Best Electricians in California

I had Juan Zapien come out and look at my electrical issue. There was no charge for initial consultation which is certainly not the norm with other electrician companies. I had one company charge over $200 for a previous initial service call that ended up costing me $500 for one outlet.

Well, for those who believe every company is just out to make $$$, Juan explained my problem and asked if I had the DIY experience to make a few wiring changes. I did explain my level of confidence and we agreed that I could do it myself or call him back and he would send in a work order.

I repaired it myself in about an hour, I work slow, and it's working fine. I can't thank this young man enough for his honesty and, as I learned in our time chatting military experiences, his service in the Marine Corp.

Dalcon is my default electric company for now on.

They did an great job. Well planned and excellent execution. Real experts.
The price is very transparent as well.

James is always there with the right advice. He always finds solutions and does a fantastic job every time. He has solved electrical issues for me, installed recessed lighting and installed car charger plug. He is professional and polite -- even when I am mistaken on what the problem is. I trust his judgment implicitly!

Knowledgeable and detail oriented approach provided. Needed upgrades to the electric panel to accommodate the switch from a gas to electric water heater. The team was able to diagnose the issue, fully communicate the available options, and help create a plan to address the situation. The team is RESPONSIVE and will definitely use them AGAIN. We have an old house and unfortunately the outlets in our kitchen had pretty much fried out over the weekend.  Luckily I called Chuck and he was able to swing by and help us out in our mini emergency.  He was very diligent and thorough in his work.  Also he explained the why's of what had happened.  Which I felt was helpful so we can do our best to avoid future emergencies.  When we plan to do future electrical work and possibly other work, I plan to contact Chuck first.  Thanks again Chuck!

I felt wary of hiring an electrician because of poor past experiences with other service people.  It's easy to feel vulnerable when you need to hire someone in a field that you know nothing about.  
The Yelp reviews led me to Emanuel and he changed that feeling completely.  He is the perfect professional, friendly, down to earth, explained the problem issue in a way I understood, charged the price that he had 'guesstimated', and was a delightful guy. He was immediately able to identify the reason that a breaker kept tripping, repaired it, and suggested other simple upgrades to my 37-year-old home that would make it safer and bring it into compliance with current codes.  You cannot go wrong with this guy.  I would strongly recommend him to my family/friends and to anyone with electrical problems.

Henry and the team were outstanding.  They delivered timely service On a moments notice.  Henry was obviously very experienced and able to fix my problem with ease.  The second time he worked on a project was an addition to the house where he helped me design the lighting and fans.  He had a great eye for the design work and the result was amazing.  Overall an exceptional experience and I've recommended Henry to several others already.

My experience with Fred was wonderful. Fred came to remove a b-ball hoop and its pole that's cemented to our drive way. Fred was responsive and on time. He texted me regarding the progress and the price was reasonable.

David came to my home within an hour of my calling him (he was in the neighborhood) and proceeded to spend the next 3 hours carefully tracking down, diagnosing and fixing a difficult problem.  He was very professional, extremely skilled, patient, friendly, honest, responsible, reasonable... everything you could wish for in an electrician.  He will always be my first choice henceforth!

John was very responsive, arrived on time, and did quality work within a short amount of time! The estimate is also very reasonable among the many places I compared.
I got recessed lights installed as well as a few small things around outlet placement done. John's crew cut walls open, patched, and installed 16 lights in a day! John was definitely detailed oriented and very helpful when I have questions or requests. They also helped me clean up afterwards. I do wish the initial prep and cleaning was a bit more thorough though as it got drywall dust on my carpet. John also forgot a few parts (outlet covers).
However I do recommend them and will continue working with John in the future!

They say in construction it's about time, cost and quality - you get to choose two.  Somehow with Safety First you'll be getting all three!  Ronnie came to my house to give me a quote for a new EV home charger and the rest was history.  He walked me through the process and was able to explain complex electrical concepts so that they made sense and I was able to make informed decisions about how to proceed.  After careful decision making, Ronnie and I agreed that a panel upgrade made the most sense for my aging home.  He was also able to help install an additional 220 outlet that will now allow me to move my dryer away from natural gas and make the most of my solar.  He was also able to install BEAUTIFUL recessed lighting throughout our home, something that had previously be a low point of our home's aesthetics.  Finally, Ronnie was able to install a gorgeous chandelier over our kitchen table that utilizes stunning Edison bulbs.  I seriously feel like I live in a brand new home thanks to Safety First!

Larry Strum responded immediately for a request to repair the outdoor outlet for our sprinkler system. He quickly diagnoised the problem and repaired the outlet with a superior part. He was efficient and pleasant . I highly recommend him for electrical repairs.

I contacted Fitch Electric because I had an outlet and exterior light that wasn't working. Fitch Electric contacted me to schedule an appointment after I left a message and they were able to come out within 2 days. Eric was our technician and he was able to quickly diagnose the problem and make the repair. The diagnoses was a little tricky but I could tell Eric was an experienced electrician and knew how to assess different things to identify the issue correctly. Fitch Electric was very reliable (showed up on time) and was very professional. I would definitely recommend them.

I've had a somewhat major electrical upgrade on my list of to-dos for quite some time, and connected with a number of different contractors through Yelp before selecting Mopia. Randy came for an initial review and pointed out some things, and then offered his team to come out for a deep exploratory review for an hour to give me a more detailed estimate, the cost of which would then apply to any work they did for me in the future. Since I wasn't entirely sure what needed to be done, I hired him for the hour.

In that hour, I knew that I should go with him - his team was thorough, documented everything, and Randy explained what was to code and what wasn't, and why. This information armed me when I was evaluating the other estimates as well. I found his pricing more than fair for the amount of work that was involved.

Randy and his team were on time, thorough, careful, friendly, clean, and blasted through my large project in two days. At any point where there was a decision, I was brought out to look at the issue, align on a solution, and approve any deviation from the original estimate. He sent me text message reminders that his team was coming.

Very timely service and professionally executed. I got same day response and the job was also completed in one day. It was little pricey than I expected but still competitive.

Antonio is a very reliable handyman and puts his 200% on the job and has no short cuts. He helped with TV installation on the wall.
