Master Rooter

Bobby was able to clear my kitchen sink drain when every other plumber had failed. Others plumbers wanted to hydrojet the plumbing which would have costed $1k+. This company does things differently by going through the mainline instead of just snaking the sink drain (which isn't going to work for a harder clog). So many options for plumbing companies and this is by far the best one. I will never go to anyone else ever again. DONNY AND RYAN ARE ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! They have helped my family so much and I couldn't thank them enough. We have a huge plumbing problem and they have made everything easy from day one. I'm not typically one to write reviews, but I was compelled. From the moment I contacted Master Rooter until the day of job completion, I experienced a consistent degree of professionalism, truthfulness and responsiveness not often seen in this industry. When a plumbing fiasco happens, it's easy to get overwhelmed, but the team Master Rooter has put together speaks to its commitment to deliver a service that sets itself apart from the competition.

It began with a backup in both my bathrooms and the laundry room. I reached out to Master Rooter and Donny Bailey was quick to arrive. Donny was obviously there to do a job, but his knowledge far exceeded the task at hand and the manner in which he carried himself and presented information instilled trust. After snaking the pipes to get me back up and running, he felt there was a bigger issue at play and so he said he'd come back to do a camera scoping. When scoped, it was clear there was a collapse in my sewer line (i.e. worse case scenario) so he walked me through the recommendation to replace it and spoke to what could be typically expected with regards to insurance coverage. His knowledge on plumbing seemed indisputable, but more importantly, the way in which he presented things was simple to grasp and made me feel confident things would go according to plan.

Next step...breaking ground. When Ry Corral, the assigned Project Manager, came with his team, he was extremely professional, succinct, and layman in his explanation of scope and timing for completion; 4 days. Dustin Lange, the Master Foreman (i.e. team leader) on the job, was equally badass and professional. Over the next 4 days, he and his team replaced all the sewer lines under my house using technology that allowed for creating holes in just a few areas in the foundation vs. trenching the entire length. At the end of the 4th day, the line was replaced and the holes were closed up.

In summary...and as strange as it may sound...dealing with Master Rooter has actually been a pleasure. I'm sure there are countless plumbing companies who could get the job done, but it's about the how that makes the difference. Master Rooter is technology forward-thinking, which is something else I really appreciate, but their approach to customer service is what truly sets them apart and I recommend them with confidence.

Well it started off fine, they had a plumber out to my house in 2 hours on a Saturday for a plugged drain. The plumber took a look and recommended to hydro jet the lines because the pipes are old and this is a reoccurring problem. $750 for the small jet and $1300 for the large. Being desperate to get the water flowing again, we went with the large jet. Another plumber showed up with the jet and was in and out in an hour. While we where waiting for the other plumber, plumber #1 somehow sold us a $5000 water filtration system. After some pricing and billing issues the owner reached out to me personally and assisted me with a swift resolution. We are really enjoying our new water filter and the pipes are flowing perfectly.

In July of '21, I had Master Rooter in to do a boatload of work. The cost was $3000, which was HIGH (by about 3x), but I had to have the work done, and I could not find another plumber - I was desperate. The work took about 3x as long as he said it would take, but at least they stuck by the overinflated cost. Almost literally everything they did has had to be re-done, fixed, or at least tweaked.  That kid they sent should NOT be working any job, no matter how small, by himself. He needs to be apprenticed, not solo. Possibly plumbing just is not for him. I had to correct him several times. And tonight, at 4 am, the connections for the tub cut loose and flooded my bathroom. I was on it within 5 minutes - thankfully we were here, and it woke me up. If we had been out, it would have been disastrous. As it is, given the location of the problem, it is going to be a bear to fix. But maybe I can get the tub filler relocated to where it was supposed to be mounted in the process - he located it about 2 off from where it was clearly supposed to be. It would have been way easier to do it before the tub was there.

I am NOT calling Master Rooter to fix this. Given the quality of the work, I have absolutely no faith in the quality of the fix. I will never use Master Rooter again, and I will specifically give them a thumbs down to anybody who asks me to recommend a plumber.

I have used Master Rooter 4 times now (too bad for me!) and I have to say I have been extremely pleased each time.  Today Bobby was out for a toilet issue. They were able to schedule me same day and came out on time and fixed the issue quickly!   Pricing is always fair and their work is top notch.   I highly recommend their service!

