Henry did a great job installing a NEMA14-50R and additional GFI breakers in my garage. Super friendly and responsive in communication. Very accommodating when it comes to scheduling, knowledgeable and works really fast! I had to get back to him a few weeks after the installation due to an unknown problem on my side. He came out the next day, checked everything and helped me solve it. Definitely highly recommend!

I used David and his team on two different occasions and they did a fantastic jobs on both. Especially on the second time I was in an immediate need of fixing power line to water heater and David came out on such a short notice and fixed it right away so that I could have hot water that day. We are a community church in Fremont. Vlad the tech guy came to diagnose 3 old roof HVAC three times. On time, fast, experienced and honest. I could not be happier.

All other repairmen came and told us we need a new one.

Caio responded very quickly after my initial request and provided a reasonable quote for my project of adding an outlet to my bathroom. He's also very accommodating for the appointment. He came to my house on time with everything he needs. He was very professional and respectful for my place. He did the job well.

I bought a Google Hello Nest battery doorbell and decided to hire Jack to convert it to a wired one so I don't  have to worry about having to charge and babysit it. He also updated the outlet to a GFCI one.

Jack was easy going, communicative from the start, pleasant to work with, and prompt. He speaks English and Vietnamese. I think his pricing is fair. He took his time to make sure everything worked and was to my liking, such as the view angle, the location of the device, and different options for installation. We ran into an issue with the wall studs being in the way and he was able to provide workable options. He cleaned up after himself, wore a mask, and took his shoes off to do the work.

The work was clean and everything is working great so far! I would hire him again in the future when I need electrical work.

I highly recommend Velo Electric. Carlos is super experienced, professional, and was very responsive. I will definitely call Velo next time I need an electrician!

My next electrical repair or install, Mike is my first call. He should be your firdt call as well.

It took three phone calls to get him to come to the house to give us a quote. He arrived on-time and was very professional asking questions to come up with his estimate. Only problem was four days later he still hadn't provided the estimate. Finally when he returned my call he said his phone erased the data. I still need an electrician so I give him all the information over the phone and he thanks me for sticking with him and promises to get the quote to me that evening. Ten days later he still hasn't sent the estimate.

Now if you're so busy that you don't have time to support a new customer than just say so. But don't string me along.

Contacted JCM for an issue I was having at home for a while and they were very quick and easy to work with.

I had Erick stop by to take a look for a panel upgrade and he was extremely nice and helpful throughout the whole process. I would definitely recommend JCM for any further upgrades or help down the road

Listened to what we wanted, then gave reasonable  recommendations, and were honest with pricing. They even gave options for lower cost methods or items, if I wanted.
One days work: Finished full install of recessed lighting in 2 bedrooms with no ceiling lights completed with dimmer switch, two hallway lights switched out for recessed lights and ran a new line to the master bath so we can later have a higher powered exhaust fan. When ever an aesthetic decision was to be made they asked before doing the work.

This is the third house we've used Richard and Acero Electric, and I feel bad for not reviewing sooner. Richard is an honest electrician that does incredible work. He gives great consultation and is really looking to save you money whenever possible. I have recommended Acero Electric to both friends and family. Everyone agrees that he is fantastic. Richard did an amazing job putting canned lights in my current house. In the past he's helped bring some spotty work up to code and fixed a variety of issues. I will always use Richard for everything electrical in the future.
