We had a great experience with PureTec last week. We were referred to them and Darren was a pleasure to work with- I appreciated his prompt arrival and response, thorough descriptions, and low pressure approach. I ended up learning quite a bit during our quick interactions. I would absolutely use their services if we encounter any future water damage at our house.

I have known Ryan for years. As an insurance advisor I have sent him clients for a long time. My clients are always happy when Phoenix Flood was able to keep the claim low and off the insurance companies records. Ryan helped my clients with water damage resulting from lots of issues including dripping sinks, leaking showers, broken pipes, and so many more issues.
Ryan saved my clients thousands and thousands of dollars in premium by not turning in claims. He helped keep me profitable on those small losses.

I have sent clients all through out the valley including Mesa, Scottsdale, Phoenix, and Tempe to Ryan. His team does a great job with any kind of water loss!

I used this company for repair after a water heater leak. Nothing but issues from the beginning. I had to constantly call to get anything done. There is no communication between the technicians and the office. We had so many problems with the repairs I do not have enough room to list it all out. The work is rushed and done poorly causing multiple follow up visits. The work was so lazy they painted over a light switch which made it inoperable and in need of replacement. I ended up being so frustrated I decided to just fix the remaining issues myself. The so called project manager never looked at the work to make sure it was done properly. I would not recommend using this company to anyone. The completed work will be okay and you can get better quality elsewhere.

We had water damage in our home, called SERVPRO & they responded quickly, moved furniture/appliances, removed the water, set up fans to dry.  They came back twice a day to check progress.  Employees were efficient, very respectful & went above & beyond.  We highly recommend this company!

Quick Restore was great!  The plumbers called them and Celena showed up within an hour.  She assessed the damage from our burst water heater and then helped us not only with our homeowner's insurance, but also with getting a company to come out and help us catalog and empty out the garage into pods while the damage gets repaired.

I recently had water staining in a few of my great room areas and called several roofers. 3 roofers did not want to even deal with my roof due to my solar panels and recommended that I call separate electricians. My neighbor was happy with his recent reroof by Geo Roofing so I gave them a call. Letty, office manager, could not have been nicer. She told me that the owner, Marshall, could go by my house within a day and assess the situation. Marshall responded and gave me 3 options: quick repair (temporary), a 1/2 reroof, and a full reroof. Geo apparently has electricians they use to facilitate the solar deinstallation and reinstallation. I opted for the 1/2 reroof and within a week the job was complete. The solar panels had required laborious forms and solar company approvals and Geo took care of it all. Their work and follow through was excellent. I cannot stress how efficient they are in the coordination of many moving parts and workers.

They showed up incredibly fast! Willie was very informative and friendly. He helped me understand the process and get the ball rolling asap! I'm grateful

I contacted Stratton restoration after buying a new house needed paint in all rooms and some accent walls. A gas line for a new stove
Stratton gave me a finish  date that was not met.
Sloppy paint job over spray on fans, blinds, didn't get the accent walls  correct. Broken curtain rods ,missing screws on clothes hanging  rods,  broke a blind. did not get contract instructions correct so an another contract was established costing us another $700.
They didn't answer calls or text was very unprofessional had to complain to get anything done.
Im sorry to say that i will not use them again
It took too long to make it right.
And never got back to a job that was not done. Im sure they wanted more money to a job they gave me a quote on at the beginning of all this.

I do not write reviews, in fact this is the first review I have ever written, but Justin and Dalton from Drystar were amazing. Within an hour of calling Drystar they were in my house. These two men were professional, kind and knowledgeable. They assessed the situation and knew how to solve the issue within 5-10 minutes. I had a leaky toilet on the second floor of my house which damaged the ceiling in my garage. These two cut out the damaged drywall, cleaned out the insulation, assessed the areas the dirty water had reached and sprayed it down. I am now waiting on a quote for them to fix the drywall. Highly recommended.

We had a leak in our roof a year and 1/2 ago USAA sent out Silver city.
They repaired the roof and the ceiling in the kitchen, in a timely manner.
Fast forward to October 5th 2018 after the rain we had i noticed the same area in the kitchen ceiling started to crack. Called USAA they said it's still under warranty with SC so i called them on the 8th, 10th, 15th & 17th with no updates or contact from them. On the morning of the 18th they called and said they will be in 30 mins.  I had to leave work and the guy said it was a rookie mistake the guy didn't repair high enough.

He said they would contact me about repairing the ceiling.
So i started with the phone calls again (as no one ever called us)
Called 10/29, 11/5, 11/8, 11/9  on the 9th they gave me the project managers phone number for JIM when i called it wasn't JIM it was another project manager Robert for the east valley.
He said he would call me back (never did)  I called Robert on 11/13 at 8am
And he said he would call me back. He did 2 hours later he called and said he was going to send one of his guys from the east valley  even tho it isn't his job. The guy that repaired it was awesome. He said he would be back at 7 am to paint.  I waited until 8:30 and then called again.
Robert said remember i said it wasn't his area and that he spoke with JIM and he was sending someone. Which he obversely didn't. Robert called JIM and said you need to call us. When i didn't hear anything back i called Robert back and he said Jim was suppose to call me.  
Robert gave me JIMS number which JIM did not answer.
SO PO right NOW......

Called the company to get a quote/estimated for the recent storm damage in our property. Ramon and Jeremy are two very nice and knowledgeable gentlemen who seem very committed. They even came back days after to pour water over the roof of the house to pin point where the leak was coming from in which they absolutely did. Now came estimate proposal to my insurance, they did not follow through. Ramon said that it will be there but it's three weeks later, no proposal. They don't even answer my calls and texts. I am now dealing with another company.

Stay away from this company. Paid $1000.00 to have my pavers sealed. 6 months later it looked terrible. Have been calling for 1 1/2 years with no response. This company is a scam.
