I don't know where to start this review. Everyone, from Darren providing a fair estimate to Jason, their Office Manager, who responds very quickly to any questions to Justis & Cole doing the initial work, to Mike following up the next day. I just can't say enough. They are all wonderful.
Once the Plumber Guy, Carlin, finished repairing the pipe Darren came out within a couple of hours and gave us a very fair price. He even left some fans to start the drying process. The next morning Justic & Cole came out around 8:30 to do the clean up process. Eventhough we don't have any asbestos, they treated it like we did. This was very comforting to know that they took precautions. When Mike came out he said everything was dry (per his meter) except for a small part of the carpet. He left one fan to help dry this out. Avery came out the next day to pick up the fan.
Would I recommend the guys at PureTec Restoration, you betcha! If I have a problem in the future, I will call them in a heartbeat!

Phoenix Flood is the best remediation company I have used. They are very unique in several ways. Unlike most remediation companies they are not trying to get a big insurance claim. Ryan comes in and assesses the situation and has recommended not making an insurance claim when it doesn't cost too much to just solve the problem and make the repairs. They also do a very good job of providing options and educating you on what makes since to do. I truly wish I had come across his company sooner.

This company has cleaned my carpets twice in the last 6 months. One thing you should know about me is if you don't do a good job I won't use you again. They sent a confirmation email a few days before with my appointment time and a picture of the technician. In the email was also proof that the technician had been through a background check. The technician showed up on time to clean my hallway, stairs and bedrooms. The stairs looked horrible as you could imagine with 4 boys traipsing up and down them all day. The technician worked extra hard to clean my stairs and did an excellent job. When the technician was leaving he handed be a pair of booties for my shoes. This allowed me to use the stairs, while they were still wet, without getting them dirty. Talk about going the extra mile. I have had my carpets cleaned by other carpet cleaning companies, in the past, and have not been satisfied with the result on my stairs. I will continue to use Arizona Carpet and Restoration because of their punctuality, professionalism and a job well done.

Do not use this business!! They were called by the plumbers to do migration and subsequent restoration for a pipe leak in my attic. Anthony Munoz was the contractor that came to the house then another gentleman came and cut the hole in the drywall and installed the fan. The plastic they tapped over the hole came down shortly after they left and I had to turn off the fan. They came back the following day to redo the tap over the hole and it came down again. The fan was probably on for 24 hours and they billed me for 3 days!! Afterward when it was time to do the restoration there was no contact from anyone, I reached out to Anthony Munoz and couldn't get a hold of him and I called the office and spoke with someone who told me someone would get back to me and no one did! I still am trying to get the hole in the ceiling fixed...

beware of geo roofing!!! geo roofing is a horrible horrible company!!! in early february mike peterson (geo salesman) came to my house and gave me a quote for a new roof on my house. he said they were running 2-3 weeks out. i paid them a down payment of 5500 and they gave me an install date for february 26 2019. letty (geo office manager) called me on the evening of february 25th (the day before they were supposed to start) and told me they wouldn't be able to start until march 6th now because they were so backed up. march 6th came around and nobody showed up and nobody called me to let me know what was going on. i tried to call mike peterson (geo salesman) and he didn't answer. i left him a message and he never called me back. hours later letty (geo office manager) calls me and says all her roof workers got in a car accident and now they wouldn't be able to start until march 11th. so that day came around and guess what...nobody showed up again and no call from geo letting me know what was going on. i tried to call letty but she would not take my call. they have a receptionist screening all the calls. the receptionist was very insistent on getting my name and why am i calling. they would not refund my 5500 down payment so i had to call my credit card company and dispute the charge!!! this company is soooo bad. i just don't want this to happen to anybody else. beware of geo roofing az!!!

Working with EcoDry has been such a positive experience. Jakob was so incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and considerate. When we heard the words water damage our hearts sank. Jakob explained the process to us, answered our questions and, although it is still upsetting to have to deal with water damage, we feel confident moving through the process. Thank you guys so much!
Update 6.13.18: The ceiling of my home is messed up from where the demo crew used duct tape, our insurance didn't pay enough so they just didn't finish the job, and they went back on their word about helping with $500 of our deductible which they offered to help us out because, again, our insurance didn't pay what they wanted. If you want service this is not the company. We called them as our fridge leak had seeped in to the baseboard and walls. When my husband talked to the lady there she said yes we will move the fridge and look behind it and give you a quote. It was clearly mentioned to them that we have a built in fridge. The technician comes and says oh I cannot move it but I can give you a quote by end of the day today, this all happened Friday morning. I check my emails Saturday morning no quote, I check it again on Monday thinking it is a weekend (as if things go wrong only on weekdays) today is Tuesday morning, I call the office, after a brief hold I am told we will get it to you by end of day today. I say, you guys were here Friday and I was promised a quote that evening....to this the lady cuts me off and instead of saying I apologize for the delay, she says, mam, we get a lot of calls. It will be end of day today. Super rude tone of speaking. I am sure they are good at what they do ( although I will not engage them) but customer service sucks.

