A driver hit and run our block wall, collapsing about 5 feet wide and damaging two pillars. We contacted many places that never got back to us with an estimate. Sandos was reliable and quick with their work. They were able to get us an estimate and do the work the next day. AND they did a lovely job of repairing our wall. Highly reccomend!

Vetsbuilt recently repaired my patio roof and replaced a water heater. Bob was friendly and agreeable to a few scheduling changes. The estimates he gave were spot on. I would recommend them and use them again.

look, color a beautiful blend of beiges,Lighting was the frosting on the cake, and made a huge difference. Added misters,foggers, beautiful  pots, with a touch of color., and a pergola.
Irene, the owner, was a delight to work with, along with Mike the project go to person. The team of workers, were polite, and cleaned up as they went along...I didn't have one complaint..

Called and left a message. Returned call within a couple hours. I received 3 quotes. Cesar was not the lowest but not the highest. Went with him even though no Yelp reviews. So glad I did. BEWARE of Sledge Concrete Coatings! Richard (the owner) comes off as very professional when he arrives to give you a quote, but when he and his crew are at your house actually doing the work, it is a very different story! They were very careless, letting the plastic sheeting that they put over one doorway fall down. Apparently no one noticed it until dust was blown all through our house. I noticed my kitchen windows were open with dust pouring out. When I asked what was going on, one guy blamed another guy and said he was a knucklehead! It was a mess to clean up! When Richard came by later that day, I told him what happened, (his crew didn't), and he tried to place the blame on me for some plastic I had put over the walls! Most things I was told about the floor ended up not being true. It was supposed to float up and meet my tile - it didn't. It was supposed to have a lot of color variation - it doesn't. The only real color variation is three big swoops right in the middle of the floor, which look like trowel marks - a definite application error. Another problem was that dye ran off the paper they put on the walls and left dye spots scattered on the floor all around the room. Richard would not take responsibility for any of this! When I pointed out all the problems, he just grumbled and groused an spouted a bunch of nonsense! He said the swooshes were totally normal and that 99% of all people would love them! He came back to fix the dye spots and did make them look better, but they are still there. He kept asking me if it was good enough because you could just tell he didn't want to work on them any more. Never once did he say he was sorry for anything! He just made excuse after excuse! We paid for half of the job a month before they even started, and on that final day he was there I asked him what we were going to do about compensation for all the problems. That made him really angry, and he just started barking at me about how long he had waited to get paid the second half of the job! He kept insisting over and over that there was nothing wrong with the floor, that it was perfect and 99% of people would love it! After much heated discussion, he ended up giving me $100.00 off of my nearly $1900.00 job! I was feeling really uncomfortable at this point, and just wanted him out. I told him that I had never done it before, but I was going to give him a bad review, and he said go ahead! It was a terrible experience, and I am very disappointed with my floor! At some point in the future, I will tile over this floor.

Sent several e-mails to this company. Received one response, and when I had more questions, they informed me they would need to send someone out so I scheduled an appointment for the next week. My husband rushed home from 40 minutes away to be there on time, and Ryan never showed or called. When I e-mailed to inquire about the issue, he showed up the next day. However it has been two weeks and after two more e-mails, no response. Don't bother with this company, they're not even reliable enough to show up on time or respond to e-mails.

If you want people to pay closer attention to the areas that you serve, perhaps it should be on the Home page of your website. The fact that you're responding 10 months after my post speaks volumes. I'm sure you're doing very well for yourself serving the uber wealthy in Paradise Valley. Wishing you continued success.

I hired Chad Hale and Unique Solutions in January 2016 because he came across as a solid Christian guy who would stand behind his 2 year warranty commitment.  I knew he wasn't licensed but I looked past that.  Big mistake that I will never make again.  Always hire a licensed contractor.  One thing Chad put in was new grass and an in-ground sprinkler system.  Because the grading of the lawn was done so poorly, I have some areas of my backyard that are continually soaked, including gravel areas that are not supposed to get water and other areas that are bone dry.  As a result, a lot of my grass has died and the ground around my pool pump is constantly soaked, which causes erosion.  Also, the water stake that they put by my new Chinese Pistache tree is right next to the trunk when it's suposed to be one foot away. Eventually the roots will break the stake and no more water, which will kill the tree.  I have tried since April 1st to get Chad to come back.  These are not quick fixes but they are not major ones either. Chad has had every excuse in the world not to return - he doesn't work with Unique Soutions anymore, he is not well enough to work in the heat, his partner Khal has to approve it and won't, it wasn't his fault........!    Well, it wasn't too hot in April and May, Chad.  Where were you then?  A man is only as good as his word and I had Chad's word that he would back up all his work.  So far he hasn't done that.  I kept my word and paid him on time.  Almost $5000.  And all I got was a mediocre job and no warranty!
