I tried to give this company a chance for my business, but they won't even answer the phone and keep sending me to voicemail. This is not how I want to be treated as a customer. If you can't even make time to talk to potential customers, how can I trust that you will do quality work?

Cody was very professional and answered all our questions on the windows and the install process. The quote was reasonable to replace 9 windows in our 70's block home so we hired them. It did take a few months for the windows to come in, but they did come in a month ahead of schedule. K&J was able to get us scheduled for the install right away. The installers arrived on time and were very courteous and clean. They did a great job on the install and we are very happy.

We had a sliding glass door panel replaced this morning. The technicians were super friendly and moved quickly and efficiently. Steve set up an appointment time for me and was able to give me exact pricing for the project ahead of time so I knew what to expect. The glass was priced competitively and we are happy with the results. We will recommend Dependable Glass to anyone who asks. Thanks guys!

Very pleased with the results. They replaced a large dual pain window in an upstairs family room. It was a tricky install with them having to walk on a clay tile roof. I was nervous about lots of tiles being cracked. They sent a crew of 3 to do the install and were extremely careful on the tile roof. Only 1 tile was broken and that's not bad at all! These guys did a great job and were very professional. I would recommend them.

We had them replace our springs in a window that went bad. They came in with the best price and I scheduled them for a week out. We had a change in our plans and asked them if they could come that day. They called me back and said they will have somebody out within the hour. Fantastic!

Had my front and back porch roof redone a year ago by PCC Roofing and they did a great job they were efficient and cleaned up great after. I had a monsoon issue a year later and they were quick to come out and help me with the issue they even fixed a part of my roof that had nothing to do with the job they did. Very professional good guys I'd recommend this company to anyone.

Sunny State Glass, replaced a shattered Arcadia Door for me. He did an outstanding job, very little disruption of my time and left everything in good order, even cleaned the door in addition to the installed glass. I recommend using this service for any glass need.

No hard sell to purchase the most expensive, which we greatly appreciated. We got estimates from other companies and were told the expected wait was 6-8 months or more. With Joe, after signing the contract to job completion was only 6 weeks and they did an amazing job!! Joe, Jeff & Porter were a pleasure to work with and our windows look absolutely beautiful. We also had them remove a window and it looks perfect - like there was never a window there! Just a great company to work with all around and they left everything neat & clean. I needed some doors replaced after a tenant kicked down a few of them at a rental. After calling around to multiple door stores I discovered that most door stores are unwilling to do the mill work on the doors and that it would take weeks to get the doors in. I called A thru z doors and was immediately impressed by the owner. He told me he could do the mill work for me as well no problem. In less then a week I had the new doors with the correct milling done. I'd definitely recommend going here. He also does locks and safes among other hardware things.

This company is very professional.  Bobby measured for the 5 window that needed to be upgraded. the office called and stayed in touch once the windows were due to arrive and set up a convenient time to installed. On installed day they arrived as stated. The installation was completed and everything cleaned up and a beautiful job.  The price was very competitive I would recommend Lowery's Window and Door without any hesitation to everybody.

Not all the plugs were not included with the door and I have not been able to get the plugs. I do not feel the door is completely installed though it has been completely paid for.

Our master bedroom exterior door was recently hit by a rock which broke the outer glass pane.  This is a nine foot door with a frame around the edges and all glass in the middle.  We preferred to deal with someone local and my wife found Jackson Glass in New River.  Jason came over the same day my wife called and discussed various options with us including buying a new door.  Since this door is the same as our exterior great room door we wanted them both to look the same.  The major problem is that the doors are fiberglass.  Most folks wouldn't even attempt to replace the glass on a door like this, but Jason said he had done a handful of similar doors and would take a crack at ours as well.  He gave us an estimate and we decided to have him repair it. During this phase Jason never pressured us to choose a particular option or even to hire him for the job.

Prior to coming out to perform the repair Jason called my wife to let her know he would actually be able to complete the repair for about 20% less than his estimate.  This was after we'd already agreed to have him do the job at the price he originally quoted.  How often do you ever here of a business owner coming in under an estimate like this?!

On the day of the repair Jason showed up a few minutes early and quickly started the repair.  He was very meticulous throughout and when he was finished you could barely tell the door had been touched.  The new glass looks great and where he sealed it looks very clean and professionally done.  I found out from Jason as we chatted that he can do virtually any type of glass repair including those uniquely designed panes in vanity mirrors and curio cabinets.

When Jason was finished he thoroughly cleaned up all areas where he had performed work (something you don't always see nowadays). My wife and I are thoroughly pleased with the way the door looks and will certainly call on Jason for any future glass needs.  He is extremely professional and personable and an honest business owner.  I would highly recommend him without hesitation.  I'm hoping we won't be breaking any more glass, but if we do it's reassuring to know Jason is just a phone call away.

Evan was awesome! I had a mirror that needed to be hung and weighed about 40lbs. He was very prompt in answering the phone and scheduling me to get this done for me. Was very friendly, on time and knew what he was doing as well. He was also nice enough to mount a tv on my wall, which is not his expertise but was nice enough to do that. I would definitely recommend him and his company!!!

Want to fix a broken window in a timely way? If so, go elsewhere. Called to fix this window. Came for estimate pretty quickly; that was the good part. Getting this done is a joke but not funny. First, the estimate given was half the real price they charged. We paid close to $100 more than was necessary. Then the stories; we have a big job, we;ll try to fit you in but there are priorities in front of you. So now you pay top $ + and have to beg for installation.They took a deposit and got lost. I told them to return deposit or give a firm installation date. We finally got this installation. An awful lot of aggravation and really Fric & Fac service. Don't call these people ever. Especially if its raining.
