Out water heater leaked (2 in less than 4 years - horrible job from Pulte). They came out over the weekend, explained everything, swapped out the heater (was covered in warranty), and charged a much reasonable cost vs others. Great working with them !
Jeff does not stand in job and discovered some additional problems in our newly purchased house that were invaluable. Would highly recommend the service to anyone.

I hired this company to replace some sprinkles that were damaging my wall and wish I never did. My lawn looked great before but now it's half dead. There are large brown areas that aren't getting coverage. They broke one of the sprinklers and were supposed to fix it under warranty but after coming back out it's still leaking and pooling up water. I'm basically out the $210 and will have to hire another company to fix the mess they made. I've also made appointments in the past and no one bothered to call or show up.

Thank you so much the the Allegiance team and especially Eloy whom has practically become a member of the family in the past month. The dogs don't even bark anymore when he arrives.
We recently purchased our home in beautiful Scottsdale. Any new homeowner will tell you, there are always projects, upgrades, etc. that are not only desired to be accomplished, but some that are absolutely necessary.
Finding Allegiance was such a relief!!
Eloy was extremely patient, worked on every project we wanted completed and not once ever complained for even a second when projects were not exactly what were expected from the beginning. That's how home projects go - things change and sometimes things you think will be a quick fix, are not. Not only that, but before he even completed one project, we were already pulling him over to another and asking if he could help us.
Eloy was honest, explained things as he went along, and didn't try and nickel and dime us for every little thing. Here are a list of services he's provided us so far... we are pretty set now, but make no mistake, we will recommend this team to everyone we know. Look no further... these guys are the best.
1. Two toilets removed and new ones installed with bidets.
2. Shower head and faucets updated/replaced.
3. Installation of a reverse osmosis water system and faucet in the kitchen sink with a line ran through the cabinets to the fridge/freezer.
4. New soft water system installed and an added pump to the hot water heater.
5. All new piping and irrigation water drip system updated in front and back yards. This was one of the more impressive projects Eloy worked on for us as when he started digging, there were broken pipes discovered and had to be replaced. He did it without even a slight annoyance.
6. When we found that we were going through a lot of salt, he helped us discover that our pool's water line was connected to the system. Not only that, but discovered our water floater was leaking and old. We have our pool guys coming to fix it next week (they somehow didn't know it was leaking but Eloy did!)
I think I hit most everything that Eloy did for us in the past month. We'll miss him being around the house! Thanks again for everything and like I said, we will recommend you to everyone we know.
We had to have our daughters toilet snaked. Allegiance responded quickly and had the best quote. One of the other companies said I cant magically give you a quote on something unseen. We were very happy w Allegiance.
6 stars. I hired these guys to install a water softener and replace a water heater. They were prompt, polite, and professional. They worked with me to position the softener in the best spot and honored their estimate even when the job was a little more difficult than they originally anticipated. They stayed on after the job was complete to make sure that everything was working and there were no leaks.

I emailed (via yelp) this morning for a quote on a leak detection, to which they responded in three minutes. They honored a complimentary inspection, showed up exactly on time, and helped diagnose our problem. Although we are not moved into our house just yet, we will be calling once we are up and running to have them fix our irrigation system. This experience from start to finish (so far!) has been exceptional. Amazing customer service!

What a helpful company! I was in escrow on a new home coming from out of state. Found Allegiance on yelp because my plumbing needed to be completely replaced which I thought would be so stressful. I first spoke with David who got back to me immediately with info and pricing. He also remembered me and my situation every time we spoke. Great customer service! Garrod was our serviceman and was so helpful! Again, while living out of state, they both made the process incredibly easy and seamless. I would work with them again and recommend them to anyone. Thank you both for a great and easy process!
Very responsive. Mr. Moss was super knowledgeable and helpful. He took us around and was very thorough. Definitely will keep Allegiance on the top of our list.
I had a problem with a reverse osmosis unit purchased from a different company. It took Allegiance Checks or visits to find the problem. The first visit Was a Scheduled maintenance call to replace the filters. After that, the RO unit was not filling up properly and so I did not have as much water as I should have. Dave in the office, and John and Eloy, the technicians, were extremely accommodating and professional. The subsequent service calls were not charged for. Allegiance did this as a courtesy. They were more interested in serving the customer and solving the problem than financial gain. If you need any kind of plumbing services I highly, highly recommend this company.
If I could give 6 stars I would. Jeff Cook came out and was wonderful. He tackled a project that was more difficult than it should have been (due to no fault of his) and was such an absolute pleasure. He made us feel that he truly cared, and honored the price quoted the day before despite the project requiring more effort than expected. Naturally, I'd expected that they'd keep the pricing the same as promised, but nonetheless, he did so with such a wonderful, positive attitude. We shared some great conversation while he was here too, while it never detracted from the project at hand. Jeff was professional, and wore a mask and booties his entire time here. Plus, my cat seemed to love him so he must be a great guy. Thanks Allegiance and Jeff! You guys were great!!!

The installer was on time and did a great job. Highly recommend.
I found this company through Yelp and I'm sure glad that I did. David in the office was very helpful. He scheduled an appointment and told me that the repair guy would call prior to arriving. We were going out of town and the night before we left our shower cartridge decided to break and the water wouldn't turn off. After a slight panic, we turned the water off at the main and enlisted a neighbor to assist in letting a plumber into the house to make the fix while we were gone. Allegiance was one of the only plumbers to come back to me with reassuring answers. Other plumbers I contacted made it seem like they didn't need my business and weren't all that willing to help me, and I could tell they were totally price gouging me. It was no problem that we had to wait 2-3 days for Allegiance to come out since we were out of town anyway. They coordinated with my neighbor and showed up when they said they would. They called me when the work was complete and gave me a discount for initially contacting them through Yelp. In addition, payment was so easy by e-mail, it really was no hassle once we figured out what I needed and coordinated with my neighbor to let them in. I'd definitely call them again. And yes, they were WAY more reasonable than other quotes I received. The last thing I wanted to worry about was this type of problem while on vacation but they were very accommodating and I had no reason to stress. Thanks guys!

