We had extensive water damage in our 2 story condo, from a drain clogged with hail. It was 2 wks before we returned to the condo to discover all the drywall and flooring damage. State Farm referred us to ServPro of Paradise Valley. Nathan, Josh and their crew knew just what to do, how to help and were timely and professional.  As ServoPro went into action with the careful pack out of our belongings and started the removal of damaged drywall and carpet, we felt a sense of relief. This business is the real deal; professional,  conscientious and efficient! Thank you Nathan!

Ed and his team were great! We were trying to find someone locally who knew how to trim our trees. (We had trees that hadn't been trimmed in over 11 years.) Ed was here a few days after I called AZ Desert Tree Care, gave us a quote, and was back in a few days to do the work. Our property looks so good now! Tom & Alicia run a terrific restoration business. We had water damage from a broken water heater in the garage with water coming through the wall back into a downstairs bedroom and closet. Slate Restoration is definitely a top notch restoration company. Jason is a responsible business owner who still finds time to have personable interactions with everyone he comes across, and people like Noelle definitely represent the company in a respectable and professional manner. 5 stars, I definitely would recommend Slate Restoration for any job, big or small.

Responded very fast, removed all the water and used huge dryers to remove moisture from the room.  Event helped finding contractors to repair the walls, cabinets, etc.

I highly recommend this company.  Jeff the owner and his team were amazing.  Customer service, honesty, and his team were great.  Jeff was awesome at explaining how everything worked and the possibilities.  I wouldn't go with anyone else as during these circumstances people could be over charged!  Jeff and his company gave us an amazing price and great workmanship!

If I could give these folks ten stars, I would do it in a New York Minute. They were nothing short of amazing - from the first moment I had a conversation with them (Angela's about as caring an individual as you will ever find), to the last walk-through after they were finished. Efficient, thorough, comprehensive. Can't say enough good things about them.

A/C had leaked water into my ceiling, Puro Clean was able to come out the very next day. I was very impressed with their quick response. Sean was very friendly and professional. Will use their services again when necessary. Highly recommended!

Stan did a great job with putting up our Courtyard lights. Had a great sense of what we wanted he was knowledgeable and professional. I'll hire for anything I need done home improvement wise.

Robert did an amazing job getting my walls dried out. Once we got that done it became apparent that there was a leak in the wall I had a plumber come out an fix it. Robert came back and made sure everything got dried out again! He was always prompt and did what he said he would do. I highly recommend them if you have water damage.

On another note their carpet cleaning and repair gets an A+ as well. I had a stubborn stain they got out and a need to stretch the carpet. All done to perfection and everything was back looking like new.

This company is a fraud.  The Scottsdale Police broke down my door because I had a tenant who had a warrant out.  The police then called Kowalski Construction to board it up.  I did not ask for them to come out, and I was perfectly capable of securing the door myself but I wasn't given a choice.  They showed up and screwed a 2x4 over the door and left five minutes later and charged nearly $800.  I immediately took the 2x4 down and fixed the door correctly myself.   Their invoice said they re-hung the door, which is not true, the door never came off.  Only the jam broke.  (I have attached a picture of the broken jam with thee door still neatly hung on the original hinges.)  They said that they cleaned up debris, which is not true, they charged me for safety gear, which their guy was not wearing and they said they were there for three hours, which is a gross exaggeration.   When they called me to demand payment I mentioned that almost everything I was charged for was incorrect or incredibly inflated and the woman said they do that because they figure insurance is paying.  That sounds like insurance fraud to me.

DO NOT LET THEM IN YOUR HOME!   They are part of the plumbing company that caused a flood in our home so they tried to cover the plumber's asses instead of having our best interest.

Tim with Master of Disaster was excellent to work with. I had him remodel our master bathroom and it turned out better than I could have imagined. I felt comfortable from start to finish with his knowledge and ability. He even gave us an idea to move the entrance to the closet so that we could extend our shower. I am so thankful!
