I sent these guys an email about what I needed and a response was sent with a estimated cost right away with a direct number to call to setup an appointment. I was not able to follow up right away and was sent a follow up email to double check if I still needed service.  
I called and was able to set up an appointment right away and they were right on time and got what I needed done right away.
It turns out what I needed done they could do for a lot cheaper and faster that what I had anticipated.

Sent a request for business through Yelp after I couldn't fix it myself. They were quick to respond and give an estimate. Followed up with a time of arrival and was able to make it out next day.
Got a call day if and were able to show up early. Very kind and quick on the job. They went above and beyond wanting to match keys and making sure door worked properly.
Awesome service and added them to contacts to save for future use.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend! The person I worked with was upfront with prices and very flexible with the time to perform the task.

I had a key replacement done, they were quick and knowledgeable. Shon made the experience amazing with a friendly personality and offering reasonable prices.

I needed to re-key my entire house, so I looked on Yelp for recommendations. Jeff had so many great reviews that I gave him a call. Not only was he very courteous over the phone, he also gave me advice on what to ask other locksmiths should I decide to get quotes elsewhere.

Called him at night and he was out first thing the next morning. 13 locks later, I couldn't be happier! Price was great and service was totally excellent!! There are not enough good things I could say about him or his service! He even fixed the doors where the locks did not run smoothly in and out.

He is very knowledgeable and takes great pride in what he does. I have recommended him to anyone I know needing his services and he will be the first person I call should I need them again. Thank you so much!!

I was walking my dogs and lost the house key. Of course then it started to rain.
I called a couple of locksmiths. Talked to one who was sketchy at best.
I called A 1 Minute Key service. A big thanks for his caring for a potential customer.
He couldn't get over to us but he recommended Larry.
I know!! Even other locksmiths recommend him.
Larry rushed over to get us in. He did not waste any time getting us inside.
The price was a lot less than I expected.
Larry was super cool about working in the pouring rain.
Duncan and Arthur lost no time getting in a nap.
So call Larry if you have lock issues.

Tried to set up an appointment. He was responsive at first. Then stopped replying. Even offered him an extra $20 to come service next day. No answer.

I was in a desperate situation - locked out of my car and late for work.  I called three other locksmiths - one of whom didn't even answer, and the other two took messages and said they would call back.  The Lock Shop answered immediately, put me on hold to see where their technician was, and since he was nearby, sent him immediately to help me.  I thought the price was a bit high, but I greatly appreciate their prompt response.  I am recommending them to everyone I know.

My husband went there today to get a replacement key and the rest of his broken key retrieved from the ignition. He was quoted elsewhere for a price of $80 and then went to key west because of the location. Not only was the service amazing,  the price was SIGNIFICANTLY cheaper for 2 keys and retrieval! I will definitely be recommending to friends and family and they will get our business again!

You will NOT find a more reasonably priced or more competent locksmith in this area! I locked myself out of my house like a big dummy and called all the locksmith services nearby and let me tell you, prices vary WILDLY. RJ not only answered himself but was extremely personable. It should be mentioned that his quoted price was less than HALF of all the other companies that responded. Thanks RJ!!

Came in with my broken key to my '84 Cadillac. The guy up front was really courteous, gave me advice on how to prevent this from happening in the future, and made me three spares at a total cost of $6. I would absolutely recommend over ACE or Home Depot. Support local business!

I found West Valley Lock on Yelp and the reviews were positive one after the other. I called for them to change my home  locks  in a hurry and Bo was  here in 45 minutes.  He seems professional and  communicates  well to my questions and needs. I am very grateful to  them. Would recommend them to others.

We found Nathan on Angie's List. My husband called him after our iron front door lock broke and we could not get the door to open. He was able to come the same day and replaced the lock and we now have a deadbolt inside instead of having to use a key every time we open the locked door. He finished in under 30 minutes and was super reasonably priced. The door lock works seamlessly now.

Locked my damn keys in the  car, was so hangry I couldn't think straight!! Finally ate and looked at my trusty yelp! A feW options came up, and thE first two options were a bust, couldn't find anyone till tomorrow or Saturday!
Jumping for literal joy when I received a quick message from Leo he was quick to answer, and gave me a affordable price that I could definitely work with! He sent over his pal CJ who was quick, and friendly to save the day and get me back into  my too fast too furious car. Thank you again for saving my night and not have to be without a car for 2 days! Yikes! If it was not for these great reviews I think I would have stopped looking!!

We recently purchased a home in New River and needed multiple doors rekeyed. My wife contacted Assist Locksmith and Joe was very pleasant and quoted a very reasonable price. He arrived exactly when he said he would and completed all the services we requested quite quickly. Joe also changed the codes on our garage door and security gate remotes at no charge. Joe was very polite and professional and exceeded expectations. What more can you ask?  I highly recommend him to anyone needing locksmith service in the areas he supports.

I feel bad that I could only give 5 stars.  Yesterday, I met Cory at my mom's house to re-key her exterior door locks and assess whether we needed to change any existing locks.  Surprisingly, Cory was able to accomplish the job without any additional expenses.

I took bids from several other area locksmiths and found Old Glory Locksmith had the best bid.  More important than that, Cory was on time, he completed his work with no additional surprises or upcharges.  Before he left, he double checked each of the doors to insure that there were working properly.  I would recommend Old Glory Locksmith, and one day later, already have, as the go to company for Locks in the Phoenix area.
Truly an honest professional.