The rates are reasonble (it is cheaper to get a plumber in California where I now live) for all the plumbers I checked with Arizona. Ramesh was on the low end and the work was great quality.
The office was courteous and Ramesh showed up on time.
I would recommend Ramesh to anyone needing a reliable, resonably priced, quality plumber.
Allegiance has now been my water company for years. They have been dependable with excellent service each time. My house is 50 years old now, so I'm glad I have them to call if I have a problem.

Wow this company is first class the digital experience of letting you know when they're going to come with the picture over the top in a good way! Eloy Was my representative that came out this time it was phenomenal very professional and knowledgeable and neat. I highly recommend this company RO service, water softener service and install, or just a general plumber there my new best friends.
Eloy was very professional, and really helpful. He highlighted numerous areas of my irrigation system that were leaking and he repaired them quickly. He also tested my exterior sewer line as well.

Without any reservation and hesitation, I wholeheartedly recommend this company. I had to install a water heater instead of a leaking one. Another company, Scottsdale Rooter Plumbers, just ate up my $95 for coming out and they quoted me $1500 with the very average heater. I got to HomeDepot and they sold me the heater, 13 years warranty, for $609 and quoted me Delta Electrical to install it for $450. Delta then slammed me with $800+ estimate. C'mon, I am a PhD in Physics and I charge $150/hr. I have to work all day for that. Changing water heater is 2 hour job, tops. So... The Allegiance stepped in. They had a good (expected) estimate of $450 and they delivered like a nail in the head. Excellent. Now I have excellent heater, installed well, at an honest price of under $1100.
They have very good organization, quality control, follow up call. Excellent. The tech was awesome and no surprises at all. Sweet. This what business SHOULD be.
This Company was the most professional I have encountered. Jeff was fantastic!!! From the start to the finish. I am going to always use this Company and recommend Jeff to everyone. I went out to the garage one morning and found that our water softener had stopped working. Water was all over the floor and the unit itself was filled with water. Naturally I go to Yelp to find someone who could help and found Allegiance Water Solutions. I spoke with Dave, who was very knowledgeable and said he would see if he could get someone out right away. After about 15 minutes he called me back and said someone would be here the same day. Between Eloy and Jake, both very knowledgeable and professional, they had our water back on and working before dinner. I will definitely recommend them to our friends.

This is a great company to do business with. Manager, David, is very nice and very prompt. His pricing is very fair. Justin, Installer, definitely knew what he was doing as far the install. I wish the clean up could have been a little better but I am glad I chose this company and I would definitely recommend them.

I've used Allegiance Water Services for various things at a few properties: toilet installation, garbage disposal replacement, sink repairs, and hot water heater replacement. They're great. They always get me on the schedule quickly, and every repairman I've worked with has been incredibly polite and skilled. I'm so happy I found them. We love Justin! Seriously. I love him; my boyfriend loves him; my cats love him, and my plumbing DEFINITELY loves him. We moved into a new (to us) house after doing some plumbing renovations with a different company. In a matter of days, problems started happening due to the other company. After reading Yelp reviews of Allegiance, I called Justin. He gave a clear and accurate estimate. When we contracted him to fix the problems, he scheduled us promptly and explained what he was doing and why he was doing it. (I should note that Justin was quite professional about the prior plumber's workmanship even while I was casting aspersions on said previous plumber.) When additional problems (NOT caused by Justin) cropped up, Justin made it a priority to get to the house fast and address the issues. Just as impressive as Justin's workmanship, work ethic, and communication is his knowledge of water issues in the Phoenix area. I guarantee that we'll turn to Justin for any future plumbing - water or gas - issues or upgrades, and I recommend you do, too. He's reasonably priced with exceptional workmanship and customer service.
Appointment was easy to schedule and the technician was early - which was also communicated prior to arrival. Once diagnosed, the office called and went over the proposed repairs and cost. The work was then efficiently completed and the tech explained everything that was done. I wouldn't use anyone else due to their quick service and great communication.

I had a sprinkler leaking. The serviceman came and fixed the pipe. He went in the back to check the sprinkler system there. After he left I noticed that only one section of the back yard was on and it never shut off. Additionally the back part of the yard wouldn't come on. He came back and looked at it and said that's a completely different problem and you need a sprinkler head. ($199) I called my regular landscaper who looked at it and said something had been turned off. I'm a single senior and I felt that they thought they had me. NOT

