So looks like I am the first to review Dmitry!  He reviewed himself first up and it doesnt count :) Having said that, Dmitry is really a great guy and does a great job and truly happy to help his customers!

I called him based on his craigslist ad after I got ripped off by another electrical company that charged me $250 for 15 minutes - search my yelp reviews to find out who that moron was.

Anyway coming back to Dmitry, he gave a very reasonable quote over the phone per hour.  He came to our house and worked on the problem for an hour including running back and forth from Home Depot and figured he needed stuff that Home Depot does not have.  These were special lamps from India - and needed special bulbs.  He went to search for a speciality bulb store, purchased the bulbs and came back the next day and fixed the lamps and gave me the receipts.

Very honest electrician and great job! 5 stars!

I would like to thank Brayan and his crew.We have a older house with a fuses not circuit breakers. Our power went out late on a Friday. We tried to call other from Yelp.He was the only one who responded .He called at 10pm saying he would be out first thing in the morning. He promptly arrived the next morning. He was able to determine the problem . Three hours later the power was fully restored .I even got a follow up call to make sure everything was ok.

We hired Dinh and his team to upgrade our subpanel, install recessed lighting (with and without attic access), add dedicated wiring for a kitchen island vent hood, and add two outlets for bidets. He offered the most competitive price**, but ultimately, you get what you pay for.

Dinh came for the initial consultation. He seemed very knowledgeable as we showed him the various projects we needed done.  We asked him when we could expect his quote. He let us know he would try to get it to us over the weekend, but might not be able to until Monday. That's fine. Monday morning,  he texts and lets us know he will send it that day. Then we don't receive the quote until Tuesday afternoon. I should have heeded this red flag, but there were many 5 star reviews, so I took a chance. The quote mentioned he wouldn't be available until the following Friday so I emailed him letting him know I wanted to move forward and Friday worked for me. Then crickets. I hear nothing all the way up to the day before, so I finally call TD West Electric to see what's up. They confirm that we are on the schedule, which yay ok, but no confirmation email? No information about what time they are coming? Luckily, we had already made arrangements so my husband could work from home that day just in case.

The electrical team is prompt,  clean, and they work diligently all day. Unfortunately, due to some miscommunication, it appears that someone drilled a hole in the wrong place through our crown molding and drywall. Darren was upfront and took full responsibility, he let us know he would contact Dinh and that they would work out a solution with us. Besides this minor mishap, we have no complaints about the electrical team. They labeled the subpanel cleanly, recessed lighting looked great, they even answered my husband's questions and gave him tips on how to install our Arlo doorbell.

After the electrical work is finished, they send the texture guy. My husband always rushes to get to the house before the usual start time at 8am. Texture guy doesn't show up until after 9am, no heads up about the later start time. He spends the entire first day putting down plastic (which we appreciate) and then heads out to buy something. Comes back 2 hours later, works a little, and calls it a day. Before he leaves, my husband checks in to ask what time he plans on coming the next day. He replies: 8am sharp. OK. Next day, comes in again after 9am. Listen, we don't care what time he comes in, but it was inconvenient to hustle over and end up waiting in an empty house with no furniture or internet for over an hour. Otherwise, he did a fine job patching the drywall and applying the texture, but after he removed the recessed lighting fixtures a few times to get the texture right, they no longer sit as flush in the ceiling, which was not ideal. Also, he textured over my sprinkler which I wasn't super happy about.

The main issue we had was the repair of the accidental damage. Dinh did not come to assess the damage himself, I had to send him a picture of it to ask about the plan. He reassured me that they would work with us on a solution until we were satisfied. It seemed like he delegated the repair to the texture guy, who patched the crown molding with wood putty and that part actually looked great. The problem is that he took a piece of the wall to paint match, but it's near impossible to match a 20-year-old paint job. He then painted a rectangle over the previously small hole (now bigger because he had to take a sample of the wall to match) and we now have a much more noticeable mismatched paint patch on our wall. On our final walk through with Dinh, I show him the paint job and he agrees that it is not a cosmetically satisfactory result. He seemed doubtful that his guy would do the paint job and almost seemed to insinuate that we had asked him to do it outside of the contract because he doesn't do paint, but ultimately tells us he will sort it out with his guy. Then we start getting panicked calls from the texture guy after 9PM to discuss solutions. I thought it was inappropriate for Dinh to punt the problem to his subcontractor when his team was the one that caused the damage in the first place. In the end, Dinh offered a reasonable solution, but the whole process was unnecessarily stressful.  

