If I could give 100 stars it wouldn't be enough. Picture three hot tired dogs, leaving the dog park, being put in a black BMW expecting to be driven home and instead they get locked in. Pop A Lock was there within 15 minutes, free of charge (I would have paid anything) and were super nice. I seriously can't say enough good things.  just ask my happy hounds!!

So glad I found Rapid Response Locksmith! I lost my car keys and needed to figure out how I'd get to work, because I only had one spare. Arthur was quick to respond and within minutes I had keys!

Alon was responsive, amiable, and so helpful. Despite a malfunctioning lock, he was able to get the door open without breaking the doorframe and replaced the lock competently and efficiently. We are so grateful and highly recommend his services.

We were 250 miles away from home and were in dire need of a locksmith when our house/dog sitter arrived and our spare key broke off in the lock and he had NO way to get in our house to care for the dogs! Jon was amazing. He showed up right on time, changed all of our locks and even let me pick the keys I liked! He was friendly and more than patient. Needed a few keys cut so I found this place in my Yelp directory. Friendly prompt service and to top it off I didn't get ripped off for the cutting of some double sided keys. $5 a Key. I spent about 10 minutes and was in and out in great time.

Called to inquire about getting locks changed. They sent a tech pretty quickly and gave me a quote to change the locks. He returned with the locks I requested and after he completed the job, he informed me that he rekeyed the locks and not replaced them. He also said he had to use a more expensive lock to fit my door which significantly changed the quote and did not ask permission first before installing them. I paid a hefty price for their service. He finished the job at 7pm. I called the next day to speak to a manager and was given multiple f bombs when asked why I needed to speak to them. They hung up before I could say another word. Do not use them. They are crooks. I will be changing our locks again.

I had a horrible night and lost my car keys still no where to be found. I lost hope after a couple days, so I had to contact a locksmith. My first time ever having to deal with this type of situation, but Bo saved my life! He came instantly and resolved my car troubles quickly and efficiently. If you ever have any situation where you're locked out of anything you should totally contact Bo, he'll save your life and your wallet's.

A++ I found United Lock through Yelp and after reading the great reviews decided to hire this company for my job. Nathan was prompt, courteous and professional. All the work was done at a fair price, and I will definitely hire them again if I'm in need of a locksmith.

Fast and Efficent
Requested a quote and a few days later, he came to change my locks on my front door and rekey my back.  I had bought these expensive locks and the deadbolt ended up being defective. He expressed that the locks I have are extremely great locks and I should just get my money back and not worry about changing them.  I agreed. He repackaged it nicely and I just rekeyed that lock.  He saved me $155 by returning that lock.  I was happy about that.  Very cool guy.  Highly recommend, Ricky

I called at 4:30 p.m. on a Friday about an issue I was having with an S&G lock on a safe.  Scott asked my timeframe and indicate he'd not be able to come out immediately (he was the only one that did "safes") but gave me a great referral.  He also gave me something to try first.  I did what he said... sand the safe opened on the first try!

Called these guys on a Friday they were able to make an appointment on Saturday.  Even offered a later appointment thay day but I could not accept. I showed up late but Jacob was unphased. He keyed the whole house in less than 2 hours (About 13 locks). Very professional and went above and beyond. Seemed very fair too and showed me options if I needed them. I would definitely use them again.

So it's actually acme, not ace, but whatever. Hours posted on the website, Yelp, and in the window were ALL different. But still like to support a local business, and I was able to get everything I needed rekeyed for half the price than if I'd gotten all mee hardware, which would've been the only option at hardware stores. Service was friendly and efficient, and saved me money compared to alternative options. And it's close to home. This will be my go to locksmith in the neighborhood.

Despite the previous bad reviews regarding this place, I decided to stop in and have a key made figuring I'd give them and chance and the fact that this was very close to my location. Alas I was disappointed when the lights were off and the door was locked at 11am on Tuesday. The posted hours clearly indicated that they should be open.  No key for me!

Called this outfit at 8:30 a.m. on a Thursday w/key stuck in my ignition.

Guy showed up in ~an hour. First, he told me he thought he could fix it in 20 minutes & would cost me $310... um, wow.

I agreed because they had me by the balls.

After about 40 min, the locksmith said that the ignition cylinder would need replaced, that he was going to go get one "at the company warehouse, 5 minutes away".

He returned after an hour & said "Nobody has your part in stock. I went to O'Reileys, Auto zone, blah blah blah..."
Company warehouse my a$$...

So he tells me that it's only available at Honda, it's much more expensive & my bill will jump to $475. I tell him to forget it, I'll have it towed somewhere & the price magically dropped to $330.

I PAY HIM THE $330 CASH, & off he goes to Honda around noon. He returns at dinner time only to inform me that he has the wrong part, it won't fit & Honda is closed until tomorrow morning at "10 or 11".

So, it's now Friday morning. I'm out $330 & I don't hear from anyone before NOON when I FINALLY CALL THEM.
Jerk around, jerk around, put off.
I call again at 1:30 & still dont have a solid commitment.

Presumably this will still get fixed today. Assuming so, I would never, ever call this company again & I emphatically DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM...

If zero stars was an option, it would be appropriate. They did nothing right.

Unless you love being jerked around, put off, lied to & overcharged. In which case, you're going to love A1 locksmith in Phoenix.
