Best Custom Door Services in Phoenix AZ

This company should be called domestic goddesss they have done an outstanding job cleaning my 1500 square-foot two bedroom two bath home in Mountainbrook Village, Gold Canyon. They did an outstanding job with deep cleaning my home. It has never been so clean. I have had three other services prior, and they were all lousy compared to this team. I highly, highly recommend Native Bee cleaners.
You will not be disappointed. And by the way. Their prices are very reasonable and worth every dime.

Had my first appointment scheduled for today, exactly when it was needed. I received 2 reminders that it was scheduled. This morning I woke up at 6am to a text stating they could not come until next Tuesday, which is after the event I needed it for is over.
I gave 2 stars because when I told the representative that it was too late and not to book me she apologized right away and offered me 10% off another booking. That was nice, but not really good enough when you were counting on the help.
I was really disappointed.

I really wanted to be able to leave a good review here but I just can't in good conscience.
The response time was appreciated and for my 1400-sqft home I was quoted $250 (+ tip) for a deep cleaning including interior windows, blinds, base boards, ceiling fans, oven, and refrigerator.
I was told that we would have a 2-person crew come, and I specifically scheduled with them on a day that wasn't convenient for us so that two people would be available.
Well, Antonia came alone, and spent about 5 hours at the house.
When we came back home she was mopping the living room floor around the entrance rug. (She didn't lift it up to clean underneath which makes me think she didn't vacuum there either.)
Antonia left in a big hurry.
I came in to get my toddler a juice and opened the fridge and nothing in the fridge was clean.
I spoke to the business owner on the phone and she said Antonia was still in the driveway so she had her come in to clean it.
I went upstairs with my kids to give her space, and heard her come in, Take maybe two minutes, and then the front door slammed.
I went to look and she had just cleaned a few spots on one shelf. She did not take anything out.
I ended up re-washing the windows because she neglected many.
Two out of 4 fans were dusted. Our downstairs hallway base boards were not touched.
She did not go underneath anything- couch, chairs, beds, not even with the vacuum. Behind the lazy boy chair and surrounding it was still dust and dog hair.
I stripped the beds and she put the same sheets (dirty) right back on them. Nothing was washed.

I feel like this was a lot of work for one person so I understand she was exhausted but not scheduling the two as promised, really screwed us over and she did not get to everything.
We did not get a price fix on the things that were not finished, Even after I spoke to them about the refrigerator.
I'm pregnant and due in a few weeks so this "deep clean" was a gift to myself so I can relax. All it did was frustrate me.

At best this was a spot clean service and unfortunately I will not be having them back.

To sum it up in one word - AMAZING.  My girlfriend had been begging to me to just try a maid service as I have been so against it in the past.  Why spend money for work that she could do ;-)  



We researched reputable services in the Scottsdale area and decided to give The Maids of Scottsdale a try as they appeared to be the best value.  Boy was I right.  Great customer service setting up the appointment and the team that came to clean was uniformed, friendly, and had everything they needed.  The operations manager even stopped in to make sure everything was going okay which I appreciated but wasn't necessary.  My team leader was doing a great job with everything I'd asked them to do.  

I don't know what the previous reviewer is talking about because this company was so easy to work with.  The team continually asked if everything was to my satisfaction and if I wanted anything else done.   We were so pleased we called and got a price for once a month service so we can get a good deep clean once a month.  Now that I know how affordable it can be, the decision is easy.  Even better, no more fights about who's going to clean what!

This company Scammed me.  They charged my  account 6 times and have yet to do any work or return my calls and messages.  Discover card is disputing all charges.

They didn't even clean my House! As in showed up an hour early and when I asked the maid to wait so I could put my animals away and get changed she got in her car and left. Got a call saying that she didn't have time to wait for me which confuses me because she was scheduled to clean for two hours. The business not only did not send someone else out they should have upgraded for the inconvenience. Horrible experience horrible on Groupon's part for advertising with them.
Better off doing it my self! So disappointed in the unprofessionalism.
