Bill is the bomb!  I've been using Bill with Pop-A-Lock for years to rekey properties.  I'm in the real estate business and Bill provides a flat-rate for realtors.  He always provides great customer service, super fast response and turn-around, plus he is always the best priced.

In process of moving.  Accidentally locked all keys in Casita.  Called and very quickly responded.  Took about 5 minutes to open the casita door.  Shocked when told bill was $199.00 for 5 minutes work.

Johnny came quick when I locked myself out.  Cost me $85 bucks but it was worth not breaking a window.  Good guy.

These guys move at lightning speed! I called them after I accidentally locked myself out. Someone was at my place to help me out within 15 min and I was back in just a few minutes after that! Couldn't ask for quicker or more professional service!

I called several locksmiths in the valley off of the net on a Google search and I never came across so many shyster sounding people.  None could give me a set price on getting my keys out of  my old 2003 Chevy Van work truck that I stupidly locked in it.  It was gonna be the low or the high price they said, they really couldn't tell me...which means, they get out here and it's magically the high.  Or it's only 19.95 only to find out that is the trip charge and now comes the charge for the work.    I got on yelp and saw Mr. Lockout.  Called up and talked to Carol and she said this is the price...boom!  Dave was sent out  and got it done and charged the price that was quoted.  And let me tell you...it was quite a bit less then what all these other guys were wanting for it.  I will definitely be  recommending them.
Both Carol and Dave were very nice.  I wish there was space for 5 more stars!!!

Wow what great service! I bought a used car from a private seller and the car only came with one key. I needed to have more made and programmed so I got a referral from a friend about this company and called them right away.  Jon came right over and did it all at his truck in 10 minutes.  I was able to get two brand new keys that are fully programmed (after I got the pin from a dealership who obviously tried to get me to have the keys made there for 3X's more money!). Now it's all done and I never even left my home.  I highly recommend Sitton Locksmith and Security as they are a great company to work with!

Ron was awesome! He arrived on time and finished the job in less than an hour. When I was first looking for a locksmith, I requested quotes on a whim from the app. Desert Locksmith responded right away and was able to schedule an appointment within 10 minutes at 11:00pm and through the Yelp's app.

Unfortunately five stars is the highest rating because they deserve far more credit for the attentive, extremely prompt, and caring customer service they provide.  

I had a last minute emergency to rekey my mom's entire home, due to an order of protection against a drug abusing and mentally unstable younger brother, who thought he could continue to occupy the home, even though an order of protection for my mom and her home said he could not.

My recently widowed mom (our dad died from COVID) needed to sell her home. Two property inspections were cancelled due to this former brother being there and chasing away inspectors. The need to secure the residence was immediate, and JT's husband and wife team had it done within 24 hours afterwards making arrangements for the new keys to be mailed to us.  They confirmed the garage code had been changed, locks were changed; and when I mentioned not knowing if the windows were all locked they said they could go back to the house and make sure they were locked.  WOW!!!!

They treat you like family.  The genuine care and concern in their voices is palapable. They are two amazing human beings ,and I sincerely wish our world was filled with more people like them.  I will never forget their kindness, and my mom's mind and fears have been placed at ease.  THANK YOU SO MUCH JT'S !!!!

I was having trouble with the lock to my gas tank on my truck.  Turns out the auto key was not original and very worn.  They tried a number of methods and go it open.  Five minutes later I was on my way with two new keys.  They are very professional and have a lot of experience.  Very affordable too.

Needed new door locks with key pads and Ari from West Valley Locksmith did an excellent job! Came quickly, was very courteous and tidy. He was great explaining the new keypad system. Thank-you Ari!!

What a great job!  They were able to come out right away and on time. They also had to customize three of our new locks but you can never tell. I would highly recommend them for all of your locksmith needs.

This company is great! They were able to come the next day, the technician was professional and efficient and the pricing was very reasonable.

Update: as soon as review was posted business called to talk trash. Made threats.

Response to owner: 3rd party? Did I not place the call? Did I not say it was another person's car? Did I not say I'd be putting it on MY card? "Huge mistake"? Pretty sure I was standing next to the other person when he called you back to confirm vehicle and key type.

Called another shop. Did it for less than your initial quote. They said you must be inexperienced if this type of car was an issue.

They didn't threaten me if I write a negative review either.

Locked out of car. When I called I explained location, that we needed a chipped key, type of car,etc... Was told 90 minutes. Called back to confirm he had the right kind of key. Again told yes and fee would be $180. 3 hours later he shows up and says he doesn't have the right key. Says 2 days to order and $250. Still tried to get a fee for a service call. Uhhh no, you made me waste 3 hours for nothing.

Just moved into a new house and needed to re-key my locks. I have asked around and got a good response. Chose this business to deal with and they didn't disappoint. I needed it the next day since I wanted it done as soon as possible. He came in and assessed my locks, 2 of them needed to be replaced so I can get 1 major key for all of them. He went to HD and got me 2 locks for replacement and went to work. It was fast and thorough. He was very honest with me and charged me reasonably. Got the locks re-keyed and I couldn't be happier with it.

Worked with Scott remotely to obtain some key blanks for keys that never had key blanks (manufactured for server racks).  I had to send sample locks to Scott.  Scott's service was spectacular!  In the end he got blanks that worked.  Great service and great price!

These guys are a rip-off. I was quoted $230 on the phone to replace a lost set of car keys. When they came out, they tried to charge $600.  I explained that this was not what I was quoted: "you were told additional charges may apply." Didn't think additional charges would total $370. I sent them away and called another company that did it for $220. Don't use them!

I needed keys made for my motorhome and could not find anyone in the area that carried the keys or would cut the blanks I had already bought online from an RV store. I expanded my search area and found Acme Locksmith. I called and they would cut them and they carry the blanks, too. They charged $1 per key for their in-store service. It was a bit of drive to get there, but it was worth it.

I needed a key fob made for my car.  I called and got a quote from Ed.  I also happened to call Ace to get a quote from them as well so I had 2 bids.  Ed's cost was much more reasonable.  I went down there and he had the new key made in around 5 minutes or so.  A really nice guy and a great experience.  Highly recommend.

Called this outfit at 8:30 a.m. on a Thursday w/key stuck in my ignition.

Guy showed up in ~an hour. First, he told me he thought he could fix it in 20 minutes & would cost me $310... um, wow.

I agreed because they had me by the balls.

After about 40 min, the locksmith said that the ignition cylinder would need replaced, that he was going to go get one "at the company warehouse, 5 minutes away".

He returned after an hour & said "Nobody has your part in stock. I went to O'Reileys, Auto zone, blah blah blah..."
Company warehouse my a$$...

So he tells me that it's only available at Honda, it's much more expensive & my bill will jump to $475. I tell him to forget it, I'll have it towed somewhere & the price magically dropped to $330.

I PAY HIM THE $330 CASH, & off he goes to Honda around noon. He returns at dinner time only to inform me that he has the wrong part, it won't fit & Honda is closed until tomorrow morning at "10 or 11".

So, it's now Friday morning. I'm out $330 & I don't hear from anyone before NOON when I FINALLY CALL THEM.
Jerk around, jerk around, put off.
I call again at 1:30 & still dont have a solid commitment.

Presumably this will still get fixed today. Assuming so, I would never, ever call this company again & I emphatically DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM...

If zero stars was an option, it would be appropriate. They did nothing right.

Unless you love being jerked around, put off, lied to & overcharged. In which case, you're going to love A1 locksmith in Phoenix.
