Recently purchased a home and seller made some repairs to the house prior to closing. Seller contracted Zona Restoration to replace wood shakes roof with asphalt shingles. After work was performed, Zona restoration left a lot of debris in the attic resulting from the roof replacement.  There were some other items, the seemed like oversight such leaving disconnected exhaust pipes and lack of any kind of attic ventilation (which is causing the attic to have temperature of 140 degrees in a 100 degree day).

I called their customer service and was indicated to compose an email with zona restoration invoice and statement of work completed, so it would be send to production manager, Dave. I composed the email and send all the info. A day later, I got an email from customer service indicating that Dave was too busy to reach out, but the warranty wouldn't cover any of the work, since they were  not stipulated in the contract.

Now, I am uncertain if replacing a roof with ventilation and not connecting exhaust pipes as found ARE acceptable practices, but I cannot hold it against Zona Restoration, since the seller contracted and paid for their work and I am uncertain if the seller also tried to cut corners.
However, the attic debris and junk is part of the agreement (Excerpt: Haul away all job site related roof), but they decided to ignore and disregard my request to honor warranty. Customer service was nice and helpful, so I adding a second star; however, I wouldn't recommend or try to pursue the work warranty from Zona restoration; Instead, I am hiring a general contractor and now need to pay a couple thousand dollars to correct these issues on a brand new roof.

Arizona Total Home Restoration recently completed an asbestos abatement in our garage. We can't recommend them highly enough! Every employee was incredibly friendly, professional, and efficient. The project was stress-free for us and completed very quickly. Thank you!!

Fast service when we needed an inspection and drywall replacement for the sale of our home.

At the end of 2022, Mike and his company did a drywall ceiling repairs for us. One of the jobs was a high ceiling that required scaffolding. He and his crew are professional, did a great job, and do quality work. The painters did a good job matching and blending the paint too.

This company was amazing!  Daryl was extremely knowledgeable regarding our mold problem and had the job completed within a couple of days. He was professional and punctual and our home is totally mold free and sweet smelling once again. I absolutely recommend Moldex to anyone with a mold problem......great service!

The owner and crew had several life events going on which made it difficult to connect with me. I can understand that with some of what they were facing! Once we connected, they were good to work with and very professional. I have seen their quality work based on referrals, and love the results in my home. I took down fluorescent lighting and replaced with an elevated ceiling framed out stained to match my cabinets, installed a kitchen ceiling fan, spot lighting, undercabinet lighting, and new paint.  What great work and excellent skill.  Thanks for making it work!

Our primary shower started leaking water into our bedroom and damaged the floors. Taylor came out immediately to assess the damage and help me through the process of getting the bathrooms back to working order.
In less than a week, the necessary parts of the bathroom were removed and equipment put in place to dry out and clean the space. I am so grateful for this service.

Javier and crew did a thorough job on walking me through the steps they were taking and what the process looked like.  Thankfully no mold was found so turned into more preventative measures than deep treatment but glad that was the case.

Scott, Derek, Rick, and Scotts helper (forgot his name) were incredibly helpful throughout the demolition of a shared bathroom wall and our kitchen cabinets. Rick gave us a great overview of the work that needed to be done, and gave us great advice on dealing with our insurance. Derek was always very quick to respond in our communications (and I like alot of updates) and made me feel comfortable through the whole experience. He was also very helpful answering any questions I had since this was the first time I had a major water damage repair in the house. Scott and his helper communicated frequently with us about what stage we were at in the work, gave us great advice in the early stages of the repair, and were always kind and courteous throughout the work in our home. I was even told by several contractors that they would not be able to save our granite countertops and would have to replace them, but Alldry assured me they could save them. They were successful in doing so. Would highly recommend these guys!

This company is amazing. They came out late one night to help us with a water leak and mold issue. They were easy to work with, communicated with us through the entire process, and left us with a great result. We would gladly use them again and have recommended their services to others

We used Jose to sandblast the front and side of our of 1960's block home.  His quote was in right in line with another company that came out.  The whole project took less than 2 and half days, including prep and and a final cleanup.  We are very happy with results and would highly recommend using Unique Surface Prep for sandblasting.

Awesome service. He was prompt, courteous, and did the job quickly. Chris was extremely polite before, during and after the service, and that means a lot. The price was fair and the results were great. If my dumb dog ever tears up my carpet again, I know who I'm calling.

Restoration HQ did a fantastic job. Alexcis was great, she worked with me to schedule and re-schedule several times and made sure they could come at a time that was convenient for us. I had the pleasure of using Rhino Construction to help repair a 600sqft section of roofing. Due to builder flaws, this section has always been a problem. Through years of wear and tear from the sun and the rain we did get, we had tried repairing it ourselves to save money. It failed numerous times and that led us to needing a professional who was licensed, bonded, and insured. I found Rhino Construction via Yelp and was in contact with them in less than 24hrs. Everando came to walk and provide an estimate within a few days and the job was scheduled within the following week. Everando and his team meticulously repaired the roof while keeping us informed of any hidden damages that may have come up in the process that should be addressed. The job was done in 3 days and contact with Everando was consistent, timely, and professional. When doing a final walk through for the underside of the roof where drywall and painting was required, some touch ups were needed. Everando was on the phone with his team and they responded to complete the work same day.

Overall, I am happy with the work completed, the time it took to completely , and the value that was delivered. Thank you Everando to both you and your team for a job well done. We will gladly be using you in future projects where possible.

Awful service! We provided our insurance estimate to them on 7/18 and spoke with a very delightful Kristen (receptionist I think). We were advised someone would be calling later in the day to schedule a walk through for the rebuild. 7/24 we called to advise no one has called us our scheduled anything. Kristen urgently advised for someone to contact us and cc'd us on the email. Unfortunately, still nothing. We are using a different company that within 48 hours did the walk through, provided an estimate, and started the work.

Had a water leak that caused some damage to a couple walls and these guys were very responsive. Got water mitigation out same day and the demo/rebuild crew was very efficient and thorough. Worked well with insurance company. Highly recommend