Professional, no pressure, evaluated my irrigation system, gave me options and peace of mind that everything was operational.
Jeff did an excellent job with our outdoor plumbing issues. He explained what was needed, showed us some examples of similar work that he completed and did the work promptly and professionally.
They also text you when the tech is in route , with a real time map to track time of arrival which is very helpful.
If I could give more stars I would. I utilized the yelp quote function and received several responses with requests for high payment prior to even looking at the problem. Allegiance is the only company who offered to take a look and then give an estimate for price. When all was said and done the total for the job was very fair and the work was top-notch. Extremely professional customer service. Highly recommend.
I am very happy with the work completed at my home by Allegiance. They installed a new irrigation system and did an exemplary job. The work crew arrived on time, worked hard to finish the project within a single day, and delivered the project exactly as planned. Tom, a really nice guy, planned the project with me and provided a same-day quote that I considered to be fair. I strongly recommend the company for irrigation services, and I plan to call them for other plumbing needs.
I called Allegiance Water Services this morning and explained the issue that I was having. The gentleman listened to me and then provided me with a potential solution to try on my own which worked perfectly. He easily could have told me that he needed to come out and assess the situation (and charge me a fee), but he was honest and helpful even though he did not make any money off of me. I will keep Allegiance Water Service's number for any future needs I may have.
We used Allegiance Water Services to replace a toilet shut off valve which had recently developed a minor leak and also became impossible to remove.
First off, Allegiance Water Services was right on top of the game when it came to responding to the general service estimate request I placed on Yelp. Within just a few minutes I heard from Dennis and a free estimate appointment was set up for the next day. Dennis's communication exchange was prompt, professional and no pressure...a welcomed relief.
As for the estimate and repair work handled by Justin (the serviceman), well that was top notch, as well. After placing a reminder service call, Justin was right on time, pleasant, professional in appearance and in about 30 minutes (or so) later, Justin had the issue resolved and left the work area as clean as he found it.
Probably the most difficult part of this transaction was the decision on our end as to how to go about locating a plumbing service we felt comfortable using and (with a little help from Yelp) Allegiance Water Services was able to quickly and professionally provide this at a reasonable rate, including warranty. (Additionally, Allegiance Water Services is currently offering a 10% discount for first time Yelp customers, and without hesitation this was honored, straight up...NO dancing around, in attempt to not keep their word. Nice.)
This completed service repair was a huge plus (and relief :) and I wouldn't hesitate to use Allegiance Water Services again or to recommend them. Thanks to all involved for this positive transaction!!

Justin was recommended by a co-worker who got his name from an electrician he goes to church with. Now, normally I don't like recommendations from people who haven't used someone before, but I had one plumber I didn't like and the other that was too expensive. So I wanted a 3rd quote.
Justin was actually the cheapest, but still a professional and very helpful. So much so I gave him additional work that was easy enough to DIY, but my laziness overcame my cheapness. He'll be back to do more work that I can DIY, but I'm at that point of... why?
I do all my mechanical and car detailing work on a professional level. I build wood furniture and cabinets. We've installed floors and done some minor electrical. The plumbing work we need isn't too difficult, either.
So, I rarely pay anyone to do something I can, but today I wrote a check, didn't throw any tools and I didn't break anything, not even a sweat. Worth it... they'll be back soon to do even more work because they were much more reasonable than the other companies.
This was a great experience from the first phone call to the best tech I have ever met. Honest as they come and very professional! I can't say enough good things about this company. The tech was Lawson Key-A++++

Needed a new water heater yesterday. Did my homework and decided a Bradford White unit was the best for our situation. Called Allegiance as they were listed as a suppler for this heater. Never used them before. Wow! What a great experience from initial contact to proposal to pricing to same day installation by super tech John! Very effecient. No bs. Just good old fashion customer service.

I messaged the company for a quote through yelp and they responded within 20 minutes and were completely transparent with the services they can provide and the cost, and also the toilet options the best suited my needs. Also, they were available to replace the toilets within a few day! I would totally recommend Allegiance for pluming services. Jeff Cook performed the install and was courteous and professional!

We were very pleased with Tom and his team! He was very professional and unbelievably experienced in not only the irrigation system but the plant life in this desert area. He spent a lot of time explaining to us different aspects of watering requirements. His prices were extremely reasonable compared to other companies we checked. He did a wonderful job and we will always go back to him for future indoor and outdoor plumbing needs!
Our home water treatment system was leaking and we couldn't figure out to stop the leak. We call Allegiance and Lawson our tech showed to save the day, stop the leak, and give a game plan if we needed it! He was honest, professional and a solid business acumen! ...and a great conversationalist after the repair to get to know us. We are all foodies at heart, and new to the area we left with a great restaurant referral. Eloy was right on time, he wore both a mask and booties. Even though the mask mandate has been lifted, I greatly appreciate the courtesy and thoughtfulness in them wearing a mask without us having to ask. Eloy was also very personable and extremely nice in answering our questions. This is consistent with my experience with this company as the scheduler was great to work with as well.
Contacted Allegiance based on Yelp ratings. Was able to get an appointment quickly. Technician called ahead of time and was early. Very professional in appearance and addressing the issue. Just as promised. Even helped me review another potential issue I had in my home. Would recommend over the big companies. Trust that what they did won't create a revisit.

Justin, our technician is knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. Justin gave us a quote for a new unit and a quote for rebuilding the control panel of our current unit. He wasn't pushy about trying to make the sale. Merely gave us the information and left, allowing us to think it over.
I have never heard of this water softener, but on the other hand, I couldn't find any negative reviews either. The unit has an excellent warranty in my opinion. I checked with the BBB online and they have a rating of A+. I would certainly recommend this company. Dave makes appointments, communicates with the customer and handles the follow-up. He is also very accommodating.

I had purchased a new toilet and needed it installed as well as the old one disposed of. It arrived a day before expected. I had scheduled Allegiance for the following day. Then my husband decided he should install it....a nail biting moment for me. Fortunately, the old toilet had been cemented in and he told me to go ahead and use them. I called and they were able to provide service me same day and only a couple of hours after I called. Eloy was kind, skilled, expedient and communicative. He took care of everything and my husband sent me pictures! I breathed a sigh of relief as my family was coming in from out of state and would be there this evening! I would definitely recommend them. They charged exactly what they quoted and although I could have found cheaper, those prices did not include disposing of the old toilet.

This is a wonderful company! We recently moved to Phoenix and having an irrigation system to maintain was new to us. In the little research I had done, I could tell we had an old system that was not meeting the needs of our yard and garden. Tom came out and spent time explaining our system to us and helped us understand how to best provide water for the plants in our yard. We ended up replacing our system and I couldn't be happier! Our lawn and garden are thriving now! Everyone we interacted through the process was so kind, helpful, and professional- probably the best customer service I have ever experienced!

