This company really helped us out. Rather impressive really. We had some fun at an AirBnb and partied. Anywho my friend left the tub on (I guess cause he wanted a bath) smh. We woke up to a flood of water all over the house, the carpet was soaked. Way more than some towels could handle. We needed pros. We went to the Google machine and found Square One Restoration Water Smoke Fire Damage Repair in Phoenix who came right out and fixed it all up. They cleaned up all that water! It costs a few bucks but I thought it was serious long term water damage and they reassured us we'd be ok. Great work guys. That is for all the help.

I was devastated to find out that my home, which was about to be sold, had developed black mold as the result of a few tiny leaks in a small water line running between my wallboard and cabinets. I was on a very tight schedule to resolve the problem in order to close in time. I had two other traditional 'rip and remove' mold removal and treatment companies come out and give me a quote. Both were extremely expensive and would require not only ripping out and removing the wallboard but my cabinets. One company rep actually excitedly told me that I should be happy because I would probably get new cabinets and my insurance company would pay for them. Both these traditional companies would not have been able to start work on the project for four weeks and it would tear my home apart for several more to remediate the problem. I was less than impressed and very upset and discouraged. Then I found Pure Maintenance of Arizona. Thank God! They came right out and clearly explained how they would address the problem, and how their patented two fogging process worked on the mold as well as the spread of mold spores throughout my home. Best of all, no need to rip apart anything! It could be done in half a day and, best of all (and unlike the other companies) they have a one year warranty. The whole two fogging process made so much more sense to me than the traditional method. I was impressed. Not only that but they quoted me a price not much more than my insurance deductible so I was able to just pay for it myself and not incur possible higher premiums. I hired them right away and they fit me into their schedule very quickly thereby allowing me to keep on schedule for the closing. A crew came out, performed the processes in about a half a day and, when I returned, found that they had cleaned up after themselves leaving my home as clean as they had found it. The final step was testing by an independent lab to ensure levels were normal and mine were. I was absolutely thrilled with the results! I know I've given the new owners the healthiest alternative out there to the mold problem plus a guarantee not available through any other company. The owner is a professional and great to work with and the employees are very polite and efficiently and effectively performed the work. I was so happy with both the result and my experience with Pure Maintenance of Arizona, that I just recently hired them again to handle a possible mold issue at my new home. I highly recommend this excellent company!

I was invited to Abesilon USA and I have to say that it is a great place to learn Rope Access. The instructors are very knowledgeable and strive for excellence. I enjoyed the way they teach and they answer all questions with detail and will show you if applicable (i.e. knot tying etc.). No question went unanswered and all questions were answered so that everyone understood. In their training facility, they do not use just one type of device but have a variety that are used, that way everyone knows the different devices and how they are used as well as their function. Their training facility and classroom area is clean and has ample room. I had the opportunity to meet the founder and have to say that he is easy to talk to, very sociable, and very knowledgeable. I would recommend Abseilon USA to anyone who wants to learn Rope Access.

Highly Recommended! We had a small attic pipe leak for several days that resulted in drywall and baseboard damage involving 2 bedrooms and a closet in a 1958 block ranch.  After some research and checking BBB I called Ryan Riedy owner of Square One Restoration to check it out. He arrived quicker than I would have guessed with a case of fancy cameras and other gear that can see the water content in the walls to see the extent of the damage without ever pulling out a hammer or wrecking bar. He took hundreds of photos to send the insurance company throughout the process.  The removal of wet materials and clean up was done in total isolation from the rest of the house and rooms so there was zero dust. Floors were protected all the way to the front door. Care and attention to details at every step including excellent Covid protection by Ryan and all the professional crews. His drywall guy Shane is a real wizard with the repairs and blending the texture and color so we cannot tell we ever had damage. The walls came out great but the closet really came out even better than before the damage. You don't often get the owner of a company take such a personal interest in the project and Ryan really works hard to insure you are happy with the result and you will be even at his expense.
If you need damage restoration or remodeling you can absolutely rely on Square One Restoration to do  a professional job you will be thrilled with as we are. Thanks Ryan!

I called out Adams in the middle of the night and they were great. I was pretty shocked by how fast they went to work to get everything fixed. They seem pretty friendly and knowledgeable. They didnt try to stick ot to me on the price. I guess thats all you can ask for when you call a contractor.

These guys are Awesome!!!  My home was in shambles from a flood I had in my home. They were on top of everything from start to finish. Couldn't have done it without them!!

