I had Near Me Plumbing address a shower issue in the guest bathroom at my home (with family coming in to visit this would have been a problem). I reached out and Jordan responded gave me a scheduled time of arrival and advised when they were running late.
They solved the problem and charged a reasonable fee. I would highly recommended Near Me Plumbing and they have my repeat business for other plumbing related projects.

The owner of this company is very nice and pays very close attention to detail regarding the job. If  I had any questions he was willing to answer it and help me understand everything that is going on throughout the process.

After recommendation from one of my close friends,  contacted these guys to install RO water purifier at my home - Dan was very professional knew what he was doing - he and his team installed a 6 stage purifier and also drilled a hole in the counter top.

The prices were best among the 8 quotes that I received - few big/famous shops gave me quote which was $200 above what I paid - they were installing the exact same RO system (Ultima 6 stage) . I am quite satisfied with their work and would definitely recommend.

Had my tankless gas water heater flushed and my water softener inspected. These guys were great and took the time to be clean while doing the work, which is a HUGE deal to me!

The Customer Service we experienced at this level is unheard of these days. We had a leak at the coupling where the city water connects to our house. Water was coming out with a vengeance. I managed to get the water shut off and dig down 2 feet and discovered a connector that I had never dealt with before. Mike from Pink Plumbing lives across the street so I texted him to see if he could tell me what I was up against. Keep in mind this was in the evening. He came right over and calmy said No big deal he noted, a crack in the brass coupling on the house side of the equation. He said he could help out the next afternoon to which we were so grateful albeit we had no water till then. Less than an hour later we heard water filling the pipes and I was sure we had a tragedy on our hands. Our door bell rang, it was Mike, he brought over his tools had already fixed it!!! This is next level and you just don't see this type of service.  Use these guys, you'll be glad you did.

Lane from Kings Plumbing was so great to work with.  He was knowledgeable and very easy to get along with. He gave me straight answers and some helpful tips on preventative maintenance. Awesome guy and hard worker. Thanks KIngs Plumbing!

Nate did an amazing job fixing an old faucet in my front yard. He was quick, did a great job and very helpful regarding questions we had. I would highly recommend this family owned business.

Rhonda was very responsive and kept at it until our hard to find leak was identified and resolved. She seemed to take a personal interest in our water issue and was determined to help us get to the answer. She is personable and friendly. While I hope I never have reason to need a leak detector again, if I do, I will call Phoenix Leak Detection.

I called Harington's plumbing and another company to come look at a noise I was having in my pipes. The other company told me it was a loose pipe, and in order to fix it they would have to rip out a section of my wall. I had a second opinion from Harington's. He simply pulled out my fridge and showed me it was a loose tube on my fridge that was causing the noise. This is an HONEST knowledgeable plumber who I trust!! Thank you Harington's!!

Woke up Monday morning to no hot water. My wife is pregnant so I knew I needed to fix this ASAP, especially before her lavender epsom salt bath at night that helps her sleep. She needs sleep. After watching some YouTube videos, I knew this hot water heater was no match for me and I needed a professional. My go to plumber was unavailable but My Essential Plumber said he could come out as soon as he finished his current job. He arrived early before his estimated time. He was able to get the pilot light on within minutes of arriving. The light, however, didn't stay on. After multiple attempts he was able to quickly diagnose the problem. He noticed the appliance was within warranty and called the company, learned the appliance had not been registered and assisted with the information. He conducted a diagnostic testing with the technician over the phone who confirmed the diagnosis we already knew and provided an authorization number to pick up the part. He returned the next day, changed out the part and the water heater works perfectly.

During the entire process he walked me through every detail of my appliance, what it was supposed to do and what it was not supposed to do. He shared he is in the education business and he wants to make sure I know how to operate my hot water heater. We were without hot water for less than 24 hours. During his testing he made me aware my water softener was not working correctly which has been the reason my water pressure has been low for months without me being able to correct the problem or have other plumbers find the problem. He immediately took action to repair this to prevent further damage to my home.

In addition to the hot water heater he earned my business with another repair that was well overdue but I didn't have time to complete.

Avoid this business and find someone more knowledgeable and trust worthy! I had toilets getting clogged at our rental place and asked these guys to come over to check it. They claimed after inspection that the line had roots clogging it from a large tree on the property and main sewer line is damaged. they gave me a pretty hefty quote for almost $15k to replace the entire line. I authorized the work and few months later, same problem again with toilets getting clogged. Asked these guys to come back and check it. They claimed that the issue is in the bathroom lines with roots and need to be repaired for additional quote for several thousand dollars. I asked them why they did not check it during the first time, and they made all sorts of excuses. Did not admit that they have done half baked job, never even went inside the bathroom and only fixed the main line. Still charging me so much money and not even offering to finish the job they should have taken care of to being with.

The worst company and service I have ever dealt with!

Originally scheduled for Tuesday. They called and rescheduled for 10-12 on Friday. Received a call at 2 on Friday saying they needed to reschedule for the following week.  In the meantime, I called Flush King. In 1 hour from the time of  my call, Flush King had completed removal and replacement of the Pressure Regulating  Valve. Don't waste your time with Rooter Heroes. Call Flush King instead.
