I needed a company to install my new NEST, so I contacted a few companies recommended on the NEST page. Some of them did not even answer me, and a couple said that would reach me back and never did.
Dan answered immediately and scheduled a time for the installation for a couple of days later. He showed up on time and did a fantastic job. He explained to us everything he was doing, and now my NEST works perfectly. Moreover, he did not overcharge, and his price was lower than the other companies!

Binh Lam came to the rescue again this past weekend. A kitchen appliance circuit breaker or two popped at an inconvenient time thereby limiting my plans for entertaining that evening. Specifically, some kitchen appliances or their circuitry were faulty.
As a seasoned older couple, we always have one person we can call for help when in need. So right away we called Binh. For electrical matters, Binh is # 1 on the list. Always eager to please, he adjusted his busy daily schedule to help me out of a jam. He is more flexible than most electricians. Right away he came some distance to my home and went to work. After assessing the situation he reviewed with me the set of options and I approved one.
As he predicted, in less than an hour, he fixed the problem and cleaned up the area. What a relief! He did buy some parts and provided me with the receipts. His labor costs were quite competitive and reasonable. Customer satisfaction is an objective of his business. He aims to please!
Lam approaches all tasks enthusiastically and confidentially. His work is meticulous, focused and efficient. If you find yourself in a jam with either electrical or gas related problems, don't hesitate to call Binh. We did, and we do not regret it. You won't either.

I had Den's Electric install two bathroom fans in my home.  I had no idea that this job included crawling around in my attic and cutting the ceiling for a custom fit.  I am so happy that I hired Den's Electric to complete this job.  They were ontime, professional and quick.  They did a great job and I am thrilled with their work product.  I would hire them again in a heart beat!

I have a two story townhouse that gets hot up stairs in the summer. The two upstairs bedrooms have vaulted ceilings with no existing electrical cans in the ceiling. So, I needed an electrician to install the cans and wire in the associated switch.

So, I called a few contractors and eventually hired Steve who provided a reasonable estimate and was easy to get along with. During the estimate visit, Steve recommended a creative way to retain the switch for wall receptacles ((think table or floor lamps) and add a dedicated switch for the ceiling fans. He also recommended a whole house fan that I hadn't thought of. So he has a bit of creativity and experience to help suggest improvements.

He and John showed up on time for the estimate and install. They also respect the customers home by doing a clean job, tarping the work area and picking up after themselves. They're both very personable and are a pleasure to work with.

I contacted Bellows Soquel to replace my aging Lennox Pulse and Lennox air conditioner, as well as the ducting in my crawlspace and attic. Everyone from Carl the initial salesman to Russel the project manager to the office staff was friendly, professional and willing to answer the many questions I had. Mikey, the install manager was an outstanding leader of his crew, including Brian, Jamie, Alvie and Rudy.  All of them were efficient and hard working professionals.  My new Lennox system is up and running.  I'm amazed at how they were able to tackle a complicated job and perform at such a high level.  They left my garage and home looking like they'd never been here. Everything is carefully and precisely installed. I'd give each of them ten stars if I could.  All of my questions were thoughtfully and thoroughly explained.  Bellows is a top notch company and you won't go wrong by choosing them.  One happy customer here.

Amazing service! Originally hired Oak Electric to sort out the power situation at our warehouse to handle a second 40 foot refrigerated shipping container. The prep work was done a few days prior to the container's arrival before Oak returned the day of delivery to power the reefer unit up. After seeing how they handled the power situation at the warehouse, we then hired them to help power up a commercial grade sauna unit at our house. The Oak Electric team was awesome to work with. Easy to schedule with. Great at communicating throughout the entire process. Very professional. High quality work. I definitely recommend Oak Electric and will be sure to hire them again for any future electrician needs.

We had power go out to half of our home. I am somewhat handy and tried to figure it out myself to no avail,  to the extent that I had to look for an electrician and I found Five or Free Electrical. They were easy to schedule with and able to get out rather quickly. I had Gilbert and Gerry come out on time within the scheduled appointment, and they were able to find the loose connection I had within 30 minutes. Very fast work, and you can tell they know what they are doing. I do have an old home and with that the outlets are old which is where they found out the loose connection was. They told me loose connections are the number 1 reason why electrical fires happen, so I am so happy that they were able to come and make it safe. They were able to fix it for a fair cost, and they were very easy to work with. Any people needing electrical work should call these, you will be very happy with them. Any future work I have I will call only them and nobody else!

I wanted to install fiber cable, and needed an electrical outlet on the outside of the building right next to the cable and phone inputs. Brian came out and installed an outlet without any ugly drilling or wiring. He went the extra step of making things perfect. Afterwards AT&T even asked who did such a nice job. I was very happy with BMH Electric service and will now use them for all my electrical needs!

My and his crew are great. We had all new lighting installed in our home. The the work was done in a timely manner, accurately and cleanly. My listens what your ideas are and makes it happen. I highly recommend Clever Electric.

Francisco sent his crew back to retest the system, found out that the micro inverters were the issue. Since they are still under warranty  the manufacturer will replace all 24 micro inverters for me. It will take 2-4 weeks for them to ship. But for now I have 3 new inverters working that Francisco was kind enough to let me use it while waiting for the replacement.

We asked Rob Odom to replace most of the wiring at our home, and upgrade the electric connection to 200Amps. We had requested bids from four other electric contractors and Rob's had turned out to be the lowest. We had initially thought that it might be because he was cutting some corners, but we gave him the contract seeing these reviews on yelp.

Rob exceeded our expectations in many ways:

(1)All the new wiring in the home looks extremely neat and tidy.

(2)He installed dimmer switches in all the rooms; something we had not put in the contract and had not expected.

(3)When an issue came up that the inspector would not pass without wired smoke alarms being installed at the home, Rob dealt with it swiftly and efficiently.

(4)All the inspections were handled efficiently and completed fine.

If you are going to hire Rob for your work, and the work requires multiple electricians, I would recommend you to ask Rob about Richard. Richard is great too, he spotted that the laundry area that we wanted to build would not be sufficient for a stackable laundry unit, and suggested the changes so the laundry unit could be built properly.

I'm glad I called / Yelped around until I found Arkadiy.  All I needed was a 240v outlet put into my garage about 1ft from my switch/breaker box.  Most electrical shops in the South Bay were charging $500 for this work - once they found out that I was doing this to install an EV charger, they felt compelled to gouge me on price.

Arkadiy did the work quickly and in a high quality fashion - all for a very fair price.  I would definitely use him again for my home electrical needs.

Vinh came to my house for free estimate to paint pretty much the whole interior of home, just moved in. His bid was far more inline with what I was hoping to pay.  As luck would have it his schedule was open the following Monday. Showed up to the job 10 minutes early to go over what he would be doing so we were on the same page. Did a fantastic job, very happy to recommend if you need painting

Huge thanks to Jay who came to our house today, was extremely professional and courteous, prompt, and knowledgeable. He went the extra distance to explain the issue to both me and my husband and provide photos that helped illustrate the issue. We had follow-up questions and he quickly got back on the phone with us. It was a billion degrees outside today, even though he was wearing a super uncomfortable looking uniform, he took the extra time in the sun to help us feel confident in his diagnosis. Thank you!
