My water heater blew Monday morning. My insurance agent recommended Darrin at Purtec as she said he wouldn't charge me for more than I needed as so many other water restoration companies do. Darrin was out within the hour and complemented me on getting the water turned off as soon as I did-he contained the area in plastic and ran fans-his men came out the next day to check and said it needed another day. They came out this morning and tested and everything was completely dry. They took away all the plastic and fans and cleaned up after themselves beautifully! I couldn't be happier with Darrin and his crew!

Ultimately, unimpressed. They get more than one star for how it started, but less than 5 for how it ended. We had water damage in our kitchen and the insurance company stripped it down. We contacted this company on a referral, and at first they were very responsive. Since we were rebuilding anyway, we told them that we wanted to get a new cabinetry configuration, and they promptly provided a brochure for new cabinetry. Once the insurance funds came through, we contacted them and asked about specifics, to ensure we knew what we were getting. While they provided some of the information requested (like ROC#), the best way I can describe the response is a civil huffy. They concluded with something to the effect of since you're changing the configuration, we can't do the work. If this were the case, why didn't they say that upfront instead of wasting our time? I didn't really believe this was the reason, given that they gave us the brochure up front. Instead, I have a sneaking suspicion the change of heart was because we asked about things like ROC# and bonding. In the long run, I guess they did us a favor. We went with a different company, are thoroughly satisfied, and I've rated that company well better.

I used this company for repair after a water heater leak. Nothing but issues from the beginning. I had to constantly call to get anything done. There is no communication between the technicians and the office. We had so many problems with the repairs I do not have enough room to list it all out. The work is rushed and done poorly causing multiple follow up visits. The work was so lazy they painted over a light switch which made it inoperable and in need of replacement. I ended up being so frustrated I decided to just fix the remaining issues myself. The so called project manager never looked at the work to make sure it was done properly. I would not recommend using this company to anyone. The completed work will be okay and you can get better quality elsewhere.

This company is abominable. They left my home completely destroyed, and created issues much worse than the initial plumbing problem. Following a plumbing problem, they were quick to send a team out to survey the issue and inform me that their team could handle everything. They stated that they would deal directly with the insurance company and that I would be responsible solely for my insurance deductible. Well that was in December of 2021. It is now July of 2022, and my kitchen and guest bathroom remain demolished, with dry wall removal everywhere. and a temporary plastic sink in the kitchen. It seems that during this plumbing issue, no plumber actually did any work. They came out an inspected (i.e. looked at) an area in the kitchen where Quick Restore had completely removed the sink, cabinetry and drywall to my garage, then left never to return. Consequently my insurance only covered the basic plumbing and mold prevention issue. I have been in contact with Quick restore for months now and they are refusing to return calls or do anything to resolve the state of affairs. Their bill has been paid, minus the damage to personal property by their workers (broken chandelier and pressure cooker).
Quick Restore refused to come back out and replace the drywall, sink or cabinetry they had removed. They stated they would only do so if the insurance company paid them for additional work. However, they did send someone to 'take pictures' and submit an additional estimate for repairs to my insurance company, which was subsequently denied. Thus leaving me with thousands of dollars in repair work to restore what they have demolished.
This company not only did not fix they problem, they caused a lot of damage and wasted a lot of time and money. Definitely do not deal with them if you any work done on a home you value. Stay away from these people. Dealing with them has been hellish (and expensive).

After a hailstorm, they moved in and sold hard; promised a lot and provided little beyond the basics. Failed to install a piece of flashing where I now have a leak. Damaged back deck with many promises by the owner that he would reimburse us. Many promises was all we ever got. Dropped lots of trash in attic. Put in a membrane over ridge vent, so there is NO ventilation. Scammers, in my opinion. Just out for the quick buck.

After a plumber repaired my garbage disposal and noticed the water damage that the leak had caused under my sink, he contacted EcoDry to evaluate the situation.
Ty from EcoDry called me within 15 minutes, and was at my house in less than 45 minutes from the time that the plumber contacted him.
Ty got on the phone with my insurance company, and my claim was filed in less than 30 minutes.
An hour later, Cody Pennington and his crew (Kevin L. and James S.) were at my house. They got to work immediately. They took great care in removing the counter top and cabinets that had to be taken out to address the water seepage behind the cabinets. They erected a clean room to protect me and my dogs from any potential bacteria. Because it was now late in the day, they promised to return the next morning at 9:00 AM to complete the job. I'd also like to mention that they were continually cleaning throughout the demolition process.
At 9:00 AM on the dot, Cody and his crew were back. Exercising great caution and incredible cleaning prowess again, they finished the demolition, removed the clean room and installed a temporary sink within a couple of hours.
While they were met with a few technical challenges during the demolition (especially all of the water lines coming out of the wall), they were persistent and never gave up working to resolve those issues and making sure that I would have water available overnight.
I can't say enough about the professionalism, friendliness and detail orientation of Cody and his team. To date, the entire EcoDry team has stayed in touch with me, always making sure that I know what to expect and when to expect it.