I was looking for some serious help because my water bill was so high and I had no idea why. The irrigation was leaking in the valves and I had called them to come out and help me do a walk through to figure out everything that was wrong. We were told they were only charging us the trip fee and we gave the tech our credit card. That was it. Then, nearly a year later we called for service and they told us we had to give them a hundred bucks for the last service call! Excuse me?! We ALWAYS pay the bill at the time of service, and we also had never received any bills or notices that anything was owed. We paid what the tech charged. NEVER USING THEM AGAIN. I had a water leak in my house that I wasn't able to find, as well as an RO system that needed the filters replaced. Justin (the owner) and Michael came out as scheduled, and both were especially polite and professional. The price for the RO replacement was VERY reasonable, and Michael was able to handle it quickly und Justin's watchful eye.
Justin then investigated the water leak, isolated it to the pool. However, he didn't have the part with him (they do pool service too! they'll be my pool company). He showed me the part that needs to be fixed, and I said that I could do that with a part from Leslies, and he agreed. No charge at all for that!

Every aspect of our interaction with Allegiance Water Services has been exceptional.
We contacted them for a consult regarding our irrigation system that had been giving us problems on and off over the past year. The existing (builder-grade) tubing was simply deteriorating after 7 years in the Arizona sun. We did several basic repairs ourselves, but came to realize that we were over our heads. Tom and Thomas came out for the (free) initial consultation. There was no sales pitch to speak of; they just explained their product to us and we were sold but not only the durability of the product, but also by their well-thought-out installation method and practices.
We experienced excellent customer service at every step of the process; from finalizing the purchase to scheduling the installation to the actual install. The people we dealt with were not only knowledgeable of the mechanics of irrigation itself (which I would expect), but also displayed a good understanding of the unique requirements of maintaining an Arizona yard or garden. When all of the work (and cleanup) was completed, they conducted an informative walkthrough of the irrigation system, pointing out and explaining the location of all the emitters. They further elaborated on the differing watering requirements for different kinds of plants, and showed how those requirements had been met. And finally, they reviewed the settings and operation of our irrigation timer. All of this was most helpful and made us feel even more comfortable with the setup and operation of our irrigation system.
Office support was easy to work with, both over the phone and by email. Everything was explained clearly and our questions were always answered promptly. The work was completed in the promised timeframe. The installation crew was knowledgeable, respectful, and friendly. They did the work with a minimum amount of disruption to our yard, and cleaned everything up afterwards.
In this age where companies so often seem to value profits over true customer service, Allegiance Water Services stands out as an example of what customer service SHOULD BE.
I just met with Garrod and I am incredibly happy with the service provided! I am pretty clueless when it comes to plumbing around the house. Our water softener was giving us an alert so I found this company on Yelp, wanting to make sure that it was not anything that I should be concerned about. The woman that answered the phone was very nice, and was able to get someone to come out the same afternoon for a free inspection. Garrod explained to me what the alert meant, and then went through several things I should keep an eye on around the house. He was not pushy at all- I did not feel at all like he was trying to sell me anything.

I was in the market for installing misters around my patio. After talking to several companies I opted to go with Allegiance Water Services and was not disappointed. They installed the system using my soft water system and housed the motor in the garage. Mike the Project Manager and Jake the technician were a pleasure to work with. The overall system was very competitively priced. I'll use them for my other water needs that arise in the future.
As good as it gets! I sent a request asking for help/quote with my garbage disposal via Yelp, and Allegiance was the first plumber to respond within minutes. They immediately sent options for appointments and arrived exactly within the time frame they scheduled. Garrod came out and was able to diagnose and fix my disposal within 5 minutes. As promised, the service call to diagnose the problem was complimentary and I asked how much the charge was for the time he had taken to drive out and actually get it working. He said it was no charge because it was such an easy fix. I'm blown away by his honesty. This is officially my new plumber and I am highly recommending them to friends and family. Look no further.

Our RO system failed yesterday and then our drinking water did from the fridge. I scheduled for a plumber to come out tomorrow and when he called to say that he could be here today, I was happy as we had been going without filtered water! Within minutes, Eloy knew exactly what the problem was as our RO tank had split. He replaced the tank and he also replaced two P-joints that were corroded while he was here! Allegiance just finished a very extensive irrigation project in my home in Mesa. They converted an old fountain into a raised planter with a drip system and it's own valve and timer. My sprinklers were old and not covering well. Some were broken. They were all replaced with MP rotators. Within two weeks the grass was nearly filled in and green again. There was no more overspray or wasted water. My former home in Fountain Hills was extensively planted and the yard was multi-level and difficult to irrigate. The owner, Tom, did this job to perfection. He also repaired a fountain that two previous companies failed to do.
I have been using this company since 2013 and could not be happier with their service. They respond to requests for service promptly, visit the property and provide recommendations and a quote during the visit. Pricing is very reasonable and you can be certain that the work will be done professionally, completely and to your satisfaction. All the technicians working for the company that come out to work on your project have been thoroughly trained and are competent professionals. Tom emphasizes that customer service is first and foremost. He will explain what he believes should be done, and how it should be done. After completion of the project he will walk you through everything has been done and answer any questions you may have remaining and usually will check in with you after a few months to make sure that everything is still fine. You will not be disappointed.

HOLY CRAP! Literally crap, my sewer line disconnected from itself in my back yard and created a sink hole full of crap.
Got estimates from 3 companies before having Justin come to my house, he came recommended from a friend as the only plumber I let into my house. Pretty high merits to start with but also very friendly and professional during our first meeting. Also, no trip charge to estimate, which is awesome. He quoted me a very reasonable price, well below the giant plumbing company that wanted to charge me 2-3x more than allegiance.
I hired them on the spot, they came on time the first day and planned on staying till finish, but the problem was bigger than expected and they came back for 3 more days after that. Every single day it was always on time and their work was high quality. Always friendly, always kept me informed. We accidentally flushed the toilet one time while they had the line open and they managed to dodge our poop coming at them, but no resentment on their part, just told us with a smile. I wouldn't have been so humorous with human feces coming at me.
I've been trying to think of a negative so that this review doesn't sound like I'm a paid shill who sold his soul for a few bucks, but I can't think of any.
Justin and Michael, thanks for taking our crap and fixing our sewer line. These guys are the real deal, highly recommended, my new go-to plumbers.

