We called Pop-A-Lock and I would recommend them to anybody. Nate arrived on time and was very personable and professional as well. After reading other reviews, I found out that he can also rekey mailboxes. We will most definitely be calling him back.  Great service. Great company.

I had scheduled a technician to come by my house to check up on some locks that needed to be replaced. The bad part was that they came in 2.5 hours late when I wasn't even available anymore. They had the gall to blame this on me.

We would highly recommend Terry Richards of Agent Lock and Key. One of our keys broke off into the deadbolt of our front door so we needed a Locksmith to help us out. After throwing a net out to 3 different businesses for pricing and availability, Terry was the 1st to respond and the most honest and up front about his pricing. Since we had him out on a service fee already, we were able to add a couple of more "sticky" locks on at cost only. Throwing in a couple of new keys and all in under 1 hour, he even came in well below estimate since the locks only needed to be cleaned instead of replaced. Terry was very personable, flexible with scheduling, and on time. If we run into another situation in which a locksmith is needed, Agent Lock and Key will be our one and only call!!

I've used a few locksmiths in the past and all have been acceptable but that's about it.  Jeff, on the other hand, effin ROCKS!  I called him to rekey all of the locks in my house on a Saturday afternoon.  He agrees to come over in an hour and a half.  Same rate on weekends as during the week.  He was running 15 minutes late and called me prior to let me know.  Courtesy goes a long ways with me so I am liking this guy already.  

Jeff shows up at 2:45PM and is ready to roll.  I have Baldwin deadbolt locks that key on both sides.  They are a bit sensitive to say the least.  9 locks and 6 keys and 10% discount for mentioning Yelp.  One lock is really old and he made it work after spending an extra hour on it for no additional charge.  He cares that the work is done right and the customer is happy.  He makes your keys on site and they all work perfectly.  Extremely nice person, exceptional service, great skills and he will treat you right.  Thanks Jeff!

I sent several quotes and used Yelp for help with my truck and almost everyone that answered said my town was too far (even though they had my town as part of their area of service.  JJ answers my quote and although he was over 60 miles one way, he said he would come and help me.  He made several stops along the way for equipment and by the time he left, I was in my vehicle and keys made.  He was very professional and although I know he is in this business to make money, he did not flinch of driving 120 miles round trip to not only help someone, but he gained a future customer.  Thank you...

Todd was very informative with a great sense of humor. While my issue could not be resolved, he was extremely helpful and didn't charge me for coming out although the problem could not be fixed. I recommend over and over. Great guy and service.

I have a 99 Mercedes CLK 320 and my Key Fob and EIS was bad. Only a Mercedes dealership can seem to fix this issue.

I got locked out of my car. When I called, they were friendly and had great service. I would definitely recommend these people to anyone who finds themselves locked out  of their car like me. I wasn't sure that they would take debit and they did! Sweet! Lifesavers!

Just purchased a used truck F150 limited of course it only had one key fob. I had never purchased a vehicle without it having two sets of keys. But I just had to have it.
Messaged Jon with Sutton Locksmith. He promptly messaged back. He quoted getting the key fob, programming it and delivering it to my house for a very reasonable price. Jon quoted getting it done in 30 minutes to an hour. Well he got it done in about 20 minutes, maybe less.
I totally am going to recommend this young man to my friends, patients, and to anyone reading this.

Knew exactly what I needed for a replacement key fob. Other places I went said my fob was "too old" (a 2016?) or told me that I was wrong because I don't have a push-button start. Service was great and price was very fair. Highly recommended.

I called Scottsdale locksmiththing this morning at around 9:10 AM because my staff were unable to open the safe. Therefore, they were unable to open any doors in our office.  All of our keys and money is kept in a safe.

Joe arrived by 9:40 AM and was able to open or safe with our emergency key and make additional copies of all our keys. I can't believe how fast and quick they were able to solve our issue prior to our patients and arriving in our office.

I can't say enough about this company!  Today I called and needed my front gate lock repaired. He came out to the house within an hour and probably spent an hour trying to fix my outdated lock, finally he said that there were no parts for it and it couldn't be fixed.  When I asked how much the charge was for coming out he said "no charge, I couldn't fix it." I have never had a company tell me that, there is always a trip charge.  Of course I gave him a tip for his time but he didn't even want to take that.  I will call them in the future for all my business and personal locksmith needs, can't recommend them enough.

Jaime came and took care of us on a Wednesday night at 8:30pm.  He was here within an hour of us calling him. He was fast, polite, professional, courteous, he gave me calls along the way, and kept us informed, and when I met him I felt super comfortable having him in my home.  The price is very reasonable for someone that meets all of this criteria and who is also extremely experienced.  I've used cheaper locksmiths in the past, and I got what I paid for.  My only regret was not having more cash on hand to give him a bigger tip.  When you find s good tradesman like Jaime, I hope you tip them well, us experienced tradesmen are a dying breed.  Thanks Jaime and Anderson!
