EHS came out to my house cleaned up the water and put my house back together. They were clean friendly and affordable I would use them again in the future.

Left me hanging with no estimate or follow up for 2+weeks. I called a dozen times for an estimate to have items exposed to black mold spores tested and cleaned, no one would get back to me.

We (the plantiffs) were awarded the judgement....we won the case...see the attached copy of the judgement.  The judge ruled we had to pay a resonable amount for the services provided (which was our goal all along) and that DisasterLink had to pay $2,000.00 in damages to us.
****we have been paying installments to DisasterLink (Pelican) for almost a year and we have yet to receive a dollar from this company****

I have a sickening odor coming from my AC vents for the past 6 weeks or so. Servicemaster sent an inspector for $150.00 who could not detect odor and spent about 5 minutes inspecting ($150). Received an email that for $650.00 they would look for holes in AC ducts but that they  could not repair. No mention of mold treatment etc.
I would not recommend!!!

I hired Dynamite to install a range/oven and hood in my kitchen and I couldn't be more pleased. After a bad experience with a home warranty company, I was left with an uninstalled range/oven and hood in my garage and a hole in my kitchen where the broken range used to be. I needed the kitchen space modified to fit the new range/oven, electrical installed for it and also the hood installed. Vlad and his team were quick with a very reasonable quote and the installation was completed one week later. I am incredibly happy! I highly recommend this company.

Contacted them based on a Yelp recommendation. Set up an appointment for them to come out and give an estimate to put my bathroom back together after a plumbing issue. They came out took some pictures and measurements and said I would get a quote the following week.  It's been two weeks and no contact. Not super helpful when you are trying to get a project completed

Details: moving out of a lease home, hired Sunshine Cleaners to clean the wood floor and carpet. All was going well until I asked if the crew could arrive at 10am versus 8:30 am for logistical reasons. I was dealing with Jon - one of the managers for Sunshine Cleaning. This is where the hiccup occurred and I giving three stars.
Jon was not accommodating in regard to the time change (90 minutes later). He said that the job would take the entire day and the late arrival would be a nightmare for the crew. I took him at his word that he knows how long a job takes. The inability to move back the arrival caused me grief with another contractor and in the end it was a headache to deal with.
The Sunshine Cleaning crew completed the job in less than 4 hours (not ALL day).
If there was another company that specializes in floor cleaning in Payson I would have simply switched.
Bottom line: this company needs to be more accommodating to the client.

We had water damage in our dining room and bedroom and discovered after testing that we had a mold situation. We called All Dry who quickly dispatched Rick to assess the situation and provide recommendations for remediation. Rick also was able to identify the root cause of the water damage which we quickly corrected. Alex, who did the remediation, did a great job and post remediation testing came back good. Another positive worth mentioning was this was not a big job (though it was a big deal to us) however All Dry gave us the same excellent customer service as you would expect a bigger client to receive.  Highly recommended.

They are pretty good about coming on time during the time frame that they give you which is AWESOME because I have had such bad luck with companies saying they will be at the house a certain time frame and won't show up until after ! Manny is the person who I talked to about my water leak and pretty much gave me a step by step of what needs to go on. They are very thorough and definitely knows what they're doing. If you want to go through a company that's HONEST I would go through them !

I recently had some water damage in my kitchen.  The plumber recommended Brenner Construction.  They came to my house that same morning, assessed the damage, filed the insurance claim, and spoke with the adjuster.  They then removed the damaged cabinets and drywall and set up several dehumidifiers.  They said that when the reconstruction work was finished, the kitchen would look exactly as it did before.  I was skeptical, but they were right.  Reconstruction was done onsite by a subcontractor and took less than half the time that they estimated.  Everyone from Brenner (as well as the subcontractor) was professional.  They showed up when they said they would and did exactly what they said they would do.

clogged/backed up drains throughout the whole house. Technician came same day and fixed it for a reasonable fee with 120 day guarantee. I would only call RR in the future as I had two other plumbers here who could not help me.

Larry and his crew at ALM did an excellent job at my home.
It turned out when my hot water heater failed the drywall mud that was used on the drywall that needed to be removed came back positive for asbestos.
Hearing the word asbestos had me worried for my family but after talking with Larry he put
me at peace of mind, safety was his top priority.
Marco, his supervisor was professional and polite.
The crew arrived when they said that they would and the job was completed when I was told that it would be. When the job was completed they broke down their equipment and material and left my home in excellent clean condition.
I could definitely recommend ALM.