Mike Turner, the Project M ager has the patience of Job. I can't remember how many emails Mike answered (most after hours) but I think it was at least 6. Each email received answered all my questions thoroughly and clearly. I finally had my softener installed today by Jason and his professionalism and knowledge was on par with my experience with Mike. Jason was very efficient and precise, as you can see from the photos of his work. It is a pleasure doing business with companies that strive to provide great service and work. Can I give this company six stars please? It started Monday evening around 7:00pm when I messaged the company to see if they had any next day appointments as I was having an issue with my brand new washer. The manager Danny responded very promptly and advised me to check a few things first but assured me if I still needed their assistance he could get someone out the next day to take a look. Eloy and John showed up just as they said they would. They were both very professional and thorough. It turns out it was a water supply issue and they gave me a couple different options to choose from to change out my water shutoff valves. They got the job completed in a timely manner and even stuck around to make sure my washing machine was filling properly and that I wasn't going to have anymore issues. I have high expectations and this company met them all from start to finish.

Poor quality work on the sprinkler system
I had issues with water not reaching everywhere in the lawn, they came and checked and said valve had to be changed , they changed 5 valves and water flow was even worse... they came and said I had too many water heads ... took few off ... no change ... If you can't diagnose a problem , try not to fix it.
I would highly recommend this company!! Their work is excellent. I have had them repair my tankless water heater and reverse osmosis. I am very pleased with the work and price.

Outstanding help on my irrigation system. The technician, Tom, was prompt, Courteous, knowledgeable. He went right to work and diagnosed the problem and fixed it immediately. He explained Everything as he went along. Would rate higher than 5 stars if it were available.
We hired Allegiance Water Services for two different services. The owner Caleb is wonderful to work with. The first service was to replace out entire irrigation system. Our old one had many leaks and was just too old to save. This is a very large job. They spent 2 days replacing it. They upgraded the system so that the yard is in two sections with different timers. Their crew was excellent!!!! Friendly, knowledgable, and gave a thorough explanation of the new system. The second was to do inside plumbing which included a new water softener system, installation of a new kitchen faucet, a 5 Stage High Efficiency 50 GPD Reverse Osmosis Drinking Water System with Leak Controller,(15) Angle stops, and hot water heater flush. We also had them fix a outside pipe to our spa that came up last minute.
Their pricing was fair, and they were the best contractors we have worked with in Phoenix so far. All of their worker were great! I cannot say enough positive about them! I would highly recommend them.

We had accumulated a long list of water related/ plumbing needs. Allegiance was awesome from start to finish! Scheduling was a pleasure, as the phone service was friendly, detailed and accommodating. Eloy, our service tec , was prompt, thorough, friendly, knowledgeable & specific as he explained what he was doing and could or could not do. Pricing was fair and honest. I hope I never have to hire them again, but if I have a sprinkler issue, they will be the only one I will call. Eloy was prompt, friendly, polite and didn't mine me looking over his shoulder. The only reason why I was looking over his shoulder was because I like to learn things. After Eloy's assessment, I could have called someone else for a second opinion, but I believe Allegiance's prices are reasonable.
Excellent communication and fair prices. They were able to schedule me for next day service. The technician was very friendly and explained things well.
The office was very responsive and sent Justin over the same morning. What a nice young man. Replaced the parts on our tankless hot water heater. After many calls I learned that very few plumbing companies work on tankless heaters, so we were thankful to find this company. Will defuse again.
Mike with Allegiance Water Services was awesome! I had an unfortunate experience with another company so I ended up calling Allegiance, explained my situation and that I needed someone that wasn't afraid of dogs, to be able to enter my back yard when I wasn't home (cause I have to work) to assess and correct the irrigation leaks I had. mike called me about 2pm stating he was in his way. I told him I wouldn't be home and I again made sure he knew about my dogs. He said I love dogs so it will be no issue. I got home shortly before he was wrapping up: he had fixed my back yard issue and gave me a quote for my front yard issue. That one was a bigger job so I wasn't ready to have that work done today. But my experience with Mike and Allegiance was awesome and I would highly recommend them them! And for everything he fixed in the back yard, the price was great and was more than happy to pay to have those leaks fixed, so the dogs would stop playing in the mud and bringing it into the house.

Jeff came out to fix my leaking valve sprinkler box which another plumber could not figure out and charged me a lot to undetect the problem. Jeff came out and figured it out in 10 minutes. Gave me quote on-site and and fixed the leak no one else could detect. I wish I would have contacted Allegiance first and not have thrown away $250 on the first company. I highly recommend them.
Great work! Very polite on the phone and came in on the day that worked best for me. Micheal called when he was on his way. Quickly assessed my leak and gave me two options. He completed the job he on the initial inspection visit. I'm very pleased with his work and will use him again.

