Dalcon Electric did an awesome job for us today. We have had a loose socket under the sink that has been troubling us for a few months now. Had a couple of fly by night electricians tell me it was a problem with the house wiring.
Dalcon electric on the other hand had Carlos Figueroa who did an amazing job. He was super professional and was quickly able to identify the problem.
His estimate of time and the cost was accurate and reasonable. Best of all he helped explain the issue and walked me through the fix - which was actually quite simple - changing the socket.
Would definitely use Dalcon the next time I need something fixed ... and will ask for Carlos. The electrician makes all the difference and he was *awesome*!!!

I had an old AC unit, and it finally died.  I had several quotes done, and AY EMP was the quickest to respond, was thorough in discovery, gave the best quote, and surprised me by upgrading my original quoted unit at no additional charge.  The team was polite and you almost barely knew they were here.  I am so pleased with Andrew and the team, and they let me know they perform a wide variety of services.  This was such a good experience, I plan to work with them on future projects.

Horrible customer service. Called twice and got hung up on both times. I wouldn't recommend nor waste the minutes attempting to make the phone call.

Knowledgeable and detail oriented approach provided. Needed upgrades to the electric panel to accommodate the switch from a gas to electric water heater. The team was able to diagnose the issue, fully communicate the available options, and help create a plan to address the situation. The team is RESPONSIVE and will definitely use them AGAIN. I recently purchased a new kitchen faucet and a new water dispenser for my filter. I try to be somewhat diy, but I'm not afraid to admit when I'm better off with a professional. You don't want to risk it with plumbing. After checking out the reviews, I gave Chuck a call and he answered right away. We setup a day and time, and he came by this morning to do the work. He was very quick with a more challenging install, professional, and also very friendly. I was able to discuss some plans for future work, and also got some great advice on things I would be doing myself in the future.

A great overall experience. After some experience with flaky handymen in the past, I've definitely found my new go to guy for the future!

Emanuel came to my Mother-in-Law's house to inspect a Federal Pacific electrical panel and a weak stab lok circuit breaker. Extremely professional and nice to her and explained what he was looking for. Tightened loose terminals and checked all of the breakers. He's sending an estimate for replacing the panel, but verbally quoted me what we should expect. Very timely and responded to the call quickly... Highly recommend!!

Enrique (Henry) at California Power and Light (based in Morgan Hill but serving the South Bay) offers a GREAT service as an electrician... on time (having called me to let me know he was on his way!) knew exactly what he had to do and did so quickly and efficiently (installed electrical boxes in 2 fireplaces for conversions) and BEST OF ALL, charged me LESS than his quote because, as he said, it was an easier job than he had anticipated!  Will absolutely call Henry again when an electrician is needed, and recommend his service with enthusiasm.

It was the best handyman service experience at the highest level. Some of the significance are:
1- Ultimate punctuality
2- Super clean work.
3- Fred applied all required COVID safety measures including gloves and face mask from the moment arrived to our house.

The whole process stands at the highest quality from the beginning to the end. I will definitely work with Fred again for the future projects, and recommend him with five stars.

David was extremely responsible, answers his phone for clients or gets back by text immediately.  Customer service is the best!

An electrical contractor who cares.   Tenants in my rental property in Fremont had complained that there were electrical problems in the house. Contacted LHP and explained the situation to Yong who answered the phone.  Difficulty was that Tenants for whom English is a second language, almost never answer the phone. This required several calls and texts over several days before LHP was finally able to gain access and trouble shoot and fix the problem, which meant replacing several electrical outlets.
Yong always answered the phone promptly and went to a great deal of trouble dealing with unresponsive Tenants. Repair charges were also very reasonable.
I definitely recommend this Company.

From start to finish, Safety First Electrical Inc was absolutely outstanding!  My request for last minute electrical needs on a Friday afternoon was met with nothing but outstanding customer service and electrical expertise!  Everything the company said they would do to help me, they did exactly that.  Call backs in a very timeline manner, overview of what they could do to assist me and upfront details of service and prices were all so much appreciated.  I was provided with a window of time the service would take place and they provided me both phone calls and ongoing text messages to ensure i was updated about the service and when the electrician was en route.

Sam is very honest in his work and pricing. He helped us look at our fridge outlet and install a new bathroom light/vent. Appreciate his flexibility and that he can help with a variety of issues that we are not familiar with!

Larry responded to my voice mail promptly. This guy is awesome! Unlike other electricians I reached for help, Larry asked me to send him a picture of my electrical panel and tried to do trouble shooting over the phone. He actually helped me solve the problem without coming to my house and charged me $0! I will definitely recommend ELS and Larry to all my friends!

Called them to request service to install outdoor GFCI outlet for my water fountain. The owner Lucas picked up the phone and asked me to send the pictures of the location where I want to install the outdoor outlet. Sent him the required pictures and information of the job that I want them to do and then follow up with few text messages. No response at all I guess they don't have courtesy to reply to a prospect client. Will not recommend this business.

Randy is the BEST!  We feel so lucky to have found him!  Wanted to get a plug in for the Chevrolet Volt to recharge, and called another electrician first.  Depressing just during the initial conversation when we could only talk to the receptionist, felt like it was a bother to even ask about the job.  Called Mopia and Randy answered the phone himself - and we were joking around in minutes.  He made short work of the work and gave us a good price to put the charging unit in.  Even when we indicated concerns that the job could be more involved because of the age of the house, he didn't take advantage of our fears or ignorance but assured us that the unit could be safely put in with the existing wiring - and additional modifications were not needed to meet code.  Yup, he's the man!

Got Nema 14-50 installed for Model Y and they did a good job. Overall happy with the word

Antonio did an excellent job installing some new lights in our bedroom. Very impressed by his dedication, professionalism and hard work. Will definitely be using him again and recommend him without any reservations

Juan was awesome. Quick reply, professional and cheerful while working. He solved my issue with a circuit breaker and rewired an outlet (and at a considerably lower price than other electricians had quoted). Great watching a pro at work.
