We started as a company that did only Kooldeck coatings and now with over 12 years of experience there's no limit for J&A when it comes to Kooldeck Coatings, Pool Resurfacing and Painting. J&A works different from other contractors when doing Kooldeck, ALL of our Kooldeck coatings get sealed with a solvent base sealer which adds an extra coat of protection to avoid scratches, chipping and discoloration, at the same time giving us a peace of mind by not having to worry about repairs. I initially contacted J&A Home Improvement for a deck resurfacing. I removed old flagstone and updated it with a new Kool Deck surface. The project ran smooth, on schedule and the J&A team communicated effectively with me. ...and it looked great.
I did run into a couple of problems after the fact. One of them I had been cautioned to be aware of and the other was my fault. My ultimate 5-star rating was based on J&A's work AND repairs to the surface, which were literally undetectable.

Just another good word for our favorite contractor Javier! We had a patio poured in our backyard when we had an outdoor bbq and pergola built, and had him out as soon as the concrete was cured for some more kool deck. We also had him touch up the patio where the BBQ was built that the other contractor marred up. He gave us a fair price, was there when he said he would be, and is a total professional. The work he did for us last summer has held up beautifully as well.

Honestly, more contractors should be like J&A and home projects wouldn't be so frustrating!

We needed our cool deck resurfaced and found J & A home improvements by chance do glad we did Javier was so nice and knows his business came out and gave estimate which was within our budget they started that folling Monday him and his guys were on time and finished that same day instead of two days the job looks awesome would hire him again in a minute, again thanks Javier and crew!!!!!!!

Javier and his team were the most professional contractors that we've ever hired. Javier was super professional, very timely, and detailed about every step in the process. I can't say enough about how happy we are with the work he completed for us (our pool deck looks really nice) and his work ethic!