I found Master Rooter when I had what appeared to be a simple clogged kitchen sink and called them because they had the best reviews online. I was very pleased when James was the tech they sent to my home, because he's listed so many times by other customers. I can't even begin to tell you how much I appreciated his help; it turned out to be a far bigger problem than just a clogged sink so he immediately called Alex out to run a camera through to see what the issue was. While James was at my home, he also discovered my water pressure was over three times the limit for my 1950s home which, could cause my pipes to burst leading to even more damage! He spent an entire day redoing copper pipping behind while installing the pressure control unit and fixing the years of bad plumbing the pervious owners did. What's even better is he got my on a plan at no extra cost that helped saved me hundreds of dollars which, he didn't have to do but I very much so appreciated. This was start of huge remodel project but James really helped lay the foundation to ensure I was taken care of and treated fairly. I'm beyond thankful for his help in protecting my home as well as his profession, experienced service. Thank you, James!

I needed a new water valve/ box for behind my refrigerator. I contacted Master Rooter and the representative Daniel was a pleasure to work with. She was able to get me scheduled next day. Terry and Dylan arrived on time and got straight to work replacing the box and valve. I now am able to enjoy my fridge dispenser and ice maker. Pricing was very reasonable and the service was worth every dollar. I will definitely be calling them next time I need plumbing services.

I put in a request for plumbing bids thru Yelp quotes.  My issues were clogged kitchen drain and need new backflow preventer.  Master Rooter was one of many businesses who responded to the request Yelp sends out (I have no control over who Yelp pick).  Master Rooter they could come and give me a free estimate.  When the very young redhead kid named Parker showed up (he was masked) he went up on my roof with a snake and started snaking.  I thought, it sure doesn't look like his actions up on my roof, after about free estimate.  So I told Parker it looked like he was already doing the work, when all I wanted was a free estimate.  He said something about $39 for drain clearing for first time customers, not for the estimate.  Cos another company wanted to charge me $39 for the estimate, so I got mixed up.  I said I didn't know a thing about $39 to clear a drain.  I had another appt with JNR Plumbing (I think he is unlicensed) who quoted me $300 for both replacing the backflow preventer (which other businesses quoted $497 and higher just for that alone) and clearing the drain, and I already gave JNR the job, but he couldn't come till 5 days later.  

So I said OK go ahead and clear the drain for $39, at least I don't have to not use my kitchen sink for another 5 days.  

Well Parker could not clear kitchen drain from the roof, so he had to take apart the U and put the snake in the wall under the kitchen sink.  He said my P trap was too low and deep (my neighbor didn't have the right parts, put in an extension).  Parker said he would correct it for $60.  Since he had the parts on his truck, I negotiated him down for my 70th birthday which was last Sunday to $50  He finally agreed to $50, cos he said the book says $150, but he was very reluctant.  

Oh, the $39 includes another crew that will come back with a camera to make sure the drain got cleared.  No extra charge for the camera, which Parker says is valued at $250 just for the camera visit alone.  

The $39 deal is one-time first drain clearing customer only.  He cleared my drain.  

Parker did research at my house and quoted me $425 to replace the backflow preventer.  

I was going to give a 4 star review.  But Parker was so professional and showing me how to flush my new water heater, and how I should do it every 6 months for the first 3 years, showing my water pressure was, and needs pressure regulator, and other helpful advice, like what enzyme to use in my drains to prevent clogging, I am giving 1 extra star to 5 stars for Parker.  Also getting my drain cleared without having to wait 5 days and probably pay more, is definitely worth the $39.  Parker was very polite.   I would hire him for MY business.  Also, Master Rooter came in 1 day, other plumbers told me they were backed up for 2 weeks.  

My total bill for clearing the kitchen drain, and changing the P trap to a less problematic situation only cost me $89.  Pretty good for a licensed plumber who has to support about 14 trucks.

The camera people came on Monday between 12 and 4, but they could not get the camera into the pipe where the clog was because the pipe was too narrowed and deteriorated.  Also the camera crew quoted to replace my backflow preventor, much more than what Parker quoted, like $570.  I had it done by P&L Plumbing for $350.

I had the pleasure of using this company to address a potential Tankless Water Heater issue. Their service was outstanding from their seamless communication through the service call. The technician, Ignacio, was knowledgeable, right on time and a really nice guy! I would highly recommend this company and Ignacio in particular. In many, many years of utilizing home service inspection/repair appliance/plumbing companies, they proved to be the best I have ever used...10 out of 10!!

