They answered the phone right away, got out to the property within an hour, and re-keyed the home before I could even blink!

I called them at 7:30pm to have someone unlock my car, no one was there by 8, I called again and they said someone had called me and I cancelled. I never received a call from them, nor did I call and cancel. Then it took another 15 minutes for the locksmith to actually call me and confirm my address and service, and when I asked if there was any way to get a discount I was told I could get $10 off. That's it. For needing to be somewhere at 8:30pm and no one showing up til after that time, they're going to make me pay them $85? Never again will I use their services if I need a locksmith of any kind.

Outstanding service today from AZ cars locksmiths. Eric was able to work me in within 30 minutes and provided outstanding service. I had 2 car key replacements made today, one remote and one turn key.  Both worked great and the value was over 50% of the price of the local Toyota dealership.  Thanks again to Eric and this wonderful local business.

I called Levi to ask about an auto re-key. hey instantly texted me a referral to Ron and Ron is in his way for $100 less than a locksmith I called and who couldn't make it today. Thanks Levi! You saved the day

Arthur was very responsive to my needs and expectations.
I needed to get in my house through the garage as my movers were coming in within 30-45 minutes.
As you know moving is very stressful and high anxiety. Arthur came in to save the day and I was stress free.
I would definitely use him again in the near future (if anything happens again LOL)

I needed assistance asap to get into my garage.  Tom was responsive, extremely professional and courteous.  He also identified  several options to fix issues with my locks. Would highly recommend.

Called them twice before 10pm. Guess they're not open when they say they are. And im stranded with a locked vehicle. Guess they dont want my money either.

UPDATE - got a message from the owner - turns out he was helping another customer where they didnt have phone reception. These guys are really nice, not often you find that in a locksmith. Next time im a bonehead and lock myself out of something (my house, my vehicle, my facebook account) im calling these guys first.

Update: weeks later still no response, filed a complaint still no response. This man should not be in business, more so he's just a rotten person who informed me he doesn't care if he does a good job.

These lovely and professional folks were the best ever. My friend died and her religious sisters came from minnesota to help me clean up the house. the deadbolt was broken and they were afraid to sleep in the house. Lock Shop came right over and repaired it for very reasonable price and the Sisters slept peacefully and safely the rest of their stay. Extra credit for being so kind and patient with the three of us very old ladies.

I needed locks fast and that is what I got! The locksmith was friendly and very accommodating. They provided alternatives that were just as effective but saved me money! Prices were very reasonable and I would definitely recommend that you use their services when needed. Thank you!!!!
