Best in Phoenix AZ

Last year a hose blew off my neighbor's toilet and sprayed water all through her house the Saturday before Labor Day. We have patio homes that share a common wall so some of the water leaked into our garage and my closet and bedroom. The water damage was sooo much worse at my neighbor's. I called PureTec and Darren was at our location in the west valley in under an hour. Fortunately the damage on my side was minimal. He pulled back the carpet and got a fan going until his team could get there and pull up the padding, etc. They had us back to normal in a few days. It was watching Darren helping my neighbor that was truly amazing. He calmed her down and sat with her at our kitchen table and patiently talked her through the entire process that was about to happen, and he helped her collect what she needed to spend the night with family. He worked diligently with her homeowner's insurance to ensure that the extraction and drying was covered, and I can't even remember how many times he came by to check on us, and our neighbor while she was working with the packing company to remove her belongings to storage while the restoration work was being performed. If any of my friends even mention a water problem, I am ready with Darren's card. PureTec is a company that operates with integrity in an industry where many do not.

Ultimately, unimpressed. They get more than one star for how it started, but less than 5 for how it ended.  We had water damage in our kitchen and the insurance company stripped it down. We contacted this company on a referral, and at first they were very responsive. Since we were rebuilding anyway, we told them that we wanted to get a new cabinetry configuration, and they promptly provided a brochure for new cabinetry. Once the insurance funds came through, we contacted them and asked about specifics, to ensure we knew what we were getting. While they provided some of the information requested (like ROC#), the best way I can describe the response is a civil huffy. They concluded with something to the effect of since you're changing the configuration, we can't do the work. If this were the case, why didn't they say that upfront instead of wasting our time? I didn't really believe this was the reason, given that they gave us the brochure up front. Instead, I have a sneaking suspicion the change of heart was because we asked about things like ROC# and bonding. In the long run, I guess they did us a favor. We went with a different company, are thoroughly satisfied, and I've rated that company well better.

I tried this company for my Scottsdale house through Living Social - $59 for 3 rooms up to 300 s.f. a room, mainly because I used to have a house bunny, who didn't make her litter box.  There were lotsa pee stains, which rabbit pee is concentrated like OJ concentrate in the can.    I did see cheaper Groupon type deals but they charged extra for spot cleaning and this one included it all.

I only wanted 2 rooms cleaned, and the areas were so small, cos it was only spots and traffic areas.  Bed and other larger furniture was not moved.  I wanted them to clean my hallways and area rugs, but I know some companies charge extra for halls and stairs or call the hall another room, and they charge by the s.f. for an area rug (mine were small, 7 foot runner, and 2x3 area rug.  But to all this, Nate, the technician said no problem.   Not only did he not charge me for the hall as a room, but he cleaned way more area than my expectations, which the 30 foot long living room, and some traffic areas of the great room, and cleaned about 250 s.f. in the ping pong table room.

 Someone dumped a whole lasagna onto my carpet there and the stains were there for years, I could not get them out.  But Nate got it ALL out.  He got almost all of the bunny pee stains out too.  Those had been solidified on the carpet for years.  Even he was surprised it came out so well.   I watched Nate work.  He cleaned over and over and over, the same dirt areas.  Other carpet cleaner companies only would go over an dirty area a couple of strokes, even though I told them it was still dirty.

Nate used a truck mounted steam cleaner.  I had other companies leave behind a lot of soap and they would not come back as they promised if I was not satisfied.  That other company blamed the soap residue on a previous cleaning, but I got in writing from previous owner (elderly couple no kids or pets), that the carpet was only 3 years old, and it had never ever been shampooed before I moved in.   I got my money back from my credit card company.  

I rubbed my fingers into the carpet after Nate cleaned it.  No soap residue at all.  I am so happy with this cleaning I told Nate I think it is the best carpet cleaning I ever had in my life, including with Coit, who charged me $450 to clean whole house with no furniture.   I will use this AZ Carpet and Restoration and ask for Nate, at a future cleaning.  When you call the company, you get a live voice everytime.  

