American Plumbing and Rooter installed new valves in our laundry room. They were very professional, reliable, and responsive. I plan to contact them again soon for a new faucet installation, because I know we will be thrilled with the results!

I contacted PlumbServe to check my shower for a leak, then had them fix my bathroom sink.  Everything was done super quick, and Addam was fantastic.  Trustworthy, responsive,  and didn't try to sell me on anything.  They have a new loyal customer.

I needed a feed valve and wax ring replaced on a toilet. Ron did a great job. He showed up early to my house (which wasn't a problem for me) and completed the work rather quickly. Everything works great now and I plan on using him again if I need any plumbing work done.

James was great from start to finish. Was super quick to respond to our inquiry. Came over within a day to provide us with a super competitive quote compared to the BIG plumbing companies in Phoenix. We just added a kitchenette to our Airbnb and needed to connect our existing laundry room drain a few feet away in a separate room to our new sink along with bringing hot and cold water from a nearby source.  We saved money and got great service and excellent work. I highly recommend Blue Eye.

I experienced a leak somewhere within my home, however there were no evident signs.  We noticed it when our water bill went up by 24% in one month.  I was refered to Grey Owl Leak Detection by a plumber.  They sent out a technician with all modern gear (FLIR, audio, etc) and he was able to locate the source.  Once it was located I called a plumber who repaired the slab leak by bypassing the leaking line, routing it through the attic and reconnecting the water to the manifold.  Fast, friendly and reasonable.  Grey Owl Leak Detection will be my 1st choice from now on.

Bob is an awesome plumber, has a fantastic attitude, is extremely well-priced, paid close attention to detail, and went above and beyond what was asked of him.  He came to my home this morning, joked with my children, did a fantastic job with the plumbing job, and even checked an additional leak in my upstairs bathroom.  I'm so happy I found him, I can't recommend him highly enough, and he will be my first choice in plumber moving forward!

I had a few plumbing issues in my house that he was able to expertly fix- including a broken garbage disposal, toilet fill valve, bathroom sink that wouldn't run, and leaking washing machine. Daniel took the time to explain each issue, in terms I could understand, and make sure all of my questions were answered. We scheduled an appointment in advance and gave them a list of what needed done. They were scheduled to come out Friday between 9am-1pm. I get a text at 12:18pm stating that they have to cancel my appointment. They gave no reason as to why they needed to cancel. I had already set aside time from my day to be there to show the handyman what needed done. They were extremely disrespectful of my time that I took out of my busy work day and were not able to remedy the situation. I asked for them to please send someone else that day as we had so many things that needed done for our Airbnb but they were not able to send anyone out. I feel this is highly unprofessional to not even give a reason for the cancelation or provide a solution to the problem. I will not be using them again because of their disrespectful attitude towards my business and time. Poor customer service.

We had a problem with our septic system backing up and needed a drain cleaning. Who says customer service is dead? It is still alive and well at Rooter Ranger Plumbing. From my initial conversation with Kristin to the tech, Adrian who came out. Everything was just right. These people are kind, professional and fast. Everything you'd hope for in a company.  Thanks a lot you guys!

Dreadful experience with installation of four faucets!  Initial work was unacceptable -- faucets weren't lined up over the holes in the granite, so there was an opening next to the base and drains leaked.  Plumber returned once but didn't fix the problems and, due to his attitude over the phone when we informed him of the continuing issues, I decided to redo the installation myself following manufacturer instructions.  In doing so, I noted several failures to comply with installation instructions.  Problems now solved.

Canyon State to the rescue. My air conditioner died last Friday & I spent the weekend trying to figure how what to do & how much to spend. Something reasonably priced but also could be taken care of quickly. I combed the APS Qualified Contractors, reviewed them on Yelp, & checked for their ROC license.

I came across Canyon State and could not be more impressed or happy with their service. I received a quote from James Dunkins but it wasn't just one! He took the time to give me four prices on one sheet and an extra price contained in the email. Canyon State uses Trane products & the quotes included RunTru. I never heard of this but looked it up, read the reviews, & saw it too was a Trane product.

The prices was definitely right but more importantly, to me, was the customer service. It didn't feel like it was a massive push or over eager sale. There wasn't an upscale but a genuine, how can we help you? The fact that they also had a portable A/C to help me survive until they could I stall also helped.

James was patient & indulged all of my questions. He was thoughtful in his responses & the tone of his voice made me feel like a friend instead of some rando new potential customer. When he came on Sunday to set up the portable A/C & measure, I felt even more confident in the decision to go with Canyon State.

The first year of service (2 checks) are included with a proposal for maintenance plan to be given at the second service. The warranty for the new install is reasonable as well. I really appreciate the upfront pricing & how it is a flat fee. No hidden surprises. No up sales. No pressure.

I am extremely happy with Canyon State & this all started with James. The techs who installed the unit & set up the thermostat were professional, competent, & personable. Each person I spoke with made me more confident with the purchase.  I don't feel like they're going to forget about me or that I was just another bottom line $$$. This is a small, family run business that has been around for over 30 years.

This company was selected by our home warranty (AHS) and we refuse to allow them to service our home repair. We needed a water heater replaced, and they said most likely Monday. They said possibly Saturday (today is Friday and we called Thursday). We expressed the urgency in getting this installed as we have a newborn baby. Our technician Chris was not the most professional. He was examining our garage and asking questions about what was in it. Also, asked to use our bathroom twice within the hour he was here, and did not wear a face mask while here. During normal times, no problem, use the bathroom. During a pandemic, please stop before coming to your service call and use public facilities.

If i could give it zero stars I would. Submitted request on 4/21/20, denied 4/27/20, and I found out on 7/26/20.  Giving them the benefit of the doubt because of covid19 affecting shipping and possibly home visit restrictions, I waited a while before following up. Single parent, hanging clothes around house to dry.
