Best Electricians in California

Dan was quick communicative and figured out my board is under warranty.  Advantage of being local to Palo Alto.

I called Lam on a Saturday morning to help with my kitchen light dimmer which stopped working. He was over in a few hours to fix it, finished the job very quickly and didn't over-charge me for what ended up being a small job.

It's been a 2 months since our Solar and whole house fan installation and we are loving it. Install went smooth and electric bill disappeared. The whole house fan was the single greatest investment I've ever made. We had many options for Solar but went with Got Watts because not only do they have great service and pricing but they also support things like youth sports in the community.

Today I initiated a Yelp request for price quotes for a small electrical job. DEN Electric was quick to respond with a quote. Hancock, the owner, said he could come to do the job today, even though it was already late in the afternoon. He arrived, evaluated the job swiftly and completed the job in a neat and timely manner. He honored his original quote.  He and his business partner, James, were pleasant and easy to work with.   I would contact DEN Electric again for electrical projects.

I was looking to get a 240V line put in my garage from my EV Charger.. Steve came out and gave me an estimate without any BS like many of the other contractors. His priciig was the lowest from anyone else and he was able to fit in the install within a few days whereas others were making me wait for over a month.

On the day of the job, Steve showed up early with his crew and were done within a couple of hours.. Work was done excellent with no mess left for me to clean.. I was very impressed.

5 Stars to Southwest Electric and will surely hire them again for my Electrical needs.

I needed work done at my business and the existing electric was a real mess.  Jason came in and cleaned everything up, updated all of my lighting and made the space functional for my business.  He and his team were always prompt, neat and courteous and their work was top notch.  I would highly recommend Oak Electric to others!

I was referred to JMC by Hotsprings Hot tubs and I couldn't be more pleased.   The owner came over the next day after the initial call and shot be a bid right away and made me feel comfortable that they could fix the issue.

Jacob showed up on time and began walking me through everything about the electrical issues that could be causing the problem and promptly got to work troubleshooting the issues.   He really knows what hes doing.  I had another electrician come out and he was scratching his head.  However, Jacob was able to pin pin point the issues immediately and also went above and beyond to get some replacement parts so I could have my hot tub running this weekend.   I cant say thank you to Jacob enough for the great service and superior knowledge of the Hot tub products.

Seems like this company prices by the value of the house instead of the work. Quotes $5,000 for installing a 220V outlet 10 feet from panel inside the garage! Truely means 5 in name means its quotes starting fives?

Now have multiple quotes from reputed electricians for close to $1k, which too seems excessive so still seeking bids. But $5k??? The Gilbert guys has to be installing gold plated wires!!!

Just get someone else for your electrical work.

Excellent work and professional service. I called Brian on a  weekend after my garage lights wouldn't turn on and he was able to book me Monday morning - I am always happy to pay for quick turnaround. Knowledgable, personable, and patient - I'll be referring Brian to all my friends.

My and his crew are great.  I'm afraid with all these great reviews, he might get too busy, but I have o share.  He did a bunch of work at my house including a 200amp panel upgrade and 2 bathroom fan installs w/ timers.  He took care of all the inspections and everything passed with any issues.  

He arrives early and always cleans up a the end of the day.  I would hesitate to recommend Clever Electric to anyone.

I was having my kitchen remodeled and my contractor recommended upgrading my house to a 200amp circuit.  The quote they came back with was almost 4 times their estimate so I decided to look for my own electrician

Rob was recommended to me by a friend that works at PG&E.  Note: this was not a recommendation from PG&E, but they had good experiences with Rob.

He was one of 5 electricians I called: all recommended by friends.  Two never returned my calls, one was inadequate for the job, and the last one never completed my quote.  I was beginning to feel like I would have better luck finding a unicorn.  All of that said: I had a great experience with Rob.  

Rob came to my house and took down all of the details of the work I wanted done and made a suggestion: I have a plug-in hybrid car so he suggested adding a 220 outlet for a car charger.  

He got back to me with a quote within the week and it was 33% lower than my contractor.  I signed the contract and had to put the work on hold due to issues with the general contractor.  Once I was ready to begin the work Rob made himself available and did excellent work.  He took care of all of the permits and did the work he said he was going to do when he said he was going to do it.

If you need any electrical work done I cannot recommend Rob highly enough.

Arkadiy was personable and knowledgeable. He was able to repair my ethernet connection over CAT5 to a accessory building. Everything went well. He provided an estimate and beat it.  Hire him with confidence. Highly recommended for your ethernet cabling needs.

I am a hard grader so 5 stars is saved for reviews of those with who m I have done multiple yelp reviews.

The technician Yovani is very responsive and the communication is straightforward. He arrived job on time, quickly understood the issue and started working on it right away. He is very knowledgeable and skilled. He was able to get the work done quickly with high quality. I would definitely use his service again if I have any electrical problems.

Vinh and his crew at NorCal painting are exceptional contractors. They completed painting and several small home improvement tasks at our place. Our power went out yesterday around 9pm when I was pressed start on dryer. It was total black out and nothing was working.  Besides having no lights, I couldn't open the fridge nor heat up milk  nor cook lunch for my kids this morning.  Having no electricity is a total nightmare but thankfully MIke came out today.  All these horrible possibility were running through my head but Mike called and asked me what had happened prior to his arrival and promised he will be here with 30 mins. He didn't have to make a trip out here but he did for our family because he know it was an emergency.  He came and fixed everything within an hour.  He diagnosed the problem , restore my power , tested the problem Appliance, re - tested. Amazing service! Most importantly , thank you Mike .  I can't imagine another night without power at home.  Thank you !
