Levi was SUPER great! He came for us late at night (around 8pm) to accommodate my schedule. Super friendly, full of energy, and very knowledgeable. I needed to replace my whole door handle/locks so he quoted me $645 for everything before he came. Don't know if that's a good price but he was the ONLY business who answered my call (around 4) and was able to be here by 6 cause I needed it that day. Let me know when he was on the way and showed up on time. Finished everything in less than an hour and showed me how to work the new keypad. Super helpful and definitely recommend!

If I could give the Lock Shop more than 5 stars I would! You know a business is great when you sign up for yelp just so you can leave them a review. They are an incredible local, family owned shop that offers great work and unbeatable customer service. After moving into our new house, we hired them to rekey the doors. They came to us and had the doors rekeyed quickly and without any trouble. Afterwards we were telling them that we were wanting to get new knobs and hinges for the bedroom doors. Fortunately for us, we were able to purchase the new hardware from them and they even came back to the house to do the installation. If you are trying to find a great locksmith look no further. Mordy was able to rekey my mothers house after keys were stolen. The work was done quickly and at a fair price. He came out on Saturday within an hour of so if calling.

I needed to rekey a deadbolt to match an existing lock. I met with the manager (a very nice lady) and I was in and out with my deadbolt rekeyed and two additional keys in less than five minutes. If you are looking for a security solution for your home, hobby shed, or etc. this shop is the place to go.

New to the valley and in my first home. I called to have the locks replaced. Instead of just going with what I asked for and collecting a bigger payment they suggested having the existing locks rekeyed. The outcome will be the same (locks that only I have the keys for) but by using the existing hardware I saved money. Also I called at 4pm thinking that it would take a few days for an appointment but 40 minutes later they were here working on it. Prices were better than I had heard from other locksmiths. Overall a perfect stress free experience that I could not be happier about. Thank you!!
