This firm provided service above and beyond!!! They took on a complicated job on short notice and did an OUTSTANDING job. They were reasonably priced and very accommodating to a difficult schedule. They were friendly and sincere and more than competent... What more could you ask for?

I had a tenant who never emptied their cats liter box.  When he moved out, the smell was so abhorrent that it didn't even smell like a litter box anymore, it surpassed any other odor this Earth has produced. Even though the litter box was kept one room, it permeated through the entire house and there was no escaping the odor, you could even smell it when approaching the house.  I was certain that the house would have to be repainted and the room with the liter box would need new drywall and the wood flooring would need to be replaced.  

I called Smell Fresh Arizona based off their Yelp reviews and I am so happy that I started here because it was a much simpler and cheaper resolution.  They did in fact get rid of the any trace of the odor.  They also opened the refrigerator while treating the house and it also removed the normal odor fridges retain when unplugged.  I highly recommend this company for your stinky problems.

Honestly, can't say enough about this company and the owner Mike. I had a bas water leak from my master bathroom that went into my kitchen. Mike came in and made me feel calm and confident from the beginning. Really alleviated any worries. His team got the mess cleaned up quick. Helped me coordinate with insurance company as he had more experience taking work off my hands and then got the work done quickly while making sure everything that went in was quality. The insurance adjuster was surprised how quick we were able to get the cabinets and other items in, impressed with the knowledge of Mike's work. I always felt very taken care of and could not ask for better experience! Even miss Mike's happy and joking face at the house! Can't thank you recommend Temp Only Water Restoration enough!!!

After dealing with a ceiling leak in my garage and waiting weeks for my insurance to process my claim and having to deal with unreliable and ridiculously priced contractors, I was referred to Jenkins. I had the pleasure of having Mario as my project manager and he was professional, communicative, and prompt. From getting quoted, scheduled, and having the work completed, everything went smoothly and without issues. My ceiling came out looking better than it looked before the incident.

This company is a life saver! They do it all! My client needed their carpets cleaned based on negative feedback from potential buyers. EA came out to their home in less than 24 hours and turned the brown carpet to brand new in about an hour and a half! Wow!! My husband and I just purchased a new home and while it was clean, there's just always something about someone else's carpets, so we decided to get them cleaned since replacement isn't in the cards at this time. I was originally planning to go with a regular steamer until our realtor recommended Chem-Dry. Once I looked up the differences I was sold! I put in two online quotes with two different providers and Tacie (sorry if I'm spelling it incorrectly!) called me shorty after to explain all the current specials (we went with their current clean and sanitize promo), how the product works and what to expect and was so incredibly friendly. She set up a technician to come out within a couple days for an in home estimate. Dan was the man!! He arrived on time, gave me a 20 minute lead time call, and was realistic about what we could expect from the service considering the carpets did have considerable wear and tear in some spots. They were able to get us an appointment set up for the next day (yay!!) and same thing, when he showed up he was friendly, excited to work and got right in there! As he was wrapping up with the stairs he showed us the difference between the last two and the stairs above that had been cleaned and it was a HUGE difference! We walked the area before he left and it was such a relief to see the carpets rejuvenated and with some more life in them before we replace down the road. He was so thorough, professional and truly an embodiment of fantastic customer service. It was so awesome to work with someone who takes pride in their work and the company because I know from experience, when you have that combo, the outcome is unbeatable. From my first call with their office to the carpet I'm looking at right now, I'd recommend them in a heartbeat and I'll be calling on them in the future!

This is a company that lies to customers I not only would not recommend them but I'm trying to save others from this worthless company they do not follow thru with the job ,there are to many  other companies out there that do a great job and conduct them selves with professional  ways and the worst one there is Tyler a so called people person which I assure you he is not I would consider anybody but service master beware
