Amazing!  My dog was locked in my running car w/the ac on.  It's a new vehicle to me and I had no idea the vehicle would automatically lock when I got out of it. Pop-A-Lock came out and opened up the vehicle for me.  They were timely and friendly.  Hopefully I will never need them again, but they will be my first phone call if I do and I will highly recommend them to anyone.

Osher was amazing he was prompt on answering my request for a quote to replace the key for my 2007 chrysler aspen. We scheduled an appointment he was on time and for the job done quickly . He was cheaper than everyone else I contacted. Will definitely use his company again. Thank you so much!!!!!

The most efficient, reliable and customer oriented keys company I've ever interacted with. I was so impressed at how helpful and understanding they were with my situation. I had 3 keys cut (2) on OEM Honda keys that worked out. The other key did not fit the ignition and was obviously not cut correctly. I stumbled back into see Jim who remembered me, and he was able to fix the other locksmiths mistake in a heartbeat.

My 2004 Lexus IS300 key broke off and I needed a replacement and a spare.  Called up and explained the situation and Mordy drove out to make the keys within a couple hours.    He brought the parts, cut the keys and programmed them to the car.   He did and awsome job.  Friendly, funny, and knowledgable.  

I also asked him to make a spare key for my wife's 2004 4Runner.  He was able to do it and program it in about 10-15 minutes so my wife could leave on her errands.   Awsome.

I had a great experience dealing with Stoddart's. They answered my call promptly and gave me a quote over the phone. Terry came out to do the job and was the definition of professional. He gave me a heads up call before he came out and was understanding to the fact that I was working from home and it wouldn't be too easy to communicate during the time he was there. He got straight to work and did a great job rekeying all my locks in my home. He even went above and beyond and switched a few knobs to different locations so they matched properly and had my nicer set moved from a door we don't really use over to a door that get a lot of use and is seen more often (without me even asking). He was done in only 30 minutes and waited for me to test the locks before he left. I was provided with 4 keys at no extra charge. Also, to put the cherry on top he even added some additional discounts and charged me less than I was quoted! These guys are great. You can call around and I can tell you their prices are lower than the competition and the quality of work and professionalism was top notch. I would definitely recommend Stoddart's.

This was the first time we've locked ourselves out of the house and I'm so glad we called the professionals at Diamondback!  A friendly operator helped me on the phone and connected me to a technician who contacted me within minutes.  From the start  when I called to the finish when I walked back into the house, our lockout took about 20 minutes to complete.

I just want to talk to them, but they won't answer their 24/7 phone line. It just hangs up on me after a couple minutes of ringing.

I'm gonna just take my bike over there tomorrow to see what they can do. But for a 24 hour locksmith, they are really falling short on their end of that claim.

Called this outfit at 8:30 a.m. on a Thursday w/key stuck in my ignition.

Guy showed up in ~an hour. First, he told me he thought he could fix it in 20 minutes & would cost me $310... um, wow.

I agreed because they had me by the balls.

After about 40 min, the locksmith said that the ignition cylinder would need replaced, that he was going to go get one "at the company warehouse, 5 minutes away".

He returned after an hour & said "Nobody has your part in stock. I went to O'Reileys, Auto zone, blah blah blah..."
Company warehouse my a$$...

So he tells me that it's only available at Honda, it's much more expensive & my bill will jump to $475. I tell him to forget it, I'll have it towed somewhere & the price magically dropped to $330.

I PAY HIM THE $330 CASH, & off he goes to Honda around noon. He returns at dinner time only to inform me that he has the wrong part, it won't fit & Honda is closed until tomorrow morning at "10 or 11".

So, it's now Friday morning. I'm out $330 & I don't hear from anyone before NOON when I FINALLY CALL THEM.
Jerk around, jerk around, put off.
I call again at 1:30 & still dont have a solid commitment.

Presumably this will still get fixed today. Assuming so, I would never, ever call this company again & I emphatically DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM...

If zero stars was an option, it would be appropriate. They did nothing right.

Unless you love being jerked around, put off, lied to & overcharged. In which case, you're going to love A1 locksmith in Phoenix.