Recently I have had a lot of work done on my property requiring plumbing expertise and wanted to share those experiences.
Reverse Osmosis System: Amazing industrial grade, 6 stage system with PH balancing filter (this is super important!). Filters only need to be changed annually in most systems (this really appeals to me because I like to minimize maintenance). I really appreciate the added touch of the water leak alarm underneath the sink should anything go wrong. Jeff did a great job of installing this gem and our water tastes so much cleaner.
Water Softener: Met with Tom, who presented me with two amazing water softener packages perfect for the needs of our house. I ended up going with the Green Softener as I felt the lifetime warranty on parts/tank and body of the valve really spoke volumes of the quality of the product. I love that they installed a soft water hose bib next to the hard water one by the garage (so you can choose based on your needs). Jeff did an amazing welding job of the pipes, super professional looking.
Irrigation System: I've always dreamed of having a real irrigation system, not those throw togethers that you can DIY or hire anyone off the street to do. I'm talking a real irrigation system with real PVC piping, and actual thought and planning put into it. A system that is completely expandable as your needs grow over the years. Tom spent a lot of time talking to me about my plant needs, and took NO shortcuts what so ever to deliver the irrigation system of my dreams. Tom even anticipated needs I didn't even know I had, like extra hose bibs to make life easier. I've learned you can never have too many hose bibs..
Both Tom and Bryan spent numerous hours and days (and yes, even on weekends) delivering a fully functional state of the art irrigation complete with a wifi capable Rainbird controller. I cannot possibly express my praise and respect for Tom and Bryan on all their hard work to make this project happen.
The team at Allegiance Water will never let you down and will always exceed your expectations. They are perfectionists at heart and would rather take a little extra time to go above and beyond, instead of doing a poor rush job.

I needed my water filtration system cleaned out. When I opened the salt tank, it was full of bugs and saw dust from the recent construction being done on my home. I was utterly grossed out.

A few days after their initial repair, one zone wasn't coming on. They answered the phone, got the same Tech (awesome Eloy) out within days, fixed a slipped wire AND A SEPARATE PROBLEM that took him much longer than the warranty work ... all at no charge. I really like these folks!
John did a great job and save me some money suggesting another solution to my drip system issue. If I ever have a need for irrigation checkups or issues I'm definitely going to contact Allegiance Water Services.

Very satisfied with the level of customer service and professionalism that Jeff displayed. The job was quick but very thorough. Would use Allegiance Water Services again and highly recommend to others.
I called Allegiance to have them check my irrigation system for any problems. Michael Turner came out, inspected the system, and told me there were no issues. Maybe a day or 2 later, I noticed one of the irrigation lines was cut and water was shooting 6 feet into the air. Nothing had happened in the previous day that would have caused this...I honestly believe the issue was there when they inspected the system. I called Allegiance to let them know. They came back out, but said since the problem wasn't worked on during the initial visit, repairing it now would be considered a new visit and they would charge me in full a second time. I don't feel that is right, since the problem should have been caught by them in the first place. So after paying Allegiance to make sure my irrigation system is in good working order, I am left with the Bellagio fountain in my front yard, and now I need to fix it myself. What did I pay for? Unsatisfied, I called and asked to speak with Michael Turner to ask him personally what happened. He was unavailable on Friday so I left a message and asked for him to call me back. 5 days later, and he still has not responded. I consider this to be further bad customer service from a somewhat shady company.
Update after the company's response:
Joshua, the leak was not caught because when Mike reprogrammed my system, he set the zone for trees to water every 2 days for ZERO minutes, which obviously was a mistake. He had meant to set it for 45 minutes, but set it for zero minutes. That is why we didn't see the leak while we were both there. When I fixed the programming after he left, that's when the water shot up 6 feet. This would have been caught had the system been programmed correctly, and the repair would have been covered in the first trip. When I called Friday, I was told by the man answering the phone that Mike called in sick that day, but that he would text Mike my name and number, asking him to call me. He never did. Based on these facts, I stand by my review.

Michael came out to give us an estimate and was ready to get the work started. However we realized at the last minute that our home warranty was still under coverage and I ran out to ask him to stop. Updated review: as soon as Michael left, I got on the phone w our home warranty.. they asked all these detailed questions, but the one question that would have saved everyone's time was where the leak occurred. Mine was out front, and therefore not within the foundation of the house itself and therefore not covered. Anyway, my husband called Michael again, and before I knew it, he was done with the repairs!!! If this was not awesome service, I don't know what is! Highly recommended.
Another EXCELLENT job by the folks over at Allegiance Water Services. We had a pipe leak last night and I called but did not leave a message figuring I'd call later. Eloy recognized my number and called me instead almost immediately and walked me through shutting off the main. This morning John came out (on his day off no less) and made the repair so we could get our house up and running. Allegiance installed my irrigation system, just recently installed a new hot water heater and water softener, and their prices and workmanship are second to none. Obviously, I recommend them and they continue to be my go-to plumbing company. When you make that call, most likely David will answer and you will be so glad you did!

Allegiance Water Services was great to work with. Justin came out and had the toilet installed in a timely manner. He was very polite and knowledgeable. He also helped me with an unrelated home question I happened to have. I was so happy with the service I received. The owner also called a few days later just to make sure everything was working well and we were satisfied. Excellent customer service and very good installation.
Reliable & I believe honest. They have handled our plumbing & water service needs for the last 5+ years. My husband recently passed away and I recently had to call them for shower leak & salt service & another repair issue and they were very accommodating & over & above to explain what needed to be done & to explain any charges that were incurred. I called them because another sprinkler repair company whom may be named after a medical professional after waiting four days to get back to me quoted dates 10 days out. I called Allegiance and was immediately handled by a very nice gentleman. He apologized for not having someone to come out that day, but could send someone the next day! I was thrilled. He also informed me on the phone that the company is driven digitally and that they would communicate with me via text and email.
Day of the appointment, I received a text from them telling me Jeff was on his way, that he was a veteran, his hobbies, that he had a 5 star rating and even sent a picture so I knew who was coming! I have never seen this before. Jeff arrived and was extremely helpful and diligent. He was quick to assess the issues and also showed me what was wrong and explained the cost of repair. He had everything he needed and rechecked things twice before demonstrating the repairs to me personally.
I highly recommend them and will call them with any water needs in the future.
Recently our irrigation system developed leaks and we realized that our house water shutoff valve was not working properly. Based on great Yelp reviews, we had Allegiance come out to give us a quote for both of these. They came out quickly and diagnosed the issues. In addition, they discovered a couple of other issues that needed to be addressed. Within a day or two, we decided to go with them and had their team onsite. The workers were very prompt, courteous and thorough. Highly recommended!