I used this company on 4/23/20 to rod out a clogged drain line from kitchen sinks. Their $39 Drain Special caught my eye on line so I called them first. They were here within 30 minutes (wow!) and the plumber, James, was professional, friendly and had the right equipment for the job. He had to rod that drain line all the way to the septic tank, it seems. He finished within a half hour and - to my surprise - the charge really was only $39.00! I highly recommend this company. I have to especially take time out to recognize one individual, his name is Vladimil he was extremely knowledgeable on so many levels. He took time to explain everything in detail, he was so friendly, and he kept his word as far as anything he said he needed to do or timeframes he would return. I was under the weather and he was patient with me, he even checked on me one day that he returned to see if I was feeling better. On a larger note, Vladimill worked so hard to get the job done day after day. When I think of stellar service, this was it! It is so hard finding great service like this, I am huge on customer service, it means everything to me. I did not want Vladimil to leave, I kept asking questions. The man with the great boots, high attention to detail, knowledgeable, friendly, and represented Master Rooter to the max, I will continue to post reviews and share with my family and friends about this experience. I was having a problem with a bathtub that was not draining properly. I called to set up an appointment late Sunday night, Mike was very helpful on the phone and was able to to send James out the next day to fix the issue. While James was at my house I also asked him about an issue I was having with my sink and he was able to diagnose the problem and also fix it the same visit. James was very professional, explained everything to me, and gave me a great price! I will definitely call Master Rooter again for any of my plumbing needs.

Worst company ever!!!! Said 39.99 to fix main lines! My daughter flushed down her panties! Get her and say $125 and then come down with my daughter panty on his stick and says no I didn't get it but then wat did u have?? Today I realized both of my bathroom sinks were not draining adequately. I found Master Rooter on yelp and asked for a quote. Jason got back to me very quickly and gave me the information to call for an appointment. Mike was very pleasant and helped to to schedule my service ASAP today as I have a Christmas party tonight. Dillon, the technician, arrived earlier than expected and did a great job. He was knowledgeable and kept me informed throughout the process. He also provided tips on what I can do in the future to avoid these issues. Dillon also made sure to clean up after his work which is always appreciated. Overall I am very pleased with my experience today and definitely will use the company again.

Performed a leak test, helped with hair-clogged drain, water quality testing and filter advice. They were prompt, professional and helpful. Parker was great. Would use again and highly recommend them.

BEWARE!!!!  I purchased the $39 promotional clogged drain offer.  The plumber, Jason, came out with his clog clearing machine.  He took the blade off the the machine before using the devise to clean out the drain.  This seemed odd to us.  He put very little effort into cleaning out the drain before he pulled the device out of the drain.  We tested the the sink to see if it would drain.  It was still clogged.  He said the next step is to purchase the hydrojetting service priced at $550.  Yes that's right $550.  I called our home warranty company and paid the $75 for the service call.  The plumber that was sent out spent approximately 15 - 20 minutes and got the drain cleared.  Do not fall for this bait and switch offer!!

Amazing company. Another plumbing company came out to the house and said they could not fix the drain. Master rooter came same day, was very timely and even sent text updates.

Master Rooter has great prices, amazing customer service and does reliable work. I highly suggest this company, over any other I have used in the past. I will be keeping their information on hand.

This business at first had me running the other way due to some scheduling mishaps.  Jason, the manager or owner (not sure which)ended up calling me and apologizing for the scheduling issues.  He also said he would be sure that the tech would be on time and arrive during the rescheduled appointment.  Today Ryan came and was very punctual and was able to assist with my clogged bathroom sink drain.  He was very courteous and helpful with explaining what caused the clog and also showed me how to clear it myself in the future which I appreciated. (I will probably still just call him again)I also talked to him about some future projects and he was also knowledgeable about how they could work with me on them.

FYI - Jason (the owner) just responded to this post saying he doesn't have my name in his system?!?  Seriously?  Jason - look at invoice# 0702.  James was the one who came out.

Annually, we somehow need a plumber to come out and snake either the kitchen cleanout or the sewer cleanout.  I explained this to the guy on the phone and to the plumber that came out.  So, the plumber came out and said he needed to go on the roof even though I explained to him that it never worked before (this happens every year).  Then he said we needed to send a camera through our plumbing lines and that it would cost us $399.  I explained to him that we had this done last year, the plumber couldn't find anything wrong, and we didn't need to do it again.  Anyhow, he was adamant about going on the roof and wanted to charge an outrageous amount for it but said he would give me the deal if I wrote a review on Yelp.  

Needless to say, it didn't work!  I told ya so!  I paid him $39 and called another plumber.  Low and behold the other company that came out snaked our sewer cleanout and voila, the clog was gone.  