Drystar sure came out fast. And they also talked the talk, but even trying to get free of them, I am still dealing trying to get my countertop they only in final days of dealing, took for safekeeping at the last minute after weeks in the carport, while promises to take to safekeeping no showed. Drystar finally took the bar counter into their storage, now I can not even get them to respond to my asks to get it back. Earliest on, they demanded it stay on site, then they agreed to carry it to my storage, no showed, and then, after I started calling out their bluffs and stalls, they do me a favor and finally give in to something we obviously needed, as a big gift. Perfect hostage trope. Dear Drystar, please give me back my property: you have been paid thousands for packout. People out there, beware your emergency not be Drysars opportunity to take your home and loss of use hostage, and now in my experience, property hostage. I have been told that the ROC specifically enforces that mitigation and restoration companies should not use stall tactics to string up more jobs accessed via an owners emergency needs, and then deny timely service to jobs they have been given authorization for, in order to give priority to emergencies. But this has exactly been my experience. They even were so bold as to send me a project manager, G, who would expressly tell me they had more important emergencies to handle than actually act as the GC they are supposed to be. But they sure had time to estimate and make and see a check cut and delivered of an additional bid. I had to be the Gc go between finding out the added work to support the added trade work was not a call us when its over thing: I felt Drystar was not responsibly a GC, nor forthcoming about availability (or invoices and bids) But now, they continue to put me in the red by denying me access to property critical to moving forward with my work, items they have been paid to packout. And yes, that thousands of dollars for packout does include that last minute final promise keeping of caring for that countertop, especially since I was repeatedly denied a packout invoice for weeks, denied until after we start to settle up the full refund owed me because I could not tolerate Drystars irresponsibility without calling them to account, giving them yet another chance to face shortcomings on site I my home. Martin brought his worst-spoken young man, G, out to bait me to fire him, but who quit when being pressed to give account per his ROC responsibility and designation. Now I get no response to emails, texts and voicemails asking the counter back. I can only be set to expect low of being able to access my other items they have taken into storage!
While we did part with a full refund (but who gives me back over 3 mindblowing weeks time?) I still have to pay someone else to redo and undo things, and my insurance does not appreciate that much, at all. Beware! From the get go, Drystar asking sympathy, making the statement they want half paid in advance was a flag: I would warn others to beware how Drystar positions the customer being granted favors that are actually due the customer, including access to invoices and bids,(yes they had time to get not one but two bids accepted and checks cut for my work), and now, I need to resort to reviews here to get a response to begin to arrange to get my property back! Even as we cleared out a refund of all restoration bids, they only then shared with me in writing, their call on how much they wanted for packout, and only then did I ever get an invoice. Ok? If so, that means I should also be able to access my property they kept thousands and some for, billing me at such a late time in the game. SO beware, this is the end game when Drystar denies you a invoice or slows customer access to a bid, for that matter. Now, Drystar has been paid their full bill for all packout, and yet they will not now respond to my requests to arrange to get my property back. The insurance company (that they are definitely NOT a partner with) now takes the position I chose them, and that its on me to get satisfactory work out of, and they will not pay twice for the same work. Meanwhile, I cant unhear Drystars registrant G's voicing it was a long time since he took his ROC test, and having done work reluctantly and saying all the wrong things, plus needing things redone he referred to as temporary. (since when do you replace a base plate temporarily?) I had been willing to have a break even finally free me to get the work done by others, but Drystar, are you really going to give me the addwork to have to go to the ROC just to get my property back? because its not break even then; its costing me weeks if I don't know if I can access the countertop or not by Tuesday. Today is Saturday, I started leaving messages and voicemails Wednesday. I am only asking for a response to be able to inspect the condition of the item and make arrangements.

Called the company to get a quote/estimated for the recent storm damage in our property. Ramon and Jeremy are two very nice and knowledgeable gentlemen who seem very committed. They even came back days after to pour water over the roof of the house to pin point where the leak was coming from in which they absolutely did. Now came estimate proposal to my insurance, they did not follow through. Ramon said that it will be there but it's three weeks later, no proposal. They don't even answer my calls and texts. I am now dealing with another company.

Don't use them (him) Craig comes off very profession at 1st but once he runs and cashes your check you will never get him to respond back or call you back. Also changed his name to CMS restoration because his rating was so bad. He's a shiester. Don't trust him. When it drys is when you can tell it's a very poor job and he's already ran to the bank.
