Best Electricians in California

Todd does really clean electrical work. He does it right and explains your problem. He is an honest business man. I have used other electricians but have had to redo the work because it was poorly done. Don't make that mistake call Dr.Electric and get done right the first time.

I am so glad I came across this listing!! Jeff saved the day!  I had called a number of other electricians with no answer or no availability but Jeff answered right away and despite being booked made time at the end of his day to come help diagnose my intermittent power issue. He is up front with his pricing and very fair. He spent the time to thoroughly diagnose the problem and cleaned up every outlet that he checked. He is truly a professional and I will call him again for any electrical needs that I have!

CET is by far the best electricians I have ever hired. My wife and I bought an old house in Mira Mesa with an array of electrical issues, and I even created my own on top of the ones I inherited by drilling through a wire in a stud one day while mounting a TV. Anthony from CET installed new LED can lights in my living room which had no lights prior, got rid of some outdoor lighting systems that were outdated, installed three bathroom fans (in difficult situations) and also came over for an emergency call where the aforementioned TV Mount lag bolt took out my fridge and stove. All of this was in the span of about 10 days. Anthony was always a pleasure to have over. CET's prices are great. Before I selected an electrician for my can lights, I got a few quotes, and CET's was the best overall, and their professional nature made me trust them more than the others I spoke to. They do not try to rip you off or anything, it's just straight forward and fair. Leyana from the office is also great to work with in terms of scheduling and getting quotes. I'll be exclusively using CET for any electric needs from here on out. If you're trying to find an electrician, just call CET and you can trust them. There's no need to go fielding quotes and whatnot, as you'll get excellent service here and the right price.

Just had a visit from Stuart to check our fuse box. It had been making some crackling noises and was starting to sound like bacon frying so I was a little concerned. Stuart came out and replaced a couple of the breakers and it works fantastic now. I also feel better that it's not going to set the house on fire.

Mary showed up at our home. We spent an hour reviewing what had to be done. She left promising to send a detailed estimate - never heard from her again.  Very unprofessional. If she couldn't do, or didn't want to do the job it would've been nice to have been told that. So...waste

Jesus answered my message quickly for an estimate on a ceiling fan installation. We set up a time for him to come out and see the job and he gave me a written estimate. In a few weeks I notified him through Yelp that I purchased a fan and wanted to schedule a date. He and his wife arrived since it was a high cathedral ceiling and would need an extra pair of hands. They covered the work area and cleaned up after the job was finished. I would hire him again for electrical work and would recommend him to you.

An absolutely top notch experience with DM Electric. Damon and his team were prompt, courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. They were on point and very well priced for a complete panel upgrade, sub panel installation, and switching out of all outlets in our home and garage. I look forward to using DM Electric in the future for all of our electrical needs.

They came out the day of, helped me find the right materials for a job and then did the job and billed me an extremely reasonable rate after the job was completed. This company is my go-to now for electrical work.

My husband was all gaga over DC Electric's work and couldn't stop praising Daniel's professional and thoughtful work. And I trust his excitement as he studied electrical engineering. Here are some details:

DC Electric's tasks:
1. Install a Poul Henningsen Artichoke Lamp replica (bulky, heavy and fragile, most likely qualifies as an installer's nightmare - m.louispoulsen.com/us#pr…).
2. Install two vintage dining room hanging lamps where there used to be only one.

What we liked about DC Electric's work:
Daniel was professional, polite and punctual and he always returned calls. As we were renting the place, we wanted to leave as little damage as possible and Daniel came up with his own ideas to meet our needs. Excellent execution and I still cannot believe he heaved the artichoke on the vaulted ceiling almost entirely by himself! But his professional and thoughtful work really came to light when we moved out of the house and my husband removed the lamps himself. Not only was Daniel's cable work neat, he had thought of everything to make the reverse work easy - like placing the necessary parts next to the lamp below the roof etc. From our experience, it is hard to come by thoughtful craftsmen who take pride in what they do and go that extra mile to make things perfect.

So - a big thumbs up for DC Electric. I would only give five stars to an outstanding business experience and DC Electric earned it, albeit we had the pleasure only once. We would not hesitate to recommend DC Electric to our friends.

PS: DC Electric was arranged and paid by our moving company so I am assuming credit cards are accepted (at least in the office?), though I don't know for sure.

We hired Thomas Electrical to add recessed lighting to two different rooms and swap out a ceiling fan. Jeremy was awesome and really cared to do the job right. He ran into some attic access challenges and provided solutions each step of the way. He also made a lot of suggestions and gave feedback on requests made to make sure we didn't make the wrong choices for our lighting. Communicated with us the entire process, was friendly and reliable. Could tell he took pride in his finished work instead of it being just another job. Thomas is now my go to electrical company. Highly recommend.

Daniel did a great job on installing a new vent fan in our main bathroom. He arrived on time and got the job done fast and it looks great. We couldn't be happier with the finished project and highly recommend him for anyone with a electrical job that they need help with.

Wow, what a professional! Ken returned my call from his vacation within 24 hours of my request for help. He asked his employee Mike to assist me.  My electrical panel failed and needed to be replaced during this summer's heat wave.  Mike clearly explained the electrical issue and repaired the problem within 3 hours. I would definitely used this company again.

Was hoping to use this electrician after all the positive reviews but after multiple calls and voice messages it's been a week and never got a call back or someone to answer the phone. I know it's the right number having reached their voicemail.

We hired Mr. Bartel to install a ceiling fan (I'm glad we did). He came right on time and gave us a great price compared to what Home Depot was going to charge us. He had a great sense of humor and very polite. If you are looking for a honest and good electrician I highly recommend Bartel's Electric! I'll will definitely be using his services again.

Joseph at Green Earth Electric installed a NEMA 14-50 outlet in my garage. He was able to provide a quick and accurate quote based on description and pictures of my electrical breaker panel and the area where I wanted the outlet installed. We set a time for the following day, and he arrived on time. The install was quick and efficient, and he even answered a few of my general electrical questions.
