I worked with the owner Jonathan and scheduled a time for him to come out and program a smart key for my Toyota Rav4.  He was very professional and did the job well.  He programmed the key fob as well as cutting the high security key and I save hundreds of dollars by using him instead of the dealer.  He did a great job and I'd highly recommend his services!!

Jeff is a sweet buttercup of an angel. Just moved into a condo 2k from my parent's safe haven home. Jeff came over, met my very loving and very protective mother. He installed a new deadbolt, installed a pretty nifty deadbolt system on my two sliding doors, locks on my windows, and on my gate. His pricing was beyond reasonable, even offering cost saving alternatives. When all was said and done, he announced to my worried dear of a mother that he would feel comfortable with his own daughter staying here. So thank you Jeff, you're a life saver!

Found Budget Lock & Key on a Google search when I had an urgent need for a keyed lock on my patio door. Tom answered and my luck due to scheduling, he arrived 20 minutes later, added the necessary lock, AND fixed what my handyman couldn't. Did a great job - truly felt like he went above and beyond! Requested a quote and within minutes had a response, The technician was on the way and within the hour or-so, my antique family China hutch was open!

I've stopped in here probably 4 or 5 times now for various keys (I am a property manager). The best part for sure is that everyone is so friendly, and they have adorable keys. I would recommend them to anyone looking to get key copies as well as any re-keying you might need. Do be aware though that you need to purchase at least $10 worth of stuff to be able to use your card I always forget and end up with an extra key being made.  .

P.S. If you are getting a house key I really recommend going with a large base for the key, I got the largest one they had and now opening the house is a breeze while carrying everything from the car.

This place is amazing I called and went right over on a Friday and they cut me 3 new keys for $9 in less than 5 minutes. No wait, good quality keys and friendly service! Worth the drive for the quality and speed! Right off the 10 freeway, would highly recommend over places like Home Depot where you cut your keys yourself and they don't always work.

We were 250 miles away from home and were in dire need of a locksmith when our house/dog sitter arrived and our spare key broke off in the lock and he had NO way to get in our house to care for the dogs! Freaking out, not knowing what to do, I went to Yelp and called based on the other reviews and I'm so glad I did!