I would say 80% of my Living Social deals turned out to be not as promised or represented due to merchant's bait and switch, but Az Carpet and Restoration and Nate, greatly exceeded my expectations.   Nate cleaned whatever I asked him to and way more.  My house is almost 3000 s.f. and I'd say he cleaned most of the house.  Of course the area to be cleaned is much less, due to walls and furniture, but what I am saying is I feel I got way more than he could have gotten by with.  

I would use this company even if they are not running a special, over a company that is running a special.  Specials often turn out to be heartaches.

Excellent service and they responded quickly to minimize the water damage.  Highly recommend them.

Quick restore was great and handled all my needs. Mariah was very responsive and understanding. Chase was great at getting me what I needed and the project manager Jon did a fantastic job restoring my home to normal!

The roofers communicated well, did a thorough and attractive job, and considered appearance and tile match on my old, outdated tiles. They did the job contracted by a solar company, so I can't comment on cost or estimates. Only reason I am not giving 5 stars.

We had a leak in our bathroom and I didn't think much of the area of the wall that was wet.  Once I spoke to the plumber, they suggested we have EcoDry out to check out the area first.  Boy, I am glad we did!  Hunter was out that evening and we sure had more water damage than what could be seen.  He explained the process and had a crew out to do start the reclamation process.  Our adjuster was out on a Sunday and Hunter asked if could bring the crew in earlier for the adjuster but he didn't want the tea rout to happen just yet.  They were very accommodating to what the adjuster needed as well as us.  The crew came out on Monday - Ryan K., Justin L., and Brad B.  Great group of guys!  The job was a bit bigger than anticipated as they found more water up behind the tile.  They took care of us and got us set up with 2 fans and a dehumidifier once the walls and tub were removed.  The plumber was then out that afternoon to fix the plumbing issue.

Every day we then had a supervisor come by and check the progress of the dry out.  Thanks to Jacob, Roland, and Matthew for checking the area daily and after five days, the dryers are gone.  Yeah!

They suggested RMJ Construction to do the rebuild and Manny was out last week to figure out the next steps.  So far the experience has not been so bad with the great people we worked with at EcoDry.  We are very grateful the plumber made the suggestion as the issue was much bigger than the eye could see!  Thanks for taking great care of my family!

My insurance company Am Fam contacted them to do repairs from water damage to my house they came out in about three days gave me an estimate so they will get back to me with pricing and never did I had to call them back they said they were waiting on me to send them my thousand dollar deductible to even get started I did that and then took them another two weeks to come out and get started after that they were supposed to match my flooring and said they were having trouble finding a match and would get back to me and three days after they checked other places they never got back to me I called them they said oh yes they didn't have what we needed I'll call someone else to see what materials they have and get back to you still never got back to me a week later I called them still no Flooring still no match and no idea didn't offer to fix it another way I called my insurance company to complain and get this resolved then I called a flooring company myself and got an estimate from them and told Stratton they were out of the picture don't bother I'll take care of it myself this was two months later I had been waiting on them very bad communication don't do what they say not there to help the customer only to collect money I would not recommend them or any repairs of any kind not a good company to deal with do not stand behind their word they are apparently too busy to take care of the customers that they are busy with doesn't make much sense does it.

Do not use this company! They say the job will be finished in 3 days.. they mean 3 months. They disrespect your home and never show up on time or at all at that. Contacted the owner no response, now they're just calling us to collect the rest of their money. They did awful work nothing about it looks professional. They argue back with us about everything, the list goes on. I will continue to bad mouth this company and hope no one uses them. Stay away!

A very reliable and honest company. They do quality work at a fair price. They work directly with your insurance company adjusters, and are quick to reply when you have questions!

Called the company to get a quote/estimated for the recent storm damage in our property. Ramon and Jeremy are two very nice and knowledgeable gentlemen who seem very committed. They even came back days after to pour water over the roof of the house to pin point where the leak was coming from in which they absolutely did. Now came estimate proposal to my insurance, they did not follow through. Ramon said that it will be there but it's three weeks later, no proposal. They don't even answer my calls and texts. I am now dealing with another company.

I had the folks from CMS come out to clean my travertine floor. What a great job. I never knew how beautiful my tile could look. They were fast and efficient  and very polite. I am having them come back to seal my pavers next week. Very reasonable prices.
