The locksmith was nice but he was so expensive. He gave me a quote and was a lot higher in person than requested.

I had a lock out issue late in the night and the owner responded promptly via Yelp . This was the first time I used a locksmith. He was able to create a duplicate key and was able to let me in ! He quoted a very reasonable flat rate for late night service and didn't charge anything more. Was able to pay with a credit card as well.

Bill is the bomb!  I've been using Bill with Pop-A-Lock for years to rekey properties.  I'm in the real estate business and Bill provides a flat-rate for realtors.  He always provides great customer service, super fast response and turn-around, plus he is always the best priced.

After purchasing a new home closer to work, I knew I had to use Jeff's services again to re-key all the locks.  His service was fantastic 2 years ago, and is still just as outstanding today!  He arrived right on time (it was moving day and I must admit that I'd forgotten about our appointment that afternoon), and promptly went to work re-keying our locks.  He finished all the locks quickly, and the work was done at a VERY reasonable price!  I will certainly use A 1 Minute Key again and again!

Needed to have my home's door knob & deadbolt rekeyed due to tenant default (as they still had a key). Fast and friendly. I needed to have a couple fobs for my new car programmed. I was in and out in under 20 minutes. Prices are fair as well. Don't hesitate to use these guys.

I called got an appointment for the next day Bo showed up on time and was super friendly fast and efficient. Whether you're locked out of the house or need to rekey I would call Bo from Ace locksmith.

First of all if you have a sign on your door that say you are open till 5pm be there!!!!    So then when i finally got their earlier in the day, i was really surprised that the old guy that say he owns the place is such a grump.   I have had keys made in the past and the young lady that works their is so friendly.  I must have woken him up from his nap.  I am sorry I didn't spend a ton of money at your place, but I will never spend 1 more $ there ever again.   AVOID VERY RUDE AND NOT HELPFUL AT ALL

I really think some of these small business owner need to realize what customer service really is all about.

I called around to many different locksmiths and they could not even give me a ballpark with pricing. It was very annoying to try and figure out with them how much it would be to re-key my home that I had just moved into. Carol at Mr Lockout was the only helpful and clear locksmith company that I talked to. The prices are great, they cant be beat. Stormy came out and she was such an awesome person. She is very positive, happy and a perfectionist which is what you want with anyone working on your house. I would highly recommend this company.

Even though I didn't end up using this particular locksmith he was quick to refer me to another one and save me some money it's hard to find someone in business just helping people in general without some type of return kudos to RJ locksmith thanks for the help
