No Water sprayed in Dishwasher when it's on so I called chuck for help and he replied in 15 minutes and same morning came to the house to see what's wrong. After 1.5 hrs chuck fixed the water issue (ran dishwasher right away and worked) also fixed the pressure from faucet in the kitchen sink. I'm a very very happy customer. THANK YOU CHUCK

Emanuel listens and has good ideas:
He listened to what we needed, rewired the old half of our house, cleaned up a functioning but messy/jenky city approved rewire to a 200 Amp panel.

Emanuel is very neat:
Many times, contractors know their stuff, but are messy and don't pay attention to the details that leave most of us with a smile on our face.  All the wires were neatly routed under the house, drop cloths were used, and there was no unnecessary drywall patching- yay.

Emanuel does what he promises:
Although we paid him fully upon completion there were a couple small details that he told us needed to be finished.  Some people wouldn't bother to remember and care to come back to do this, but he did, and I can't be happier.

He also guaranteed a ceiling fan remote when similar remotes have failed in the past.  Well, it failed (no fault of his) and he stuck to his word and came back to put in a permanent switch for us AND he had great attitude.

Called and spoke to Henry today to explain my problem with electrical that another company did at our home.  He was so pleasant and seemed very caring. Excellent skills and personality. Plus he prices are reasonable and fixed.  Very good communication skills. If he is going to be late you will get a text. Our homeowners association has been looking for years to find a handyman that was skillful in all areas we needed to be repaired or upgraded.  It appears Fred can do it all. We certainly do recommend him.

David returned my call pretty much immediately, showed up earlier than he said he would, and took care of my generator disconnect from the main panel.  He also patiently listened to a couple of other electrical challenges I have and suggested reasonable options.  As good as it gets, in terms of experience, highly recommend!

Safety first! Customer service tied with Safety! I am so grateful to have called LHP Electrical: my parents needed help with their electricity in the kitchen -- we called him on a Sunday mid-morning and he was there (in Livermore) by 2pm, as promised: he wore a mask the whole time, didn't enter the house (issue was resolved from the garage) fixed the problem and was on his way. His pricing is more than fair, and I am saving his number in my phone for future issues... and while I hope there are none, I feel good knowing we have someone trustworthy, speedy and reasonable priced to call. They say in construction it's about time, cost and quality - you get to choose two.  Somehow with Safety First you'll be getting all three!  Ronnie came to my house to give me a quote for a new EV home charger and the rest was history.  He walked me through the process and was able to explain complex electrical concepts so that they made sense and I was able to make informed decisions about how to proceed.  After careful decision making, Ronnie and I agreed that a panel upgrade made the most sense for my aging home.  He was also able to help install an additional 220 outlet that will now allow me to move my dryer away from natural gas and make the most of my solar.  He was also able to install BEAUTIFUL recessed lighting throughout our home, something that had previously be a low point of our home's aesthetics.  Finally, Ronnie was able to install a gorgeous chandelier over our kitchen table that utilizes stunning Edison bulbs.  I seriously feel like I live in a brand new home thanks to Safety First!

Sam is an excellent handyman. He is sincere, hardworking and his work is very clean and tidy. He helped us put up curtains/shades in two of our rooms. We will definitely call him again for any of our future needs around the house.

Left a message and was called back promptly. Had a problem with my electricity going in and out, and Larry stopped by to troubleshoot and called PG&E for me. He was super helpful. Would definitely call him again.

Santiago was able to come take care of a breaker box issue same day and did a phenomenal job. I'll definitely keep Fitch in mind if we have another circuit issue.

Randy and his crew were excellent. After speaking briefly with Randy by phone about my project I shared specs and my requirements via text. Randy was able to fit me in later the same week. The team arrived on time assessed what was needed. When they realized that they needed a much taller ladder they left and returned a short while later snd began the work. He kept me appraised of each step and the replaced old plastic canisters with much stronger metal ones to support the heavier more modern chandeliers I'd chosen. The estimation of time required was correct and I appreciated the cleanup. They left my home looking the way they found it. Great job!

We wanted recessed lighting installed in a few rooms. Electric Chen responded right away for a quote, which was reasonable with competitive pricing. They also communicated clearly about the work to be done and where the materials would come from.

We scheduled the work. They came on time, worked in a timely fashion, and kept the rooms clean. There were no surprises and now we have recessed lighting in our rooms. Great work and would definitely hire again.

Antonio was on time and very respectful, and did a good overall job. He gave me an initial estimate online, but when he came he explained that the job would cost more. He did the job right, supplied the materials etc and overall I was happy. I got a nest floodlight installed , there was no previous light. I also got a security panel installed in place of an existing one with the given adapter.

Juan was awesome!  My lights were flickering Friday night and he fixed the issue and made improvements to my panel the next morning!

Arrived 30 mins early.  Listened and looked at the issues.  Explained everything to me so I can understand.

However I asked him for a quote on switching out the panel and was told he would send it when he gets home. Then I asked him again and was told tomorrow. Then he just disappeared. Busy I guess.
