I hired Steve to install my Tesla charging unit in my garage and I will say that I am very impressed with the work he has done. Steve was always communicative and reliable and has done amazing work in the end. For any future projects, I will consider hiring him again. Thank you again, Steve!

Paul helped us update our old electrical panel and add some new breakers. Excellent work, always responds quickly with my many questions, Paul puts you at ease with his knowledge and friendliness too. They came on time and got the job done when they said it would be done. Ismart was able to provide same day service for us. But the best part is he quoted us the MOST REASONABLE PRICE. Other companies had fancy explanations of what they were going to install to justify their ridiculously exorbitant prices. The fact of the matter is - we needed a 14-50 outlet installed for EV charging, that's it.

Ismart was able to do this the same day we called him, very professional, would call him again in the future.

I highly recommend Pacific Beach Electric.  Owner, Declan Kidd, does excellent work and is  easy to work with.  My family has lived in Pacific Beach for many years.  Over the years, Declan has done a number of jobs for our family.  Recently, I had my first experience working with him.  Our insurance company informed us that our outdated electrical panel had to be replaced due to fire risk. Based on advice from a local contractor and online reviews, I asked for bids from three local electrical contractors.  PB Electric was the lowest bid.  Once required SDG&E approvals were received Declan completed the work quickly.  I especiallyy appreciated Declan minimizing the out of service time as he changed over to the new panel.

Time for a new ceiling fixture in the dining room. Needed to have the fan/light taken down, new fixture installed with dimmer switch. Steve did a great job, also attended to details to make it all look great.
Next project was to replace vanity light in the bathroom. All done perfectly.
Steve recommended a change to the bathroom old fixture, using LED lighting. Great fix, never would have thought of it.
The whole job was well done and I highly recommend this company.

We had a bit of flickering lights suddenly at the house over a few days.  Called McFall Electric asking them to come to the house to give it a check.  I received a quick response from Dan.  Explained our situation, he asked a few questions and then suggested that I contact SDG&E first to see if they could come out for a free service to check out our problem.  If they found it to be an outside line, then SDG&E will fix it for free; if it's an inside line, then I'd have to call a private electrician, similar to McFall (at cost).  So, I took Dan's advice; SDG&E discovered 2 burned out cables at the street box--not inside, but outside problem.  They fixed the problem and we saved ourselves time and money.  Thank you, Dan!  Truly appreciate your help on this one.

If it ain't broke, don't fix it.  Just had my third electrical job need pop up since moving into our home in San Marcos this past summer and I've used Gleason each time with 100% satisfaction.  Rick and his team do exceptional work and are super communicative, honest, and fair in pricing.  Everyone wants to have a guy that you can depend on and Gleason is certainly one of those for us.  Thanks Rick and team!

I hired Smilys to install 240v outlet in my backyard last December, I got my kids a hot tub for Christmas and had such a hard time finding electrician that is available close to the holiday. Luckily I met Ismail, he kindly came even on holiday week and they got the work done fast. My kids were so happy to have the tub hot and running during winter break. I will hire them again, highly recommend these guys !

Super pleased Austin work. He promptly responded to all my questions. He arrived right on time and his charger installation was very professional. I would definitely recommend Austin for any electrical work.

We had to have our entire building rewired. If you need to have people working in your house, Steven and his team are the best I could think of to do the job. He is super easy to communicate with, shows up on time at the time you agree to, shows up consistently and is just a pleasure to interact with. He and his team treated our home with total respect in all ways. They laid down drop cloths, covered everything with plastic and then cleaned up after themselves. They were total professionals. They were consistently checking in to make sure we were happy with everything and wanting to know if there was anything more they could do. They let us know about the upgrades that were available but didn't push anything on us at all.

He was kind, courteous, respectful and able to get the job done correctly within a reasonable amount of time. We had a hard time finding the transformer but he remained calm, collective,  optimistic and professional throughout the search. I highly recommend this company and will be calling back OC Electric for any of our electric needs.

Cosmin was very helpful and responsive. He did a great job installing a new 240v outlet in my garage. He ended up charging me 20% less than the initial quote because the job did not take as long as he thought it would. Very honest, and I plan on using him for any future electrical needs at my house.

Yesterday, seemed like the hottest day of the year. I live in an old home with no air conditioning, and was using fans and portable air conditioning to stay cool.  A circuit failed and I lost power to the living and sleeping areas.  What luck.  

I jumped on yelp and sorted through all the reviews. Made a few calls to get estimates and decided to go with Rod. He and Eddy showed up and got straight to work, less than 10 minutes later he had everything working and he then explained to me what the problem was.

I was so pleased,  I asked if he could install a ceiling fan. He happily and quickly installed it. The final cost was exactly half of what the other two electricians had quoted me to simply fix the failed circuit. I would definately recommend Rod and Eddy to my friends and family.

Needed electricity run for a new Jacuzzi.  Chris came out and reviewed the different ways to run power.  He then gave me a detailed estimate of the work.  He arrived on time and was extremely courteous.  He even fixed a couple of things around the house for no additional cost.  I would highly recommend Chris.

It's Saturday, and it's Memorial Day weekend. A guest accidentally zaps my electricity while running a hair dryer. Circuit breakers look fine, but flipping them on and off doesn't solve the problem.  

Who do you call? Actually, anybody that'll answer. I called other highly rated Yelp-recommended companies, but they all bailed and weren't around for the weekend. I called up Kevin, it was already almost 5pm, and he answered and said he can come right over.

He diagnosed the problem methodically and within a half hour had everything back up and running again. He was courteous, pleasant, and very knowledgable (I think he's been doing this since 1976). Highly recommended when you need someone who knows his stuff in a pinch.

Hank is a very knowledgeable pro who is also very hard working. He will go to the store and purchase the parts needed to complete the project. I found his flat rate very helpful.

He sub-contracted the work and after the sub-contractor arrived, there was some confusion about the work.
I then received a rant from Rob over the phone about the confusion being on my part,, which I eventually ironed out with the sub-contractor.
Rob blamed me for the  20% over estimate charge.
My advice to anyone is to go to Angi or HomeAdvisor and deal directly with who will be doing the actual work.
Work turned out fine.
