Had Victor come out for a standard re-keying with a couple of fixes for the doors not latching properly as well. It was super easy to set up the appointment, he was straightforward and friendly and helped me understand a bit more how locks work. Overall great service and well worth getting it done professionally!

Called them on a Sunday evening to fix a security screen door, they were out to my home quickly, fixed the lock in half hour and back on their way. Thank you Nate for such a fast reliable job! Eric is very responsive and was professional and kind. I had an issue with my steering wheel lock that needed to be replaced. Within an hour of texting him, Eric was in my driveway working on my car. I lost the key fob for my Mazda 3. He was helpful for me to find a replacement even though I didn't buy one from him, but he programmed the replacement for me at a very reasonable price. He was very prompt to respond to my need. He arrived on time. Both he and his van are very professional. His work is exceptional. (Terry is also a good guy). He will be my go-to guy for any future locksmith needs.

For some reason, my appointment was not in the system, but they were able to send a technician right away. The technician re-keyed all the locks as requested and was pleasant to deal with. They gave a discount for the lost appointment. Overall, great service.

Knew exactly what I needed for a replacement key fob. Other places I went said my fob was "too old" (a 2016?) or told me that I was wrong because I don't have a push-button start. Service was great and price was very fair. Highly recommended.

Locksmith installed 3 locks and decided to saw off a piece of the wood trim inside the door - no where near the lock. Locks were square and installed crooked. Stripped a screw that is now not flush with with lock. Poor quality!!

Steve was very prompt in getting back to my online request.  I had a key fob that was not communicating with my vehicle and he was great in explaining the options and providing me with pricing.  Steve came by the same day and was able to quickly reprogram my fob.  It saved me a ton of money compared with going to a dealer for programming or a new fob.  I highly recommend Steve... prompt, professional, and very reasonable prices.
