Canceled appointment at the last minute. They confirmed the appointment for installation of nest products. Then called to say, they don't install Nest thermostat. They could help with rest of the installation. They confirmed the time on Friday at 9 AM and I took off from work to get this done. Now I get a call at 9.40, sorry, we are not able to make it.

Very handy and work hard. The precious investigator assigned by American warranty told me there is a gas leakage. However it is not the case. Techs from AY EMP found the key reason that is there was something blocking in the gas pipeline. They finally fix the problem. Very nice work.

Recently purchased an ev vehicle and contacted James for a quote.  James came by and noticed that our circuit breaker was jam packed and a bit unsafe.  He quoted us for a new circuit breaker, installation of a 240 outlet and proper labeling of all wiring.  His price was way under other quotes and his work was impeccable.  Would recommend him and will use him for other work in the future!

The team was able to diagnose the issue, fully communicate the available options, and help create a plan to address the situation. The team is RESPONSIVE and will definitely use them AGAIN. Chuck was quick to respond and fixed a couple of situations - plumbing and electrical - that had stumped someone else. He's also super reasonable.

We worked with Emanuel to update our old 40A(!) service panel to a new 200A panel, to replace all the old knob and tube wiring in the house, and to fix some amateurish sub-panel work performed by previous owners.

Of all the electricians I contacted for this job, he's the only one who actually seemed interested in doing this job. His price seemed reasonable, and he was always straightforward and informative about the work he would need to do.

The entire process took over a month because we needed to get permits and to coordinate with PG&E to run new 220V overhead service wires to the house, but throughout Emanuel was always easy to reach and quick to respond to texts and voicemails, even when he was busy with other projects.

He and his assistant finished the interior work quickly and with a minimum amount of mess. He even installed extra GFCI breakers for when we update our kitchen in the future. Overall, a very good experience.

I contacted several electrical companies in the area, and chose CPL based on their reviews on Yelp. Henry (the company owner) came and gave me an estimate of upgrading my service, as well as replacing the current sub-panel in my house that had breakers that were a fire hazard. He gave me a scheduled date, and contacted me before the work was to be done about what to expect. On the day of the job, his team did a fast, clean and efficient job. Henry handled all the necessary permits, as well as contact with PG&E for stopping and starting the service. He even arranged for someone to come later that day to repair the stucco around the new outside box. I couldn't be happier with the job they did, as well as the fair price and overall professionalism of his company. I won't use anyone else for any future projects!!

Fred is incredibly helpful and very knowledgeable.

We needed emergency help on Sunday with our sump pump not working. We called Fred, and he guided us for more than 40 minutes over phone to help sort out the problem. He was very patient, knew his stuff and guided us to bail out from an emergency situation.

David is awesome! After looking for an electrician & looking through many other options I decided to call David for help because of all the good things people had to say about him. They were all true! David not only showed up very quickly, he had things working in under half an hour. He's very professional & he's super nice! I highly recommend him!

Zhang was straight-forward to communicate with, arrived on time, fixed my issue quickly and also helped me address another small problem outside the immediate scope of the work for free. Highly recommend working with him!

I put out a request on Yelp in the morning and Sam came by in less than an hour to complete the task. A few hours after he had left, I had another job for him and he came back within the hour (twice in a day) to finish this second task. I would recommend him if you have any projects that you need help with around the house.

Larry Strom is a fantastic electrician.  He's knowledgeable, easy to work with an accommodating, schedule-wise.  We've used ELS for almost 15 years and I'd highly recommend Larry.  He's also a former Los Gatos police officer and therefore, I've always found him to be honest and trustworthy.

What I like about ELS, is they're willing to do both large jobs and small jobs.  My experience is many Silicon Valley contractors walk away from small jobs apparently not interested in earning your business.  Give ELS a try, you won't be disappointed.

Joshua was great. Came out the day of my initial call/email and was up front and honest with me. While we won't be working on this first issue (we mutually agreed to go a different direction), I will certainly be using him and Fitch in the future.

Randy did a great job. He returned my call promptly, he bff ave a fair time and materials quote, and he did the work quickly and professionally. He also made me aware of challenges on the project  that others didn't recognize.

I will definitely use them again.

I called Robert to install a Tesla wall charger. The entire process only took 3 hours from contact to final installation. He was helpful in explaining wire routing and following building codes. Quick to respond, good work and reasonable pricing. I will definitely use him again for future electrical needs.

Hired him to defrost the upright freezer in our garage.  Antonio texted me the day before to confirm the appointment and arrived right on time.  He was able to figure out how to do it and was very patient with my husband, who wanted to help.  He even helped unload and reload the frozen food.  Reasonable price.  Very happy with him and will keep his card for future jobs.

Had recessed lighting and electric a couple quad electrical outlets done. I love the job, so clean and professional. My living room doesn't get much natural light and now it looks great. Also now I am able to hide all the cables behind my TV, makes it look so clean. Juan the owner and his worker Shawn showed up on time, got the job done fast but most important a quality job, at a very decent price. The only problem now, for me, is I keep thinking of how many more jobs I can have them do. Highly recommended
