Called this company to get a new key for my vehicle. They quoted me a higher cost than going through the dealership by $50. I thought the dealership was high but this company was even higher.

Awesome service!!!!  They came out to fix our front door within 30 minutes!  He even managed to salvage and fix the broken lock without the need for a new one so saving us $$$.  Super polite and friendly.  I would highly recommend.

I found Jeff on Yelp. I  closed escrow on my house on Friday, and moved in on a Saturday. My agent recommended I have the locks changed on the doors, since we didn't know who had access to the keys so I called Jeff on Thursday, 1 day before closing.

He explained to me it is $10 a cylinder, and that he would tell me how many cylinders I had so I would know the exact price.

Jeff came on time in the window I requested with his Son and another gentleman. They were practically running they moved so fast.

They fixed the locks, cut me 5 new keys and charged me  within 15 minutes. The price was very reasonable. I will def call Jeff if I need another locksmith.

Wow professional service to replicate a lost key on my 1997 ford ranger, was quick to deliver the key and very reasonable in price for being on a weekend. Great business and would totally recommend.

Todd at Alcatraz Locksmith is honest and ethical!  I needed a spare key fob for a vehicle I purchased for our daughter and the dealer was being ridiculous about the process.  I thought I would try a locksmith and Todd at Alcatraz Locksmith was referred to me by my normal local locksmith.  After a significant discussion with Todd about what my true options were, he really felt that going to the dealership was the best option since the car I purchased was so difficult to program key fobs for.  His advice was in my best interest and the best interest of my daughter's safety.  I will definitely use Alcatraz Locksmith in the future and would highly recommend him for his honesty and business integrity!  Thanks Todd!

Update: weeks later still no response, filed a complaint still no response. This man should not be in business, more so he's just a rotten person who informed me he doesn't care if he does a good job.

The were able to rekey a lock that I didn't have a key for that another locksmith couldn't . Took about 15 minutes friendly staff. Reasonable price.

I had to replace pcm in my grandsons 2000 Ford Expedition. He came to Wickenburg and made 2 keys and programmed vehicle. Very courteous and really new what he was doing. I would recommend him anytime.

I deal with them occasionally through my work and they have always done a good job and reliable.

I bought a used Ford truck that only had one key and I needed to get a spare transponder key. They  gave me a fair quote (Rodeo Ford wanted $45 more and by appointment only) and I will be going there in the next few days for that key.

Contacted via the yelp app today which is a Sunday thinking I would hear back tomorrow. Within an hour I received a response. After sending pictures and explaining the situation, Carol gave me a diy trick to try and it is holding for the time being. If not we will definitely be calling this company to fix or replace the lock. And since we have other keying issues we will call them in the future too! Thanks so much.

RIck rekeyed some locks.  He was very personable, efficient and reasonably priced.  I respected his integrity and taking time to make sure everything was done correctly.  I highly recommend him and would definitely use him again.

Called Mr Sitton for a new car key. Jon was quick to respond to my house. He cut a brand new key for my car and was very reasonable on price. He was $300.00 less then the dealership!  I will be using him again, and telling all my friends and family.
