Fantastic service. Met me at the parking lot where my car was stranded within a couple hours after my call, then opened my car and replaced my lost FOB in a matter of minutes.

Needed to get a car key made asap and Arthur came through for us. He was very fast at responding and giving us the up front cost to make a chip key for our car. Will use them again in the future for any locksmith needs. The price was reasonable and the service was outstanding!

Great service!  My house keys were stolen from my car. Johnny Locksmith came out 20 minutes after I called them and quickly rekeyed 2 doors for me.  The technician was friendly and the pricing was fair.  I definitely recommend their service.

He showed up on time and fast response and did a good job on rekeying my front door. Reasonable price and he's really nice. I will definitely use again if something is happened!

Just used them again yesterday, and I called them a while back to help me at night- that's 4/5 times now?) Re: the night job, one of my men locked his keys in his work truck at the end of the day.. I thought he'd be there forever and it would super expensive for an after hours service call.. imagine my surprise when they showed up in less than 30 minutes, opened the truck in two seconds, and charged us an extremely reasonable fee!

Yesterday it was my turn.. I locked my keys in my truck across town at a supplier, and I was *so tired* from a dental procedure..I was about to break a window, then I remembered my favorite locksmith..I called them and despite being all the way across town, Carol said one hour... they showed up in *exactly* one hour and opened my truck in 5 minutes!

Jon responded quickly and gave an estimate. My situation turned into an emergency when my front door handle broke and I couldn't open the door from either side. Since Jon's wife has gone into labor! He referred me to Golden Lock and Hunter responded and changed out my licker and handle within hours. They both get 5 stars!

We moved into our new house and only had one key and the kids lost it!! I called JT's at 6pm and Jeremiah answered the phone and said he would come right over! Which was amazing and he was the nicest guy you could ask for he changed all of our door locks and reinstalled them within the hour!! Big and little Jim are awesome. I had an antique key that I needed matched. They were able to find a decorative blank and made several keys that fit perfectly. I highly recommend Copper State I have them finding a lock for another antique I have.

Our garage door opener along with our house keys were stolen from our home.  We called Mike and he was willing and available to help us, on that same day!!! He arrived at our home at the time he promised. He was very understanding to our needs.  He even made suggestions to save us some money. He was conscientious about his job.  Thanks to Mike, our family now feels safe in our home again.  We will definitely call Mike for any of our future locksmith needs.

Couldn't be any happier with the service. Got my key cut and programmed. Also got my remote programmed. They told me I had eight other remote programmed to my truck, so they deleted the rest. Very personable, outgoing and friendly. Best price I found. Very responsive to my messages. Would definitely recommend.

I decided to have my house rekeyed.  After some research, I connected with Scott at Stoddart's Lock & Safe via Yelp. I sent him info regarding my house and promptly received a written estimate, which I thought was reasonable.  I called him and we made an appointment for Terry Richards to do the job the following Monday (today) between 11:00 and 2:00 pm. Just before 11:00 I received a call from Terry stating he would be there in 20 minutes.  I showed him which locks I wanted changed, he he suggested that the key to the main house be a kind of master key, and a separate set of keys be made for the casita.  I thought this was a great idea, as I now have only a single key that works for both houses. The casita key only works for the casita. He went about his job quickly and professionally, keeping me abreast of his progress. I watched him check every key in every lock.  Very conscientious.  Would recommend this locksmith to anyone. In fact, I already did. Very satisfied with the job done by Mr. Richards and Stoddart Lock & Safe.

Tech Bobby called when he was on his way and he arrived when he said he would. He rekeyed my front door, screen door, and garage door for the same key while still allowing me to keep my ornate original door handle. He also readjusted the lock piece on the door jam so that the door shut and locked easily. Angie's list has a discount on the service fee so if you have that I recommend using it it'll save you maybe 20 bucks. They also do mailbox rekeys but I didn't have that done. Ran me around 130 and they provide a detailed receipt and accept credit/debit for payment.

Local business with local employees. The gentleman at the counter was DEFINITELY hard of hearing, which made me laugh. I got 2 keys copied for just 4 bucks!!! He showed me their versions of my key, and was polite.... I just had to be super loud so he could hear... Again. COMICAL. But He did his job well.  I ordered special motorcycle keys online, and was referred here by North Valley Honda. I'll be back for any lock/key related needs for sure.

Called this outfit at 8:30 a.m. on a Thursday w/key stuck in my ignition.

Guy showed up in ~an hour. First, he told me he thought he could fix it in 20 minutes & would cost me $310... um, wow.

I agreed because they had me by the balls.

After about 40 min, the locksmith said that the ignition cylinder would need replaced, that he was going to go get one "at the company warehouse, 5 minutes away".

He returned after an hour & said "Nobody has your part in stock. I went to O'Reileys, Auto zone, blah blah blah..."
Company warehouse my a$$...

So he tells me that it's only available at Honda, it's much more expensive & my bill will jump to $475. I tell him to forget it, I'll have it towed somewhere & the price magically dropped to $330.

I PAY HIM THE $330 CASH, & off he goes to Honda around noon. He returns at dinner time only to inform me that he has the wrong part, it won't fit & Honda is closed until tomorrow morning at "10 or 11".

So, it's now Friday morning. I'm out $330 & I don't hear from anyone before NOON when I FINALLY CALL THEM.
Jerk around, jerk around, put off.
I call again at 1:30 & still dont have a solid commitment.

Presumably this will still get fixed today. Assuming so, I would never, ever call this company again & I emphatically DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM...

If zero stars was an option, it would be appropriate. They did nothing right.

Unless you love being jerked around, put off, lied to & overcharged. In which case, you're going to love A1 locksmith in Phoenix.
