Best Vehicle Lockouts in Phoenix AZ

I'll never use these guys again.  Wrote and explained what I needed and was told it would amount to $75. Guy came out, got the door opened, replaced a latch and then told me the total bill was $145!  I was charged $30 for the latch, not even the complete replacement cost of the assembly, and $40 for the entire 20 minutes he was here, INCLUDING the $75!  Not to mention I was never informed, nor did I sign off on, any extra charges. I was told afterwards.  I should not have paid.

A rip off and I'd advise you look elsewhere.

THIS PLACE SAVED THE DAY!!! We had a house showing and on day one, our door jammed for the first visitor as I was looking through our ring camera. I totally panicked and reached out to Victor, and he was extremely responsive and within two hours fixed our door right away. Super professional. Cannot thank him enough, highly recommend!

Arizona Keys Locksmith has a five star rating for good reason. Levi came right on time, and provided fast and professional service. As other reviews noted, he explained problems and offered several solutions and provided the cost, which was fair and reasonable, to do additional work if desired. He may have been the single best service person/contractor to ever work in our home.

I couldn't have possibly hand picked a better company.  They responded right away, had the best price out of anyone and were there within an hour and a half.  He was very friendly and knowledgeable.  Had my chipped keys and fobs in no tome at all.  I'll definitely use them again. Thank you again

Johnny was great to work with! He was professional, great with my kids and did the job quickly. His rates are very fair - he had a deal on Yelp at the time which I used. The lock he repaired is working perfectly - it has been a week and I expect it will be fine for the long haul. He didn't automatically try to talk me into replacing it - which I appreciate because it would have been more expensive (and with my knowledge of locks, he certainly could have told me it had to be replaced and I wouldn't have known the difference). The guys at A1 saved my butt. We were leaving for a Weeklong Christmas trip and as we were packing the car to leave a thief grabbed my wife's purse with everything in it including the keys to the house. They responded to my home in about 15 minutes and had the whole house re-keyed in about an hour! The response time was amazing and the price for the service was very reasonable. I highly recommended A1!

Wow professional service to replicate a lost key on my 1997 ford ranger, was quick to deliver the key and very reasonable in price for being on a weekend. Great business and would totally recommend.

I know it's a few days late, but Todd did an amazing job helping me replace the lost key to my Prius. He was extremely polite, very friendly, and made a point to contact me throughout the day to update me on when he would be arriving. Plus, I have to commemorate him for working for a half hour in the 110 degree weather without the air conditioner running (my AC doesn't work half the time, and when I came out to check on him I felt horrible.)
The whole process came took about an 1 1/2-2 hours, and I haven't had any problems with the key at all.

Our key broke off in our front door late one evening. Julian was very responsive and was able to make it to our house in about half an hour! He was extremely knowledgeable and helped us fix other issues we had going on with our door as well. I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of a great locksmith!

First of all if you have a sign on your door that say you are open till 5pm be there!!!!    So then when i finally got their earlier in the day, i was really surprised that the old guy that say he owns the place is such a grump.   I have had keys made in the past and the young lady that works their is so friendly.  I must have woken him up from his nap.  I am sorry I didn't spend a ton of money at your place, but I will never spend 1 more $ there ever again.   AVOID VERY RUDE AND NOT HELPFUL AT ALL

I really think some of these small business owner need to realize what customer service really is all about.

I lost my only set of car keys to my 2001 Acura...Sigh...This has never happened to me before so I made the phone calls around the valley to check out prices from various locksmiths and dealerships. Unfortunately, most of the locksmiths I called sounded shady over the phone and would not/could not give me a set price over the phone...which is weird because this is their business and you would think they've done it before. The dealership was super overpriced. I came across Mr. Locksmith here on yelp and talked to Carol the owner. She was more than helpful and gave me first time key loser advice along with a set amount that it would cost me. She came out herself the next day and quickly and professionally got the job done for a great price.  Losing your keys sucks and Mr. Locksmith made the situation much more bearable. Awesome A+++

He showed up following CDC guidelines and was quick. I was expecting to wait 1-3 hours before he arrived on location and he arrived in 20 mins. He was very friendly and polite. I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for a locksmith! :) 10/10

I had a property in Tempe that needed rekeying - a mailbox and house locks. I called Jon in the afternoon and he agreed to meet me the next AM as I needed. I had a flat tire on the way to meet Jon.
