Best Plumbing Services in Arizona

First to review and for good reason!  I called 10 other plumbers and handyman services and no one could give a straight answer even though the job was a very straight forward job.  Everyone else was $250 to $300 plus for the base rate to install a single hole kitchen faucet, but they would have to come out and check the situation first...charging a service fee that would be deducted from the install if we chose them.  Chris at Highland emailed back a simple $65 to $100 price range for installation.  I understand it would have been more if other repairs were necessary, but they weren't.  We have a deep sink and a tight area behind the sink for the water lines.  Chris charged us $70 and came out same day!!!  He did a great job and was in and out in about an hour.  Get 'em while you can as I'm sure those prices will start to approach industry standard but, for now, what a great job and deal!!!

Prompt response, scheduled to arrive at 8:00 the following morning and techs arrived on time.  We were having problems with our water heater, only to learn there had been a fire within the safety valves.  The techs showed us the damage and quoted us to remove the old unit and replace with a higher efficiency model.  Within hours of arrival the old unit was removed and hauled away and the new unit was installed along with a new line to replace the previous flex line that did not meet code requirements.  Excellent customer service, knowledge and response time.

My recent experience with Gold Star Plumbing has been nothing short of exceptional, and I wish I could give them 6-stars instead of 5 and here's why. They were able to complete 3 separate plumbing repairs at my house in one day, but even more impressive than that was the professionalism, expert knowledge, and willingness to come up with an alternate solution that resulted in over a 30% savings from my original estimate. As Mike and Kyle began work on replacing a leaking copper main between the main water meter and my house, they realized that modifications to the original water supply lines which were made after the home was constructed to accommodate a soft water hose bib connection could be reversed back to the original configuration intended by the home builder which would save a significant amount of money. Mike and Kyle were able to provide a new, alternate estimate to return the connections back to the original plumbing configuration which saved over 30% from the original estimate and the work turned out looking great and much simpler than what a previous homeowner had done. I cannot thank them enough for their ability to treat customers in a way that builds trust and create cost-saving solutions. I have been a Commercial General Contractor for over 34 years and have been more of a do it yourself-er around the house for a long time, but as I get older and my personal time becomes more valuable, I rely on experts to do a project in a timely fashion and at a fair and reasonable cost and Gold Star Plumbing has lived up to that standard. I am so glad I took the time to read the many customer reviews found online for a variety of plumbing contractors, and when I came across the many positive references for Gold Star, I felt confident that I was making the right choice. And let's not forget about the great experience that Devin provided during the initial investigation and estimating process. He was very knowledgeable and quickly determined that the water line modifications made in the past were not put in per code and explained the process to not only fix the leak, but also to do so in such as way that meets current plumbing code and provides a 10 year warranty. Devin's attention to detail in writing up the cost estimate, taking photographs of the three separate areas of work I needed done and providing a reasonable cost estimate allowed me to quickly make a decision and sign the contract for work to begin the next morning. My wife and I are close friends with several of our neighbors who all have similar age of homes and we will definitely recommend Gold Star Plumbing to them for potential future work. Called cactus when my ac unit stoped working and just blowing hot air. They even had same day service after another company just never showed up. Very grateful for the service tech he was very professional and knowledgeable.
Gave me a price on the repairs and even recommended a few other things for preventive maintenance that i agreed to. My ac is cooling better than it ever has. I will definitely recommend Cactus to anyone that needs ac services.

Used rob for a new home I purchased where I thought there was some plumbing problems. He was quick and knowledgeable. Instead of just saying it needs to be replace he gave options to fix or replace and even instructions if I wanted to do it myself.

Austin did an amazing job on some minor repair work issue we were having. He was honest and professional throughout. We were so impressed that we asked them to install a new water softener system a few weeks later, and Austin again cam through with outstanding work and service. I am keeping Second Opinion Plumbing on speed dial!

If I could give this company zero stars, I would. I had an appointment for a/c service (between 2:00 and 6:00.) I had to take work off in order to be home. I called them at about 4:00 p.m. to see if they could tell me how close the technician was. All the rep told me was that I was still on the appointment list. Well, 6:00 p.m. came around, and no technician...not even a phone call to let me know he/she was delayed. I call customer service. Again. This time, they put me on hold (for 6 minutes) to check with their dispatch and see where the tech was. Coming back to the phone, the lady tells me they will have to reschedule!!! I explained how much of an inconvenience this was because now I will have to take ANOTHER day off work after sitting around at home for 4 hours waiting for my scheduled appointment that THEY failed to deliver on. To top it all off, they couldn't get me rescheduled for another week and a half! Horrible customer service. They did nothing to apologize. Not even an I'm sorry. No, Let me see what I can do to help you, or I can see why you'd be upset. NOTHING. I'm taking the time to write this review so you don't have to go through the same thing. Don't call them! Don't waste your time!
