Lex not only was the best electrician, but he was a kind human being.

Background story: we purchased a home built in the 1960s and renovated with a low life GC named, Mike. He took all our money and promised us a newly renovated home. But what he left us was a house of horrors. The electrical wires were spliced, connected incorrectly, hanging in the crawl space underneath water pipes- which COULD have been disastrous if a rodent chewed on the wires and had water dripping on them, one of us would have been electrocuted!

We were lucky enough to have been introduced to Lex who explained these issues to us. We had no idea about these issues because we never checked the crawl space! Lex was able to fix all the loose hanging cables in our crawl space, he checked our attic, and main panel too. He gave us a fair estimate AND completed within the said time frame of the project.

We slept much better that night knowing that we had an actual professional, who cared about our safety and not just the dollar amount to make sure that our house was safer.

10/10 would recommend Lex for any home improvement, business upgrade, or if you just need a second opinion!

Bahram was extremely responsive and very thorough. He arrived on time and sent the quote the same day. The job was to install the electrical for a charging station but he also found an issue with our electrical panel and just charged us for the parts - - not the additional labor. It was an issue that could have started a fire so we are extremely grateful he noticed it. He is very honest and is a genuinely nice person. If you ever need any electrical work done, this is a company you can trust.

Craig was great. Fast response time, showed up on time, worked fast even though he is very chatty. He had quite a few parts in his truck which was convenient. Loves dogs which was a plus for me since my dog wanted to be involved in the project! Would definitely recommend, and we will be calling him again for future projects.

Prompt response from my yelp inquiry; Geoff identified the root cause of a short in one of our circuits.... thankfully he found a major fire hazard which he removed and fixed.  Great job.

I called Bay Electric today - October 18, 2019 - and low and behold...they sent a technician within a half hour...30 minutes!

Amazing! I have never had a response like this from any electrical company or trade come to my home this quickly for any estimate, let alone immediate work.

I have to thank John for relocating a conduit prior to the installation of a new garage door. He came up with alternate ideas, discussed them with me thoroughly, and then rethought a much better, cheaper - and safer - solution. And it only took 1-1/2 hours.

Mark did a great job!!  He is reliable, responds quickly, has reasonable rates, cleans up after himself, honest, and overall a nice young man!  We will definitely recommend to everyone we know.

We had a problem with our security/smoke detector systems, we called Wright electrical company and they were very professional and had a clear idea of their schedule availability and we booked an appointment. Kody gave us a call to inform us before arriving which we find convenient to allow us to wrap up any work meetings we are on. Kody was very friendly and knowledgeable, he fixed what we needed fixed and educated us on many things we needed to know. He did not mind our many questions and gave us all the time we needed. I wish i knew this before as we have used many other electrician services and they would not come nearly as professional/helpful. I will sure call Wright electrical company for whatever future electrical needs we have.

We have used several different plumbing companies since living in Santa Cruz county and I have to say that working with Bellows was probably one of our best experiences.  The staff on the phones were always pleasant and helpful and concerned with getting a technician out to us as soon as possible.  We have worked with three of Bellows technicians, John, Jeremy and Brian and all three of them were courteous and efficient and checked things over and above what had been the source of the original call.  Well done, Bellows.  We will be using you for alll our plumbing needs.

Sam was nice on the phone and in person.

However, Sam had rescheduled my appointment because he forgot he had another client, took 21 days to send us a quote, and provided us information for a receiver which is available at Best Buy for 1/5th of the price quoted.

Disappointing.
