Got locked out from my apartment in the morning and fortunately reached out to Johnny Locksmith. Within 5 min of calling, a locksmith named Jacob called me and showed up 20 min later.

He greased up the lock and in just a minute, popped open the door. Jacob did an awesome job quickly and at a fair price. If I get locked out again, I'll be sure to call these guys again.

I was referred to Todd at Alcatraz from A 1 Key Service.  He was very friendly, professional, and courteous.  He came out and made me a new chip key for HALF the price of what my insurance quoted me.  He also cut me a 2nd non-chipped key for free in case I lock my other keys in my car.   The entire job took him less than 30 minutes.  I will definitely be recommending Alcatraz to friends in need of a locksmith.

This place is phenomenal! My wife locked her keys in her car and I requested a quote online and received a response in 2 minutes. The guy got to her car in 5 minutes and another 2 minutes to uptown the door. Very reasonably priced and extremely speedy, and great communication. I highly recommend this place!

My wife and I have been living in Sun City for exactly a year now. When we purchased our house the locks and locksets were really messed up - The "flippers" who refurbished our home apparently didn't want to spend much time or money on proper, high quality, high security locks. We needed to have the house re-keyed anyway just for security concerns as there's no telling who might have duplicate keys out there. Anyway, we called Ace Locksmith because they are local, and we prefer to deal with local people when we do something like this (locks, pest control, alarms, etc.). Our locksmith tech Bo, a very nice young man, arrived promptly, took a look at what we needed, and then went right to work. He already had everything he needed in his truck and was finished within the hour. We now have a house that has better locks that work better. Thank you Bo for your fast and courteous service. I was locked out of my car and they came pretty quickly and were really nice about it. I was feeling like a dope for leaving my keys in a car that locks automatically! They also were pretty cheap, though I admit I couldn't really compare them to anybody else as I have never used a locksmith before. They set the bar high, but no offense to them I hope I never need one again!

Rick you were a life saver! I was shopping for a locksmith to rekey my house. Not only was he the only one who picked up the phone he was able to accommodate my Saturday request on a holiday weekend. He spent meticulous time making sure all the key works then helped us out with the mailbox key as well. To say Rick went above and beyond is an understatement!
