I'm scratching my head on this one. I called on Wednesday 1/26 at 3:45 PM to schedule an appointment. The agent seemed confused and a little unsure. They scheduled a time for me for Thursday (tomorrow) 2/3 at 7:30 AM. But since then I received no confirmation (no phone call, email, text or anything) of my appointment.

Fast forward to today. I call to confirm if my appointment is still on. I wait about 5 minutes or so and hang up since I was on hold. I call back and am on hold for a little while again. When I'm about to hang up again, a person comes on and I explain what I'm trying to do. She tells me that she's the dispatch and she doesn't handle the scheduling. "Who handles the scheduling?" I ask. She said the office does. She takes my name and number for someone to call me back.

So I don't know if I ever had an appointment, I don't know if I've ever reached anyone at the office, and I don't know if my appointment is set for tomorrow. Either they are extremely successful and are trying to keep up with the demand of doing good business, or they totally suck right now. Remains to be seen. Hopefully I hear back. To be continued...

Pedro and Robert were amazing on my service call to install a new ceiling fan and update several fixtures in my house. They were knowledgeable, friendly and very courteous. On my first service call, Pedro provided me with an estimate for all of the work and he was spot on! The final costs were very fair and exactly what I was expecting to pay based on the estimate. I will be recommending TIO to friends and family and calling them for all my electrical needs. Thanks so much for such a great experience.

Got a call back within a few minutes of leaving message and the techs were out the next morning.  Kevin and Corey were professional and very pleasant, great guys who do great work.  Would definitely recommend them!  This was a small one hour job, will be calling them back for any and all future projects!

I am not the type of person to write a review. I am old school; very particular, expect promptness, accountability, and expertise in the field of business I am paying for. I don't tolerate excuses, impatience, or wasted time. Wiring Pros won over this old codger which is a feat many who know me believe was nearly impossible.

I contacted David at Wiring Pros and explained I had just arrived at my newly purchased home in Goodyear Az. and I was leaving tomorrow morning to go back home (out of state) and wouldn't be back for a few weeks for the new move. He came out that day and spent a few hours with me to discuss everything I wanted to get done.

David came to my house 1 day prior to my move (with my permission) to assess the work and get the installers on board to all I wanted and how I wanted it. The next day, the installers were there bright and early to tackle a job which would take 4-5 full days.

The installers I had were 2 young men who were courteous, positive attitudes and really knew their jobs. I had made changes, additions, and even request that I didn't think could be possible due to the difficulty of the task. But there wasn't anything they couldn't do. I would ask Brad how difficult a change would be, and he'd always reply, anything can be done and bring the task to fruition.

5 STARS FOR WIRING PROS. I would recommend Wiring Pros for any and all electrical projects, problems, additions or whatever your electrical needs are, no matter how small or large.

I had a great experience hiring Rogoz for adding a new NEMA 14-50 outlet in my garage. They were punctual, friendly and able to perform the work after giving me a free, in person quote! (which also happened to be the most competitive of those I'd received) Excellent service and advice were given!

I discovered a problem with my washing machine and expected to have it fixed later in the week.  I called Gabe about 3:30 PM and he said he could come by later that afternoon.  He arrived about 6 PM and had it running in about 20 minutes.  He diagnosed and fixed it incredibly fast with no surprises.

I had discovered a problem with a toilet during the time I placed the first call and when he showed up.  He had that fixed in no time after making a run to Home Depot for the missing part which I reimbursed him for with no markup.  

So, I went from thinking I'd have two problems to fix over the weekend to having them solved in a short time right away, which was nice for peace of mind.  Pricing was fair, a bit under what I was originally fixing them would be having two separate people out to help me with them.

If you are want to deal with a repairman who doesn't take forever to come out, blow you off with no explanation or come up with gotchas definitely try One Shot out.  I went from two headaches to none in a very short time!

Firefly Electric did a EXCELLENT job of meeting our electrical needs! My husband began an electrical project that he could not finish. Ryan came out quick, assessed the situation and provided much appreciated feedback on what would be the best options for us. Ryan was friendly, professional and didn't try to upsell us. We will be using Firefly Electric from here on out!

