Above and beyond!! Eric was wonderful to work with. I inadvertently inserted the wrong car key in the ignition and locked up the whole column- it was immovable! Tom was right on time, if not even a little early. He knew I had to leave the house at a certain time. He was quick and efficient. I called on a Tuesday evening at 4:30 and he was at my house at 8AM that next day. He got a key out that had broken off and created two new keys in under 20 mins. Highly recommend!

I had used this locksmith awhile ago, and just realized I never wrote a review for the amazing service. I had lost a key to an 05 VW new Beetle. Going through the VW Dealership is a HUGE hassle and cost....around $350 +, that's not even including having to tow the car to the dealership.
