Service person installed the new lock but failed to fix the existing lock as requested on the door with two locks.  I had to fix the second lock myself after paying $135.  The service tech refused to return.

Victor was great.  The situation involved rekeying some locks, a distraught widow in her 80's, some care givers and a couple of attorneys.  He simply came and was professional, fast and reasonable.  I will be using his service again.  Great experience.

Eric is very responsive and was professional and kind. I had an issue with my steering wheel lock that needed to be replaced. Within an hour of texting him, Eric was in my driveway working on my car. I lost my key fob to my car and did not have a backup. I got several quotes but there was no comparison. Rapid Response had the best rate by far and they were able to be at my home in 20 minutes. The owner was professional, courteous, and friendly. I would definitely use them again and I highly recommend them.

Great customer service! We just moved into our new house and first thing we needed done after the painter and contractor for the floors were done was to get new locks. Jeff was on time and worked quickly and efficiently. I would recommend him to anyone without hesitation.

I started having trouble inserting my key in my front door lock. I thought this would be a good time to upgrade my lock to an optional keyless one. I bought a new lock and called and spoke to Alon. He came out yesterday afternoon and installed my new lock. It wasn't as easy as I thought it would be, but he figured it out and then showed me how to use it. He was efficient and friendly. The price was fair and reasonable. I would definitely recommend him.

Wow professional service to replicate a lost key on my 1997 ford ranger, was quick to deliver the key and very reasonable in price for being on a weekend. Great business and would totally recommend.

Not needing the mobile service, Todd suggested that I come over to his house during the 10 to noon time frame on Saturday to get my Mazda key foab cut and reprogrammed. It took a few extra minutes to do this job based on a variety of factors, but in the end, mission was accomplished. He is a funny guy, maybe a bit cluttered, but an old grisly veteran of the locksmith trade that knows his keys etc very well.

He quote about $75 the hour. I ended paying $375 for two hours. I asked for a invoice disclosure. So that I place a claim on my insurance. And I still waiting

This place is amazing I called and went right over on a Friday and they cut me 3 new keys for $9 in less than 5 minutes. No wait, good quality keys and friendly service! Worth the drive for the quality and speed! Right off the 10 freeway, would highly recommend over places like Home Depot where you cut your keys yourself and they don't always work.
