The locksmith was nice but he was so expensive. He gave me a quote and was a lot higher in person than requested.

Responsive. Professional. On time. Best price in town. Locks are great. Immediately texted/emailed receipt.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend! The person I worked with was upfront with prices and very flexible with the time to perform the task.

My VW Passat had an issue where the steering wheel locked and the ignition would not turn. I couldn't turn the vehicle on rendering it disabled. Eric responded to my request within 15 minutes on a Saturday. During our phone call I could tell, after to talking to other vendors, he had seen the issue before and knew how to fix it. A faulty steering lock was the culprit. We scheduled a service time for the next day. He let me know when he was on the way. The service took a little over an hour and the issue was completely fixed.

Overall: Great Communication, Expertise, and Experience. Couldn't ask for more.

Forgot to mention this service took place on a Sunday as well.

I called and they offered to come out right away. We scheduled for the next day and he was not only prompt but helped with another issue I had but didn't think could be fixed.

So I got the keys to my new place today & actually was missing a few keys. It had been on the market for a couple of months, so who knows what happened to them? At any rate, I had already bought a new lock & handset for the front door. I also needed a lock replaced on a storage door, & a patio door with a missing key rekeyed.

I found these guys on Yelp, & they were able to come out the same day. The guys did a great job. They had to take off the crappy lock that was on the front door, & do a whole new installation which involved drilling holes in the door, etc. They did fast work. I'd definitely recommend them to a friend & would use them again myself.

Outstanding company!!!! Terry came to my house and re-keyed every exterior door at our new home. He was on time and very respectful. He was so much cheaper than the other crooks I had called. His prices are better than fair. Terry cares about his customers and his work is top notch.

I had expected the worst when I asked for their services but honestly I received the best service I have ever had. I just can't say enough about Terry and his company. They advertise that they are a veteran owned business and they sure conduct business like they are. I am a veteran and I try to give all my business to veteran owned businesses.

I have used Jeff twice now, and I would highly recommend him. He genuinely remembers who you are. He is extremely helpful and goes the extra mile to fix things, (my front door did not latch correctly on both locks and he fixed them as part of the re-keying service he carried out).

He is friendly and professional and really cares about his customers. He does a great job, his prices are reasonable and he is able to schedule super quick!

I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone and if I needed a locksmith again I would certainly use A1 Minute Key Service!

I had some locks replaced by Tom @ Budget Lock and Key and although he was quick, something just didn't seem right. Halfway through the job, he asked me for one of my old keys. He didn't tell me why he wanted the key and didn't make it clear that he intend on keeping it. When he left, neither the old tumblers nor the old key were left behind. He should have asked me for permission to take my key and tumblers.

Once he left, I texted and asked him several times why he took the key, he couldn't give me an answer. Instead he wanted to know why I wanted it and offered to mail it.

Here's some advice - just be honest and straightforward. If you choose not to be, it's gonna look questionable.

You still refuse to say why you took my key. You weren't throwing it away so that I didn't "confuse the old key with the new key" otherwise why wouldn't you ask for all the keys to that lock? And why didn't you offer that lame excuse when I asked you twice why you took my key?

Excuses. And shady.

He quote about $75 the hour. I ended paying $375 for two hours. I asked for a invoice disclosure. So that I place a claim on my insurance. And I still waiting

I got locked out of my car. My dog was inside and the car was running while I ran to an outdoor bank kiosk. Somehow my dog locked me out. This company too my call immediately and had someone out within 15 mins. They unlocked the car in about 2 mins. They were nice and respectful. I appreciated their speedy service! If my dog locks out me again, I will definitely call them!

This place is amazing I called and went right over on a Friday and they cut me 3 new keys for $9 in less than 5 minutes. No wait, good quality keys and friendly service! Worth the drive for the quality and speed! Right off the 10 freeway, would highly recommend over places like Home Depot where you cut your keys yourself and they don't always work.

I needed to rekey a deadbolt to match an existing lock. I met with the manager (a very nice lady) and I was in and out with my deadbolt rekeyed and two additional keys in less than five minutes. If you are looking for a security solution for your home, hobby shed, or etc. this shop is the place to go.

I was locked out of my car and they came pretty quickly and were really nice about it. I was feeling like a dope for leaving my keys in a car that locks automatically! They also were pretty cheap, though I admit I couldn't really compare them to anybody else as I have never used a locksmith before. They set the bar high, but no offense to them I hope I never need one again!

RIck rekeyed some locks.  He was very personable, efficient and reasonably priced.  I respected his integrity and taking time to make sure everything was done correctly.  I highly recommend him and would definitely use him again.