Overall, electrical work is decent, communication could use improvement, may require more handholding than you expect.

For small jobs in Morgan hill I would recommend Mickey.  Just be flexible with time as he does the work after coming back to Morgan hill from his bigger projects outside of Morgan hill

Asked for call back from Hewlett Electric. Got a call back within 15minutes. Meig listened to the problem and first thing he recommended was call PG&E. If they can fix the issue, then he does not need to come out. After this he went on to explain the troubleshooting process, charges etc. He recommended to call a referral who serves Saratoga / Los Gatos neighborhood, he texted the referral name and phone number immediately upon hanging up. Honest, straight talk, no BS. Highly recommend him and his business.

We have to say Apollo was an excellent choice for us . . Chris at Apollo Electric called me back after making the call in less than 5 mins. . We told him our problem that our power has slowly been fading out and flickers lights and the TV power turning on and off by itself ...not good.  He came out within the hour and told us what needed to be done. We agreed to his offer and he came out the next  day and in 4 short hours he had our power up and running like new .  . He's service was just outstanding !!! We're a very happy customer.    Thanks Chris .

Fantastic team of electricians.  Wesley and Chris were prompt and quick in their installation of the electrical for our hot tub.  I gave them the wrong specs. and they were able to make adjustments to finish the job.  I really appreciate how easy they made the process.  Very fair pricing.  I will definitely hire them again!

I'm glad that I found Raphael to fix an emergency electrical problem. I called Raphael for help with a burning smell on an electrical outlet. He provided a reasonable quote and came in on the same day. I initially pointed him to an outlet with no fault; he meticulously investigated the issue and quickly identify the root cause and proposed a solution that has minimal damage to our property and low cost. I highly recommend Raphael to anyone looking for electricians.

Omri came in clutch helping us reset our fuse at a time when there was a long wait for other electricians. Because it was a easy fix he refused to charge us. Appreciate the speed of service and his pointers to help us prevent the issue. We'll definitely use CA Electrical Group in the future.

After browsing a long list of Tesla charger installers, I ultimately chose Fruitdale Electric. Within days of my initial contact, they visited my home and provided a quote, which was much faster than I expected.

On installation day, their technicians arrived promptly. They installed a Tesla gen 3 charger, surge protection, and ran electrical wiring through my attic to the opposite side of the house. Despite the terrible weather at the time, they delivered flawless work.

The location of the charger was a challenge due to the tight space, and I had anticipated conduit running outside of my house. However, they exceeded my expectations and executed an incredibly clean installation with no visible wires or conduits, leaving just a Tesla charger on the wall exactly where I wanted it. Most importantly, my car now charges at a rate of over 40mph, a significant improvement from the previous rate of 4mph.

Had several scopes of work that Jamil helped with, started with 2 and grew to 4 projects inside and outside the house (subfloor install, raised header for door, patched wall, repaired exterior fence that was damaged) and all were completed timely. Jamil and his crew are punctual, clean and very respectful of the house.

Would definitely recommend and hire again.

I was looking for someone who could install an outlet, so we could charge our electric car. I reached out to some local electricians, they were all booked or were giving a ridiculously high quotes and the waiting list was like 2-3 weeks. Ed wasn't able to pick up our call right away, but he did reach out back to us the same day to see how he could help. Ed gave us the most reasonable quote! He arrived early the next day, was very respectful, installed the outlet within like 2-3 hrs, kept the working space clean and answered all our questions. We had an amazing experience!

Moises is absolutely awesome. He came out to give me a bid on a job the next day after reaching out to him and started work the following week. He was on time and gave lots of suggestions on how to proceed. I am about as annoying as they come with questions and he never made me feel like I should stop asking questions. In fact, he moved a light to 5 different parts of my garage to ensure that I was getting the coverage I needed. He also cleaned up tons of bad wiring that was done by the previous homeowner. Would definitely use him again and will recommend him to friends and family.

Roman was very professional and prompt in the work he did although a very minor one he was very forthcoming and got it done fast.

Lost power to my heater for some reason and Ric came out the same day I called when he heard that.  He texted me when he was on his way - tackled the problem and had it fixed within an hour.  I absolutely recommend him!  Super responsive, fast, honest and personable!

Richard (Castaneda) showed up right on time with a mask, diagnosed the problem, taught me a few things about my home circuit, presented me with a reasonable repair plan, then worked for hours in the heat to get it done.
I have zero complaints about my experience. Should I need more assistance on electrical matters, Richard will be my first call.
