We had an issue with our security door where we could no longer unlock the deadbolts. Victor came out to help us. After a bit of review, he gave us an assessment of the problem. It helped us to decide that we should remove the door rather than try to fix it. Victor chose not to charge us for the assessment. I appreciate his honesty and approach to our problem. I would recommend to friends and family.

If I could give ten stars I would. Today started out great, but nearly ended on a very awful note. After spending half my day in the East Valley I received a call from one of my kids that they managed to somehow lose their key out of their key fob. The entire freaking key broke out and after searching for hours it was nowhere to be found. Luckily we could get in to the car itself with the key fob, but after calling the Honda dealer and having to possibly have the car towed we were told that they had no keys for his car in stock and their was a wait list for them. The key we needed has a chip so I'd have to call around. Just great! Did I mention it was nearly 4pm so I was stressed places would be closing soon. I then got on Yelp of course to search for some local locksmith options and after reading a few reviews I'm so glad I called Rapid Response. Arthur picked up quickly and after explaining my situation he not only said that he had the keys I needed, but that he could get to me within the hour. I didn't need a tow, I didn't have to wait days for the dealership to get some; my son would be able to have his car within an hour for school and work tomorrow. Arthur was friendly, knowledgeable and a lifesaver! After an already stressful day he really helped us out big time! He even was able to make a second spare key at a discount incase something if ever happened again as this was the only key we had from when we bought the car used. We would highly recommend Terry Richards of Agent Lock and Key. One of our keys broke off into the deadbolt of our front door so we needed a Locksmith to help us out. After throwing a net out to 3 different businesses for pricing and availability, Terry was the 1st to respond and the most honest and up front about his pricing. Since we had him out on a service fee already, we were able to add a couple of more "sticky" locks on at cost only. Throwing in a couple of new keys and all in under 1 hour, he even came in well below estimate since the locks only needed to be cleaned instead of replaced. Terry was very personable, flexible with scheduling, and on time. If we run into another situation in which a locksmith is needed, Agent Lock and Key will be our one and only call!!

Called Jeff after locking my keys in the car at church . Super friendly, easy service, knowledgable about his trade. Jeff was to us in under 25 minutes and had us in our car within 3 minutes of arrival. In the future I'll make sure my first call is to Jeff (hopefully I don't need to ). 10/10 recommend this amazing company

Was accommodating with my schedule and came at the time we agreed on. He was very friendly and helpful in getting my locks changed.

I had some locks replaced by Tom @ Budget Lock and Key and although he was quick, something just didn't seem right. Halfway through the job, he asked me for one of my old keys. He didn't tell me why he wanted the key and didn't make it clear that he intend on keeping it. When he left, neither the old tumblers nor the old key were left behind. He should have asked me for permission to take my key and tumblers.

Once he left, I texted and asked him several times why he took the key, he couldn't give me an answer. Instead he wanted to know why I wanted it and offered to mail it.

Here's some advice - just be honest and straightforward. If you choose not to be, it's gonna look questionable.

You still refuse to say why you took my key. You weren't throwing it away so that I didn't "confuse the old key with the new key" otherwise why wouldn't you ask for all the keys to that lock? And why didn't you offer that lame excuse when I asked you twice why you took my key?

Excuses. And shady.

I sent several quotes and used Yelp for help with my truck and almost everyone that answered said my town was too far (even though they had my town as part of their area of service.  JJ answers my quote and although he was over 60 miles one way, he said he would come and help me.  He made several stops along the way for equipment and by the time he left, I was in my vehicle and keys made.  He was very professional and although I know he is in this business to make money, he did not flinch of driving 120 miles round trip to not only help someone, but he gained a future customer.  Thank you...

We'll prob have to wait a week before we can talk to anyone at Alcatraz now- after all the great reviews- but they really do deserve it.  
We've used Alcatraz Locksmith for YEARS & they are the BEST.  They always bill us (we have rentals) & they're so nice.  They've had every right to be jerks about taking so long to pay them, but they've always been really nice.

Tried to set up an appointment. He was responsive at first. Then stopped replying. Even offered him an extra $20 to come service next day. No answer.

Even though the technician was running a little late the office kept me informed and gave my the option to reschedule.  The technician was great.  Worked quickly installing my new deadbolt locks and keying both the same.

They came quickly and helped me get to work and my daughter to school on time. I would highly recommend them to family and friends if they need this in the future

Fast quick and reliable. I had a old gun lock that I lost the key for. Hannah hooked me up and had me on my way in no time.

There are good locksmiths and there are "Hacks" Mr. Lockout LLC is one of the good ones. They are professional, experienced and are there to provide a service and not rip you off.

The price that was quoted was the price on the invoice.

Carol runs a solid business, she does what she says she is going to do and I hope that I never need them again, however I know that if I have an issue with a lock, I am calling her.

Sadly, there are other lockout services that I believe are scammers. I called a few before I reached Carol. They were aggressive on the phone, the price they were quoting me was more than double of what I was charged and they even made it clear, that it is possible that the price could get even higher if they were not able to open the lock quickly. And they kept calling again and again even after I told them that I was all set.

I was charged a reasonable service call fee, plus a fair amount for the the different things that I needed done.

If you go somewhere else, Buyer beware.

Rick you were a life saver! I was shopping for a locksmith to rekey my house. Not only was he the only one who picked up the phone he was able to accommodate my Saturday request on a holiday weekend. He spent meticulous time making sure all the key works then helped us out with the mailbox key as well. To say Rick went above and beyond is an understatement!

Don't go anywhere else just call Rick. He is honest and reasonable in pricing. You will never again get this kind of service. Not only did we find a great locksmith but also a friend who cared. Kindness is rare in business but not to Rick. Highly recommend!!
