I was looking to upgrade my old electrical panel and install an EV level 2 charger. Ken did a fantastic job. He gave a quick estimate, got permits and finished the job on schedule. He kept me updated when things came up and kept things moving. Electrical downtime was minimal. My family was staying with me briefly and he was kind and polite to them. Would highly recommend.

Lex not only was the best electrician, but he was a kind human being.

Background story: we purchased a home built in the 1960s and renovated with a low life GC named, Mike. He took all our money and promised us a newly renovated home. But what he left us was a house of horrors. The electrical wires were spliced, connected incorrectly, hanging in the crawl space underneath water pipes- which COULD have been disastrous if a rodent chewed on the wires and had water dripping on them, one of us would have been electrocuted!

We were lucky enough to have been introduced to Lex who explained these issues to us. We had no idea about these issues because we never checked the crawl space! Lex was able to fix all the loose hanging cables in our crawl space, he checked our attic, and main panel too. He gave us a fair estimate AND completed within the said time frame of the project.

We slept much better that night knowing that we had an actual professional, who cared about our safety and not just the dollar amount to make sure that our house was safer.

10/10 would recommend Lex for any home improvement, business upgrade, or if you just need a second opinion!

Sebastian!  My entryway light was giving so much trouble, he responded so promptly and came out to assess the problem.  Appreciated his honest opinion on the fixture (instead of a quick do what you want attitude).  So grateful, he came back to fix the new fixture a second time and did not charge me for that!  Polite, efficient and prompt.  Thanks Sebastian!

After talking with Craig on the phone regarding having an estimate done for recessed lighting in our home, I knew that without even meeting him, I wanted him to be the electrician to do the job.  And, when we met, I was right.  Craig provided us with an estimate, explained the process of installing the lights, and told me that after the lights were installed I would be  happy.  Well, I am more than happy, I'm ecstatic because I have recessed lights not only in my living room as originally planned, but also in my kitchen, dining area, and hallway!  The ambiance of my house is now bright and beautiful because of my new lights, and the wonderful electrician who installed them. Great service! Was able to schedule a Saturday appointment easily, Geoff came and got through my little list of items quickly and efficiently. Super knowledge and good with dogs  too. Will call again. So glad to have found this local shop as I have struggled to find an electrician that is responsive.

Mark Silva was friendly, professional and punctual. We are completely satisfied with the work he performed.  He installed a 240v/NEMA 14-50 in our garage. I highly recommend Twins Electric for all your electrical needs.

Called this company for a check of my electrical box and was told, I was in danger of an overload. My neighbor said I should call pg&e. I called pg @e for a safety check and when i did, i told, all was ok.I do not recommend this company for using scare tactics just to make an unhonest buck.  Always get a second opimion is my word to the wise.

Bellows had good systems in place for customer communication and notifications. Everyone is great to work with. In general a great experience and much better than most companies, who don't pay much attention to implementing systems for quality customer communication and interactions.

I got a reminder text the day before, a text with the name and photo of the electrician this morning, a call from the electrician 10 minutes before they arrived. Made quick work of the problem. Very happy.
