I was recently licked out of my house and called Cactus Lock and Key.  They came pretty quickly and had me back in my house in no time!  The owner is great and I highly recommend them.

Had Victor come out for a standard re-keying with a couple of fixes for the doors not latching properly as well. It was super easy to set up the appointment, he was straightforward and friendly and helped me understand a bit more how locks work. Overall great service and well worth getting it done professionally!

Osher and his associate came all the way out to Scottsdale today to rekey my motorcycle. They were timely and efficient and so friendly! Osher spent his time making sure that everything worked perfectly, which is expected of course, however my bike is a 1989 and he had to use his senses to make new keys for it rather than just using a code!! He 100% exceeded my expectations and he did it all for a great price in my driveway at home. He seriously has everything rigged up in his van for total mobile service!

He was the first to respond. He gave the best price quote. He was constantly responsive when I had questions online and in person. He wins. Hire him.

I was so impressed with Terry. We called him over to rekey a house after a renter moved out. I let him know that I loved forty five minutes away and that I needed him to call an hour early before he arrived. He came within the two hour window that he promised and called me within the time frame that I asked him too, and arrived on time. He did not try to upsell me anything and I was blown away with his pricing. He charged me 95 to rekey four doors and break off and resecure a old shed door. He was very quick and friendly and as a single female I felt very comfortable with him in my home. I highly recommended him because of his exillent prices and service.

He also accepts cash credit cards and I think checks which was very convenient.

I chose A 1 Minute Key Service to re-key the locks on my house because of the rave reviews here on Yelp. I fully understand why they have such great reviews. I called them at 10:00 this morning and Michael was at my house @ 1:00. It took Michael about 40 minutes to re-key my locks. Michael was very professional and so sweet. Being a former Realtor, I have many associates that are always looking for locksmith services. A 1 Minute Key Service will be the only name out of my mouth when asked for a reference. Awesome service!!

These guys move at lightning speed! I called them after I accidentally locked myself out. Someone was at my place to help me out within 15 min and I was back in just a few minutes after that! Couldn't ask for quicker or more professional service!

I had some locks replaced by Tom @ Budget Lock and Key and although he was quick, something just didn't seem right. Halfway through the job, he asked me for one of my old keys. He didn't tell me why he wanted the key and didn't make it clear that he intend on keeping it. When he left, neither the old tumblers nor the old key were left behind. He should have asked me for permission to take my key and tumblers.

Once he left, I texted and asked him several times why he took the key, he couldn't give me an answer. Instead he wanted to know why I wanted it and offered to mail it.

Here's some advice - just be honest and straightforward. If you choose not to be, it's gonna look questionable.

You still refuse to say why you took my key. You weren't throwing it away so that I didn't "confuse the old key with the new key" otherwise why wouldn't you ask for all the keys to that lock? And why didn't you offer that lame excuse when I asked you twice why you took my key?

Excuses. And shady.

I sent several quotes and used Yelp for help with my truck and almost everyone that answered said my town was too far (even though they had my town as part of their area of service.  JJ answers my quote and although he was over 60 miles one way, he said he would come and help me.  He made several stops along the way for equipment and by the time he left, I was in my vehicle and keys made.  He was very professional and although I know he is in this business to make money, he did not flinch of driving 120 miles round trip to not only help someone, but he gained a future customer.  Thank you...

Needed locks changed on my office doors. Called up, Todd answered, courteous and on the ball! Had Craig out here within an hour. Locks were old and rusted but Craig sorted everything out alone with 6 total keys. Smooth as can be! I rarely leave reviews but do when things are knocked out the park! Thanks guys! A+++

Tried to set up an appointment. He was responsive at first. Then stopped replying. Even offered him an extra $20 to come service next day. No answer.

We locked out keys in the car and had to go and search for a locksmith and found the lock shop on Yelp. They were quick and good priced. This was our only key to our car and we realized they can make keys with the chip in it for a really good cost and were able to fix a door we were having issues with. Great company and great service. Definitely using more!

Very friendly. Very respectful.  Highly recommend and will be using their services again if needed. A little more than others. For me their tone and demeanor over the phone was it. At the end of it very worth it.

I needed to rekey a deadbolt to match an existing lock. I met with the manager (a very nice lady) and I was in and out with my deadbolt rekeyed and two additional keys in less than five minutes. If you are looking for a security solution for your home, hobby shed, or etc. this shop is the place to go.

What happens when you misplace your keys while traveling and your other set is inside the condo? Well, if you're us, you immediately look at Yelp and find a high-rated locksmith to call. Being a Sunday, we were worried that the locksmith would be closed, but most were open. We called one company but the price seemed a little steep, so we shopped around and gave Mr. Lockout a call. Their price quote came in $20 cheaper and they had a five star average on Yelp so they quickly became the chosen locksmith!

We waited about forty minutes and then Bill showed up. He was extremely friendly and quickly grabbed his tools to get our door unlocked. I liked the fact that he was a friendly guy who made us feel very safe. If I were a solo girl, I would trust Bill to help me in a time of need. Within minutes, Bill had our door open and he also made us two new keys. It was very reasonably priced compared to the other quotes ($65 plus the price of the keys which were a couple dollars).

Thanks to Yelp we now have a go-to locksmith in time of need!

Rick did an incredible job rekeying my new house. 5 doors with 5 deadbolts... at a very good price. He's wonderfully  skilled, and very personable.  Definitely the person you want for your locksmith needs. Even months later,  he's readily available when I called to check on the name of a  product he recommended earlier.  RJ Locksmith could not come more highly recommended.  Fantastic!
