Best Custom Door Services in Phoenix AZ

Had my front and back porch roof redone a year ago by PCC Roofing and they did a great job they were efficient and cleaned up great after. I had a monsoon issue a year later and they were quick to come out and help me with the issue they even fixed a part of my roof that had nothing to do with the job they did. Very professional good guys I'd recommend this company to anyone.

We had some damage to our back gate - Joel fixed several boards, re-stained them and put user-friendly latches on both doors. Joel was absolutely wonderful to work with - fast response, a great communicator, even sent me video of the work he did (we live down in Phoenix and rent the house). Pricing was very reasonable - I would work with him again in a heartbeat! Thank you Joel!!

Keith and his crew were awesome from start to finish. I worked with Keith to complete a kitchen and master shower renovation. The tile work by Carlos is simply the BEST I've seen. The guy measures twice and cuts once and it all fits perfect. Paul the plumber knows his job inside and out!! The electricians used were great as well, despite the spray foam insulation they were able to put in new outlets and move others.

Keith is a hands on GC that goes above and beyond to make you happy as a customer. His easy professional style  is beyond his years in the industry.

We had Doug come out to do a few jobs at our house before we put it on the market. First off, I want to say how  well he pays attention to details around the house. He's got a great eye for design and is extremely talented when it comes to precision cuts on floor moulding, wood work, tile work and painting. Additionally, he went above and beyond, adjusting door jams and tightening screws as he noticed them when doing work around the house. He hung a new door for us and it looks better than I could imagine. Because he did such a great job, we hired him to do another job and we were equally impressed. He is friendly, professional and a really hard working guy. We will use him again in the future!

We could not be more happy with JM Custom Iron Works.  Juan came out years ago to measure our doors.  He was professional and extremely helpful.  They designed our security gates and installed them beautifully.  We get so many compliments on our doors.  We loved them so much that we ordered more a few months ago.  We have saved a ton of money on our electrical bill as well.  We open our doors at night and feel safe knowing the security doors are locked.  In the morning our house is cooled and it lasts all day.  We don't have to run our air conditioning until June.  I highly recommend this company.  It's an amazing upgrade to your home.   The doors could not be more beautiful.

We just moved here to Prescott Valley from Massachusetts and don't know anyone. Using Yelp I found Mario of Navas Remodeling. I needed a very old kitchen sink replaced and Mario did the job for us. He gave us a fair price and he did an excellent job. We are very pleased with the result and we will contact Navas Remodeling for future work at our new home. Thank you Mario.

Andy is the best. I have two homes and he has worked on both of them. There is nothing he can't do,from the simplest to the most difficult renovation.  He treats your home as if it was his, very tidy, always on time, and besides that he is a nice guy who you can trust.  I would highly recommend him!

Rob is old school in the best possible way:  professional, knowledgeable about his trade, on time, and on budget.  Honest, stand-up guy. Takes pride in his work.  He was super-responsive, and great at distance communication. For a homeowner, that's contractor nirvana.  He did a spectacular job on the cabin.  Looks far better than when we bought it. If you're in the Truckee/Tahoe area and in need of painting and staining services, this is the first number to call. After you hire him once, it'll be the only number you call.  See all those 5 star Yelp reviews?  Believe them.

We had a roof leak into a very small space behind our water heater. There was small water damage and a bit of mold. Other companies quoted us $1700-2700 because they wanted to remove the water heater. Elias was able to do it for a third of the price without removing the water heater! He was a great contractor to work with- let me know when he was on the way and was very understanding of our wanting to keep costs down. He did a great repair job and we plan to ask him to help us with other projects in the house. Thanks Elias!

Travis and Lisa painted our home exterior and also did some interior painting. They were fast, reliable, detailed, and very reasonably priced. Good, honest people with a great work ethic. I'd recommend them without hestitation.

Stan did a great job with putting up our Courtyard lights. Had a great sense of what we wanted he was knowledgeable and professional. I'll hire for anything I need done home improvement wise.

RR sent nice, knowledgeable and trustworthy people to quote and to do a great job removing a 30 y/o wooden patio that was attached to my roof. Would definitely hire them again!

