Dan and Kris worked on several little projects in my home, and they are great. They are on time, friendly and professional. I also wanted to install a barn door in my bedroom, so they did some research to provide several options to complete this project (i.e. choice of wood for head casing so it would match door, what to do with the door frame, etc.). They assembled the door, removed the closet door frame, and prepped the wall for texturing and painting. I could not be happier with the result. I highly recommend BAM for any home repairs.

Installed a crawl space gfci outlet for me to connect the sump pump. His price was reasonable so I worked with him. He did a good job finished in a timely manner. He also explained everything to me.
I recommend him.

We had a great experience with Got Watts.  James came out for our appointment and was so helpful with explaining what he found and breaking down the cost of what needed to be repaired.  When he came back to work on replacing the panel he was also able to save portions of it and save us some serious cash.  Will definitely be using them again!

Hancock is the best! I called him today for a quote for dimmer switch installation. He gave me a fair price and let me know he could come right over and do the job. I was immediately impressed by him on the phone and was pleasantly surprised that he would be able to do the job on the same day, almost unheard of.
The job was much more complex than we originally planned on. Hancock was amazing and figured it all out. He went above and beyond and had a great disposition. I will only hire him for all of my future electrical needs. You can't go wrong and will be in good hands with him. Five star all the way!

I've had Steve and Mike of Southwest Electric work on my house multiple times, and they do really terrific work.

They can do a wide range of jobs, including simple home fixes to They are a locally-owned business, extremely personable, and very professional in their work. Steve (the owner) always comes out personally to check on the job, and they get things done promptly and correctly. As my house is a 1970's era house, it really helps to have somebody who knows all the particulars (oddities?) of how the wiring works in the neighborhood.

I've had SW Electric work on my pool equipment, my interior lighting, add a ceiling fan, add attic fans, etc -- their prices are always reasonable and they take care of me quickly.

Bellows is an overly expensive Company with poor customer service. They charge you excessive fees to fix things that are under warranty and do a pretty poor job if it. I like Costco and got in touch with Bellows through there. They make Costco look bad.

Called Jason a few weeks ago and he replied immediately. we agreed upon a time for him to come over and address some light switch and bulb issues. He was on time, did the job very quickly and professionally and charged me a very reasonable rate. He was great with my dog too which is a big plus :-) . I will call Oak Electric again as Jason is a super nice guy and did a great job for me.

We hired JMC to wire up our hot tub, and although I was a bit skeptical at first with regards to whether the price was worth it or not (not outrageously high, but also not inexpensive), after the install today, I have to admit that I am 100% a fan of theirs. From start to finish, they've been very clear in their communications and every single person I've interacted with has been super professional. With the install today, even though it wasn't their fault that the hot tub company didn't leave behind the right breakers for them, JMC's Hector and Eduardo went above and beyond to make sure I had what I needed to get the hot tub working today, especially since I told them that I was heading out of town early the next morning. Above and beyond in terms of making calls to track down the missing component and then actually driving out to the hot tub place to pick up the component. And they did it so cheerfully that I knew that they cared about doing a great job and leaving me a happy customer. I am a forever fan and will be calling them up for other electrical needs in the future!

Alex arrived to the house on time, even though I mistakenly gave the wrong address (my bad!), and he was very professional, and upon my interaction with him, very courteous. He assessed what needed to be done and verified the outlets that needed to be upgraded at this time. The 2-3 days later, Tim came to the house and verified the outlets that he'll need to upgrade, all 6 of them. Tim methodically replaced all outlets, and we reminisced growing up in the Bay Area. Throughout the project, Tim mainly focused on the job. I knew then that I realized I have found my new go-to electricians. Five or Free has been great from my initial contact with them for a quote to the completion of the job. I highly recommend them!

It was very easy to interact with Brian, via email or text we were able to discuss the project, and schedule a date for it. Brian was on time. He did a terrific job, extremely clean. I needed to install a Tesla wall charger, which involved adding amp circuit in my main panel. The installation is super clean. I also asked him to instal 2 outdoor outlets and same, perfect job, super clean. He is now saved in my favorite contact and will for sure use his services for my next project. Professional work, very nice and friendly, pay attention to the details. 5 stars work ! Definitely recommend !

My was excellent in his communication and service. I have him removed the existing fluorescent light fixture and installed a new flush-mount ceiling light. He re-assembled the removed fluorescent fixture and put this at the side. And tidied up the new ceiling light box and offered to sweep the floor when the job was done. In addition he patched up the holes used for the fluorescent fixture. Overall, I will get him again if I need any electrical work or projects to be done.

I am the supremely lucky one to have persevered long enough to find these guys. Truly, I had work to do and several unsavory issues with other electricians.  I experienced indifference, high prices and lack of customer service from many competing electricians. Rob  is courteous, competent, trustworthy and patient. All went so perfectly I have now have him scheduled for more work. And I'm going to use him in the future for all of my apartments and homes. Enough said!

Couple of days ago Arkadiy witnessed it when another driver cut in my lane and hit me. Just out of sense of right, he volunteered to pull over with us to tell me he could testify for me if necessary. And his help turned out to be critical.

I will not hesitate recommending Arkadiy to any one who wants to work with a descent and trustworthy contractor. And I personally will use his service for sure if I have the needs.

Semantic Electric removed an old bathroom fan / light combo and replaced it with a new one.  They responded quickly to all my questions, provided a reasonable flat rate, scheduled it within the week, arrived on time, and did a good job.  I would definitely call them the next time I need an electrician.

Anthony was a pleasure to work with. He responded quickly via Yelp, gave me a date and time to get my doorbell fixed. He was punctual, professional, and very helpful in explaining why it was malfunctioning. Truly glad to have hired him. I will be keeping him in my contacts for future work. Thanks Anthony Electric!!

Vinh and his crew have done 2 large jobs for us and they have been fantastic!  I was amazed at his ability to estimate time and expense for a complete remodel. He told me 21 days and completed everything on day 20 exactly on budget. His guys are meticulous in every thing they do.  I have very high expectations and could find nothing wrong with the work they did on either project. Vinh is a pleasure to work with and incredibly knowledgeable in his field. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

Editing to add: The owner has since contacted me about my experience. He apologized, offered to finish the project, and waived the remainder of the invoice. He also said that he has let the employee who did our job go. Although I was very unhappy with the way his former employee did business, I very much appreciate his quick response and desire to right the situation.

BEWARE! This company is predatory and unethical.

I let them know ahead of time that I was going through my home warranty company for my oven repair. The budget was $190, which I both screen shot and texted beforehand.

The owner sent out an employee who had to call his boss about half a dozen times. The diagnosis and repair (plus all the phone calls) took approx 1.5 hours. The on site electrician tried to charge $1,900! I reminded him that the budget was $190 and would need further approval from the home warranty company. I was then put on the phone with the owner who told me that it would be $650 and threatened to undo the work if I didn't pay. I asked for a written invoice which had a new total of $725. It claimed that they came out twice and reinstalled the oven. The electrician that did the work left the oven hanging from the wall with 2 screws on the floor and the other 2 completely missing.

Dan came through for us for a simple GFCI outlet problem in our bathroom. I screwed it up and he fixed it. Straightforward and quick.
