SHORTER VERSION  Aqua Dry came in after another company did a subpar job.  Whereas the first guys rushed through the job, Aqua Dry took 3 x the time to do it right.  They brought state of the art equipment, high wattage lights, cameras, changed filters frequently (no cutting corners). Their attention to detail was incredible; they even applied painter's tape to walls before putting up their containment area (saving your paint job) and respectfully protected my personal belonging from cross-contamination. These guys understand and know mold (they have 18 plus years experience and fully accredited) and work hard for us. Their management of cross-contamination is military-like, which you want.  Unlike the other company, they also did not trick mold clearance testing by leaving plastic over areas.  Aqua Dry's all around honesty and integrity is very rare.  Alex is also an absolute genius at inspecting for mold - and found mold colonies the other guys had totally missed, in one place by inches.  You won't find much about Aqua Dry online and I know why:  their business is nearly all word of mouth.  But I want others to know about them because mold remediation is serious health business and you need to know your mold remediator is doing the job perfectly.  Yes, perfectly.  If I could give them 10 stars here and everywhere, I would.

After being stood up for two different in person quotes I reached out to Affinity Bio Solutions through messenger in Yelp. Not only did they answer me back but they kept their appointment with me and made an on site inspection. The situation was dire and time was of the essence.  I was very please with the quote and there were no hidden fees. I actually paid less than the quote because they were able to fit everything into one dumpster not two.  To put it mildly the place was a hoarders dream and landlords nightmare.  Glen and his team did a fantastic job and I highly recommend them!!  The whole team was patient, understanding, and caring. A+++ service.

I wanted to reach out and commend your Phoenix AZ Office Project Manager, Ryan Farley, in assisting me in the evaluation of my Condominium smoke odor issue and various other construction odds and ends. I reside in California and my daughter attends Arizona State University. We were in the market to purchase a Condo and found the right one, but it needed some TLC.

Before we fully committed, I needed a qualified Restoration/Contractor expert to assess the cigarette smoke odor and neglect by the prior owner. Ryan Farley came to the rescue and did a fantastic job and exceeded my expectations!

He met with my Realtor on two occasions and the Home Building Inspector so they could discuss their findings. He coordinated within 24 hours a HVAC inspection by Mario at AimPro Mechanical along with taking several calls and emails from me along the way. Ryan's professionalism was top notch! His expertise, confidence and follow through are commendable.  

We'll I have known ATI for 25 +- years out here in California so I reached out to Business Development Manager Annette Sullivan for some assistance. She has been my new to go person. We had a flood at our rental. The complete destruction of our dining room happened. Red Eye Construction came in and did a beautiful job with the put back and with quality materials, and in a very timely manner. They worked so well with our tenant who is having a very rough time in his personal life right now. The team at Envy Restoration is awesome and responsive! They can do so much. Besides cleanups and restoration, you can rent: light towers, diesel generators as well as solar generators.

Our fish tank overfilled on a Friday morning for a little over an hour. My husband called Kingship Water Removal & Restoration Services and they were at the door in less than 20 minutes ready to help. The flood was worse than they expected but they got to work and we had all the water out in a few hours, fans going in every room and were able to begin repairs. They checked on our walls and carpets everyday for 5 days, and made sure we were able to salvage everything we could. They were amazing and I would recommend to anyone requiring services. I can't say enough positive things about our experience working with Tempel Roofing. Not only did they seamlessly manage communications with our insurance company to process the coverage of our roof replacement, but they installed the roof promptly and quickly. This was all happening around some major life events for us, including welcoming a new baby, and they made the process totally painless which was very much needed and appreciated. I had called 5 other carpet cleaning companies before I spoke to Joseph who was very sympathetic to our situation. My son is a car hauler and had a medical emergency that needed immediate attention. I am calling from Ca., my son is in Tempe, AZ. and his father was driving there to meet him to bring him back to Ca. to be admitted to the hospital. My son wanted the blood cleaned from the carpet before he left. Joseph came out within the hour cleaned and sanitized his truck to perfection. The experience with Phoenix Carpet Repairs was exceptional from start to finish. The person I spoke with on the phone to start was helpful and polite. When we booked they sent a picture of the repair person. - Robert (turned out to be the owner) in front of the truck  so we knew what to expect.  This was so reassuring and it established them right away as a company that is concerned for its customers.

As for the repair.  Robert was right on time, very pleasant and did a great job fixing the hole our puppy created in our carpet.

