After doing extensive research on the internet, we decided to contact ASAP Restoration because they had 25+ positive reviews on the BBB.   We found it remarkable that the owner, Joshua Rudin answered the phone at around 940pm on Friday night.  Joshua and his techs arrived onsite with-in 30 minutes.    My husband and I were very  impressed that ASAP Restoration worked throughout the night and into the morning.   They set up containment barriers, so dust and construction debris would not affect the health and safety of my newborn.   This company is very professional, timely, clean, helpful and willing to go the extra mile.    They did a marvelous  job from start to finish.   ASAP's communication was A+ ,  they over documented the complete claim, providing us with ALL the pictures in a photo gallery.    Joshua met the adjuster on location after the water damage was complete, so they could get an agreed upon amount.    Thank you once again for turning this unfortunate experience to  a positive one.

I came home at night to a huge flood stemming from my toilet line bursting. Several rooms were saturated with water. I had no idea how to clean up something like this so I googled the first water restoration company I could find and boy am I so thankful that Doans was the first company to pop up on my feed. They sent a crew out immediately which was after hours over the holiday weekend. Javier and Allen were the tech team that came out and they were courteous , professional,  fast and answered all my questions (and I had many). They sucked up the water out the rooms and placed fans and dehumidifiers strategically where the water damage is. There's still lots of work to do once everything dries, but I'm beyond thankful and impressed so far with this company and crew!

Scott, Derek, Rick, and Scotts helper (forgot his name) were incredibly helpful throughout the demolition of a shared bathroom wall and our kitchen cabinets. Rick gave us a great overview of the work that needed to be done, and gave us great advice on dealing with our insurance. Derek was always very quick to respond in our communications (and I like alot of updates) and made me feel comfortable through the whole experience. He was also very helpful answering any questions I had since this was the first time I had a major water damage repair in the house. Scott and his helper communicated frequently with us about what stage we were at in the work, gave us great advice in the early stages of the repair, and were always kind and courteous throughout the work in our home. I was even told by several contractors that they would not be able to save our granite countertops and would have to replace them, but Alldry assured me they could save them. They were successful in doing so. Would highly recommend these guys!

This company is amazing. They came out late one night to help us with a water leak and mold issue. They were easy to work with, communicated with us through the entire process, and left us with a great result. We would gladly use them again and have recommended their services to others

We used Jose to sandblast the front and side of our of 1960's block home.  His quote was in right in line with another company that came out.  The whole project took less than 2 and half days, including prep and and a final cleanup.  We are very happy with results and would highly recommend using Unique Surface Prep for sandblasting.

Restoration HQ did a fantastic job. Alexcis was great, she worked with me to schedule and re-schedule several times and made sure they could come at a time that was convenient for us. Absolutely recommend this company! We had some water damage to our kitchen ceiling and needed new drywall, insulation, paint and fixtures put back up. A crew of two were available to come out a couple days after our request was made and they finished in a day and a half! Great communication all the way through and everything was covered and protected. After dealing with a handful of different companies doing work since owning our home, this was one of the best experiences we've had! We will definitely use them in the future for any other projects we have.

I wish I could give a score lower than zero. This company took something that should've been an easy fix to a situation that took months to resolve. My condo had a leak coming from inside a wall. I should've called the plumber and had it taken care of the next day. I remembered that I had a home warranty on the property so I contacted them instead. That was my first mistake. The plumber they sent took a quick look and couldn't determine anything. He said a restoration company would have to come out and open up the wall to access the leak. Alex, from the restoration company, came out, took a look and said they needed the results of an asbestos test before they could open the wall. They wouldn't have the results until the following week. They couldn't do anything before then. What?! This was an active, intermittent leak releasing gallons of water and soaking the carpet in a few areas. I never would have imagined that this situation would turn into such a nightmare, largely due to this company. They did such a horrible job that their negligence resulted in at least 3 floods and the loss of my tenants. To add insult to injury, they called and left two voicemails, also sent two emails saying the insurance company was issuing a payment but they weren't getting enough money and there was an $830.23 balance. I got a letter in the mail stating so and I called my insurance adjuster. He said this is common practice for these companies to do this and the insurance already paid what charges they felt were justified. All of the communications from Rocky Mountain Restoration had a threatening tone when it came to collecting money. The letter stated that it was my second notice, which wasn't true.  When I got the letter in the mail, I emailed the company saying that it is unethical to try to collect more money after they already received their insurance payment! I had home insurance and a home warranty and these weasels are sending me an $830 bill?! The response I got wasn't very convincing. The Claims Manager, J. Tanner, claimed that the letter that I received in the mail was mailed by mistake. Hard to believe after receiving phone calls & emails stating the same. They are vultures & liars. Stay away. Communication is key- who came up with that one??
