Checked the roof and it looks good.   The seams around the vents look very watertight.  The shingles looks like it's held down tight.  They also do wood work.  They removed my old, unused swamp cooler and put in an additional wind turbine.  They're registered with the state of AZ.  They're certified GAF shingles installers if you decide to get GAF shingles.  They also finished within 2 days.

Had my side yard gate removed and replaced, including resetting the concrete post. Joel took care of everything - materials, demo, haul away, assembly and prime/paint per HOA design and color. He came out quickly for a quote and did exactly what he promised to do. It is quality and will last. Process was really easy. Love his portfolio of other work too. Highly recommend!

I have known Keith for years...found them on a site years back and asked if they could help my old boss paint some rooms in our office.  They did great!  Later, I hired them to paint some rooms in my home and install a super cool rock mailbox as my old one was falling apart.  They also painted my old bosses exterior of his home, did lots of electrical, installed some pigeon proof material, and he was super happy with them.  The company is super fast at communicating, estimates, and just  all around great people.  Ask for Keith...he will help get any/all projects taken care of. I originally called him to fix/replace my broken shower pan. The quote I received to replace my shower was beyond the scope of what I was looking to spend to have a working shower at this time.

Doug was kind enough to refer me to a company that was able to simply repair and refinish my shower. The repair saved me thousands of dollars. I really appreciate that he was willing to refer me to another company knowing he wasn't going to get the business for the shower replacement. That was really cool of him.

When the shower refinishing/repair company came out to fix my broken shower, they discovered that I had a broken shower head pipe behind the wall. So, I called Doug to come out and give me an estimate to fix it. He was at my house within 30 minutes of the time I called him. Since the pipe was behind the wall, he also needed to cut and fix some of the drywall to get to the pipe. His quote was fair and reasonable, so I scheduled him to come out and fix it.

The day he came out, I asked him to also look at some piping under my bathroom sink. He noticed that the plumbing was screwed on too tight, so he loosened them up for me at no additional charge while he was there. He fixed the pipe and drywall. He worked efficiently and was finished within a couple of hours. I am very pleased to say that now I have a very nice working shower in my master bathroom.

We had a new concrete porch poured and needed a railing. They were here the day after we hired them. They finished the job in 2 days and it looks great. It's very solid and stable.

Our poor cabin was in desperate need of re-staining.
After a pleasant exchange with Robert, the owner, and a reasonable quote I scheduled the rehab/stain of our wraparound balcony and decks. When Robert had an earlier opening and was looking at the rain forecast he moved us up and got the job done before the weather could thwart us. Was extremely impressed by the visual improvement of our cabin.

We had a roof leak into a very small space behind our water heater. There was small water damage and a bit of mold. Other companies quoted us $1700-2700 because they wanted to remove the water heater. Elias was able to do it for a third of the price without removing the water heater! He was a great contractor to work with- let me know when he was on the way and was very understanding of our wanting to keep costs down. He did a great repair job and we plan to ask him to help us with other projects in the house. Thanks Elias!

Travis and Lisa painted our home exterior and also did some interior painting. They were fast, reliable, detailed, and very reasonably priced. Good, honest people with a great work ethic. I'd recommend them without hestitation.

We needed some damaged roof tiles replaced, and Stan did a great job. Just from a picture, he noticed two other tiles that were damaged which I hadn't even noticed before then. Keen eye for detail, which I really liked. Very reasonable, thoughtful, and patient with all my questions.

You cannot get any better than Rodriguez Remodeling. This may sound dramatic, but they have literally saved me from a nervous breakdown and a near walk out of my own home. We suffered a plumbing disaster--yep, the worst you could get: collapsing sewer lines throughout the ground of our foundation and into the backyard. We were recommended a horrid company called Bingham & Murray Restoration--I won't get into it, but they are the worst. Fortunately, after all the new plumbing was relaid, (and mind your, Rodriquez/Roland did the concrete cutting as well, SUPERIOR work) Rodriquez came, yet again, to the rescue. Roland, Claudia, David, Alfonso and ALL STAFF are kind, responsive, communicate so well, AND they SHOW up and do fantastic work. It goes beyond just their physical work; they walk you through everything that can make your head spin (get that head screwed back on with kindness) and help you to get what you deserve from insurance. Everything is BEYOND & quality. I cannot say enough fabulous things about them. Thank you, to all at Rodriquez for literally helping me to get my life back again.

We hired VAM Construction and Remodeling to close in a drywall entertainment.  Their estimate was 42% lower than the highest bid.  The project included closing in the entertainment center, removing an old TV from a different wall, patching and painting that wall, installing an electric fireplace, and hanging a Frame TV.  VAM arrived as scheduled.  They began work on the Monday before Thanksgiving (11/21/22) and it was completed on Tuesday, 11/30/22.  VAM employees were friendly, competent, and asked questions to ensure the project met expectations. The wall looks better than I imagined. I'm so happy I chose VAM and will call them for our next project.  THANK YOU!

Finding a contractor to manage a major remodel is harder than finding a life partner. At least, that's how it felt before I found Arizona Studs. I talked to contractors who were dismissive, some who were not responsive, and still others with less-than-stellar recommendations. But from the start, Joel at Arizona Studs was easy to work with and instilled a true sense of confidence. This was our guy! Joel managed a complete renovation of our 1956 original kitchen and living room, giving us a beautiful, open-concept living space with new floors, paint, doors, and of course ... a knock-down gorgeous kitchen. Joel was not only easy to work with, he was true to his word, showed up on time and when he said he would, and saw the project through from start to finish in just over a month. We were also really impressed with the sub-contractors Joel brought in, as all seemed to have the same work ethic and demeanor.

This is the second time I have used First Impressions at two different residences.  They have great customer service and quality doors.  I was lucky enough to have my door installed on my birthday, they arrived on time as promised. The door was absolutely gorgeous.  My front door is red so I had to match it.  I ordered the Napa in Montero Red and it was the perfect match.  The door was installed three weeks earlier than expected.  The installer was very nice, had me view the door prior to installing to ensure it was what I ordered. He explained the maintenance and upkeep, safety of keeping the key near the door in the event of an emergency.  The entire experience was flawless.  Terry Hardin was my sales person for both transactions.  I highly recommend, if you need a quality security door, First Impression is the only way to go.

After I gave bad review 3 months ago this company changed its attitude in a very good one. They fixed my door lock on time and the menager was so professional with me overall superproffesional from top to the bottom. The technician was so courteous .Very good job! I recomand anyone to try this company for promtitude and quality.

Had a second gate installed by FISD and the experience, like the first, was great.  They really worked with me on a challenging design issue and came through like champs. Their District Manager, Linda, took over after I experienced problems dealing with one of their salespeople.  Linda was AMAZING....so on top of things and eager to ensure that I was happy with the final result.  I am thrilled ...the gate is gorgeous.  Pricing was extremely competitive and the quality wonderful.  Would not hesitate to recommend FISD!

We had a leak in our roof that caused some damage internally.  Not only did he fix the damage (perfectly).  He called around to get someone to fix the roof.  I had called several roofers and no one called me back.  

He does quality work at a fair price.  He keeps you updated along the way (which is really appreciated).

CJ was great. He is polite and kind. I had him go to an elderly clients home to check smoke alarms batteries.  He had the batteries needed on his truck. And he was patient and kind to her. Very reasonable and fair.  I think I will use him for my handyman needs