I am sad that they only allow 5 stars. Price, efficiency, courtesy, etc., etc. I bought the unit at Home Depot for $609, they installed it with extras for another $550. A leading competitor in the area quoted me $1300 plus the cost of the unit. The technician could not have been more qualified or friendly. Eloy went above and beyond to get our water heater back up and running. I was given an hour time frame for arrival. Each time, Eloy arrived at the beginning of the time frame. Definitely a scenario of under promise, over deliver! Eloy also took the time to make sure I understood what was needed. He never made me feel like he was in a rush to leave. There was a part that had to be ordered, and Eloy made sure to call me. It arrived earlier than promised, and he came out as soon as possible to install. Every expectation he set,he delivered on. I was kept informed, and felt valued as a customer. I have used this company before (they did my water softener almost two years ago I think) and happy to see they still have the same high standards of customer service.
My water softer was leaking from a connection at the top. There initially was a miscommunication about the time Allegiant Water Service was supposed to arrive for my appointment. They waived the service call fee as a result. They were very professional and took care of the job and gave recommendations for the future. I will absolutely reach out to them again for any needs that may come up.

Needed the main line to my irrigation system replaced, came same day to do the job. When I had an issue they were back out within a few days, happened over holiday weekend, and repaired it no problem! Did a great job, very professional and would definitely use them again in the future!
My 10 year old water softener started leaking so I called around to get a few quotes and these guys had the best price for similar systems. They replaced it with a new system and it works so much better. The plumbing used hook up the new system to the loop looks so much better than my first softener system, and Ramesh was very pleasant to talk to.
Rommel came to repair our drip system leak. Your employees are always courteous, helpful, and know their trade. We rely on your service whenever we have plumbing or water issues. We recommend your services highly.

I was convinced by the tech to pay an extra $150 to replace a working pipe because copper is better than pvc they said. After paying $500+ for the job, the value connected to pipe he replaced is now leaking. I called thinking this was a obvious cause of the work they had done. Instead I was told it would be another $400 to replace the value. I called to complain and was told the owner would call me, instead he called the tech and had him offer me $100 off something I should not be paying for in the first place. I will be finding someone else to fix what they broke. I will not give them anymore money. Do not trust this company.
*To add to your response. You are trying to blame it on me for your work breaking it. You say it was not leaking when you left but there would not have been enough time to even tell. You can lie all you want. Everyone should know they will not stand by their work!!!!
** I hired a new company ( the most reputable in town), they confirmed it was the torque used to break the seal on the replaced pipe that created the leak.
Allegiance Water Services is a great company. They fixed our problem as quickly as they could, with care and attention. They fixed someone else's poor workmanship by using the right material, the right way by trained and experienced technicians. They also stuck to the quote. We were very happy with the service, professionalism, and quality of work they've provided. He did a fantastic job finding the root of the issue and fixing it quickly and giving us helpful tips. My husband is very handy guy but some jobs should be left for the professionals and we were glad to get Allegiance. Their price were fair and affordable. We'll definitely use them again if we need to and recommend anyone who needs a plumber.
UPDATE 6/11/14:
We decided to use Allegiance's services again. We've been getting several quotes from different plumbing companies to install a loop for a water softener for awhile now but just haven't made the decision until we met Ramesh from Allegiance. We were amazed at the quote he gave us just for the install. It was 3 times less than what other plumbers were charging. They also have a water softener that cost much less than the ones the other companies were trying to sell. Justin and Ramesh installed the loop and the water softener and they did an AMAZING job. We are extremely happy with their work. They are very detailed on their work and it truly shows. They clean up and put everything back to where it is. My husband did notice they forgot to connect a minor part back that day after they finished so he was going to fix it himself. He checked it the next day but Allegiance had already came back to fix it on their own. How AWESOME is that?! Our water softener is working great and we could not be happier. If you guys need a plumber that will get the job done right and have affordable rates, call Allegiance! You won't be disappointed.

Our RO system needed maintenance, so I called Tuesday, and they came Friday. It was not an emergency, so I was very impressed on how quickly they came out. Jeff was professional, kind, and efficient. We will definitely call Allegiance again!
We bought our house 4 months ago and had no idea what a huge mess we were walking into. I only wish we would have called Allegiance first. We went through 4 plumbers, 2 pool guys, and a partridge in a pear tree before calling them. We were at the end of our rope and 4 water bills in the neighborhood of $380 when they came, found the leaks, fixed our whole system and saved us from going through another month of this. They gave us what we thought was a fair quote, when they were done with the work they did it was half the quoted price because they were done in less time. They were fair, professional and they knew their stuff. We will not use another water company for anything ever again.
Fast response, good work, very reasonable prices. Eloy, their technician, was competent and friendly. I will definitely call them the next time I need plumbing work done.
My water heater started leaking and quit Heating water. So I got on the web and called Allegiance. Just my luck, David answered and quickly went to work on getting me quickly scheduled fir a tankless water heater install. The price was right, and I've been wanting a tank less as I had one in another home. The Installers came out the next day and within a few hours, I had running hot water with a recirculating pump too! They were both very professional, completed the job in a timely manner. Second time using this team and both experiences have been great! Scheduling is easy, the technicians take the time to explain what they're doing, and the quality of work has been terrific.
Technicians were on time. Excellent communication, personable ! Explained operation of water softener. Our existing system didn't remove calcium, now the water softener will remove it. They coordinated the timing of each system to work for optimal performance. They explained how often to add salt pellets, & depending on water usage such as having guests. The placement of the new system was compact, neatly placed next to the old & how we appreciated that with a garage full of items & tools to store. Best work we have done after so many projects and disappointing experience Can't thank them enough!
Found these guys via Home Advisor. Called them direct, got an idea of the cost to install a kitchen sink, faucet and garbage disposal.
They were the only ones willing to travel to my location and without charging extra. Ramesh was on time and completed the job faster than initially quoted. Very happy with the results, paid about the same Home Depot would have charged and got new pipes and valves installed.

