I had a water pipe break in the wall, a plumber came and tore open the wall to fix it. I was concerned about mold.  Another company told me they'd have to tear out the bathroom to check for mold.  I called Arizona's Restoration Experts for a second opinion.

Jesse & Chase came out right away to check.  They did a moisture check of the inside wall / base boards, and at my request, widened up the existing wall opening and checked for moisture / mold.  To my relief they found the panels around the drain to be dry and clear of mold, but just to be safe they sprayed a microbial agent on the walls to prevent any future mold.

Jesse and Chase refused to accept any payment for this inspection, although they saved me a huge headache of having to tear up the bathroom as suggested by the other company.

Call this team first - very professional and quick to respond. I called a few other firms. EHS had the quickest response for the call and bid. They were the only firm that did both redmediation and repair.

Lucas, Matt and Yaricla came out immediately after I called! I had a huge leak in my house and they came so fast to move furniture out of the way to prevent damage to the rest of my furniture and items. They were able to box and move everything out of the way and moved it carefully to another room in my house for me. I had a huge air hockey table that they moved and it was heavy and awkward but they made it look so easy! So thankful to them for helping out so quickly.

I like this company because of their fast service and did a great job on my roofing. Patrick and Henry were very nice and on time. They provide fast service and overall a great experience.

I have a sickening odor coming from my AC vents for the past 6 weeks or so. Servicemaster sent an inspector for $150.00 who could not detect odor and spent about 5 minutes inspecting ($150). Received an email that for $650.00 they would look for holes in AC ducts but that they  could not repair. No mention of mold treatment etc.
I would not recommend!!!

If you ever need water remediation, make Preferred Choice, your FIRST choice!   Everyone has been responsive, on time, and pleasant to work with.  Water damage is extremely disruptive, but with Steve as our main contact, the process has moved along as smoothly as possible.  He is a great listener, problem-solver, and he has been extremely helpful during a stressful situation.

I hired Dynamite to install a range/oven and hood in my kitchen and I couldn't be more pleased. After a bad experience with a home warranty company, I was left with an uninstalled range/oven and hood in my garage and a hole in my kitchen where the broken range used to be. I needed the kitchen space modified to fit the new range/oven, electrical installed for it and also the hood installed. Vlad and his team were quick with a very reasonable quote and the installation was completed one week later. I am incredibly happy! I highly recommend this company.

As soon as I bought a house I learned real quickly how hard it is to find a reliable contractor. I spent the better part of six months talking to flaky companies, companies that wanted to completely gouge me on cost, you name it.
I called Global Prevention Services and told them my situation of wanting to do a very small bathroom remodel and a new window. From the very beginning, Kimberly in the office was communicative with me every step of the way when it came to scheduling and project status. The window was on backorder for a couple of months and they were consistently keeping me updated with its status. Rudy came out to estimate the cost and came back with extremely reasonable numbers and even some recommendations for me when it came to design. Humberto did an absolutely amazing job on my bathroom remodel. I couldn't be happier. He was detailed, took his time to make sure it was perfectly done, and is such a sweet man.
Once I'm ready for my next home project I will without a doubt be calling Global Prevention Services.

With two little kids at home, our carpets take heavy use and abuse. Like when our 2 year old smeared Peanut Butter on the carpet. Or the dripped popsicles. Or the spilled milk. Or the muddy feet running in from playing outside. We did our best to keep up with them, but even after a year our carpet definitely looked like kids lived in the house. I was worried that the spots wouldn't come out and that it would still look well used, but when Sunshine was done with out carpet cleaning you would never guess that kids had even stepped foot in the house. It looked and felt amazing! And holy cow they were fast!!

We had mold in our bathroom that went all the way to the neighbors bathroom. All dry took care of it all and safely. After their work was complete we had a company test for any leftover mold and the results came back clean for both affected bathrooms! The employees were also very kind and professional. They worked directly with our insurance too. Thanks All Dry!

They are pretty good about coming on time during the time frame that they give you which is AWESOME because I have had such bad luck with companies saying they will be at the house a certain time frame and won't show up until after ! Manny is the person who I talked to about my water leak and pretty much gave me a step by step of what needs to go on. They are very thorough and definitely knows what they're doing. If you want to go through a company that's HONEST I would go through them !

I recently had some water damage in my kitchen.  The plumber recommended Brenner Construction.  They came to my house that same morning, assessed the damage, filed the insurance claim, and spoke with the adjuster.  They then removed the damaged cabinets and drywall and set up several dehumidifiers.  They said that when the reconstruction work was finished, the kitchen would look exactly as it did before.  I was skeptical, but they were right.  Reconstruction was done onsite by a subcontractor and took less than half the time that they estimated.  Everyone from Brenner (as well as the subcontractor) was professional.  They showed up when they said they would and did exactly what they said they would do.

Roto Rooter sent help promptly - within one hour of my phone call. Emil responded to my call for help. He was on time, very kind, professional, and knowledgeable. The problem I had was taken care of quickly, with no additional expenses suggested. This is the second time I have used Roto Rooter in two different cities in Arizona. Being a transplant from NY,  I have to say there is a lot of competition in any industry you try to penetrate.  Larry Hampton is true NYer.   Very direct, very upfront, very honest, very educated, very loyal.     I own one of the largest restoration companies in Arizona (ASAP RESTORATION LLC) and  finding a reliable asbestos abatement company  to assist us  was extremely difficult and challenging.  Larry Hampton with ALM Services LLC has been a blessing.