Even if you have an emergency and they can be there in an hour I highly recommend getting a few quotes before you commit to these guys.

We recently had an easy home improvement project turn into a full panic. The water main didn't completely turn off so we turned to master Rooter . Vera dispatched the techs quickly. On arrival they were very polite and respectful and had protective face covers. They fixed our problem quickly and cleaned up afterwards. Highly recommend.

Ryan, and Travis just left my home and I have to tell you how pleased I was with the service. Both were very courteous and polite; they came in, and within 27 minutes, they had it completed the job. Will I use Master Rooter again if needed? Most definitely! They didn't try to gouge us with unrealistic pricing and did a great job on the repair.

I called at 3:13pm and was told I couldn't get help until the tomorrow, and this place 24 hours?? I read the reviews and I am sorry but it didn't seem like they could help me even though it said 20 minute response time. False advertisement to me.  So sad cause I needed help ASAP.

Had a clogged kitchen sink for weeks and the owner(s) wouldn't address the situation and finally said you call a plumber. Well didn't take me long to call Master Rooter. They were here same day. Bobby the service technician was awesome. So personable, respectful and knowledgeable. He's definitely a KEEPER. I can't rave enough. One of the best contacts we've ever made. I needed a new plumber ASAP to fix a pinhole leak on a copper line that we found during remediation. MR picked up the phone even though it was after 5pm. They were able to send Justin out the next day.

He was great, worked quickly and quoted a flat rate that was very fair for the work and the quality. I will definitely use MR again.

They replaced my main line and charged me $22000.00 for it. Their invoice bill says $15000.00, which was paid for then I checked my credit card balance to make sure it was at zero and saw there was another charge for 7000, so that totals $22,000.00. I have put in a dispute for the extra $7000.00 in charges that they were not entitled to. By the way they will run your credit for a credit card through Synchrony Financial and that is where they are free to make any charges. I called motor rooter first to try and resolved it and they denied it even though I have it written on my statement. They were not helpful. I also asked Ry Corral for a breakdown of my bill and he said he would send it, but never did. Then I called and asked the receptionist for the statement and she said she would send it, but never did. I see 5 stars for small jobs. Beware for the big jobs I feel screwed over and taking the time to get my money has been stressful. In other people's experience with getting their main line replaced the plumbers left the walls and floors the same or better than before they came, non-insurance jobs.  For charging me 15K they could have also had a person to put my walls and floor back together. When they first came they said 3K to find out the problem and if additional work needed to be done they would charge more. Of course, I knew there would be additional work and so did he. It was kind of a bait and switch type deal. Jason the owner said he worked this house before, so I asked the previous owner if he ever got a quote from a Jason from a plumbing company and the previous owner to this home said yes and the quote he was given was 5k, but that was also when Jason worked for another plumbing company.  This was my experience, I am still trying to get the breakdown for the costs and my unauthorized charge of $7,000.00 at this time. My main line is fixed but, at a very expensive price financially and emotionally.

Alex was awesome! Unclogged our bathtub in a matter of minutes. He was super nice! Master Rooter gave us a great deal and we'll definitely be using them in the future. Thanks a bunch!

I'm writing this review almost at midnight on 4th of July. Our toilets backed up and water started to overflow into our showers and bad tub. We called Master Rooter after calling other several companies and they were the only ones who responded. Luis was our technician and he was very professional and very communicative on the possible issues. He was able to identify and quickly fix the problem. 2 days before Thanksgiving our kitchen sink clogged up. I took off the P trap and realized the clog was under the drain under the house, so it needed a snake to clear the clog. I called Master Rooter and they promptly came out the next day.  Brian Hall was the technician and he worked fearlessly trying to clear the line.  Finally it broke loose. Brian was outstanding. And, the price was very low for all the time spent. Brian is an old school plumber with tons of knowledge and very professional. You just don't see that now days. I am so glad he was the one to work on our issues. Hi highly recommend Master Rooter for your plumbing needs. Very fair prices and professional from the phone call to the end of the job. Thank You.

We were very pleased with Master Rooter! From their quick response time, professionalism, and constant communication, Alex, Tim, Ryan, and the rest of the crew were wonderful to work with. They made a bad situation (the whole house needing repiping) manageable and much less stressful than it could have been. Called them on a Sunday with garbage disposal that was clogged and created backup down to the guest shower drain. Totally disgusting and smelled like sewage in my entire house. They came out on their $39 clear drain special with no up selling. Ryan was professional and cleaned up after he was done. Explained how I need to maintain my garbage disposal drain and what not to do.

