I don't know where to start this review. Everyone, from Darren providing a fair estimate to Jason, their Office Manager,who responds very quickly to any questions  to Justis & Cole doing the initial work, to Mike following up the next day. I just can't say enough. They are all wonderful.
Once the Plumber Guy, Carlin, finished repairing the pipe Darren came out within a couple of hours and gave us a very fair price. He even left some fans to start the drying process. The next morning Justic & Cole came out around 8:30 to do the clean up process. Eventhough we don't have any asbestos, they treated it like we did. This was very comforting to know that they took precautions. When Mike came out he said everything was dry (per his meter) except for a small part of the carpet. He left one fan to help dry this out. Avery came out the next day to pick up the fan.
Would I recommend the guys at PureTec Restoration, you betcha! If I have a problem in the future, I will call them in a heartbeat!

I have sent clients all through out the valley including Mesa, Scottsdale, Phoenix, and Tempe to Ryan. His team does a great job with any kind of water loss!

When my apartment lease was up, I wanted to get the carpets cleaned to make sure I got all of my deposit back. The carpets were not bad, but a touch up wouldn't hurt. Anyways, I found Arizona Carpet & Restoration online and decided to give them a try. Whoever took my call was very nice and helpful, but there wasn't an opening in the schedule when I needed it. I understand, because it was short notice, but it would've been nice to get it done same day. They sent someone out a few days later, and he was friendly and punctual (a big plus for me - tardiness is a pet peeve). I had some questions about a few mystery stains, and the man answered them knowledgeably and was able to get the stains out. Overall, it was a positive experience.

We had water damage in our home, called SERVPRO & they responded quickly, moved furniture/appliances, removed the water, set up fans to dry.  They came back twice a day to check progress.  Employees were efficient, very respectful & went above & beyond.  We highly recommend this company!

Their responses were quick and clear and the guys were always right on time . Very easy to work with and Mariah in the office is super sweet too. Definitely recommend

We just bought a house, which needs some roof repairs, nothing super big but enough. We went with this company because, they provided an estimate during closing and figured that since they've already examined the roof we could get them scheduled for before we move in. When we called the first time, we didn't receive a call back. We ended up calling them back and got what felt like an apology from the contractor for not reaching out in any way. We thought it was behind us and can get going forward. Nope, zero contact for 3 more days. I called back, they called back but couldn't do anything and said they'd reach out again. No call back, until I got a rather unprofessional voicemail. I called back and was sent to a random voicemail. Then, they called and attempted to blame me for the delay! Finally, their form was finished and we could get scheduled!! Again, no one called us so I call back to get scheduled now it's been three weeks, and then they want to push it out two weeks. Zero sense of urgency or desire to correct their errors.
I really tried to like this company, but unexplained delays combined with the unprofessional demeanor of the staff and contractors is unacceptable.  To confirm their poor   communication skills and business ethics, I was hung up on.  I truly hope the business tries to fix its problems to ensure a more customer focused and thus longer lasting business.

I'm not surprised that suddenly there are two ECODRY businesses. Using the words restoration and reconstuction to shift confuse customers and blame is rather sneaky and unprofessional. You're two months too late in replying to this review and to remedy the situation. We have already turned this problem over to the ROC and BBB.

I was referred to Stratton from Traveler's Insurance. I am still in progress with the repairs and regretting selecting this company. They are very poor on communication. They would not schedule my appointment until I paid the deposit, and then I had to keep following up after they took my deposit to get an appointment scheduled. It takes numerous emails & phone calls to get a response. I have had to go through the chain of command to get any sort of action. We had water damage from a leak under our kitchen sink. This morning they brought my kitchen cabinets back for the install. They were not painted in the shop like I was told they would be. They still had water damage. After I refused delivery, I was told they would be painted at my house. This is unacceptable as they are lacquer spray painted. Also, our kitchen sink was not supported & started to drop after they removed the original cabinet. I had zero response when I emailed Stratton regarding this. Fortunately my husband cut a board to support the sink to keep it from falling. The plywood support under the granite fell off since there was only 1 support under a different piece of plywood. I am so disappointed in my selection of this company.

My plumber recommended this company after a small flood.  I wish I had read the reviews and more importantly the reviews that aren't rated, somehow all the bad ones are thereFriendly and helpful at first but it there service quickly falls apart.  I think the company means well but the guys in the field either don't care or are not knowledge enough in customer interaction or their process.   It's water damage,  it messes people's life up and they want to have an idea of when and how it going to get back to normal.  Again this company is unable or it's employees are unable to convey their process.  It took a phone call with the owner to get things somewhat back on track.  The final day they were supposed to come out and collect their equipment they were 2 hours late and didn't bother to take a moisture reading.  The guy said he was just there to pick up the equip and that's it.  I guess everything dried out enough?  Par for the course with this company.  Comparison-I hired a different company to do the repair.  They completed the work in one day, two days after contacting them.  My contact and the workers were professional and tidy.  The person in charge of my project kept me in the loop with a daily phone call, something Drystar was unable or unwilling to do.

SilverCity Restoration just restored our house like new after a water leak. Everyone, from start to finish was extremely professional & concerned about our satisfaction. They started/finished our job ahead of schedule & we couldn't be happier!

Called the company to get a quote/estimated for the recent storm damage in our property. Ramon and Jeremy are two very nice and knowledgeable gentlemen who seem very committed. They even came back days after to pour water over the roof of the house to pin point where the leak was coming from in which they absolutely did. Now came estimate proposal to my insurance, they did not follow through. Ramon said that it will be there but it's three weeks later, no proposal. They don't even answer my calls and texts. I am now dealing with another company.

We hired this company to clean our grout throughout our entire house; it took him about an hour to do the work.  When he was finished he told us that it would take several days for the grout to completely dry.  After a week days we noticed that the grout was a different color in many different areas.....it looked like it had not been cleaned.  After trying to reach Craig for almost a week he finally said that he would come to reclean those areas.  He set a time from between 3pm and 4pm.....by 4:45pm he had not shown up or called....he just blew us off.  We called our credit card company and will be charging the amount back to him. Do not use this company!!
