Very happy with the service I received. Mike's son arrived on time and had chosen a lock that matched the color of the previous lock.  Quick install and it was all done, even offered to key the lock to a different key if desired.  Easy Peasy.

So my front door handle finally died yesterday. I called Alcatraz because I used them a few months ago. Todd was right on it. He asked me to text pictures, made recommendations, and installed the new handle this morning. Genuinely good people who care. I'll call them again if needed. The only caveat? Be clear if you're tight on time, as they can be so busy they're often a few minutes behind their own schedule. But otherwise, honest, professional, and caring. Highly recommended.

Requested a quote and within minutes had a response, The technician was on the way and within the hour or-so, my antique family China hutch was open!

$15,- for cutting a blank key which I had purchased online- total rip-off. And to make it sound cheap, the lady at the store mentioned that normally they would charge $20,-

Walmart charges $2,- and that includes the blank.

You will NOT find a more reasonably priced or more competent locksmith in this area! I locked myself out of my house like a big dummy and called all the locksmith services nearby and let me tell you, prices vary WILDLY. RJ not only answered himself but was extremely personable. It should be mentioned that his quoted price was less than HALF of all the other companies that responded. Thanks RJ!!

I called Sitton Locksmith in hopes of fixing my front door lock. I had called a few other locksmiths in the area but they were hesitant to give me an actual quote for what the work would cost. Most of the locksmiths wold say that they $x for a service call but would not confirm how much fixing the lock would cost.

Jon from Sitton Locksmith, did not try to play that game. I described the issue, and he gave me a quote for the service call and work fee. It is a comfort to know ahead of time how much it would cost, because previously I had to deal with locksmiths who would increase prices as soon as they arrived. I do understand that some problems do require more work and therefore cost more money, but sometimes it feels like you're being taken advantage of. However, Jon was upfront about the cost, which I appreciated.

Jon arrived within 30 minutes of my call, fixed the lock, and gave me a new key (for free). He is professional, knowledgeable, and his prompt fixing of the lock made my life a lot easier. I recommend Sitton Locksmith without any hesitation.

I would give 10 Stars if I could.  I lost the key to my car.  My junky old car was having computer issues preventing the locksmith from being able to program a new key.   He kept trying everything he could think of and every suggestion he could find for a very long time.   I had given up hope then he told me he had done  it!!!!  I have no doubt that at the dealership this ordeal would have cost me at least double what I paid.   I was so happy he got it to work and didn't charge me a ton I almost started crying.  I definitely recommend Desert Locksmith.

Came in with my broken key to my '84 Cadillac. The guy up front was really courteous, gave me advice on how to prevent this from happening in the future, and made me three spares at a total cost of $6. I would absolutely recommend over ACE or Home Depot. Support local business!