Finding a contractor to manage a major remodel is harder than finding a life partner. At least, that's how it felt before I found Arizona Studs. I talked to contractors who were dismissive, some who were not responsive, and still others with less-than-stellar recommendations. But from the start, Joel at Arizona Studs was easy to work with and instilled a true sense of confidence. This was our guy! Joel managed a complete renovation of our 1956 original kitchen and living room, giving us a beautiful, open-concept living space with new floors, paint, doors, and of course ... a knock-down gorgeous kitchen. Joel was not only easy to work with, he was true to his word, showed up on time and when he said he would, and saw the project through from start to finish in just over a month. We were also really impressed with the sub-contractors Joel brought in, as all seemed to have the same work ethic and demeanor.

I just ordered an Iron Entry Door,  a Courtyard Gate and  some railing.  I am so excited.  I have purchased before   a few years ago for another house  but this was a felt like different experience.  It was about me and what I wanted and the consultant was amazing..cant wait to post photos!!!

My wife and I were hesitant to use First Impression's at first, but we are happy we chose them in the long run. Initially we met with a sales rep in Scottsdale and we were not impressed with the customer service he provided so we chose to go with another company. We then received a call from Paula (Customer Service) who said she would get us another sales rep. We also expressed our concern over the online reviews and she assured us they no longer used those installers. We agreed to meet Thomas (Sales rep) who was enthusiastic and easy to work with. Thomas got us a great deal and we bought the Naples door. We then received a call for the install date. Our concern grew when the install date was changed twice but we were advised it was because the door didn't pass quality inspection. The install day finally came and Thurman (Installer) installed our door. Thurman was awesome! We told him the handle he was installing was wrong and he assured that this would be corrected soon. We received a call from Jennifer (Customer Service) the next day who said there was a miscommunication about the door handle and that she would get it corrected. Two days later the correct door handle was installed. Apparently Thurman went out of his way to pick up the correct handle. Prior to all of this, Jennifer had also gone out of her way to pick up the correct handle. I would like to thank Paula, Thomas, Jennifer and Thurman for a job well done. Thank you First Impressions!!

If I could give zero stars I would. Poor craftsmanship and even worse poor customer service. We purchased a front door, entry gate and backyard gate and it has been a nightmare working with this company.

1. The backyard gate design pattern was installed uneven. The semicircular metal pieces didn't line up. I just called and the lady I have been working with Wendy Walsh quit 3 weeks ago. No one called me to inform me of this. I had been emailing her since June and it is now mid September.
I last emailed her a month ago and she was unaware that this was not taken care of.

2. The installers where jumping over our small retaining wall in the front of the house when they j installs the entry gate. Unfortunately, they cracked it. That took 2 months for them to fix, which just included putting glue in the crack. It's still noticeable. However, what makes me even more upset is that they lied about it. They said it was already there! It's one thing to break something, but please be professional and own up to it.

3. There is a space between the entry gate on one side. It wasn't measured properly. I don't have the energy to fight about this. They dug up and cut our water lines, which caused our front yard plants to die while I was waiting to have my Landscapers fix it.

The doors may look nice, but their costumer service is horrible! I spoke with Jennifer the manager this morning who first told me she took over the case but then never reached out when her staff member quit. How is this good customer service? Buyer beware!

Jennifer with customer service contacted me to via email. There's nothing they can do to improve this or make up for the months of lost time, multiple unreturned phone calls and emails. Waste of time. Future and potential clients should be aware.

Terry and his team are the best! We needed some help with a cabin we bought and Terry was definitely the right person to call. They put up drywall, fixed the drywall, mudded, sanded, painted, and installed a window for us. Terry was great communicating with us during the projects, taking pictures of the progress and the results. He also gave us some great tips for other things to make sure we do to the cabin. Terry is professional, honest and a pleasure to work with. We could not have done all this without you guys. So THANK YOU!!! We are customers for life.

Great experience with Silverback Handyman!
Project was a Lifetime playground from one of the warehouse stores. The crew was punctual and showed up ready to work.
Enough Silverbacks were onsite to complete the job safely and professionally!
They cleaned up the project area when complete. Making sure multiple times my wife and I were satisfied.
I will be using Silverback again and recommend them for any project. From a 9 hour playground assembly to helping little old ladies across the street with their groceries. Thank you guys! The family and I appreciate it... especially the boys!!!