We called with a Coupon for $39 to unclog the drains. After briefly looking at it the technician disappeared for 45 minutes to where my son had to go and look for him. He spoke to my father-in-law who is the landlord and out of state. He then came back in and finished the job, less than 45 minutes total and then charged close to $800!! I called to ask exactly what they did for that amount of money and time spent. They sent me an invoice upon request that was super vague and just had two sinks and a tub with a $750 charge. I asked for a manager to call me back to explain and so far have not heard a peep. Buyer beware!! Total rip off!!!

Master P sent the kindest gentleman Dustin to estimate a leaky drain and because he was so polite and considerate I was very happy to schedule him to return and complete the repair.   I will now always choose the Master Plumber for any future jobs that may come up!!   Fantastic job and polite and curious people in a time where that is really needed!!   THANK YOU!!!

I can't say enough good things about Master Rooter, I've used them a few times for small jobs but recently had to have my entire sewer line replaced and they just took SUCH good care of me. Always showing up when they said they would, they worked so hard to get the job done, cleaned every day, communicated with me throughout the whole process. I don't think you can find better plumbers, I trust them completely they are just so honest and professional. I'm honestly a little sad to see them leave just because I know the rest of the process to put my house back together won't be as wonderful as they were.

They are the best! Great guys and super quick to get to your house when you have a plumbing emergency (mine happened a weekday evening). They want to help you get to the root of your issue, fix it for a reasonable price, all with great customer service! Had a main line issue and priced very fairly, which I know would have been double the cost with another company that you hear advertised on the radio. Cannot recommend them enough - they're my go-to for anything in the future!

Our main sewer line backed up into our backyard. I called MasterRooter and James came in less than an hour. He was fast, professional, and answered all my questions with honesty and patience. He even set us up for a follow up service to help find out why we are having issues. Their prices were much more fair than the competition. I highly recommend using them for your plumbing issues. They gained a loyal customer today.

Worst company ever, they lie through their teeth!! They take advantage of people who are struggling. Please stay away from these people, they twist your words around and scan you.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND Master Rooter ! I had shopped around with 4 different plumbing companies for some plumbing work I needed done. After careful consideration I chose to go with Master Rooter. I paid them $1050.00 to hydro jet all my lines to help determine what I needed to have done. The tech left and was supposed to send a quote for the repairs. For the next 3 weeks I texted the technician a number of times, emailed the office and called the office requesting that the quote be sent over so I could get scheduled for the repairs. 3 and a half weeks later my plumbing issue became urgent and I was forced to call out another company. After their free camera inspection they were able to verify the repairs that needed to be done and said they saw no evidence that Jetting was even done in the bathroom at all and that the laundry line looked like something had went through but didn't appear to have been jetted. I was able to get a quote from them within 15 minutes of him leaving my house and was able to get the repairs done the very next day.  Master Rooter eventually sent their quote which was $1300 more than what I paid with the new company to fix my bathroom line and $3,900 more to fix my laundry line. Not happy with Master Rooter at all. The company I ended up using and highly recommend is Gorge Brazil! I can't speak highly enough of their customer service and professionalism. I wish I would have gone with them as my first choice and saved myself $1050!

My husband and I were furious at the services their technician performed at our home. The technician looked like he didn't wanna be there, also like he didn't care, and did the job really fast and over charged us. And let me tell you when I called to complain, Danielle was very RUDE I honestly don't know how she has a job there. I would never let my employees talk to customers the way she did. I will not recommend or call Master Rooter for any future plumbing services.

I had a problem with our injector pump .  Wow these people respond fast. Within an hour of sending out the request I got a phone call from Dustin and he said he was near my area and could stop by.  He was such a kind person and a great technician. I would HIGHLY recommend this company and specifically Ryan. I called early Sunday morning with a clogged sink, they got me scheduled for between 9-11am same day. Ryan called and ended coming a little early, into a very stressful family situation. He was very professional and fixed the clogged sink very quickly. I can't say enough good things about Ryan and Master Rooter!

