I own a condo which I rent in Mesa.  It is on the first floor.  My tenant called to say there was a rat (or droppings) in the oven.  I called Arizona Pest Squad and left a voice message at 7:30 am.  David called me back at 7:45 am (before they opened) and made an appointment for the same day.

He then called my tenant and scheduled with her.  He went to the condo, found out that there was at least one rat but no holes in the wall. He concluded that the rat came in under the front screen door when the main door was left open.  He set several traps in places where the tenants cats would not get them. Both inside and outside.  The next morning, he returned to find that he caught one rat.

David also educated my tenants about the necessity of keeping things clean.  He pulled the stove out and showed them how much debris was between the wall and the stove and on the floor.  He told them that it needed to be cleaned.  Same with the refrigerator and the washer and dryer area.

He has since caught another rat outside the front door.  Each time he does something he emails me and sends me a text.
