Excellent service!

Dan came on time and was very easy to get a hold of via text and yelp messaging. He installed 2 Nest Cam IQ cameras for me. He was friendly, knowledgeable, detail-oriented, and quick at assessing the best placement of our cameras. He explained everything to be expected and made the process quick and easy without making me feel rushed. He was very easygoing and made me feel confident in his ability to get the job done.

Out of the three quotes I received (from companies listed as Nest Pros), his quote was the most reasonable at an average of $150 per camera. Ultimately, I paid $100 per camera and $10 each for 2 extension cords (although he offered he could use my own extension cords to avoid the extra cost). He took approximately 1.5 hours for the installation of both cameras while other companies estimated the job would take them approximately 2.5 hours. This time also included his initial assessment of our house, which only took a about ten minutes. He was very neat and careful with the installation.

Also, he took the time to assess other electrical work we may need in the future.

I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable and honest professional! We look forward to contacting him for future projects.

Binh Lam came to the rescue again this past weekend. A kitchen appliance circuit breaker or two popped at an inconvenient time thereby limiting my plans for entertaining that evening. Specifically, some kitchen appliances or their circuitry were faulty.
As a seasoned older couple, we always have one person we can call for help when in need. So right away we called Binh. For electrical matters, Binh is # 1 on the list. Always eager to please, he adjusted his busy daily schedule to help me out of a jam. He is more flexible than most electricians. Right away he came some distance to my home and went to work. After assessing the situation he reviewed with me the set of options and I approved one.
As he predicted, in less than an hour, he fixed the problem and cleaned up the area. What a relief! He did buy some parts and provided me with the receipts. His labor costs were quite competitive and reasonable. Customer satisfaction is an objective of his business. He aims to please!
Lam approaches all tasks enthusiastically and confidentially. His work is meticulous, focused and efficient. If you find yourself in a jam with either electrical or gas related problems, don't hesitate to call Binh. We did, and we do not regret it. You won't either.

This review might have been 3 stars because of less than stellar workmanship in the wiring/installation of ceiling lamps in some bedrooms, but we shared our concerns with Got Watts, and Shelby took care of the problem right away, sending an independent crew (Miller Interiors) to come out the next day to correct it. They came and did a great job and Shelby showed me that Got Watt has great customer service. From the beginning, scheduling was a breeze with this team and they saw it through the end. Things happen, and that's okay, but their response was better than I expected. Thank you!

Hancock did an excellent job with installing EV charger at our new home. He was pretty quick with the installation and even provided couple of workarounds when we hit a snag. Overall I would recommend him to everyone needing charger installation.

Steve, who I believe is the owner, is really responsive and gets back to really quickly. I've used them several times and the electricians are very knowledgable and friendly. They do a great job and charge reasonable prices which is unusual for an electrician. When they quote a job they stick by the price even if it takes longer for them to complete it. I recommend them highly.

If you're looking for a reliable company to fix your AC unit, this company will be the last company you should consider, period.
(1) The initial diagnosis fee is Not cheap, more then the other company.
(2) The technician didn't give you the estimate until you got the bill. $5 fuse, he'll charge you $179.
(3) After 4 days, system broke down, technician didn't know what to do, proposed more Expensive solutions...the system never got fixed...I have to hire the other five stars company & fixed it.

We started out spec-ing a 240W electrical outlet in the garage for a new car.  Then the solar guys told us we'd need our main electrical panel moved around a corner and upgraded before they could install.  So we plopped a big job on top of a small one.

Jason took care of everything (permit, installation, inspections) in a very friendly and personable manner.  The timing was a bit loose-y-goose-y but we were the ones who'd trebled the size of the job, so I really can't complain.  It was all done with a minimum of downtime for us.

The city inspector complimented us on how well the job had been done and asked how we'd found Jason since good electricians are scarce these days.  (Our next-door neighbors had recommended Oak Electric, then I'd verified here at Yelp).  

We were charged exactly what he estimated and the whole system has been working beautifully for a month now.

I had used JMC once before in an emergency situation and they were awesome. Used them for several different issues this time that had piled up over time and once again, could not be happier.  Alfredo was timely, profession, friendly, thorough, used all safety precautions, explained everything that was to be done in advance and again after completion and asked my preferences where warranted.  JMC will be my go to electrician from now on whether its a big job or small. Finding a contractor that you can count on in all situations can be difficult but thanks to Alfredo and JMC, that is no longer the case for us when it comes to electrical.

I could not be more pleased with the service I received from the folks at Five or Free. PG&E had sent me a letter requiring me to have a ground wire moved. I contacted Five or Free on Monday morning and spoke with John who kindly and promptly set me up with an appointment for Tuesday. John was cool (we spoke for a minute) and after learning I am a veteran he encouraged me to apply for the company's veteran discount (really helpful).

On Tuesday Tim A came by in the morning to assess the need. He was on time, quick, and super friendly. The team set me up with a same day appointment to get the job done. Later that afternoon Tim returned and knocked out the job in less than 30 minutes including patching up a wall. The work was done well and done quickly. These guys are GREAT. You've earned a customer. AND thank you for the great price. Again, thanks Tim and team for being so excellent. Two thumbs up.

We are getting ready to move and needed to replace plugs, switches, fixtures and have outdoor lighting issues resolved.  Looked on Yelp for good local electrician and saw the reviews for Brian at BMH Electric.  Emailed Brian with our list of needs, he responded quickly - came and took a look, and provided a fair quote.  We agreed and he and his team came in and did the work quickly, cleaned up, and were super friendly and professional.  The day they were working, PG&E turned the power off on the street.  They couldn't test all the work when they finished.  A couple of minor things didn't work, we emailed and he was back the next day to complete.  My wife (the real boss) and I were very pleased with Brian and BMH and highly recommend them.

I was referred to Clever Electric, in particular My, by my colleagues at Google. After working with My and seeing his work, I highly recommend My and Clever Electric. His work ethic, level of professionalism and going out of this way to do extra things that will be appreciated in future are clear data points that, by far My is one of the best contractors I have ever worked with. All his staff are absolutely wonderful. They truly think of the customer first. I had a big job, replacing all aluminum wiring in San jose, and there were challenges. My and his team did an absolutely fantastic work and would definitely recommend him for a promotion if he was a co worker.

After reading the reviews and I decided to contact Odom Electric earlier this month. I needed to service some electrical issues with my home.

Some of the issues I was having is shorts happening with a few light switch, missing fuse in electrical box and basic hardware install (ceiling fan, chandelier, running cable behind the wall for tv, etc.).

These guys are absolutely awesome and professional. As all the other review states, they come on-time, clean-up during and after projects. Most of all they are super friendly.

Jay came out to install a few new outlets for me in my garage and house. He was very kind and courteous and the work was done well. The quote was reasonably priced and he even was able to repair a ceiling fan i was having issues with , free of charge.
