Best Electricians in California

I replaced an electric outlet in my kitchen and inadvertently hooked the power up backwards which apparently shorted out one of the breaker circuits In my breaker box.  This left me without power in our main bathroom, master bedroom, hallway and office/spare bedroom. Ken of AC3 LLC was one of only two electricians to return my call in a timely manner and was the only one that could come out and track down and fix the problem the same day. He was prompt, friendly, and diligent. I am very grateful he was available and will be using him for future electrical work I will be doing.

Lex not only was the best electrician, but he was a kind human being.

Background story: we purchased a home built in the 1960s and renovated with a low life GC named, Mike. He took all our money and promised us a newly renovated home. But what he left us was a house of horrors. The electrical wires were spliced, connected incorrectly, hanging in the crawl space underneath water pipes- which COULD have been disastrous if a rodent chewed on the wires and had water dripping on them, one of us would have been electrocuted!

We were lucky enough to have been introduced to Lex who explained these issues to us. We had no idea about these issues because we never checked the crawl space! Lex was able to fix all the loose hanging cables in our crawl space, he checked our attic, and main panel too. He gave us a fair estimate AND completed within the said time frame of the project.

We slept much better that night knowing that we had an actual professional, who cared about our safety and not just the dollar amount to make sure that our house was safer.

10/10 would recommend Lex for any home improvement, business upgrade, or if you just need a second opinion!

I've known Robert since he did the electrical for our bathrooms remodel with a high end build and design firm, about 12 years ago. From that moment on, Robert has been our go-to electrician, and I've referred numerous friends to them as well.  Robert and Sebastian are simply the best!  They get everything done perfectly, quickly, and they are always in a great humor and fun to be around. As well, Robert has spotted and corrected several issues on our home while he was here doing something completely else. Mysterious flickering walkway lights that would go on and off...but only when it rained? Problem solved. Light switch that seemed overly warm to the touch? Circuit was overloaded---fixed it in 25 minutes. He and Sebastian are loved by designers, and can figure out solutions to tricky design issues.  Our just-finished kitchen remodel came out beautifully, and the whole thing was painless.  We wouldn't use anyone else.

Bahram Mo and his team did neat work of installing EV Charging station at our home, including all the required work. Highly recommend them. Accommodated us in their schedule within short notice. Easy to communicate with as well.

These guys are very knowledgeable. He was able to talk over the phone with an electrical problem we were facing and resolve the issue quickly. Our problem was simple and he didn't take advantage of our ignorance to make money. Thanks

Fantastic electrician and human being.   I recommend Kevin's service. I had my EV charging unit installed, and it looks amazing. The level of detail in his work is by far one of the best works I have seen. He explained things in great detail, showing me his experience level. Knowledge is power! I am glad I went with him, and I would tell people to stop looking and go with his service.

I had a tricky project requiring fixing another contractor's sloppy wiring job.  It was a mystery, really, and Marc was exactly the guy for the job.  He was a good communicator, honest, and persistent.  He solved the mystery, and met a tight deadline to get it done.  I'd use Twins Electric again in a flash!

I called these folks a few weeks back to come provide a quote for a bunch of electrical work at my house in New Monterey.... I need a new main panel, light fixtures, 240 volt circuit for dryer, some patio lights... really a bunch of things. A nice lady answered the phone and we scheduled an appointment for 2 PM, three days hence. I had to come home early from work for this appointment but figured it was worth it because they have good reviews. Anyhow, nobody showed up. I called at 3 PM and again at 3:30 PM and nobody answered... very odd. I waited a few days and tried calling again around noon to see if I could schedule another time for my quote, left a voicemail and again no answer and no call back.
Very disappointing experience. This company is obviously very disorganized. I believe many of the positive reviews on here about this company are fake, given my poor experience.

Quote to replace hot water heater was over $5k. Hired someone else and they replaced with a better unit for $2k. They did promise next day service however, two stars for that. My advice, if you have time, get quotes from multiple companies. Also, google the hot water heater you're buying and check the retail cost. Plumbing companies get the items for less than retail and even the toughest job shouldn't take more than 5 hours with a lunch break. One thousand dollars over the cost of the unit should be more than fair. The plumber we hired is licensed, bonded, insured, on Yelp and very professional. He's a one man shop and extremely trustworthy. Nothing shady about the price comparisons. I'm just writing this review to say if you have time, do your homework....

Sam and his team did a nice job for us.  They delivered as promised and even stuck with it and fixed a problem with the Comcast box.  They installed an affordable and easy to use AV system.  I would highly recommend them.
