Fantastic service!  We had a new Nest camera we needed setup and Dan came right over and did a great job on helping us choose the best approach to getting it all installed and working.   He is very knowledgeable, patient and extremely competent at what he does.  What a great find!  Well deserved 5-stars.    I would highly recommend Bay Area Maintenance.

You want an Electrician who knows what they are doing and somebody who is up front and honest with his pricing...then call LAM Electric.

We had quite a bit of work to do, from changing a location of an outlet, a faulty breaker outside the house, and loose/dangling outlets everywhere. He showed up for a free quote, provided the pricing which was very competitive to others, but he had a flat fee which I loved vs somebody charging you by the hour. He also provided us some ideas for future renovations for our recess lighting. I will definitely be using LAM Electric again!!!

3 years  ago I  asked  Got  Watts to do   some electrical  work on my  house.
In the  course of  their   work  they  discovered a  very  serious electrical  problem  due   to  incorrect installation by  a  previous  contractor.
They  guided me  on how  to contact  said contractor and the  contractor  had  Got Watts correct the  problem at no expense to  me.
At that time  I asked them  to  install an electrical receptacle  for   a  electric  car that I  would   purchase in the   future.
Last  week I   purchased the  car  and  when I  went to  check the   plug  it   was  different than the one I  needed.
I contacted them  to help  me with the  new   plug.
They  checked  their  records, and  realized they  had  installed the   wrong  receptacle .
The next  day  the  technician  was  at   our house, installed the   correct  receptacle  in  about  30 minutes and  did not  charge me saying  they  should  have  put in the  correct  receptacle before.
I would  surely  call them the next time I have  electrical repair or installation needs.

Hancock and his crew gave me a fantastic deal, were on-time and efficient! I plan to use Den Electric for any future lighting projects!

Steve, who I believe is the owner, is really responsive and gets back to really quickly. I've used them several times and the electricians are very knowledgable and friendly. They do a great job and charge reasonable prices which is unusual for an electrician. When they quote a job they stick by the price even if it takes longer for them to complete it. I recommend them highly.

The thermostate had died over the weekend, and it was too chilly during the nights for any comfort even when wearing the house robe.
 
I called the company on Monday for an appointment, made for Tuesday  between 8 AM and 10 AM.
Got a phone call at 7:30 AM on Tuesday that left a message that the man is on his way, and a few minutes before 8 he is knocking at my door.

Jeff was the man of the hour!  He explained everything that he was doing, and whatever he would do as he went along.  I was provided with the latest
model of thermostate, and how to use it for home comfort with energy savings. I was always getting email notices from PG&E as to saving energy,
and reducing billings.
For the time, effort and arrangements for future needs, the cost was very
reasonable.

We started out spec-ing a 240W electrical outlet in the garage for a new car.  Then the solar guys told us we'd need our main electrical panel moved around a corner and upgraded before they could install.  So we plopped a big job on top of a small one.

Jason took care of everything (permit, installation, inspections) in a very friendly and personable manner.  The timing was a bit loose-y-goose-y but we were the ones who'd trebled the size of the job, so I really can't complain.  It was all done with a minimum of downtime for us.

The city inspector complimented us on how well the job had been done and asked how we'd found Jason since good electricians are scarce these days.  (Our next-door neighbors had recommended Oak Electric, then I'd verified here at Yelp).  

We were charged exactly what he estimated and the whole system has been working beautifully for a month now.

Called them up recently with an emergency situation and they were able to address the problem right away.

This company has the best workers who do excellent work with confidence.  Eddie Moreno and Emmanuel came to our office and we were absolutely impressed with their work, attitude and great results.  Highly recommend their services.  We are considering using them to do our solar panels.

BMH Electric helped with wiring the thermostat and replacing a box/socket (total of 3 to 4 hours)
Overall, happy with experience. Worth noting, they are flexible and work with you on scheduling convenient time for service.

My was excellent in his communication and service. I have him removed the existing fluorescent light fixture and installed a new flush-mount ceiling light. He re-assembled the removed fluorescent fixture and put this at the side. And tidied up the new ceiling light box and offered to sweep the floor when the job was done. In addition he patched up the holes used for the fluorescent fixture. Overall, I will get him again if I need any electrical work or projects to be done.

Francisco sent his crew back to retest the system, found out that the micro inverters were the issue. Since they are still under warranty  the manufacturer will replace all 24 micro inverters for me. It will take 2-4 weeks for them to ship. But for now I have 3 new inverters working that Francisco was kind enough to let me use it while waiting for the replacement.

Knowledgeable, simple, straight forward, and very honest.  Rob is a great guy to work with.  He knows what he is doing and isn't afraid to be real with you.  I have used him on several projects of mine and have been fully satisfied every time.  Would recommend this contractor anytime!

I had an electrical emergency at my home late this afternoon and as a result had no power.   I was told by PG&E that I couldn't turn the power back on until I had an electrician come out to look things over and deal with the problem.   Multiple other electricians didn't want to both with the problem at 5:45pm today, but Arkady turned around from his drive home to Mountain View to come to San Mateo and help me.   He fixed it in very little time and explained what we could do in the future to help prevent a similar problem.   He told me he normally is booked 2-3 weeks out.   I'm so grateful that he made the time to help me when no one else would!!!

The problem must have been well known to certain electricians.  It was about voltage to a security doorbell.  He made a quick and simple suggestion at the time of my search for electricians through Yelp.  Quote was reasonable, too.
He showed up and fixed it right away.  Voila.

The technician Yovani is very responsive and the communication is straightforward. He arrived job on time, quickly understood the issue and started working on it right away. He is very knowledgeable and skilled. He was able to get the work done quickly with high quality. I would definitely use his service again if I have any electrical problems.

We just moved to our new place and we hired Vinh to take out the popcorn ceiling, put recessed lighting and paint the walls.  I'm glad we got him to do the job.  He is very professional, did a great job, did it quite fast and was very helpful giving us suggestions on how to improve certain aspects of the remodeling.  He was also very flexible when we wanted some changes added once the work had already started.  I'm so happy with my new place. It doesn't have much natural light but without the popcorn ceiling and with the new lighting it looks amazing!

Mike and Family are always consitanly who we refer for solar system installations. Mike's straight forward approach is a welcome change to many others in the area

Dan came through for us for a simple GFCI outlet problem in our bathroom. I screwed it up and he fixed it. Straightforward and quick.