I live in a condo duplex. My neighbor had a fire. I had smoke damage and a dozen firefighters trooping in and out from the front and garage doors to the attic - which means I had a closet full of clothes full of insulation and floors and carpets soiled and abraded by soot, grit, water and chemical covered boots. My entire condo smelled of smoke and was coated in oily grey soot.
Stratton was rebuilding my duplex other half for my neighbor from the studs out.
I trusted them and his Travelers Insurance Co. to do what was right.
FIRST they took $1000 deductible from me that I'm not going to get back.
SECOND they wrote up an estimate of cleaning and painting to the tune of $17,000.
THIRD The painting is done so badly and thinly that if I pull a nail out of the wall they painted over it peels off ribbons of paint
FOURTH They estimated and then claimed to have scrubbed down walls and deodorized before painting. NOT DONE
FIFTH They said they'd rehang drapery rods. NOT DONE
SIXTH CLEANING Their crew consisted of one woman, her husband (who was suppose to do the ductwork and I had to pay someone later to actually do it) and 2 teenagers who flipped dust rags around. The floors were barely mopped. I dusted everything again when they left. The tiles in the bathrooms had visible soot and grit on them. They broke the pulleys on 2 wood window blinds and the bathroom fans are still emitting soot motes into the air...
I am not happy
It wasn't even my fire
I've repainted 2 rooms since they left and I had to buy paint because they didn't leave me any.

A microburst hit my house. Drystar was initially responsive and arrived with a dehumidifier. Then days went by. I called to remind them we needed testing and demo done. Each step required multiple requests for action. When I explained what I needed done as a customer due to future plans I had for the space the damage occurred in, my requests were largely ignored. I simply asked for the ceiling to be repaired at the joists so that I can install lighting in the future without dealing with a jigsaw puzzle in my attic space. I was told by Noah that 'it's done this way all the time' and received contradictory statements from Martin about how their demo guys don't necessarily see what is needed for the restoration guys to do a good job, and that they'd make it right. That was last week. I am STILL sitting here in my house with no ceiling in the kitchen or laundry room, and no follow up has occurred, even after attempts at follow up. I work for a major homebuilder in the valley, and I can say from experience, without a doubt, do not use this company.

I have used Silver City on a number of projects ranging from a roof replacement to a French door replacement after a break in. Both times the workers were prompt and courteous. Best of all no issues with the claims adjuster.

Called the company to get a quote/estimated for the recent storm damage in our property. Ramon and Jeremy are two very nice and knowledgeable gentlemen who seem very committed. They even came back days after to pour water over the roof of the house to pin point where the leak was coming from in which they absolutely did. Now came estimate proposal to my insurance, they did not follow through. Ramon said that it will be there but it's three weeks later, no proposal. They don't even answer my calls and texts. I am now dealing with another company.

This has been smoldering with me for a number of months. This was a disaster. Craig came out and talked big on how they were called out to fix Coit failures on travertine floors and told me how he would be able to fill cracks and pop outs as if they were not there. He would use top of the line products and our floors would look very nice. He quoted me a price that was what seemed a little high however ensured excellent quality work. Included in the price was furniture moving. When he came out he showed up alone (said his crews were on other jobs) and I had to leave work to help him move furniture. He then cleaned and stripped the floors. When I went back to work he was short with my wife when she asked about filling the cracks and pop outs. He stated he had not planned having to take care of all of the pop outs. He then proceeded to use sanded caulk grout for filling the imperfections instead of travertine filler. He made a mess on the floors with the caulk and did not clean the excess up. Needless to say the filling was horrible. Then he applied a sealer which he apparently was not familiar with and made a tacky mess of my floors. It took 8 days for my floors to dry and by that time they were a dirty mess from dust blowing in. I contacted him to come back out and clean the floors and he was very short and upset. He did come back out and did a light strip on the floors (again I had to help move furniture), which helped some but far from the result he promised. When he left after the re-clean he never even asked if we were satisfied and just disappeared. What even makes it worse is he stated We should have ground the floors and redid them which would have only been about $1000 more than the $1900 for the clean and seal however he initially told me it would be several thousand more to grind the floors. Also he apparently forgot what he charged me for the original job, $2250. This guy was a joke. I did call another company and they stated the could come out and fix his work for about $750. I guess I have learned an expensive lesson and everyone needs to watch out for this guy....
