Knowledgeable and detail oriented approach provided. Needed upgrades to the electric panel to accommodate the switch from a gas to electric water heater. The team was able to diagnose the issue, fully communicate the available options, and help create a plan to address the situation. The team is RESPONSIVE and will definitely use them AGAIN. Finally, we found a trustworthy handyman that is so reliable.  We have a rental property we were getting ready to renters in a very small window.   I found Chuck through Yelp and found that he had great reviews.  I called and found Chuck to be very professional and base don my description of the problem, he was able to assess my problem.  I felt so relieved that he knows what he is diong.    He even took the time to call before the appt and explained exactly what he will do and what the expectations will be as a result of his visit.  He estimated about 2 hours of work which was much shorter.  He was focused and didn't get distracted like my previous nightmares with handyman experience.   The work he did in our place was puddle of water that always gets back into our dishwasher.  It started to get really bad odors and awful stink throughout the house.   Turns out our previous contractor that installed our new kitchen sink and dishwasher, never bothered to add air-gap therefore water will back into the dishwasher.  I was 100% satisfied with his work and didn't even break the bank...

I had a serious problem with an old breaker panel that was causing regular unexplained electric problems. A highly qualified licensed electrician explained the solution clearly and provided a very reasonable estimate. He replaced the entire panel, all of the breakers (a number of which were in danger of causing a fire by not operating as necessary), showed me all of the replaced and damaged parts, cleaned up all of the messy wiring, installed new LED lighting in our garage, and left only after cleaning all of the mess beyond my expectations. I highly recommend this outstanding professional for even your most complex problems and/or new installations.

Henry earned my trust and business by helping to reduce the timeframe and cost required to replaced all crimp connections, plugs, and switches throughout our house.  While adding a new outlet they were able to find a way to complete the work in less time, which resulted in a lower cost than what was initially estimated.  Prior to starting the work, Henry went out of his way to explore different options making upgrades to our Eichler home.   Overall great customer experience!

Fred helped me to fix the power outage that had happened due to my car charging.
On early Saturday morning when we saw we were out of power . I started cold calling calling various electricians and none responded.
When I called Fred, he told me that he was out of town, but quickly inquired about the problem. Then he guided me step by step to identify the main panel where the fuse would've tripped over the phone call. He pointed out possible locations of the main panel.
Once the power was restored, he also helped me in identifying the root cause and told me the next steps to rectify for the car charger.
Fred's rates are not expensive and he is very patient during assistance.

I called David to take care of what I thought to be a busted switch in my electrical panel, which he was able to asses an instead identify and resolve the true issue. He responded quickly, communicated clearly and worked professionally. I would recommend David for your home electrical repair needs!

This review is long overdue. I needed a 240V, 48A, 6 AWG, 6-50 NEMA receptacle installed along with a 60A breaker. Zhang provided a consultation over Facetime. He was able to do the installation quickly. I made a mistake and initially asked for a 50A breaker installed. Once I realized my mistake, Zhang replaced it with a 60A breaker at no extra charge. After testing the socket at high load, the breaker kept tripping. Zhang came over quickly to diagnose and fix the problem at no charge. THANK YOU, highly recommended!!

tried to hire him 2 times. First time, he showed up, took a look and said he will come back with a quote. He never followed up.
Second time, he gave me an appointment for 4pm next day. I shortened my trip so that I could be home for the appointment. Then when I called him at 4:15pm, he said something came up and he wont show up. He said he texted me in the morning, but I never received anything and I think he just lied. Then he said he will call be back but he never did.