Felt inspired to write this review because this was, by far, the most pleasant experience I've ever had with a plumbing service. Very honest and very professional. My wife and I have a problem with roof rats in the attic; a pest control company recommended that we get a smoke test done to see if they were coming through the pipes, which we had done through another company. Sure enough there was smoke coming through the hall bathroom, so we assumed that must be how they're coming in, right? Just call a plumber, have them bust through the wall, and fix the hole. I searched for some plumbers in the area, found Allegiance Water Services, and shortly after, they came out shortly to assess the situation and provide me an estimate. Two gentlemen stopped by; I'm terrible with names, so I can't remember the lead guy's name. From the beginning, he was very friendly and very professional. He inspected things closely for a good fifteen minutes. Told me that in his twenty years of plumbing he had never seen a hole large enough in cast-iron pipes for rats to come through; that the smoke was almost certainly coming through a few innocent cracks, and that the smoke-test company had exaggerated the likelihood of this being the source of the rats. After telling me how much it would cost to cut open the drywall to replace pipes that probably aren't the source of the problem anyway, he recommended that I just poison the suckers. I'm extremely appreciative of this very honest assessment; it would have been easy for him to recommend opening the wall. And he didn't even charge us anything. So... while I didn't have them start or complete any project, this experience alone is enough for me to recommend these guys. I will be calling them next time I need any sort of water services done.

These guys are awesome! I was referred to them for a Fire Sprinkler repair which turned out not something they could work on BUT, they called me back with two other companies that could! They did the research and found two options from Yelp, called them to make sure they could do it before sending me their contact info.

We've used Allegiance Water to service our reverse osmosis filtration system for couple of years now and they are super nice and responsive and would highly recommend.
Excellent work on both jobs. I had an irrigation problem fixed plus a new main shut off valve needed replacement. Jeff explained everything that needed to be done and came in at a very fair price for the parts and labor. He also told me about future problems I may have coming, and gave me an estimate for those jobs also. I believe he went above and beyond the service I would have received from somewhere else. He's also a very nice guy and easy to talk to. I will be calling Allegiance for any plumbing work from now on.

Rommel and the team were WONDERFUL. This was my third time using their service and it was great. I noticed some mold growing behind my vanity and they came out to fix it. After they replaced the part of the pipe with the obvious drip, they identified another and were quick to address the issue. When it persisted, they stayed late into the evening to repair the issue and ensure the pipe was sealed and dry so I wouldn't have any other issues. Even with all the extra time and work, they didn't charge me anymore than the original quote. Rommel and his team were kind and considerate and left the space clean when they finished. Overall great job and I will definitely be using them again in the future.
We had our water heater which we purchased from Allegiance three years ago drained and flushed. They are a fantastic company to deal with. Very helpful and reliable. Their prices are very reasonable. David is a tremendous business man and great leader in the company. Our technician who serviced our water heater John Gonzales, was wonderful. Although I did not use their services, but I think this company is worth writing a review about.
About 2 weeks ago, my water heater simply stopped working and deeded replacement, and I sent several messages to plumbers on yelp asking for quotes. Justin, the owner, responded immediately and provided a phone number to call and schedule a time to come and look at the work site and what water heater is needed and give me a quote. Believe me when I say it, he was one of 2 plumbing company owners who actually set up time and came to give a free quote. I sent messages to over 10 companies, 1 didn't even bother to respond, 2 responded the next day, and Justin actually responded and came out and gave a quote.
Most plumbers give you prices without even looking, then when they're at the site, the price jumps up claiming that the heater is on a high ground, piping is complex etc... but not with Justin and Allegiance plumbing. He came is, inspected the sight and gave an exact quote on what price it will be and what will be replaced. In fact not only his service is good, his price was competitive, unfortunately I am on a budget and had to go with another company that offered somewhat of a better deal.
I know a company is good when their initial communication and speed of response is good. Justin showed genuine desire to help, by coming in and giving detailed information and a quote before starting the job. Thanks Justin and sorry we were not able to do business, but I can assure you you'll be on my list of people to contact when I need plumbing services.

I hate to go round and round with you, but you did not communicate that you were trying to get Jeff out and it would take nearly a week to get him out for a time sensitive matter. We also had no clue where things stood after my initial conversation with you. You said you would call me back with an update and you never did. We had to call you back multiple times to get anything sorted out.
On a separate note, we specifically asked our tree trimming company to refer you out in our part of Scottsdale, as they said they didn't have any quality irrigation companies to refer clients to in our area. Shame on us as we will be letting them know we made a mistake. I won't be responding to anything else, but obviously there was some serious miscommunication here.
I am currently in the process of selling my house and after the inspection the buyers requested some plumbing repairs. I contacted Allegiance and they responded right away to set up a time to come out for a free estimate. I forwarded them copies of the requested repairs and they came ready to fix everything on the spot. Their pricing was very reasonable and they had everything fixed promptly. The technicians were very professional and friendly and walked through every repair to show me the work they performed. The final bill matched the estimate, no hidden fees. I highly recommend Allegiance and will be calling on them again if I ever have any future plumbing needs.

It was a pleasure working with Justin. My water heater stop working in October. Was interested in the Hybrid water hater. After getting several quotes. I decided to go with Allegiance. Price was reasonable. They gave me the option of supplying my own or what their supplier had in stock. I decided on the AO Smith Hybrid. On the day of installation, Justin arrive 30 mins before the appointment time. They were done with the installation in 3 hours. So far the water heater has been running great for 6 months. And their price was much lower than another quote I got. Great value. Love the professionalism and modern automation - no paperwork - iPads for payment. My best plumbing experience ever.
