Best Lock Changing in Phoenix AZ

Website talks about nothing but it's 24 hour service. I live in Phoenix (not even a suburb), the city they supposedly service. Guy who answered the phone wouldn't even bother with trying to get my business. I told him my cross street and he said "I wouldn't have anybody that could help you." If you lock yourself out of your house, call someone else.

We had an issue with our security door where we could no longer unlock the deadbolts. Victor came out to help us. After a bit of review, he gave us an assessment of the problem. It helped us to decide that we should remove the door rather than try to fix it. Victor chose not to charge us for the assessment. I appreciate his honesty and approach to our problem. I would recommend to friends and family.

Service was prompt, professional, and exceptionally courteous.  Our technician, Alfie, not only changed our locks but was able to complete small repairs within solid the doorknobs & lock chambers.  Alfie advised us on which of the knobs/lovkd will need to be replaced in the foreseeable future in our older home.  We highly recommend him & Pop-A-Lock

Wow professional service to replicate a lost key on my 1997 ford ranger, was quick to deliver the key and very reasonable in price for being on a weekend. Great business and would totally recommend.

You won't find a better guy or service than with Todd. Reached out thru text because we lost our car keys while traveling. Even though Todd had a scheduling conflict he went out of his way to help me find someone who could would be able to help us. This is no easy job. And it was time consuming. But he found someone and coordinated everything. What's even crazier, he expected nothing in return!  Truly a godsend in what could've been a horrible beginning to our holidays.

He quote about $75 the hour. I ended paying $375 for two hours. I asked for a invoice disclosure. So that I place a claim on my insurance. And I still waiting