A big thanks to Mike Christensen and his team at Peak One Builders!  We were having an issue with our architect so we researched four custom home builders to take over our project.  Peak One was the hands down winner and we are are so glad we picked them.  Mike took our plans, collaborated with us to fix them, and then built us a great house that we are very proud of!

Mike's military background was a critical factor in our choice and he came through with flying colors.  His attention to detail was amazing.  He exhibited a high level of integrity, ie, he always followed through on what he said.  His professionalism and structural engineering background gave us comfort that we have a well-built house.  His team at Peak One were very competent and showed us respect for our time and choices, and were always there to answer questions and guide us through the entire process.

We would highly recommend Peak One Builders to build your custom home.  I have offered Mike to bring potential clients through our house anytime and show them what a beautiful, solid house we built.  The best thing about Mike is that he really cares.  From day one, he was fully engaged and stayed with us on every decision until completion (and still calls regularly to see if we are satisfied).

USAA Insurance convinced the homeowner to use DC Restoration for the damage caused by the water heater rupturing.  Upon notification that the garage, the kitchen, part of the dining rm and a tiny section of the living room had water damage, I called a carpet and restoration company to come out and pull the wet padding and put fans on the carpet and slab.  I also called a plumber to replace the water heater.  We were all at the property within 1 hour of my being told about the damage.  The owner called USAA and later I met the DC Restoration guy in charge, Brandon.  He did a write up of the damage to give to USAA.  The work should have been completed in two weeks.  Unfortunately DC Restoration doesn't have their own workers and they pass off the work to a sub contractor, who then has his employees or some laborers do the work.  I found most of those laborers did not speak English and some had no idea what they were doing, nor the tools to do the job properly.  The 2 week job turned into 2 months.  The 2 supervisors didn't know anything about repairs, never came or called when they were suppose to meet with me. They never let the tenant, an elderly lady on oxygen, know when they were coming.  Finally Mike, the owner of the company, came in and got the job finished.  The painters who painted the garage used cheap, flat paint and proceeded to get paint over several items that belonged to the tenant.  I have never worked with such a horrible company and I have been a property manager for 34 years.

Couldn't be more pleased with the folks at Cinnabar.  We do a lot of mutual work together on water & fire damage, remodels, and reconstruction-- Mark and his team are great communicators and bend over backwards for homeowners, insurance companies, and the third-party teams involved with the work.

Mark makes a point to over-communicate on timelines and ensures that everyone on job sites have what they need.

I had a pipe burst in our kitchen and didn't notice for a couple days and unfortunately it made a huge mess! The company my insurance contacted wasn't very helpful and took forever to come out, luckily when I called Rainbow Restoration of Glendale they got someone out to me fast. Andre came out and got on it really quick, it only took a couple days to get everything cleaned up, Maite made sure to stay in contact me with updates at all times. Always answered my calls and questions. Definitely recommend !!

I've been using Stanley Steamer carpet cleaners for years. They are reliable, dependable, don't use any toxic cleaners and do an awesome job. They always arrive promptly and will even give me a heads up that they're on the way. They will move furniture if you want them to and have always gotten out all stains. Carpet dries quickly. Just can't say enough good about this business. AND, I want to give a shout out to Nate, an outstanding employee - courteous, helpful and always does a great job!!

This guy is a Goddamn idiot.
He did tried to turn a shower into a bathtub and absolutely screwed the whole thing up.
Save yourself a headache and find a different company for the job.

We suffered water damage in our basement due to an improperly installed Washer/Dryer. By the time we discovered the problem water was covering a big portion of our wood floors, also into the rooms and soaked the carpet in there.

Kay arrived just an hour after we called SerbPro: he helped us assess the damaged and calmed us down with his expertise. He had all the right tools to track how far the water had penetrated into our wood floors and explained all the steps involved to properly clean up and repair the damage.

Also Kay helped in all the documentation needed to file a claim with our insurance to limit our losses.

I would like to highly discourage anyone from patronizing this company. The owner is a disgrace to human kind. Unbelievable threats were made publicly to a group that he clearly needed more time with in his younger years. You can just tell by his lack of intelligence.

Bad experience.... The carpet was left matted in places as if all the water hadn't been extracted.  I called and was told that an inspector would come and check it out (after quite a bit of arguing about no guarantee, have you vacuumed? etc...).  The person who came was the same one who had shampooed the carpet and surprise.... he saw nothing wrong with it!  This is high grade carpeting which has been cleaned before with no problems whatsoever. The home visit was simply to cover themselves....
