Best Rekeying in Phoenix AZ

I've used Cactus lock a few times and never been disappointed. Mike is ALWAYS very responsive and has repaired everything I've thrown at him. I will continue to use Cactus Lock for all my locksmith needs.

Victor was very nice and showed up on time and did a great job and not only did he re-key the locks, but, he also lubed them so they work well. We would definitely use VC's Lock and Key again. Thanks Victor!

I hired Pop-A-Lock to re-key and change the locks in our new home.  Deric responded almost immediately.  The price was reasonable and the service was great.  I highly recommend Pop-A-Lock!

Above and beyond!! Eric was wonderful to work with. I inadvertently inserted the wrong car key in the ignition and locked up the whole column- it was immovable! So thankful that this was the first company to show up on my search for car locksmiths!!! Absolutely saving this number for any future disasters.

He had reached out to all dealerships and resale locations to find a new ignition (which was the likely outcome of this problem) and made a plan for the worst case scenario before arriving initially.

Lee was great. He's friendly, professional, and even a little humorous. Most importantly, he was fast and did a great job. I strongly recommend him.

There is one minor thing you should know before calling him. He charges a $65 service fee just to show up. That $65 is not applied towards any work, it's in addition to any other work he does.

That surprised me because I didn't see any mention of it here on Yelp and he didn't mention it when I called him or during any of our text messaging leading up to his arrival. Ultimately I felt his pricing (and the overall cost) was fair, so I'm grateful that I called him. But I'm not a fan of surprise (or hidden) service call fees and just wish he had been more transparent about it.

This review will simply be parroting the others that helped me  to decide which locksmith to try, but I think it bears repeating. After my car was stolen, along with everything I had brought with me ( relocating in Az.) , and dealing with a nightmare of a tow yard. (ALL CITY TOWING IN PHOENIX )  I had no reason to expect the last item on "to -do" list, re keying it, would be without complications.

Responsive, Very Fast, Competent, Reliable in ETA and quoted price,( which was a tad lower than avg. rates)  The mobile unit was well equipped with everything needed to provide me with 2 sets of keys, programming required, even a jump start . No small thing on an older Lincoln Navigator SUV, like mine. No trip to the dealer required!  Did I mention this took under 30 mins?!.  He was also very kind, patient,and helpful to an old woman at her wits end!. Save yourself time, stop shopping around and make these folks your first call.Apologies for the length, Good Luck to all.

Locksmith was almost 3 hours late. When I called him 20 minutes after he was supposed to be here, he sounded like he just woke up. Said he would be here in 45 minutes, ok that's understandable. Calls me an hour later says he just left. I felt like he had no value for other peoples time. Once he got here he did do a good job and was able to fix my lock ignition cylinder and did honor the 10% discount offered when you call from yelp. Overall he does good work but if you're stranded somewhere or have to go to work call someone else.

Tom was awesome! Reached out and was able to come by the house the next day to change out all our exterior door locks! Super cost friendly too!

Called them this morning to get a transponder key made for my car since I didn't have a key to start it. They came out just a couple hours later and completed the job within 30 minutes. Not to mention, the price was merely a third of what the dealership was going to charge me! Very affordable and friendly would definitely recommend!

Jeffery was absolutely amazing. Came super fast! Definitely made my day way better. He was efficient and sweet! Even cut me a key so I wouldn't lock my keys inside again because now I have a spare key! I couldn't thank him enough!

I had to replace pcm in my grandsons 2000 Ford Expedition. He came to Wickenburg and made 2 keys and programmed vehicle. Very courteous and really new what he was doing. I would recommend him anytime.
