This firm provided service above and beyond!!! They took on a complicated job on short notice and did an OUTSTANDING job. They were reasonably priced and very accommodating to a difficult schedule. They were friendly and sincere and more than competent... What more could you ask for?

The gentlemen who came out were friendly, timely, and worked efficiently. They did a great job and I appreciated the pictures of the vents afterwards as well as the clean up they did. I had an issue related to a deep freezer being unplugged and losing food due to the service call and I appreciate the owner coming out personally to make things right regarding that. Highly recommend Tempe Only Waters! I had an emergency water leak from the upstairs restroom. He instructed how to stop the leak over the phone and came out to make the repairs and patched the drywall. Good as new! I will be recommending to family friends and clients

So great! They were prompt, professional and meticulous. Ecodry came and ripped out my walls and left me to hang for 3 weeks before even contacting me to schedule a rebuild (for over a week out). Gurr brothers were out there in a matter of two days and did a fantastic job. Could not recommend them more!

After dealing with a ceiling leak in my garage and waiting weeks for my insurance to process my claim and having to deal with unreliable and ridiculously priced contractors, I was referred to Jenkins. I had the pleasure of having Mario as my project manager and he was professional, communicative, and prompt. From getting quoted, scheduled, and having the work completed, everything went smoothly and without issues. My ceiling came out looking better than it looked before the incident.

I only used this company because my insurance adjuster said they were reliable.  They did not complete the mold removal job, charged more than other companies which may be related to being an insurance claim,  and verbally stated to me not once but twice that they would repair the drywall and floor.  The estimate actually did not state this so I hired a reputable company to fix the walls and complete the job.  Please learn a lesson from me, don't.believe your insurance adjuster when he refers you to experts,  do your homework and read the reviews on yelp, and learn to properly read estimates.   Would not use this company again.

Service Master is the epitome of unprofessionalism.  If you want your job delayed, endlessly, for weeks on end, go ahead with this company.

They started a packing job  professionally and efficiently. They took down walls quickly and professionally. One month later and repeated requests for a timeline to finish the job (i.e., restoration) have gone unanswered.  This job should have taken at most 2 weeks - instead, my family has now been displaced for 5 weeks (and counting) because Service Master Restoration simply cannot follow through.
