My water heater blew Monday morning.  My insurance agent recommended Darrin at Purtec as she said he wouldn't charge me for more than I needed as so many other water restoration companies do.  Darrin was out within the hour and complemented me on getting the water turned off as soon as I did-he contained the area in plastic and ran fans-his men came out the next day to check and said it needed another day.  They came out this morning and tested and everything was completely dry.  They took away all the plastic and fans and cleaned up after themselves beautifully!  I couldn't be happier with Darrin and his crew!

Phoenix Flood is the best remediation company I have used.  They are very unique in several ways.  Unlike most remediation companies they are not trying to get a big insurance claim.  Ryan comes in and assesses the situation and has recommended not making an insurance claim when it doesn't cost too much to just solve the problem and make the repairs.  They also do a very good job of providing options and educating you on what makes since to do.  I truly wish I had come across his company sooner.

I've had carpet cleaning from other companies who have made a big loud wet mess of the rest of my townhouse. It's stressful and I don't have a pleasant experience at all. What a difference with Arizona Carpet & Restoration.
This team is outstanding. The customer service and attention to detail they give throughout the cleaning process is second to none, seriously. They're really friendly people to deal with, on time, techs are educated and not creepy, and they do a thorough job. I'd highly recommend them to anyone around Phoenix for carpet cleaning, tile, mattresses, you name it. I won't go to anyone else.

We had water damage in our home, called SERVPRO & they responded quickly, moved furniture/appliances, removed the water, set up fans to dry.  They came back twice a day to check progress.  Employees were efficient, very respectful & went above & beyond.  We highly recommend this company!

I recently had water staining in a few of my great room areas and called several roofers. 3 roofers did not want to even deal with my roof due to my solar panels and recommended that I call separate electricians. My neighbor was happy with his recent reroof by Geo Roofing so I gave them a call. Letty, office manager, could not have been nicer. She told me that the owner, Marshall, could go by my house within a day and assess the situation. Marshall responded and gave me 3 options: quick repair (temporary), a 1/2 reroof, and a full reroof. Geo apparently has electricians they use to facilitate the solar deinstallation and reinstallation. I opted for the 1/2 reroof and within a week the job was complete. The solar panels had required laborious forms and solar company approvals and Geo took care of it all. Their work and follow through was excellent. I cannot stress how efficient they are in the coordination of many moving parts and workers.

I'm not surprised that suddenly there are two ECODRY businesses. Using the words restoration and reconstuction to shift confuse customers and blame is rather sneaky and unprofessional. You're two months too late in replying to this review and to remedy the situation. We have already turned this problem over to the ROC and BBB.

After some negative experiences with Stratton, Chris contacted me and made everything right! Communicated perfectly through the process and went above and beyond to make things right!

These guys are the worst. They will promise to come do work after an emergency and swear the insurance company will approve the quote. Now we're out $10k+ and all these guys did is leave massive holes in our walls and rip up tile and carpet.

Noah was the most unresponsive and didn't follow up after we needed his help. He promised a lot and left us hanging. I will never recommend this company.

I recently remodeled my house and was referred to Silver City by an adjuster. Great referral. Everything from the packing of contents, drywall, trim, flooring and paint was beyond expectations! I need to work on the outside and was happy to find out they do roofing in house! I will definitely recommend them to everyone and will be hiring them for more projects!

Called the company to get a quote/estimated for the recent storm damage in our property. Ramon and Jeremy are two very nice and knowledgeable gentlemen who seem very committed. They even came back days after to pour water over the roof of the house to pin point where the leak was coming from in which they absolutely did. Now came estimate proposal to my insurance, they did not follow through. Ramon said that it will be there but it's three weeks later, no proposal. They don't even answer my calls and texts. I am now dealing with another company.

We hired this company to clean our grout throughout our entire house; it took him about an hour to do the work.  When he was finished he told us that it would take several days for the grout to completely dry.  After a week days we noticed that the grout was a different color in many different areas.....it looked like it had not been cleaned.  After trying to reach Craig for almost a week he finally said that he would come to reclean those areas.  He set a time from between 3pm and 4pm.....by 4:45pm he had not shown up or called....he just blew us off.  We called our credit card company and will be charging the amount back to him. Do not use this company!!
