We have had many issues with our AC and just as many issues finding a great company to help us. We decided to find a new company to help. Alex and Ideal Energy, are absolutely the best. They fixed our nagging coil issue (correctly, unlike the previous company) and did fantastic work. They made us a priority and took great care of us. I highly recommend them! Beyond their great work, they communicated very well with us and their customer service is top notch! I couldn't be happier with our choice. Thank you!

I used the Hobaica company for an estimate only in March of 2017 for my 2300 square foot home. It has been over about 7 months but I clearly remember how everything went down. I called numerous people throughout the valley to give me an estimate for a completely new AC unit/Heater combo that I was planning to replace the entire system before my old one died. I had them come out and the representative was a Hobaica family member himself. He was very nice and personable but the prices he gave me were through the roof. There was the high end model super duper dual compressor something else for 12k, the medium super fancy one about 10k and then the cheapest one was 8.8k. I was like wow those are some pretty expensive quotes but he did give me a nice informed brake down of all the charges and what they do. I ended up going with a gentleman that lives in my neighborhood who has his own business who quoted me the best price. He was able to beat their prices by 3k. He did not have a salesman come out either so I am sure that is one of the reasons it was cheaper no middleman. If you are rich and don't mind forking out lots of cash for an AC unit Hobaica is the man for the job, but I am not. My AC unit is great and even when it was 120 degrees over the summer I was loving life at 78 degrees in my house.

Called me to solicit my business during dinner time, and despite the fact that I'm on the Do Not Call list. When I pointed that fact out (granted, a little less nicely than necessary), I was responded to with a rude, well, the system is not infallible. No apology to be found. Even if I was looking for someone to do my air or heating, at this point I would consider literally anyone before Rescue One.

Williams handy man Billy will definitely be able to assist with any project you have. Very professional and takes pride in the work provided. Since I found him on Yelp ive hired him to do many projects (ceiling tv mounts, patio curtains, mirror hanging, etc)

I do not recommend anyone hire Joe for tile work, or anything else for that matter. I reached out at the beginning of June to have him demo and re-tile two bathroom showers and initially, Joe was very responsive. I chose him because he had photos of a previous tile job he had done. He sent me a quote and told me it would take 2-3 days per bathroom from start to finish. He came out the first day and removed the tile, and then found that the original tile was put up on drywall. As we decided to put in cement board, he told me it would take an extra day per bathroom. I offered to buy the backerboard, he said not to worry about it.

First day was demo. Second day was 5 days later due to his family emergency, and he put in the backerboard and shower valve. Day 3 (a week after starting) he started to put up tile and wasn't able to finish, so he came back the next day. Took 4 days just to get the tile up (no grout), at which point I was able to get a good look at his work.

He had left tile spacers in from Day 3 (should have been removed after 20-30 min). If I hadn't removed them, they'd have been left in over the weekend. Most of them were stuck and broke off. There was also a dent in my tub and adhesive all over it. When I texted him about it, he said I could clean the adhesive with a sponge and regarding the damage to the tub that happened when I did the demo. No apology or offer to fix it.

I then noticed that one of the walls wasn't level. Several of the tiles were out of place, one had a corner popping out. None of the grout lines were even. There was a huge gap between where the tile ended and where the drywall began. When I texted him regarding the wall not being level, he took two days to respond. When I sent a follow up text after not hearing back, he said he could take out and replace the tiles but could not fix the wall not being level.

I then had two separate contractors come out to assess it and both said it was the worst work they'd ever seen. They confirmed that the wall should not have been tiled until it was level, and that they could definitely level it but the whole shower would have to be ripped out and started over. Additionally, now the tub needs to be replaced as Joe damaged it during the demo.

I reached back out to him with this information and apart from saying sorry for the inconvenience he did not take any responsibility for not only the terrible work, but the damage he caused. I sent two additional texts and he completely ignored both. He has refused to refund my deposit or fix the work (beyond replacing a couple of tile, which is a complete waste of time). So now it has been two weeks, I still don't have a functional shower, and I am now out $2,000 between the deposit and the tile and tub. Unacceptable.

Everything about this company is garbage from the techs to the customer service. The tech did shoty work just so he could get in and out and charge me money that he knew I was basically throwing down the toilet. The Reps when you call in do not follow up with what they say they will do. One rep told me that I dont pay his check so he doesn't have to listen to me and then hung up on me. I have a small child, a dog, and my fiance who is currently 4 months pregnant and its currently summer in arizona and they took the opportunity to absolutely take advantage of me just to make some easy money. I had another tech from Autum air out here and within 30 seconds he had found the issue and could tell without even touching the unit. He removed the outer piece while on stood there and sure enough he was right all he did was listen to the unit and already could tell where the problem was yet. Chas Robert's wanted to have another trip done another day and charge me again. Don't ever use this worthless company unless you enjoy throwing money in the trash.