Should the need arise we wil definitely use them again.

I was living in NC and trying to sell a house in Arizona that needed some work. The inspectors had found some mold inside the walls. I contacted Jesse the owner of Star 48. He is very professional and kept me updated every step of the way. He alway responded fast to calls or texts. And even helped me find other contractors to do additional work.

Hopefully I never have to deal with mold in a house again. But if I do I know who to call.

This company was extraordinary.  They set up their dehumidifiers, came back and removed all  drywall that was water damaged and totally cleaned the space
in both closets.   Once the roof was replaced, they came back and replaced all the drywall, sealed and repainted both closets.    They were very skilled and the closets look brand new.    I want to thank them for their professionalism as well.
Sean whose kindness during this challenge diffused my frustration with the length of time it was taking to finish the restoration explaining the roof had to be completed or we would have to start all over.    He was right, it rained the following week later and the plastic covering the master closet ceiling was full of water.  This company and it's customer service are top notch.  My sincere thanks.

The employees are nice enough... I feel sorry for them because there is a serious disconnect and issue with leadership.

The owner, Phil...be very cautious with that one.

My repairs started with an a line leak from one of the bathrooms upstairs which unfortunately soaked through carpeting and dripped down into my chandelier over my dining room table downstairs.

*When I questioned the feedback on Phil's behalf to my insurance, he implied I was asking him to lie when in fact, I was asking him to clarify the transitions that would remain on my flooring since I was removing all carpet.
*I have a challenging schedule (night shift/ 14 hr shifts) so when I had the time to get work done on my sporadic days off, I would be given information by the crew doing the repairs but Phil would state otherwise...I'm not sure if he thought I didn't speak with the workers in my home directly...so get use to getting lied to. I cannot tell you how many days I called out because of the scheduling issues (I have the text messages to prove it). It took over 6 months to complete the work that was actually done in a matter of 2 weeks.
*Do your best to keep documentation on conversations and estimates.
*Don't be surprised if the estimate changes after the work is completed and you're given a 'new estimate'.
*Apparently, unannounced visits are acceptable for the owner.
*I was told what supplies would be needed for ME to finish the job that they started...yes, you read that right.
*The amount of drywall dust left in my home has been wiped down for OVER a month, and it's still all over the place.
*A portion of the work was not going to be completed because I wanted to be done with them so Phil decided to keep the monies originally allotted for wallpaper replacement and apply that balance to what was owed for labor. I couldn't contract out with someone else because he kept that money.

I voiced my concerns to my insurance company and they stated it was made out to sound like this is a conflict of personalities.

Definitely NOT someone I would do business again with.

Worst company ever don't ever use them !! The owner try's to use intimidation tactics!!  They are very dishonest! They cheat your insurance company!! They lie!! Absolutely the worst company I've ever used!!!

Absolute worst company I have ever worked with. They did our dry out and it took 7 days as opposed to the 3 days they said it would. Then there were readings in certain areas that showed the water levels high. They removed black mold but are not following through on their promise to ensure there is no more black mold despite them agreeing to it and us telling them everyone in the house has complained about respiratory issues since they've done the job. Their project manager hung up on me twice and despite my asking them to have someone else we can work with they keep sending me the same guy. I've sent a letter to the owner twice about my complaints and no response. They have said they were coming to finish the job close to ten times and not shown or put other jobs before mine. They said the job would be done in three weeks and it's been two months and they have not called me to set a date to finish the job. They have agreed to things and then tell us it's our responsibility to pay for them out of pocket. If I could give them a zero I would. My biggest concern is that I believe they did not appropriately remove the black mold in my home and they are not making good on this.

Our house has a slab leak that ran its way throughout our whole house (on a Saturday). Parker and Sons was able to get Dry Force out from what he said was tomorrow. However, I got a call 30 minutes later that night and was told they can come out immediately. Nephi, absolutely amazing throughout! If you ever have a problem with this man - I would assume you are lying.
Super genuine, knew what he was doing, and gave great information and tips being a first homeowner. He made us feel comfortable in a unfortunate situation. Best part of all is being explained what is going on in your home, and exactly how/what they do to fix it. I was given a timely timeline on my house being repaired. A total length of 4 days. Which is absolutely amazing! Dry Force cares about their customers, and we couldn't be more thankful for all their help in such a short notice. Will be my first pick and recommendation for all.
