Had a few random minor plumbing issues that needed some repair. Called Response Crew and Jennifer handled all scheduling which was next day service efficiently and accurately. Our service tech was, Paul who called in advance to notify me of his arrival time. Paul was professional and sought more insight on several repairs needed.  Paul was good at communicating all details and product costs while completing work. As some specialized parts were required Paul quickly sourced the parts and returned to fix the issue. Also another hard to find part was still needed to fix another job and after completing my job Paul said he would look out for this part in the next few days to avoid having to replace entire faucet. This was over and above customer service and I will use Response Crew and hopefully have Paul back to complete any further repair jobs needed.

Job- Came on time. Completed job quickly and to what was pre-discussed. Overall appears to be ok work; difficult to assess long term, hopefully cracks in the beam in the pics are cosmetic and will hold up outdoors but I did spend my time filling them in and the major ones were there when he was completing the job (and other cracks showed up later), so those seen should have been taken care of as part of replacement or should have purchased better quality materials.

Cost- Received multiple quotes and was comparable to another company, higher than a three others but sometimes you get what you pay for. Paid the little extra based on reviews, responsiveness and ease of scheduling & communicating.

Professionalism- Started talking about current events, which I don't care about, but I didn't really care since it was not affecting the work getting done and if kept generalized and cordial. Won't post what was said but made a comment directed and personal to my family which was not appreciated.

Don't believe I will utilize the company for future jobs and will certainly not recommend to others.

We have had Pepe come out 3 times already to do various repairs/projects.  He is very quick to respond and shows up on time.  Very reasonable and honest.  I highly recommend him!!

Gary did a great job. He responded to my request quickly and came even though it was past his business hours.

Chris is knowledgeable, professional, efficient, and affordable .  He installed two new bathroom plumbing fixtures, cabinet,  all the hardware, faucets including the  kitchen faucet and even repaired some electrical outlets for safety.  He was invaluable in helping update a senior citizen's home needs and took time to explain and communicate with the owner and family.  I highly recommend Chris for all types of services.

AMS recommended by our plumber, as we needed some drywall repair and grout repair. Very happy with the work performed and price was fair. Person that did the work (John Surakus) also provided very helpful suggestions on professionals for other tasks that weren't typical handyman jobs.

He's the real deal. I've been looking for a simple next door neighbor type handy man and he's your guy. Friendly, helpful and smart. I will be using him in the future. Thanks again!

Just moved into a new place and needed a dog door installed. After waiting weeks for the landlord's service crew to "get right on that", I finally gave up on them and called Mike at Copper State. Not only was he able to fit the job in on the SAME day, he took a few extra minutes out of his way to fix some faulty blinds too! Couldn't be happier with his work or service. Will definitely call him first next time. Highly recommended!

I called Steve for an issue with my toilet that was just running consistently. He walked me through some steps over the phone, and when I got home I tried them, and it worked!!! He took time out of his day and could have easily charged me a service call to come out and do it himself, but he didn't! Although he did offer if those steps didn't work! Instantly gained my trust! I will be calling him now for any handyman jobs moving forward!! Thanks, Steve!!!! You're awesome!!

If you need a handyman Scott is it. He responded back to me in a very high fashion. He came on time. And literally went to work. Worked very fast, very precise and was worth every bit of money he charged me. He was very careful with my glass and rest of the equipment and walked me through how to put the system hopefully in my garage. Scott will be back to do more projects as I am trying to do upgrades to the house I was just blessed with. I am very pleased and thank you Scott I'll see you soon.

Dave was professional and gave me good value for my money. He arrived on time, cleaned up after himself and was very courteous

Will definitely use again. He installed 4 ceiling fans and a dining room light perfectly. Definitely had the best pricing out of anyone I got an estimate from. Highly recommend

John was awesome.  Helped us install fans, TVs and a French door to our flex space.  The house is now a home.   The door came out beautiful.  Thanks John for also helping with some of my husbands DIY .  Very responsive and reliable .   Will be calling for help again, especially if the hubs gets DIY AGAIN..

I wish I could give Phil -5. I have provided him with a list of thinks that I needed to be done and he estimated less than half a day.
Because he gets paid by the hour he stretched
the time . After 7 hours he has not completed the job, he left everything claiming he needs to go to pick up someone.
He came two days after and he did more work in 2 hours than what he accomplished in 7 hours.

Watch out paying by the hour is not always a good idea, you could be taken for a ride.

These guys are great. They communicate very well with you and are very polite. They show up on time and do the job. Prices are very reasonable and a small service charge for using credit cards.

Robert showed up on time to replace my front door handle. While he was here, he was also able to program my garage keypad. He's very reliable and friendly, per hour rate was reasonable with no hidden fees. I sent a message out for my repair request, luckily he was able to come the same day. came on time. installed a mirror perfectly fine and installed two new doors. estimated 4-6hr job but took much longer to finish. was also with a woman that got frustrated when i requested for them to use a white paint (that we already had) that actually matched the other doors in the house. they chose to use a matte white when our other doors were all a gloss white. was supposed to come a few days later to finish the service but he never showed up or called me back. installed a door that would not shut properly and gave us a bad paint job. i would not recommend his services.

Doug does great work. He shows up on time and is reasonably priced. I would definitely use him again.

I needed an external wall painted on our rental property. Chris went checkout our property the same day and took a picture and gave me a reasonable estimate.
The job was done quickly and payment was done in an easy online payment method.
Once the job is scheduled, I received an email stating when the job is scheduled. The job was done exactly when the job was scheduled and sent me a picture of the completed job.
