Andrew and his plumber come by to fix the leaking toilet water supply line originally installed by the builder.   Even though it is a cold evening, Andrew made a trip to Home Depot to get the parts needed for the special plumbing setup different from typical single family homes.   They fixed the problem and are knowledgeable about the unusual setup installed by some builders and they were professional through the whole time here, and Andrew also made recommendations for the other old parts installed by the builder and still in use, so I can be careful not breaking these and keep them in service.

James is one of the most professional, honest and thorough contractors I have dealt with.  After finding great reviews for him on Yelp back in April I called him for a project I needed done.  I have since had him out to do more and every single time has been a great experience - quality work and very fair prices.  He more than earned all of the 5 star ratings you see for him here.

Thus far he has moved all the electrical outlets for our kitchen so that the outlets are mounted under our cabinets, replaced all the recessed lighting units, and  and run a new outlet for our over the fireplace mounted TV.   And really, every single time I have been pleased with his work and recommendations.

One other thing that I like is that he is honest and isn't trying to make the issues you have bigger so that he can charge more.

I would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone who wants the job done right.

Knowledgeable and detail oriented approach provided. Needed upgrades to the electric panel to accommodate the switch from a gas to electric water heater. The team was able to diagnose the issue, fully communicate the available options, and help create a plan to address the situation. The team is RESPONSIVE and will definitely use them AGAIN. It was a delightful experience hiring Chuck to do the work for my rental.    I have been a homeowner and owner of this rental for many years. I  have hired many contractors and handymen throughout the years.  Certainly Chuck ranks among the highest among handymen that I know because he is good at so many areas and does his work in a meticulous and thorough manner.    Furthermore, Chuck is very knowledgeable about internet and therefore communication with him is very easy.

The works that needed to be done are:
1. Double oven and dishwasher replaced and
2. Other small repairs include replacing all the fixtures in the shower, as well as two-way switches for the Kitchen and laundry room.

My rental house is not new and he was able to advise me the need to replace some new faucet for the dishwasher.   With double oven, he pointed out, due to Aluminum wiring in the house, additional connectors are needed.  I am an engineer by training and could tell what is necessary and therefore appreciate his expertise in both electricity and plumbing to save me a lot of trouble in the future.  

There is no question whenever I have work to do, he would be the first one to call.

I needed a new 100amp main panel at my house to replace the old Federal Pacific fire hazard panel.  Henry, the owner of the company, did all the work in just a few hours.
The job was permitted and passed inspection with no issues.  His price was much less than other electricians that I contacted.  The bottom line - he showed up on time; he did the job right;  he charged a very fair price.  I can easily recommend California Power and Light.

Really pathetic ... after wasting my 2hrs and opening my house entire circuit board not able to fix the problem .. and my other switches also not working now .. also when I refused to pay ( since he didn't fixed anything) he started abusing .. wish could have 0 or even low ...

I used LHP Electrical service for installing 60 amps/220 V for Swim Spa and panel upgrade. First they scheduled a face time call to provide an estimate. They arrived on time and finished the work as per estimated timeline. Their work was very perfect and neat. I would highly recommend them for any electrical work.

I called Larry late on a Saturday morning, described how I had been doing some DIY work to replace a bathroom fan in my laundry room ceiling, and that I had accidentally drilled through a joist and into a thick wire.  I sent him a message with a few photos, and he was concerned enough to be at my house in just a couple hours.  He assessed the situation, fixed the wire in about an hour, and taught me a few things about safety and the wiring of my house along the way.  He was thorough, very fair, and super trustworthy.  I will be calling on Larry again when I need an electrician in the future.

I reached out Fitch Electric for a couple of fixes/upgrades in the house. What I liked about them is they are honest and make sure they won't over charge you. Martin and Santiago were very friendly and finished the job pretty quickly. I will be reaching out to them for all my future electrical works.

Randy and his team completed a whole house rewire and panel upgrade at our place in Castro Valley over the summer of 2021. They were extremely patient with all our questions, were sensitive to our schedules, and did quality work. We had a small issue recently and Randy called back right away and fixed walked us through the fix over FaceTime. We would definitely hire them for future electrical work.

Robert was professional and responsive. He helped me understand the cost of the different options I had in mind for installing a NEMA 14-50 outlet from my laundry room subpanel. I enjoyed the fact that he wasn't a salesman, just a local, one-man, mobile electrician shop.

He gave me different quotes for the different options on the spot and told me that they'd be final, there wouldn't be additional markups on the day on installation.

He also took his time to be very clear about how and when to use my EV charger as I had asked for a configuration that could potentially overload the subpanel if I decided to run all my Ovens and drying machines at the same time that I charge my EV.

His work was clean and fast, and I now have an EV charger outlet in my garage that I can run at night to charge my EV. All in all it took 3-4 days from point of contact to installation complete. He came by on a Sunday to do the onsite inspection and quote, then installed the next morning. I'm very satisfied with this type of efficiency and quality of work.

Antonio was on time and very respectful, and did a good overall job. He gave me an initial estimate online, but when he came he explained that the job would cost more. He did the job right, supplied the materials etc and overall I was happy. I got a nest floodlight installed , there was no previous light. I also got a security panel installed in place of an existing one with the given adapter.

Juan was awesome!  My lights were flickering Friday night and he fixed the issue and made improvements to my panel the next morning!

Arrived 30 mins early.  Listened and looked at the issues.  Explained everything to me so I can understand.

However I asked him for a quote on switching out the panel and was told he would send it when he gets home. Then I asked him again and was told tomorrow. Then he just disappeared. Busy I guess.