I lost all electricity for my swimming pool and started searching for an electrician. I had several calling me because I didn't know who to hire. Bolt stood out with professionalism from the initial contact. I spoke with Stephanie and she was awesome. Had them come out and Daniel was impressive also. I got the worst news on my pool, needing a complete re-wire, which I was expecting but Bolt did a great job and completed it the very next day. Pool is up and running like new. Thank you Bolt.  I would use Bolt again and recommend Bolt to my friends in need of electrical work.

JR from Affordable Electric Service provided excellent service from my initial phone call to the completion of my request installation of 3 dedicated 20A circuits. This is a New home purchase December 19, 2022. The master bedroom, and living room, were on one circuit breaker. When I used my floor heater would trip  the circuit breaker. JR from Affordable, Electric Service, installed (3) 20A to solve my problem. I now have peace of mind when turning on my floor heater. JR converted an already existing plate to have 20A and 15A plug.
Affordable electric service was polite, prompt, professional, dedicated, patient, courteous, cleanliness, fast and most importantly they live up to their  name affordable, they had a great price.

Alex was great to deal with. I needed my electrical box updated on my house, and called Alex to discuss. We made an appointment later that day for an estimate. He kept me updated on his arrival, and arrived on time. We discussed options, and came to an agreement on the best way to go. Alex followed up with an estimate that matched what we discussed, and came to the house ahead of schedule and completed the project. Overall, quality work, excellent communication and he was very easy to work with. Recommend!

Matt, who owns EES, has done multiple jobs for us and most recently an electric car charging station. He is always honest and reliable and is licensed, bonded, and insured which was important to us. I would recommend him to anyone for any electrical needs. He does great work for a fair price and I will use him for anything in the future.

We found Gary through Yelp, and we'll definitely be calling him again. He communicated well, showed up promptly when scheduled and did a great job on our installations for a fair price. Thanks, Gary.

Dodge electric came highly recommended from a few valley Tesla owners and now i see why. I had gotten a few quotes from other companies to install a 240v 50amp in my garage for my Tesla. Dodge electric beat most companies by a few hundred. My garage is detached in my backyard and my breaker panel is in the front of the house. Most companies were wanting me to hire a landscaper to come trench my yard, however Dodge was creative and was able to save me money by running the conduit near my fence that i share with my neighbor. They completed a 75 foot wire run in about 3.5 hours and the work looks very professional. I would recommend them to any other EV owners who need a high powered outlet in their space!

Installed all the electrical work needed for my Nissan Leaf to level 2 charge. Added a few more outlets to my home as well as a few more overhead recessed lights in areas needing light. Very respectful and polite throughout the entire process. Highly recommend.

I'm torn on how I should write my review on this one.

The work that the two gentlemen did was great. They were timely, very clean, the job was done correctly and professionally, and they were patient with my two curious toddlers.

On the other hand the price came out to double what I was originally quoted, which I wasn't pleased with. I did get a bunch of quotes over the phone prior to getting the job done, and this company was one of the best one for price, which is why I chose them. Part of that was my fault, for not getting the quote in writing (like in an email or something). They didn't offer a quote over the phone, but I still should have asked anyways. Next time I will ask for a quote through an email. I learned my lesson.

If it wasn't for the misunderstanding of the price, this would have been an easy 5 star review. I still would recommend them because of how good they were.

Alex was wonderful.  Responded to my yelp email communication within minutes, made an appt for the next day and showed up on time. He was professional and courteous and did a wonderful job with the electrical work.  I would surely call him again.

Very pleased with their service and pricing. I called to get a quote and they were able to make it out in a day or two notice. The technician was very knowledgeable and their quote was much lower than another quote that I received.

Dave does quality work. Not only will I use him again (install a mini split A/C & a Tesla charger) I will recommend him to my friends & family. I needed my 16x20 shop wired with a sub panel. He showed up when he said he would and is very fast and efficient. This is what I had him do. Install sub-panel, 14 outlets, wiring for future equipment, and lights inside and outside. The price he quoted was the price I paid. No upcharges or surprises. He was very professional and pays attention to details.
