I had to re-key 3 locks in our casita, I called VC's Lock and Key, and spoke with Victor on Friday evening, he said he would be available Monday morning, I needed the service the same Friday night and he agreed to come out for this emergency visit for a higher fee, which I didn't mind. Victor arrived 40 minutes after our call and re-keyed all of the locks in time for my new tenant. He was really professional and very fast. I would highly recommend his services!

Needed a second key and remote made for our car. Pop-A-Lock was a pleasant experience from beginning to end. They were able to give me a quote on the phone, Ryan texted me to let me know of time of arrival and he finished the job in less than 10 minutes. Great customer service, fast and efficient!

Outstanding service. I moved to Arizona a week ago and locked my keys in my truck the first night. I don't have interior door panels, which meant the lock mechanisms weren't accessible the typical way a locksmith would need to jimmy it open. Levi worked on my truck for an hour and a half before he was able to engineer a mechanics claw and reach in to pull on a bearing to get my door open. He could have told me after the first 15 minutes, the amount of time any other job would have taken him, to call someone else. But he didn't. He was beyond insistent to figure out a solution, and sure enough he did. Not an easy one either. This man is dedicated to good service and problem solving, and as long as I'm in Arizona, there's no one else I'll rely on for any of my lock and key needs.

Thanks again, Levi, for getting me out of not just one jam, but two. Your effor doesn't go unnoticed. Good luck with your company, I'm positive you're going to find well-deserved success.

I HIGHLY recommend! I had guests at my home this morning (a Saturday), and they were locked out due to a broken lock on one door and a lost key for the other. I got on Yelp, found Rapid Response, and gave them a call. Arthur picked up right away, dropped everything, and came to the rescue. He was able to enter and repair the lock and re-key two locks. He was professional and quick and it was a pleasure to work with him. I will definitely call him for any future locksmith needs. Thank you!

I made the dumb mistake of locking my family out of the house. I called Call Locksmith AZ and they came within 15 minutes and had us back in our home in about 10 minutes. Alon Avital, the locksmith, was very friendly, professional, competent, and quick. The price was reasonable and I would definitely call them again if the need arises. I would recommend them highly if you are ever in need of a locksmith.

What a great experience! Craig was here promptly, did the job quickly and was professional from start to finish. Cost less than replacing all the door knobs and deadbolts and required no effort on my part. Cannot say enough good things about this business! I definitely recommend them!

Our key broke off in our front door late one evening. Julian was very responsive and was able to make it to our house in about half an hour! He was extremely knowledgeable and helped us fix other issues we had going on with our door as well. I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of a great locksmith!

I went in with a brand new key fob and left with a broken one.  Informed cashier that the key release on key fob was broken and she replied "that's how it was".   I was expecting more-    
1. Own the fact that you broke the key release on my key fob.
2.  At least offer an apology and a discount for your error.  
3.  Offer to order me a new one.  

I paid full price for their service and left with a broken key fob.
Very disappointed, this is not how I do business.

Word of advice: take a picture of your key fob before you hand it over.

New to the valley and in my first home. I called to have the locks replaced. Instead of just going with what I asked for and collecting a bigger payment they suggested having the existing locks rekeyed. The outcome will be the same (locks that only I have the keys for) but by using the existing hardware I saved money. Also I called at 4pm thinking that it would take a few days for an appointment but 40 minutes later they were here working on it. Prices were better than I had heard from other locksmiths. Overall a perfect stress free experience that I could not be happier about. Thank you!!

Needed a last minute rekey locked out of house.  Rick is a great guy and headed over without notice.  Great job on my 5 locks!!!!
