These folks are awesome. We called them because we wanted to update our panel, install a new dedicated circuit in our garage for shop tools and a garage door opener, add a living room light and switch, and add exterior outlets for our patio lights and pellet smoker. We made our appointment with Sara who provided first-class, responsive communication and excellent customer service. Eric came out the very next day and took pictures of the areas we wanted to improve upon and followed up later with a written estimate via email. We approved the work and had them start a few days later. Jack, Christian, and Jason completed all the work in a professional manner. These gentleman were very polite, courteous, respectful of our property, and kept us informed every step of the way. Dalcon will definitely be our go-to electricians for any electrical projects going forward.

A water inlet into our house developed a pretty nasty leak and just like that we had to look for plumbing services that could come fix the issue for us quickly. I found AY EMP and requested for a quote, they were very timely in their response, and offered to come take a look the next day.

When they showed up, I had some concerns for our water filtration system, and they offered to replace it the very next day, and quoted a reasonable price for the replacement and installing a pre filter and a water softener. They showed up promptly the next day at the agreed upon time and did the work with utmost professionalism. They were respectful of the property and in fact left it in a cleaner state than what it had been when they arrived!

They were very thorough and got the job done the same day even though it was past sunset(and chilly outside) and they had to make a trip to the hardware store in the middle of the job(because a part did not contain all the components). They explained how to perform routine maintenance on the new system, and cleaned up the work area after they were done.

I am very impressed with AY EMP and will be calling them for any other plumbing, or electrical work around the house!

*Please Read Before You Buy* this review which isn't just about his impeccable attention to detail or better prices, rather it's about being quoted $1,800  from another local high-profile electrician to replace my breaker box which he stated was absolutely necessary, without bothering to troubleshoot. Romero from SV Electric quoted me a price almost half of what his competitor wanted but in the end within 2 minutes Romero identified the problem - a loose screw causing an arc - and charged $10 for replacement parts plus a reasonable service call fee... on a SUNDAY. Lightening-fast communication and honesty beyond reproach. The Bay Area is absolutely fortunate to have such an honest, highly-qualified and detail-oriented electrician.

Knowledgeable and detail oriented approach provided. Needed upgrades to the electric panel to accommodate the switch from a gas to electric water heater. The team was able to diagnose the issue, fully communicate the available options, and help create a plan to address the situation. The team is RESPONSIVE and will definitely use them AGAIN. Just had Henry out to replace aluminum wires with copper. He showed up on time, explained to me what he would be doing, and any issues he might have with pulling the wires. Turns out, there were no issues at all! He completed the job, left the work area clean and charged a reasonable price. I would definitely use CPL again!

I had the pleasure of meeting Fred today. I had texted him a couple days prior and explained my issue of a weak mounted item as well as stripped screws to him. He was very responsive and a great communicator. I was able to send him photos to show him the issue. He came over and was able to resolve it so fast! Larry Strom is a fantastic electrician.  He's knowledgeable, easy to work with an accommodating, schedule-wise.  We've used ELS for almost 15 years and I'd highly recommend Larry.  He's also a former Los Gatos police officer and therefore, I've always found him to be honest and trustworthy.

What I like about ELS, is they're willing to do both large jobs and small jobs.  My experience is many Silicon Valley contractors walk away from small jobs apparently not interested in earning your business.  Give ELS a try, you won't be disappointed.

I needed someone to help me uninstall, move and reinstall a whole house generator from my old house to my new one. The Fitch team was responsive, great communicators, and clearly very knowledgeable about their work as they had to fix a few things on both ends! I hope we don't need further servicing, but they will be my first call if we do.

Hired him to defrost the upright freezer in our garage.  Antonio texted me the day before to confirm the appointment and arrived right on time.  He was able to figure out how to do it and was very patient with my husband, who wanted to help.  He even helped unload and reload the frozen food.  Reasonable price.  Very happy with him and will keep his card for future jobs.

Juan was awesome. Quick reply, professional and cheerful while working. He solved my issue with a circuit breaker and rewired an outlet (and at a considerably lower price than other electricians had quoted). Great watching a pro at work.
