clean job. Outstanding...
AP electrical was hired to wire a  220V subpanel and new GFCI circuit for a spa.  Anthony  provided a very detailed written estimate, showed up when he said he would, and performed extremely nice work for exactly the amount his written estimate said it would cost. Bottom line... very professional, honest, straightforward,  and a pleasure doing business with.  I wished all my subcontractors worked out as well.

The crew did a great job, finished in the estimated time for my project and left my place immaculately clean.  Thanks!

I'm a repeat customer.  Jason first did the electrical for my swim spa.  He worked around all the uncertainty of the Yard work and crane service.  He made multiple visits and was awesome!!!  Can't recommend him enough!

He also did the electrical in the garage for my Tesla.  Easy and clean.  Was very thoughtful and never tried to make extra from me as I've sometimes experienced from other contractors!

Great experience from first contact through final inspection. Very organized and efficient with quotation, scheduling and actual work. Highly recommend.

So I set up my first ever appointment for 4pm on Saturday with Minh. He calls me at 1pm because he was done with some other customer and wanted to come by early. I dint answer his phone because I was busy then. Then I texted him at 3:30 stating that We are home and he can come at the scheduled time 4PM. He responds back with, because you dint answer my call at 1, I scheduled other appointments and now I am not available till 6pm.
Thats just really poor service. Instead of showing up at the scheduled time he gave me unneeded attitude and stated that he was too busy to do this!
If I could give no stars and leave a review I would.

Julio at Absolute is the best. Very responsive, helpful and honest! I called him on a Sunday for a house call thinking I had to replace a circuit breaker and he was able to help me troubleshoot and fix over the phone within minutes to get things running again.  I'll be calling Absolute next time I need electrical work done. Hands down.  Thank you Julio!

My colleague referred Roger to me. And he helped us with the panel upgrade. The process is super seamless and enjoyable. Roger helped planned for everything including the city permit. All I need to do is just sent several pictures for the permit application. And Roger and his team did a fantastic job on the panel upgrade as well, it only took less than 4 hours to get the power back. Highly recommended!

Duke has been a pleasure to work with!  I am planning to install a new AC for my house and needed to upgrade my electrical panel before doing so.  I initially inquired different companies for quotes, but out of everyone, Duke seemed the most knowledgeable and appeared to be the extremely genuine. I never felt like I was getting a sales pitch; he laid out options and recommendations based on my existing setup. He is extremely responsive and priced fairly.  I contracted Duke for the panel upgrade and also to run a couple new circuits to the back of the house and kitchen. From the time I requested a quote, up to the end of the installation, he kept me updated and informed.  He was available for any questions before and after the installation.  He even made sure that I was happy with the install and all his work before taking his payment.  His crew was extremely courteous, punctual, and hard-working; they even cleaned up behind themselves.  I have no regrets hiring Duke and highly recommend anyone with electrical needs to contact him!