I called this company around 8am I spoke with a woman whom I had to ask over and over again what was the estimate fee for coming out. She said they don't do estimates. My response was then what do you do she then said we come out and evaluate the issue I said so that's an estimate. The woman answering the phone asked what was the problem I said my toilet isn't flushing she said it would just be a $39 to unclog it. They scheduled a employee to come out between 10am and noon; he arrived right at 10am. We walked to the bathroom he turned on the sink and  started at the toilet and said I'm going to check the drains outside but being that it's in a compact area I'm going to charge $125. I then explained to him that the woman on the phone said it would be the $39 to unclog the toilet and his rebuttal was yeah but they really don't know because they aren't able to see the issue. He went outside to check the drains then came back in to let me know he couldn't unclog the toilet from outside. I thanked him for coming and sent him on his way. This company should stop advertising the $39 and hire someone who is knowledgeable to explain pricing over the phone. With that being said we hot on Pinterest and poured boiling hot water down the toilet with a ample about of dawn dishwashing liquid and Shaboom the clog was instantly unclogged.

Great experience!  On time, low cost, no upselling and courteous.    Will use them again.

I am still totally shocked about the $1,250 price this company quoted me for a small job. We needed new connections installed for our clothes washer and some pipes moved about 12 inches to make room for shelves. The tech said it was a 3-4 hour job, which seems about right, and somewhere between $50 and $150 in parts.  That math just doesn't add up to me, as I don't think plumbers are worth more than $250 an hour.

The next bid I got was less than half. I can't speak to the work these guys do but I recommend you start your search elsewhere unless money is no object to you.

Parker did a spectacular job installing our new water heater and removing our old one..He even called when he was running a bit behind.  We will use this company again for our plumbing needs!

I have called on these guys again and again and each time they are amazing.  I have met and had work preformed by Alex, Dylan, Mike and today, Parker.

Each one of these plumbers have been wonderful fixing my various plumbing issues through the years. Professional,  knowledgeable, personable and quick.

Today I met Parker and he immediately assessed the problem and had it fixed so fast!

He also gave me a few tips on things I can do around the house to take care of things to avoid future problems. YAY

He checked our water pressure and really took his time explaining things to me.

I will never call another plumber. It's Master Rooter only.

Our toilet got clogged with chopped fruit (yes, fruit but that's a whole other story lol). We called Master Rooter and they said someone would arrive between 11am-1pm. They arrived at 11:10am and fixed our clogged toilet. Very fast and friendly service. I would definitely recommend them.

Donny and Steven are top-notch and highly responsive. We live in a historic home in downtown Phoenix and plumbing issues are to be expected. On multiple occasions, these guys have come to the rescue - quickly isolating and eliminating the issues. No one wants to have to call a plumber ever, but Master Rooter has earned our trust and loyalty. We won't call anyone else.

I highly recommend this company.

I was pleasantly surprised by their service the evening before Thanksgiving. We called for a plugged sink issue. I was shocked at the 39.00 charge. Wow. Thanks guys. And you made some quotes for future fixes that are without a doubt, reasonable. I want to say thanks to Jorge. And yes, you have my future business.

Master rooter is great. A few months ago we had some issues with a shower backing up. They came quickly and scoped it. There were 2 things they could do, one was cheap, one wasn't. But they were super honest on us not needing the expensive fix for a few more years. We did the cheaper one and everything has been great. Just today I had a major issue with kitchen sink. Called them up, were here within 4 hours. Again, great price, no hassle, fixing the problem honestly. Happy to know I can call them for my plumbing issues!

Sad to say this was our first and last experience with this company. We called because our kitchen drain was plugged and draining Reallllly slow. The tech was due to arrive between 1 and 3 but was late due to an emergency. No problem. However, when he got there, it felt rushed. He walked in, looked at the sink and asked if we had insurance. WHAT???!!! WHY was he asking that BEFORE he even Looked at the pipes and clean-out valve???! He then went outside to the cleanout valve where he made a cursory attempt at clearing the blockage and told us we had a pipe with a bend in it and the lines through the whole home (we are in a single-wide mobile) would need to be replaced at a cost of about $4500! He claimed he couldn't clear the pipes with his router, due to the bend. Never looked at the p-trap or any other solution. Seemed to be in a big hurry. He scheduled a time the following day, to check the line with a camera (Why? He apparently was able to tell we needed to replace the pipes without even looking at them) Seems like the whole $39 drain cleaning special is just an excuse for them to get an estimate of how much they can charge you.
On the positive side, the women who answered the phone (especially Danielle :-) ) were Super! Too bad They aren't plumbers. Sorry to have to write this review, but people should be aware of what they are getting into. We did cancel our follow-up appointment and went with Second Opinion Plumbers - hopefully they are more honest.
Also - Only one of the 2 techs was wearing a mask, so I guess they don't care about safety either.
